Time comparison techniques are necessary for generating and keeping Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and distributing standard time clocks. Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Common View, GNSS All-in-View, Two-Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer (TWSTFT), Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI), optical fiber, and Network Time Protocol (NTP) based methods have been used for time comparison. In these methods, GNSS based time comparison techniques are widely used for time synchronization in critical national infrastructures and in common areas of application such as finance, military, and wireless communication. However, GNSS-based time comparison techniques are vulnerable to jamming or interference environments and it is difficult to respond to GNSS signal disconnection according to the international situation. In response, in this paper, Code-Division Multiple Access (CDMA) based All-to-All TWSTFT operation method is proposed. A software-based simulation platform also was designed for performance analysis in multi-TWSTFT signal environments. Furthermore, code and carrier measurement jitters were calculated in multi-signal environments using the designed simulation platform. By using the technique proposed in this paper, it is anticipated that the TWSTFT-based time comparison method will be used in various fields and satisfy high-performance requirements such as those of a GNSS master station and power plant network reference station.
In this paper, we designed a software library that produces integrated Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) / Inertial Navigation System (INS) navigation information using the raw measurements provided by the GNSS chipset, gyroscope, accelerometer and magnetometer embedded in android smartphone. Loosely coupled integration method was used to derive information of GNSS /INS integrated navigation. An application built in the designed library was developed and installed on the android smartphone. And we conducted field experiments. GNSS navigation messages were collected in the Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Service (RTCM 3.0) format by the Network Transport of RTCM via Internet Protocol (NTRIP). As a result of experiments, it was confirmed that design requirements were satisfied by deriving navigation such as three-dimensional position and speed, course over ground (COG), speed over ground (SOG), heading and protection level (PL) using the designed library. In addition, the results of this experiment are expected to be applicable to maritime navigation applications using smart device.

The GALILEO Project is to be the one and only European Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS). The GIVE-B satellite, a second experimental GALILEO satellite was launched and started the transmission of ranging signals. GIOVE-B satellite is intended as a trueprototype of future GALILEO satellite. So I introduce the standard deviation of code multi path, signal power, antennas performance and L1-E5 group delay etc. Therefore I comprehend the current progress and tend of GALILEO Project and try to propose the national countremeasures.

The main limiting factors of Precise Point Positioning(PPP) accuracy are errors in broadcast satellite orbits, clock errors, and the others, which are receiver-dependent errors(ionospheric, tropospheric refraction, multipath, and tides, etc.). Therefore, to facilitate high precision PPP, precise orbits/clocks corrections, the receiver-dependent errors corrections have to apply to multi frequency GNSS measurements for an ionosphere free combination and integer ambiguity resolution in real-time. Currently, there are many Analysis Centers, which offer the precise corrections stream computed in real-time using the global or regional GNSS tracking network. The goles of this research considered performances of the real-time static PPP with using RTCM corrections from NTRIP casters. For this, the corrections streams of Analysis Centers received via NTRIP does apply to GNSS data of check points individually, as well as jointly, in accordance with various session lengths. After that, have compared the PPP results from the corrections streams with each other, and with Standard Point Positioning(SPP) results.
SBAS(Satellite Based Augmentation System) provides GNSS satellite orbit and clock corrections for positioning accuracy improvement of GNSS users. In this paper, the accuracy of SBAS satellite orbit and clock corrections were analyzed by comparing with the IGS(International GNSS Service) precise ephemeris. The GPS antenna phase center offsets and the P1-C1 bias are considered for the analysis. The correction data of the US WAAS and the Japanese MSAS were analyzed. The analysis results showed that the SBAS satellite orbit and clock corrections are highly correlated. The correction data accuracy depends on the SBAS ground network size and orbit trajectories.
The problem of classifying a non-line-of-sight (NLOS) signal in a multipath channel is important to improve global navigation satellite system (GNSS) positioning accuracy in urban areas. Conventional deep learning-based NLOS signal classifiers use GNSS satellite measurements such as the carrier-to-noise-density ratio (CN_0), pseudorange, and elevation angle as inputs. However, there is a computational inefficiency with use of these measurements and the NLOS signal features expressed by the measurements are limited. In this paper, we propose a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)-based NLOS signal classifier that receives successive Auto-correlation function (ACF) outputs according to a time-series, which is the most primitive output of GNSS signal processing. We compared the proposed classifier to other DL-based NLOS signal classifiers such as a multi-layer perceptron (MLP) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) to show the superiority of the proposed classifier. The results show the proposed classifier does not require the navigation data extraction stage to classify the NLOS signals, and it has been verified that it has the best detection performance among all compared classifiers, with an accuracy of up to 97%.

