Purpose - Domestic franchise market has been grown steadily, reaching 50 trillion won in sales and 3,360 franchise headquarters in 2014. A franchise system is an effective business system for the franchisees to lower the failure rate due to the fact that the inexperienced entrepreneurs are supported by their headquarters through the franchisee contract. However, there are also conflicts between franchiser and franchisee behind the quantitative growth of domestic franchise industry. Therefore, it is very important to structure the causes of conflicts and to examine the effect of factors on the relationship commitment and performances. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, the author divides the composite incompatibility between the franchise and the franchisee into goal incongruity, domain dissensus, and perceptual differences, and examines each dimension to the relationship with commitment and performances. To verify the proposed research model and test hypotheses, the author selected 200 franchise responses in food and beverage industry. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS structural equation modeling program. Results - The empirical findings provide goal incongruity and perceptual differences have a negative effect on the affective commitment, but not the calculative commitment. In addition, affective commitment and calculative commitment are found to have a positive effect on re-contractual intention and extended brand shop running intention, respectively. Affective commitment have a stronger effect on re-contractual intention than calculative commitment. Conclusions - First of all, the fact that goal incongruity and perceptual differences negatively affect the affective commitment, but it does not affect the calculative commitment. It means the relationship commitment in distribution channel are multi-dimensional concept that may be attributed to emotional or affective dimensions but may exist in terms of necessity or power-dependence. Second, the level of relationship commitment such as affective and calculative commitment to franchise headquarters positively affects the re-contractual intention and franchiser's extend brand shop running intention suggest that franchiser should encourage and support existing franchisee's commitment. Third, the fact that affective commitment has a greater effect on relationship performance than calculative commitment means to induce franchisee's affective commitment and to prevent the inconsistency between goals and perceptual differences.
Purpose: This study explored influencing factors on quality of life (QoL) above middle-aged women in relation to demographic factors, health-related factors, menopausal status, metabolic syndrome (MS) and its risk factors. Methods: This study was secondary data analysis from the Sixth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2013~2015 that utilized a complex, multi-stage probability sample design. Study sample of 2,310 was inclusive of (28.8%) of women who were over 40. To evaluate the factors that would influence an impaired quality of life, $x^2$ test, GLM, and logistic regression analysis were done. Results: Level of quality of life was lower in women with late post-menopause(over 10 years since menopause) than women with pre-menopause. Factors influencing impaired QoL were as follows: graduated middle school and elementary school or less (OR=2.43, 4.42, respectively, p<.05), no job (OR=1.92, p<.001), stress (OR=1.92, p=.001), depression (OR=1.93, p=.001), insufficient sleep (OR=1.64, p=.003), late post-menopause (OR=2.61, p=.044) and over 85cm of waist circumference (OR=1.76, p=.01). Conclusion: These results suggest that late post-menopause may be an independent factor influencing an impaired QoL. To promote post-menopausal womens' health, a nursing strategy is required to teach women how to manage levels of stress, depression, insufficient sleep, and abdominal obesity through health education, nutritional counselling, and physical activity program.

In this paper, a new motion estimation algorithm with low-computational complexity is proposed to improve the performance of H.264/AVC. The proposed architecture uses the directions of the median motion vector which is computed by the motion vectors of the three neighbor macroblocks in Integer Motion Estimation. By using the directions of the vector, the proposed architecture has a single computational level instead of multi-computational levels in Integer Motion Estimation. The proposed motion estimation is synthesized using the TSMC 0.18um standard cell library. The synthesis result shows that the gate count is about 217.92K at 166MHz and it was improved about 69% compared with previous one.

