다중 계층을 위한 효율적 오버레이 멀티 캐스트 (Construction of an Efficient Overlay Multicast for Multi-layer)

  • MANET이 유연성 있고, 자유로운 네트워크로서 주목 받아감에 따라 MANET에서의 Routing 알고리즘이 중요한 논점이 되고 있다. 특히 MANET에서 각 Node에 대한 관리 방법은 향후 차세대 네트워크의 중요한 부분으로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 오버레이 멀티캐스트 Routing 알고리즘은 각 Node의 오버레이 ID 생성과 유지 및 전송에 관한 알고리즘으로 MANET의 여러 가지 제한 조건 및 환경에 따라 유연성 있게 작용하므로, 현재 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 기존의 오버레이 멀티캐스트는 일반적인 단일 레이어로 이루어진 Cluster에 한하여 그 알고리즘을 적용하고 있으며, Cluster의 구성 및 유지 또한 Node의 속성 구분에 따른 에너지 등을 고려하지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 EOMM(Efficient Overlay Multicast for Multi-layer)은 오버레이 멀티캐스트를 다중 계층 구조 기반 Cluster에서 적용하였다. 또한 Node의 속성 정보를 고려하여 Clustering 알고리즘인 TICC을 지원하여, Masking 연산을 통하여, 처리속도를 향상시켰다. 그 결과 Routing delay와 packet 증가률을 감소시켜 성능을 향상시켰다.

온라인 한글인식을 위한 특징추출 신경망에 관한 연구 (Feature Extraction by Neural Network for On-line Recognition of Korean Characters)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 한글 필기체 인식을 위한 전처리 단계로서 다층구조 신경망을 이용하여 한글 자획의 특징을 추출하였다. 특징추출을 위한 신경망은 경쟁 자율학습하는 특성을 가진 Masking field 모델을 이용하여 구성하였다. 이 모델에 의해서 off영역이 없는 on영역만의 수용영역을 구성하여 한글 자획에 내포된 방향, 연결점 및 모서리 특징 추축을 병렬처리하였고, 이 모델의 수정에 의하여 방향유지특성을 구현하였다. 입력자획의 폭이 한 화소로 제한됨에 따라 입력 정보의 교란을 설정한 수용영역에 의하여 제거 할 수 있었다. 구성한 신경망은 순차적으로 입력되는 자획으로부터 동필특징을 추출하고, 이것을 집적하여 자획 특징을 추출한다. 한글자획의 특징추출 결과는 자획내의 방향특징들의 통계적 분포에 따르는 출력을 얻을 수 있었으며, 자획패턴이 고정되지 않은 온라인 한글 필기체의 자획인식에 유용하리라 생각된다.

  • New fabrication technique was developed to make three dimensional silicon microstructure with five fold vertical steps through entire wafer thickness. Each step is pre-defined on multiply stacked thermal oxide and silicon nitride (O/N) layers by photolithographies. Multi-stepped silicon microstructure is formed by anisotropic etch in aqueous KOH solution with the patterned nitride film as masking layer. Fabricated microstructure consists of four $16{\mu}m$ thick flexural spring beams, $290{\mu}m$ thick proof mass, mesas for overrange stop with $10{\mu}m$ height from the surface of the proof mass, and the other mesas and V grooves used for assembling this structure to the packaging frame of pendulous servo accelerometer. Using the numerical finite element method (FEM) simulator: ABAQUS, mechanical characteristics of the fabricated microstructure by the developed technique was compared with those of the same structure processed by one step silicon bulk etch followed by oxidation and patterning the etched region.

저항성 및 유도성 부하를 가진 평판형 광대역 안테나의 설계 및 제작 (Design and Implementation of Wideband Microstrip Antenna with Resistive and Inductive Loading)

  • Antennas of the near field detection radar require little distortion in time domain caused by multi reflections between feed and open ends of the antenna, so that help to discriminate the target signal from the clutters. The resistive loading techniques have been used to reduce the late time distortions in order to prevent masking of target. In this paper, we design a microstrip antenna with two arms having sloted lines, which have inductance loading effect. Implemented antenna shows better performance on reducing late-time ringing, and the peak value of the received signal becomes 45% greater than the one by the antenna with two non-sloted lines.

  • This paper proposes a novel scheme of designating non-cacheable addresses of memories in embedded systems of multi-master architectures without a Memory Management Unit (MMU). As a solution for data coherency problem between external memories and a cache memory, we proposes a cache masking scheme by allocating the most significant bit of address not used in 32-bit address system as indicator bit to designate non-cacheable address. As this scheme enables non-cacheable area designation every address, the simpler in the aspect of hardware and more flexible size of non-cacheable area can be obtained.