In this paper, we propose a novel global navigation satellite system (GNSS) spoofing detection technique through an array antenna-based direction of arrival (DoA) estimation of satellite and spoofer. Specifically, we consider a sophisticated GNSS spoofing attack scenario where the spoofer can accurately mimic the multiple pseudo-random number (PRN) signals since the spoofer has its own GNSS receiver and knows the location of the target receiver in advance. The target GNSS receiver precisely estimates the DoA of all PRN signals using compressed sensing-based orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) even with a small number of samples, and it performs spoofing detection from the DoA estimation results of all PRN signals. In addition, considering the initial situation of a sophisticated spoofing attack scenario, we designed the algorithm to have high spoofing detection performance regardless of the relative spoofing signal power. Therefore, we do not consider the assumption in which the power of the spoofing signal is about 3 dB greater than that of the authentic signal. Then, we introduce design parameters to get high true detection probability and low false alarm probability in tandem by considering the condition for the presence of signal sources and the proximity of the DoA between authentic signals. Through computer simulations, we compare the DoA estimation performance between the conventional signal direction estimation method and the OMP algorithm in few samples. Finally, we show in the sophisticated spoofing attack scenario that the proposed spoofing detection technique using OMP-based estimated DoA of all PRN signals outperforms the conventional spoofing detection scheme in terms of true detection and false alarm probability.

The modern society is changing paradigm by the 4th industrial revolution. In these changes, the importance of geospatial information leading to the fusion and connection of persons and objects is increasing day by day. GNSS CORS(Continuously Operating Reference Station) plays a pivotal role in the geospatial information by providing basic data for surveying control points, mapping, navigation, geophysical research, and so on. On the other hand, the satellite surveying technologies are developing rapidly and it is necessary to investigate the status of the satellite surveying environment and search for future directions. In this study, the environment related to satellite survey by operation status of domestic and overseas CORS(Continuously Operating Reference Station) was tried to analyze. Through the research, The operation status of NGII and IGS CORS were presented. It was found that the availability ratio of multiple satellites to the CORS of NGII are lower than that of IGS CORS. Considering the improvement of positioning performance by using multiple GNSS, it is necessary to use multi-satellites in the future.
Since GNSS is easily affected by jamming and/or spoofing, alternative navigation systems can be operated as backup system to prepare for outage of GNSS. Alternative navigation systems are being researched over the world, and a multi-radio integrated navigation system using alternative navigation systems such as KNSS, eLoran, Loran-C, DME, VOR has been researched in Korea. Least Square or Kalman filter can be used to estimate navigation parameters in the navigation system. A large number of measurements of the Kalman filter may lead to heavy computational load. The decentralized Kalman filter and the federated Kalman filter were proposed to handle this problem. In this paper, the decentralized Kalman filter and the federated Kalman filter are designed for the multi-radio integrated navigation system and the performance evaluation result are presented. The decentralized Kalman filter and the federated Kalman filter consists of local filters and a master filter. The navigation parameter is estimated by local filters and master filter compensates navigation parameter from the local filters. Characteristics of three Kalman filters for a linear system and nonlinear system are investigated, and the performance evaluation results of the three Kalman filters for multi-radio integrated navigation system are compared.

A method that can estimate global deformation and internal forces using a limited amount of displacement data and based on the shape superposition technique and a neural network has been recently developed. However, it is difficult to directly measure sufficient displacement data owing to the limitations of conventional displacement meters and the high cost of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS). Therefore, in this study, the previously developed estimation method was extended by combining displacement, slope, and strain to improve the estimation accuracy while reducing the need for high-cost GNSS. To validate the proposed model, the global deformation and internal forces of a cable-stayed bridge were estimated using limited multi-response data. The effect of multi-response data was analyzed, and the estimation performance of the extended method was verified by comparing its results with those of previous methods using a numerical model. The comparison results reveal that the extended method has better performance when estimating global responses than previous methods.