The study proposes component models in developing an efficient platform for internet-based structural analysis. Since a structural analysis requires an operation of complicated algorithms, a client-side computation using X-Internet is preferred to a server-side computation to provide a flexible service for multi-users. To compete with the user-friendly interfaces of available commercial analysis programs, a window-based interface using Smart Client was applied. Also, component-based programming was performed with the considerations on reusability and expandability so that active Preparation for future change or modification could be feasible. The components describe the whole system by subdivision and simplification. In the relationship between upper-and lower-level components and also in the relationship between components and objects, a unified interface was used to clearly classify the connection between the libraries. By performing data communication between different types of platforms using XML WebService, a conner-stone of data transfer is proposed for the future integrated CAE. The efficiency of the developed platform has been examined through a sample structural analysis and design on planar truss structures.
Comes in into recent times and there is on with a level where the attack against the computer virus and the hacking which stand is serious. The recently computer virus specific event knows is the substantial damage it will be able to occur from our life inside is a possibility of feeling. The virus which appears specially in 1999 year after seemed the change which is various, also the virus of the form which progresses appeared plentifully The part virus does it uses the password anger technique which relocates the cord of the oneself. Hereupon consequently the vaccine programs in older decode anger to do the password anger of the virus again are using emulation engine. The password anger technique which the like this virus is complicated and decode anger technique follow in type of O.S. and the type is various. It uses a multi emulation engine branch operation setup consequently from one system and to respect it will be able to use a multiple operation setup together it will use the VMware which is an application software which it does as a favor there is a possibility where it will plan 'Virus Test Simulation' and it will embody.

The pixelated phase grating has been studied as a kind of diffraction gratings splitting and input beam into multiple spots. It consists of regular size cells which produce phase delays, and each cell provokes the phase delay up to sixteen levels. We have compared and analyzed the characteristics of multi-level phase gratings, laying streess on efficiency and resulted pattern. Experimental resutls obtained form fabricated grating have been presented, and the real-time method using a liquid-crystal spatial light modulator has been demonstrated through experiments. Gratings making meams with specific intensities have been designed and optical images have been generated by them. In order to specific intensities have been designed and optical images have been genrated by them. In order to decide the phase delay of each cell, optimization conditon consists of diffraction efficiency and target values. One period of phase gratings fabricated with surface relief was less than 256${\mu}m{\times}256{\mu}m$ and size of each cell was 1${\mu}m{\times}1{\mu}m$ surface relief grating has been made by coating photoresist on the glass plate, writing information pattern by Ar laser and developing it. in the experiment for real-tiem processing liquid-crystal display of epson video projector has been used.

In this paper, we propose a novel small antenna for direction finding applications. The proposed antenna employs a skirt type disk to eliminate the radiation null on the broad-side direction in the high frequency range. Additionally, the multi-section matching stub is used for impedance matching in the low frequency range, The size of the proposed antenna is reduced as a half of the 60cm dipole which has a same resonance frequency of 200MHz. The antenna maintains a donut shape radiation pattern with a broad beam width for a wide range of frequency while the 60cm dipole shows radiation nulls on the broad-side direction and the high side-lobe level from 700MHz to 1,300MHz.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a multi-faceted neurodegenerative disease. Thus, current therapeutic strategies require multitarget-drug combinations to treat or prevent the disease. At the present time, single drugs have proven to be inadequate in terms of addressing the multifactorial pathology of AD, and multitarget-directed drug design has not been successful. Based on these points of views, it is judged that combinatorial drug therapies that target several pathogenic factors may offer more attractive therapeutic options. Thus, we explored that the combination therapy with lower doses of cilostazol and aripiprazole with add-on donepezil (CAD) might have potential in the pathogenesis of AD. In the present study, we found the superior efficacies of donepezil add-on with combinatorial mixture of cilostazol plus aripiprazole in modulation of expression of AD-relevant genes: Aβ accumulation, GSK-3β, P300, acetylated tau, phosphorylated-tau levels, and activation of α-secretase/ADAM 10 through SIRT1 activation in the N2a Swe cells expressing human APP Swedish mutation (N2a Swe cells). We also assessed that CAD synergistically raised acetylcholine release and choline acetyltransferase (CHAT) expression that were declined by increased β-amyloid level in the activated N2a Swe cells. Consequently, CAD treatment synergistically increased neurite elongation and improved cell viability through activations of PI3K, BDNF, β-catenin and α7-nicotinic cholinergic receptors in neuronal cells in the presence of Aβ1-42. This work endorses the possibility for efficient treatment of AD by supporting the synergistic therapeutic potential of donepezil add-on therapy in combination with lower doses of cilostazol and aripiprazole.
