Most of the existing pattern mining techniques are capable of searching patterns according to the continuous change of the spatial information of an object but there is no constraint on the spatial information that must be included in the extracted pattern. Thus, the existing techniques are not applicable to the optimal path search between specific nodes or path prediction considering the nodes that a moving object is required to round during a unit time. In this paper, the precision of the path search according to the spatial hierarchy is analyzed using the Spatial-Temporal Optimal Moving Pattern(with Frequency & Weight) (STOPM(FW)) algorithm which searches for the optimal moving path by considering the most frequent pattern and other weighted factors such as time and cost. The result of analysis shows that the database retrieval time is minimized through the reduction of retrieval range applying with the spatial constraints. Also, the optimal moving pattern is efficiently obtained by considering whether the moving pattern is included in each hierarchical spatial scope of the spatial hierarchy or not.
LBS(Location Based Services) provide the location-based information to its mobile users. The primary functionality of these services is to provide useful information to its users at a minimum cost of resources. The functionality can be implemented through data mining techniques. However, conventional data mining researches have not been considered spatial and temporal aspects of data simultaneously. Therefore, these techniques are inappropriate to apply on the objects of LBS, which change spatial attributes over time. In this paper, we propose a new data mining technique for identifying the temporal patterns from the series of the locations of moving objects that have both temporal and spatial dimension. We use a spatial operation of contains to generalize the location of moving point and apply time constraints between the locations of a moving object to make a valid moving sequence. Finally, the spatio-temporal technique proposed in this paper is very practical approach in not only providing more useful knowledge to LBS, but also improving the quality of the services.

Some previous works for nearest neighbor (NN) query processing technique can treat a case that query/data are both moving objects. However, they cannot find exact result owing to vagueness of criterion. In order to escape their limitations and get exact result, we propose new NN query techniques, exact CTNN (continuous trajectory NN) query, approximate CTNN query, and dynamic CTNN query. These are all superior to pervious works, by reducing of number of calculation, considering of trajectory information, and using of continuous query concept. Using these techniques, we can solve any situations and types of NN query in location-aware environment.

In this dissertation, experimental research was carried out to study the hysteretic behavior of reinforced high-strength concrete beam-column joints designed by high performance techniques, such as application of high-strength concrete, reducing of joint regions damage, moving of beam plastic hinge. Specimens(HJAI, HJCI), designed by the development of earthquake-resistant performance, moving of beam plastic hinge, and new design approach, were attained the moving of beam plastic hinge and developed significantly earthquake-resistant performance of such joints.

In this paper, we survey the Moving Target Indication(MTI) techniques for small UAVs. MTI consists of image alignment phase and frame differencing correction phase, and image alignment has two ways of parametric approach which is mainly focused in this paper and non-parametric approach. Since small UAVs are operated in the low altitude, the parallax is considerable and the epipolar geometry is applied to compensate the parallax. The related works and future works are presented.

Existing R-tree that is based on a variety of outdoor-based techniques to manage moving objects have been investigated. Due to the different characteristics of the indoor and outdoor, it is difficult to management of moving object using existed methods in indoor setting. We propose a new index structure called ACII(adaptive Cell-based index for Indoor moving objects) for Indoor moving objects. ACII is Cell-based access structure adopting an overlapping technique. The ACII refines cells adaptively to handle indoor regional data, which may change its locations over time. The ACII consumed at most 30% of the space required by R-tree based methods, and achieved higher query performance compared with r-tree based methods.

Earth-moving operation has a great impact on the overall budget and schedule of any heavy civil projects. More often than not, the operational decisions are made largely based on field personnel's experience and judgment. In particular, decisions on earth moving operations by scraper-dozer fleets have been heavily influenced by the following belief: "The longer a dozer pushes a scraper for loading, the better earth-moving productivity is gained by the fleet." Even though there is some truth to this notion, scraper-dozer earth moving operations involve a much complex process that requires a systematic analysis for predicting the maximum production. To this end, this paper presents a spreadsheet-based scraper-dozer fleet operation model for its production optimization. Various optimization techniques, including a genetic-algorithm method, are presented for comparison and each technique's pros and cons are discussed.

Recently, the wireless positioning techniques and mobile computing techniques were developed with rapidly to use location data of moving objects. Also, the demand for LBS(Location Based Services) which uses location data of moving objects is increasing rapidly. In order to support various LBS, a system that can store and retrieve location data of moving objects efficiently is required necessarily. The more the number of moving objects is numerous and the more periodical sampling of locations is frequent, the more location data of moving objects become very large. Hence the system should be able to efficiently manage mass location data, support various spatio-temporal queries for LBS, and solve the uncertainty problem of moving objects. Therefore, in this paper, we presented a hash technique, a clustering technique and a trajectory search technique to manage location data of moving objects efficiently And, we have developed a Mass Moving Object Location Data Management System, which is a disk-based system, that can store and retrieve location data of mass moving objects efficiently and support the query for spatio-temporal data and the past location data with uncertainty. By analying the performance of the Mass Moving Object Locations Management system and the SQL-Server, we can find that the performance of our system for storing and retrieving location data of moving objects was about 5% and 300% better than the SQL-Server, repectively.

Moving techniques is made up the physical moving status of the flow distinction modulus (FDM) and stream distinction modulus (SDM) on the shudder moving shape. Condition of the distinction modulus by the shudder moving shape is organized the dangle moving system. As to define the physical moving of special signal on the matter, we compared a shudder value of the flow distinction modulus on the flow state. The concept of stream distinction modulus is analyzed the reference of stream distinction signal and stream distinction signal by the stream state. For detecting a variation of the FDM-SDM of the maximum-minimum and average in terms of the moving shape, and shudder moving value that is a shudder value of the top variation of the $Top-{\varepsilon}$ MAX-MIN-AVG with $(-0.817){\pm}0.15$ units, that is a shudder value of the peripheral variation of the $Per-{\varepsilon}$ MAX-MIN-AVG with $(-2.53){\pm}(-0.11)$ units, that is a shudder value of the limbus variation of the $Lim-{\varepsilon}$ MAX-MIN-AVG with $(-0.29){\pm}0.03$ units, that is a shudder value of the center variation of the $Cen-{\varepsilon}$ MAX-MIN-AVG with $(-0.09){\pm}(-0.01)$ units. The dangle moving will be to assess at the capacity of the physical moving shape for the control degree of distinction modulus on the FDM-SDM that is showed the flow and stream shape by the distinction modulus system. Dangle distinction system is adjusted of a shape by the special moving and is included a shudder data of dangle moving modulus.

In this study the moving information extraction techniques of moving objects are processed digital imaqe data by sampling three frames in a fixed-bacqround two-dimensional line sequence image the brightness of interframe are compared to extract difference image and difference image are two level formed and neighber averged From neigbber averaged image the parameters for recoqnition of the object are the number of contorur pixels, the number of vertex points and the distance between the vertex points Agtercomparing the same object the moving distance obtained from the coordinate which is constructed by the bit processing of the digital data and the moving velocity is obtained from the moving distance and the time interval between the first andsecond sampled frames.
