ns-2 네트워크 시뮬레이터 기반의 MPλS 시뮬레이터의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of MPλS Simulator based on ns-2 Network Simulator)

  • 인터넷 사용자의 급증, 서비스의 다양화, 전송속도의 고속화, 이용 분야의 확대 등으로 인해 인터넷 트래픽이 매년 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 수요를 충족시키기 위하여 대용량의 대역폭을 제공하는 WDM 기술과 IP 망을 효율적으로 통합한 MPLS를 기반으로 하는 MPλS 프로토콜이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 ns-2 네트워크 시뮬레이터의 기능을 확장하여 MPλS 네트워크 시뮬레이터를 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현한 시뮬레이터는 OXC(Optical Crossconnect) 모듈, 효율적인 파장 할당을 위한 RWA(Routing and Wavelength Assignment) 모듈, 다중 파장 링크 모듈, MPλS 시그널링 및 제어 모듈 등으로 구성된다. 구현한 시뮬레이터 상에서 처리율 및 블로킹 확률 등의 파라미터를 이용하여 MPλS의 성능을 검증하였으며 구현한 시뮬레이터는 시스템 개발 이전 단계에서 제안된 프로토콜의 기능을 검증하는데 유용하게 사용 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

High-fidelity와 Multi-mode 시뮬레이션을 이용한 학습 효과 비교 : 심정지 환자 응급간호 적용 (Comparison of Learning Effects using High-fidelity and Multi-mode Simulation: An Application of Emergency Care for a Patient with Cardiac Arrest)

  • Purpose: Simulation-based learning has become a powerful method to improve the quality of care and help students meet the challenges of increasingly complex clinical practice settings. The purpose of this study was to identify the learning effects using high-fidelity SimMan and multi-mode simulation. Methods: Participants in this study were 38 students who were enrolled in an intensive course for a major in nursing at R college. Collected data were analyzed using Chi-square, t-test, and independent t-test with the SPSS 18.0 for Windows Program. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in learning effects between high-fidelity SimMan and multi-mode simulation group. However, skills in clinical performance in the high-fidelity SimMan group were higher than in the multi-mode group (p=.014), communication in clinical performance in multi-mode simulation group was higher than in the high-fidelity SimMan group (p<.001). Conclusion: Multi-mode simulation with a standardized patient is an effective learning method in many ways compared to a high-fidelity simulator. These results suggest that multi-mode simulation be offered to students in nursing colleges which cannot afford to purchase a high-fidelity simulator, or offered as an alternative.

  • 위성 기반 측위 시스템은 위치 기반 기술의 핵심 기술로서, CDMA 시스템을 사용한다. CDMA 시스템에서 원활한 위치 측위를 하기 위해서는 확산 부호의 정확한 동기가 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문은 확산 부호의 동기 기법 가운데 부호 추적 기법에 초점을 맞춘다. 특히 다중 경로 환경에서 기존의 부호 추적 기법인 DLL 방법은 적합하지 않다. 본 논문은 수신 신호에서 다중 경로 신호를 축출하여 이를 부호 추적 기법에 사용하는 방법을 제안한다. Spirent simulator를 이용하여 제안 기법을 검증하고 성능 평가를 보인다.

  • 본 논문은 항공기용 다기능 레이더의 통합적 자원관리를 수행하는 자원관리자와 레이더/환경 시뮬레이터 구축에 대한 연구 결과를 설명한다. 레이더/환경 시뮬레이터는 항공기 레이더의 표적 탐지/측정 모델, 탑재된 레이더의 좌표변환을 고려한 추적 필터 및 효율적인 표적 생성 알고리듬을 포함한다. 항공기 레이더 자원관리 알고리듬의 각 모듈별 구조와 기능을 도출하고, 구축된 레이더/환경 시뮬레이터를 통해 시험 검증하였다.

