다축 핀틀 추력기에 적용을 위한 구동장치 연동 메커니즘 방안연구 (Study on Coupling Drive Mechanism for Multi-Axis Pintle Thrusters)

  • 궤도천이용 추력기 시스템에 활용되는 다축 핀틀 추력기 시스템의 구동장치 개수 감소에 대한 필요성으로부터 구동장치 연동 메커니즘을 고안하였다. 본 연구에서는 궤도천이용 추력기 시스템의 주요 임무인 압력제어와 추력분배가 가능한 시스템 설계를 위해 구동장치 개수 감소 가능성 확인 모델을 설계하였다. 가능성 확인 모델을 근거로 피스톤을 적용한 연동 메커니즘을 고안하였고, 수치적 근거와 더불어 AMESim을 활용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 3개의 구동장치로 4개의 핀틀 추력기가 구동 가능하다는 결과를 얻었다.

이미지 센서와 3축 가속도 센서를 이용한 인간 행동 인식 (Human Activity Recognition using an Image Sensor and a 3-axis Accelerometer Sensor)

  • 본 논문에서는 사람의 행동 모니터링을 위한 멀티 센서 기반의 웨어러블 지능형 디바이스를 제안한다. 다중 행동을 인식하기 위해, 이미지 센서와 가속도 센서를 이용하여 행동 인식 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 멀티 센서로부터 얻은 데이터를 분석하기 위해 그리드 기반 옵티컬 플로우 방법을 제안하고 SVM 분류기법을 이용하였다. 이미지 센서로부터 얻은 모션 벡터의 방향과 크기를 이용하였고, 3축 가속도 센서로부터 얻은 데이터에서 FFT의 축과 크기와의 상관관계를 계산하였다. 실험 결과에서 이미지 센서 기반과 3축 가속도 센서기반의 행동 인식률은 각각 55.57 %, 89.97%를 보였으나 제안한 멀티센서기반의 행동인식률은 92.78% 를 보였다.

마이크로 칼럼의 전자 방출원 위치 오차의 영향 (Effect of the Off-axis distance of the Electron Emitting Source in Micro-column)

  • Currently miniaturized electron-optical columns find their way into electron beam lithography systems. For better lithography process, it is required to make smaller spot size and longer working distance. But, the micro-columns of the multi-beam lithography system suffer from chromatic and spherical aberration, even when the electron beam is exactly on the symmetric axis of the micro-column. The off-axis error of the electron emitting source is expected to become worse with increasing off-axis distance of the focusing spot. Especially the electron beams far from the system optical axis have a non-negligible asymmetric intensity distribution in the micro-column. In this paper, the effect of the off-axis e-beam source is analyzed. To analyze this effect is to introduce a micro-column model of which the e-beam emitting source is aligned with the center of the electron beam by shifting them perpendicular to the system optical axis. The presented solution can be used to analysis the performance of the multi-electron-beam system. The performance parameters, such as the working distances and the focusing position are obtained by the computational simulations as a function of the off-axis distance of the emitting source.

다축 연동제어 시스템에 대한 통합형 자율동조 (Integrated Auto-Tuning of a Multi-Axis Cross-Coupling Control System)

  • Machining systems have been evolved to produce more detailed products of high added value. This has been possible, in large part, due to the development of highly accurate multi-axis CNC machine tools. The conventional CNC of machine tools has individual axis controllers to maximize tracking performance. On the other hand, cross-coupling controllers can be integrated into the conventional CNC to enhance contouring performance. For this multi-axis cross-coupling control system, it is necessary to automatically adjust the controller gains depending on operating conditions and/or other external conditions from an optimization perspective. This paper proposes automatic modeling of feed drive systems that minimizes the difference in behavior between the system model and the actual system. Based on the modeling, an integrated auto-tuning method is also proposed to improve both tracking and contouring accuracy of a 3-axis cross-coupling control system as well as users' convenience. The proposed methods are evaluated by both simulation and experiments.

