Winding function theory를 이용한 flux switching motor의 토크 계산 (Torque Calculation of Flux Switching Motor by Winding Function Theory)

  • 본 논문에서는 winding function이론을 이용하여 플럭스 스위칭 전동기의 토크 계산에 대하여 기술하였다. 먼저 플럭스 스위칭 전동기의 토크 리플을 줄이기 위하여 기존의 전동기 모델에서 회전자 형상을 최적화한 새로운 플럭스 스위칭 전동기를 제시였고, 유한요소해석을 통하여 최적화된 전동기의 토크 리플의 감소를 확인하였다. 그리고 Winding function 이론을 이용한 시뮬레이션 결과와 유한요소해석 결과를 비교 검토하였다. 또한 최적화된 플럭스 스위칭 전동기와 구동 실험 장치를 제작하였고, winding function 이론을 이용한 토크 특성 해석 결과와 실험결과를 비교한 결과로부터 winding function 이론을 이용한 해석 방법의 가능성을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, torque characteristics analysis of Synchronous Reluctance Motor with the cylindrical rotor type by winding function theory(WFT) is described. The stator is same as one of the induction motor. From the d-axis, q-axis flux density distribution, to calculate self and mutual inductances needed to calculate the torque of the machine by using winding function theory the new equivalent geometry of rotor was proposed. D-axis, q-axis flux densities, self inductance and torque characteristics were obtained. From the comparison with results of finite element analysis the proposed method was verified.

  • This paper presents Dynamic-Simulation to estimate the inductance of a permanent magnet type transverse flux rotating motor by applying the real-time parameter estimation theory. As transverse flux rotating motor has the complex structure, it can be happen to some errors between real value and designed one with respect to the inductance. To reduce this kinds of errors, the real-time parameter estimation theory was applied to dynamic-simulation. And then, By comparing the estimated inductance and designed one, it is realized that the real-time parameter estimation theory can be applied in the permanent magnet type transverse flux rotating motor.

  • This paper deals with steady-state analysis of a single-phase line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor. In order to analyze the steady-state characteristics, the asymmetric single-phase line-start synchronous motor is converted to the symmetric two-phase synchronous motor, that is, the asymmetric magnetic field is separated from the positive and the negative symmetric components using symmetrical-component theory. The analysis method of the synchronous motor on the d-q axis coordinates is used for the positive component and the equivalent circuit of the induction motor is applied for the negative component analysis. Moreover, d-q axis inductance considering current phase angle is applied to positive component analysis for precise characteristic analysis. In order to validate the proposed analysis method, the analysis results are compared with the experimental results.

  • PID control method usually has problems of overshoot and oscillation in high order control system, therefore, it is important to improve the control method so as to reduce the overshoot and oscillation. Based on MATLAB simulation, a permanent magnet (PM) DC servomotor control system is studied in this paper. The motor is modeled according to the universal motor theory, and with the help of the fourth order Ronge-Kutta method, its speed control is simulated and compared between two different dual closed-loops PWM control methods. This case study helps undergraduate students to better understand theories related to electrical engineering, such as electrical machinery, power electronics and control theory, as well as digital solution of state equations.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify torque characteristics in capacitor type electric motors and to illustrate the effects of several design parameters on the fluctuating components of the motor torque. To do this, two revolving field theory and stationary reference frame theory were applied to derive governing equations for the torque generated by motor. For simulation studies, parameters of the motor components were measured under the conditions of no loading and locking. Based on these, effects of several design variables on the torque characteristics were analyzed and compared with the actual measurements, which were estimated indirectly by measuring the stator voltage and current. Then, some illustrative improvements in design are suggested by taking Taguchi method.

  • The Linear D.C Motor with moving magnet type structured two permanent magnets, three iron bars and winding copper around one of bars. This paper describes the design theory and trust characteristic analysis of Linear D.C Motor. The design theory is very important to Motor design. Here, The design method be obtained by the design theory equation based the flux distribution and design constant. The propriety for this is established by the experiment results.

  • 본 논문에서는 Kharitonov 견실 제어 이론을 적용하여 유도 전동기 관성 변동에 대한 새로운 속도 제어기 설계기법을 제안한다. 정속도 운전을 하는 경우 관성의 변화는 운전 성능을 저하시키는 요인이 되며 운전 중 발생되는 관성의 변화는 제어기를 포함한 전체 시스템 특성방정식의 근을 이동함으로 시스템의 속응성에 영향을 주게된다. RLS (Recursive Least Square) 알고리즘을 이용하여 관성 변화를 추정하고 이를 기반으로 안정도 마진을 포함하는 속도 제어기 이득을 설정한다. 또한 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 제안된 기법의 유효성을 검증한다.

  • In this paper authors proposed a new nonlinear rotor flux observer for rotor field oriented control of an induction motor which is designed based on theory of the extended Luenberger observer(ELO) one of a nonlinear state observer. The proposed rotor flux observer is derived from the 2 phase model of induction motor by the theory of ELO. The simulation results taken under the varying condition of rotor resistance and load torque show fast convergence of estimated rotor flux and high performance of IM drive system is achieved 표 experiment.

  • 본 논문에서는 평형 2상유도전동기에 대한 시스템 방정식을 유도하고 해석하였으며, 동기좌표계에서 평형 2상유도전동기의 속도제어 특성을 분석하였다. 3상 교류 전동기의 속도제어에 범용적으로 적용하는 벡터제어이론을 "2상 인버터 구동 2상 유도전동기 시스템"에 수정하여 적용하였으며, 이 때 2상 유도전동기 시스템은 수정된 간접 벡터제어이론에 의해 속도 제어하였다. 2상 유도기의 벡터제어의 특성과 근사함을 보여주기 위해 제안 시스템을 시뮬레이션하였다. 최종적으로 실험을 통해서 제안 시스템이 벡터제어에 확실히 적응하는 것을 확인하였다.