  • In this paper, we present design features, implementation, and validation of a satellite simulator subsystem for the Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite-2 (KOMPSAT-2). The satellite simulator subsystem is implemented on a personal computer to minimize costs and trouble on embedding onboard flight software into the simulator. An object-oriented design methodology is employed to maximize software reusability. Also, instead of a high-cost commercial database, XML is used for the manipulation of spacecraft characteristics data, telecommand, telemetry, and simulation data. The KOMPSAT-2 satellite simulator subsystem is validated by various simulations for autonomous onboard launch and early orbit phase operations, anomaly operation, and science fine mode operation. It is also officially verified by successfully passing various tests such as the satellite simulator subsystem test, mission control element system integration test, interface test, site installation test, and acceptance test.

  • A vehicle driving simulator is a virtual reality device which makes a human being feel as if the one drives a vehicle actually. The driving simulator is effectively used for studying interaction of a driver-vehicle and developing the vehicle system of new concepts. The driving simulator consists of a motion platform, a motion controller, a visual and audio system, a vehicle dynamic analysis system, a vehicle operation system and etc. The vehicle dynamic analysis system supervises overall operation of the simulator and also simulates dynamic motion of a multi-body vehicle model in real-time. In this paper, the main procedures to develop the driving simulator are classified by 4 parts. 유압 굴삭기용 시뮬레이터 개발 및 응용 (Development and Application of Simulator for Hydraulic Excavator)

  • Hydraulic excavators have been popular devices in construction fields because of their multi-workings and economic efficiency. The mathematical models of excavators have many nonlinearities because of opening characteristics and dead zone of main control valve(MCV), oil temperature variation, etc. The objective of this paper is to develop a simulator for hydraulic excavator using AMESim. Components and their circuits are expressed graphically. Also, parameters and nonlinear characteristics are considered in a text style. From the simulation results, fixed spring stiffness of MCV can not obtain the satisfactory accuracy of spool displacement under whole P-Q diagrams. Closed loop type MCV containing a proportional gain, is proposed in this paper that can reduce displacement error. The ability of closed loop MCV is verified through comparing with normal type MCV using AMESim simulator. The excavator simulator can be used to forecast the attachment behaviors when components, mechanical attachments and hydraulic circuits change, or other control algorithms are applied. The simulator could be a kind of development platform for new excavators.

  • This paper describes the methodology of connecting MASTER (Multi-purpose Analyzer for Static and Transient Effects of Reactors) to simulator system, system configuration, and previous test. The actual simulator environment for Youngkwang Unit1 has been developed. It is impossible for the simulator server to execute MASTER code by limitation of computer performance. So, environment of distributed system was developed, and it had a synchronization task. As MASTER and simulator module should be synchronized in different device, the connection of communication was tested and verified.

다층 레벨 VHDL 시뮬레이터의 설계 (Design of a Multi-level VHDL Simulator)

  • This paper presents the design and implementation of SVSIM (Sogang VHDL SIMulator), a multi-level VHDL simulator, designed for the construction of an integrated VGDL design environment. The internal model of SVSIM is the hierarchical C/DFG which is extended from C/DFG to include the network hierarchy and local/glabal control informations. Hierarchical network is not flattened for simulation, resulting in the reduction of space complexity. The predufined/user-defined types except for the record type and the predefined/user-defined attributes are supported in SVSIM. Algorithmic-level descriptions can be siumlated by the support of recursive procedure/function calls. Input stimuli can be generated by command script in stimuli file or in VHDL source code. Experimential results show SVSIM can be efficiently used for the simulation of the pure behavioral descriptions, structural descriptions or mixture of these.

  • Vehicle evaluation is performed on the proving ground, and durability test and dynamic test cost lots of money and time. Doing replace real vehicle experiment with similar experiment environment, it will take us much more useful advantages. Suspension simulator is required the robust and high-reliability and used widely. But it's natural of high-leveled control technique to manage to be fitted fluid system's property and complex that is for the lack of self-damping, nonlinearity, compressibility. In designing and evaluating simulator, it is important to understand the capability of kinematic and static performances. In this paper, an kinematic modeling and analysis has been presented using ADAMS to design that can reproduce longitudinal, lateral, and vertical force.