  • The LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) technology meets the requirements for high quality microelectronic devices and microsystems application due to a very good electrical and mechanical properties, high reliability and stability as well as possibility of making integrated three dimensional microstructures. The wet process, which has been applied to the etching of the metallic thin film on the ceramic substrate, has multi process steps such as lithography and development and uses very toxic chemicals arising the environmental problems. The other side, Plasma technology like ion beam sputtering is clean process including surface cleaning and treatment, sputtering and etching of semiconductor devices, and environmental cleanup. In this study, metallic multilayer pattern was fabricated by the ion beam etching of Ti/Pd/Cu without the lithography. In the experiment, Alumina and LTCC were used as the substrate and Ti/Pd/Cu metallic multilayer was deposited by the DC-magnetron sputtering system. After the formation of Cu/Ni/Au multilayer pattern made by the photolithography and electroplating process, the Ti/Pd/Cu multilayer was dry-etched by using the low energy-high current ion-beam etching process. Because the electroplated Au layer was the masking barrier of the etching of Ti/Pd/Cu multilayer, the additional lithography was not necessary for the etching process. Xenon ion beam which having the high sputtering yield was irradiated and was used with various ion energy and current. The metallic pattern after the etching was optically examined and analyzed. The rate and phenomenon of the etching on each metallic layer were investigated with the diverse process condition such as ion-beam acceleration energy, current density, and etching time.

저항성 부하를가진 초광대역 안테나 설계 및 제작 (Design and Implementation of Ultra Wideband Antenna with Resistive Loading)

  • 광대역 안테나는 안테나의 급전점과 끝부분의 개방부분사이에서 다중 반사가일어나서 입력신호의 끝부분에 떨림 현상이 열어난다 . 이는 기본적으로 안테나의 협대역 특성에 기인하는데, 저항성 부하는 이러한 떨림 현상을 줄일 수 있다. 이 방법은 송수신 사이의 거리가 가까운 GPR 시스템이나 신호가 빨리 감쇄하는 공진산란 측정 시스템에서 산란체에 의한 신호의 보호를위해 송신신호의 왜곡을 줄이는것에 중요하다 .본 논문에서는안테나의 내부 다중 반사를줄이기 위해 저항성 부하를 가진 초광대역 안테나를 설계하고 제작하여 개선된 측정결과를 얻었다.

  • In digital radiography, to improve the contrast of digital radiography image, the multi-scale nonlinear amplification algorithm based on unsharp masking is one of the major image enhancement algorithms. In this paper, we used the Laplacian pyramid to decompose a digital radiography(DR) image. In our simulation, the DR image was decomposed into seven layers and the coefficients of the each layer was amplified with nonlinear function. We also imported a noise containment algorithm to limit noise amplification. To enhance the contrast of image, we proposed a new adaptive non-linear gain amplification coefficients. As a result of having applied to some clinical data, a detail visibility was improved significantly without unacceptable noise boosting. Images that acquired with the proposed adaptive non-linear gain coefficients have shown superior quality to those that applied similar gain control method and expected to be accepted in the clinical applications.

An efficient ship detection method for KOMPSAT-5 synthetic aperture radar imagery based on adaptive filtering approach

  • Ship detection in synthetic aperture radar(SAR)imagery has long been an active research topic and has many applications. In this paper,we propose an efficient method for detecting ships from SAR imagery using filtering. This method exploits ship masking using a median filter that considers maximum ship sizes and detects ships from the reference image, to which a Non-Local means (NL-means) filter is applied for speckle de-noising and a differential image created from the difference between the reference image and the median filtered image. As the pixels of the ship in the SAR imagery have sufficiently higher values than the surrounding sea, the ship detection process is composed primarily of filtering based on this characteristic. The performance test for this method is validated using KOMPSAT-5 (Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite-5) SAR imagery. According to the accuracy assessment, the overall accuracy of the region that does not include land is 76.79%, and user accuracy is 71.31%. It is demonstrated that the proposed detection method is suitable to detect ships in SAR imagery and enables us to detect ships more easily and efficiently.

중국어 텍스트 분류 작업의 개선을 위한 WWMBERT 기반 방식 (A WWMBERT-based Method for Improving Chinese Text Classification Task)

  • In the NLP field, the pre-training model BERT launched by the Google team in 2018 has shown amazing results in various tasks in the NLP field. Subsequently, many variant models have been derived based on the original BERT, such as RoBERTa, ERNIEBERT and so on. In this paper, the WWMBERT (Whole Word Masking BERT) model suitable for Chinese text tasks was used as the baseline model of our experiment. The experiment is mainly for "Text-level Chinese text classification tasks" are improved, which mainly combines Tapt (Task-Adaptive Pretraining) and "Multi-Sample Dropout method" to improve the model, and compare the experimental results, experimental data sets and model scoring standards Both are consistent with the official WWMBERT model using Accuracy as the scoring standard. The official WWMBERT model uses the maximum and average values of multiple experimental results as the experimental scores. The development set was 97.70% (97.50%) on the "text-level Chinese text classification task". and 97.70% (97.50%) of the test set. After comparing the results of the experiments in this paper, the development set increased by 0.35% (0.5%) and the test set increased by 0.31% (0.48%). The original baseline model has been significantly improved.