An Integrated Approach to the Analysis and Design of a Three-Axis Cross-Coupling Control System

  • We propose a controller design analysis for a cross-coupling control system, which is essential for achieving high contouring accuracy in multi-axis CNC systems. The proposed analysis combines three axial controllers for each individual feed drive system together with a cross-coupling controller at the beginning of the design stage in an integrated manner. These two types of controllers used to be separately designed and analyzed since they have different control objectives. The proposed scheme is based on a mathematical formulation of a three-dimensional contour error model and includes a stability analysis for the overall control system and a performance analysis in terms of contouring and tracking accuracy at steady state. A computer simulation was used to demonstrate the validity of the proposed methodology. The performance variation was investigated under different operating conditions and controller gains, and a design range was elicited that met the given performance specifications. The results provide basic guidelines in systematic and comprehensive controller designs for multi-axis CNC systems. A cross-coupling control system was also implemented on a PC-based three-axis CNC testbed, and the experimental results confirmed the usefulness of the proposed control system in terms of contouring accuracy.

  • 본 논문에서는 사용자들이 탐색하고 싶은 공격의 진행경과, 공격의 연속성, 공격과 피해간의 연관관계, 차단 우선순위와 방어 대책 등의 문제들을 멀티 회전축과 방사축 구조를 갖는 시각화 인터페이스를 이용하여 해결하고자 한다. 이벤트의 발생 순서, 이벤트의 주체, 이벤트의 종류로 구조화된 멀티 회전축과 개별 이벤트 주체들의 진행경과를 나타내는 객관적 시간인 방사축을 기반으로 시계열 이벤트를 배치함으로써 보안이벤트를 효과적으로 감시 및 추적할 수 있게 한다. 제안하는 시각화 인터페이스는 전체 공격의 추이와 진행상황, 개별 공격들의 세부 내용과 연속성, 공격자와 피해자간의 연관관계 등을 종합적으로 제공하여 공격 차단 및 방어 대책이 적용가능한 실용적인 시각화 인터페이스이다.

  • In the recent day, fatigue life prediction techniques play a major role in the design of components in the ground vehicle industry. Full scale durability testing in the laboratory is an essential of any fatigue life evaluation of components or structure of the automotive vehicle. Component testing is particulary important in today's highly competitive industries where the design to reduce weight and production costs must be balanced with the necessity to avoid expensive service failure. Generally, 3-axis durability testing device is used to carry out the fatigue test. In this paper, The operation software for simultaneously driving 3-axis vibration testing device is developed and the displacement of the 3-axis actuator is separately calibrated by LDT Moreover, the input and output data are displayed in windows of PC controller with real time.

  • The development of an exclusive 8-axis multi-tasking machine to finish multiple cutting processes by a single piece of power equipment for securing the high-precision machining and high productivity of the series of shafts (a core part of the automotive powertrain that delivers engine power) is needed. The rigidity of the structure must be improved and the weight of the structure must be reduced to develop a multi-tasking machine with high precision and high productivity. In this paper, we perform a static structural analysis of the initial design of the multi-tasking machines and compare the results of the multi-tasking machines improved by the reinforced design and the results of the initial one. According to the results of the structural analysis, the rigidity of the reinforced machine was increased and the overall weight was decreased. Therefore, the productivity was increased.

조향 운동을 고려한 5-SS 멀티링크 현가장치의 근사 합성 (Approximate Synthesis of 5-SS Multi Link Suspension Systems for Steering Motion)

  • This paper presents an approximate synthesis of 5-SS multi link suspension for 2 D.O.F motions. In the proposed synthesis method, alteration curves of camber, toe, kingpin and caster angles are optimized during the bump rebound and the steering motions. And joint positions can be located within desired boundari es. Especially, steering motions are considered for control of kingpin offset and caster trail. Prescribed motions contain both wheel center positions and imaginary kingpin axes in the multi link type suspension. Constraint equations are formulated with di splacement matrix and velocity matrix using instantaneous screw axis.

극초정밀 다축 스테이지를 이용한 광소자 정렬 특성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optical Device Alignment Characteristics Improvement using Multi-Axis Ultra Precision Stage)

  • In recent years, as the demands of VBNS and VDSL increase, the development of kernel parts of optical communication such as PLC(Planar Light Circuit), Coupler, and WDM elements increases. The alignment and the attachment technology are very important in the fabrication of optical elements. In this Paper, the optical alignment characteristic of multi-axis ultra precision stage is studied. The alignment algorithms are studied for applying to the ultra precision multi-axis stage. The alignment algorithm is comprised of field search and peak search algorithms. The contour of optical power signals can be obtained by field search and the precise coordinate can be found out by peak search. Three kinds of alignments, such as 1 ch. input vs. 1 ch. output optical stack, 1 ch. input vs. 8 ch. output PLC stacks, and ferrule vs. ferrule, are performed for investigating the alignment characteristics.
