바이모달 저상굴절차량용 견인전동기 설계에 관한 고찰 (A study of traction motor for Bimodal low floor vehicle)

  • This paper deal with the design concept of traction motor for Bimodal low floor vehicles that are CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) hybrid bus and Fuel-cell bus. The design concept of the traction motor is studied in terms of electrical characteristics and mechanical construction. Finally, this paper introduces the characteristic of the traction motor for low floor vehicles which are applied in the world, and mentioned the detail design concept of traction motor.

AKM의 추진제 성능검증을 위한 표준모터의 시험결과 및 내탄도 해석

  • KSLV-I의 2단 추진기관인 AKM(Apogee Kick Motor)에 사용되는 추진제의 최종 성능인증은 규격화된 표준모터의 연소시험으로 한다. 표준모터는 ST-6으로써 직경이 6인치급인 고체모터이다. 추진제는 HTPB 복합재 추진제이다. 여러개의 표준모터의 연소시험 결과를 분석하였고, 내탄도 해석결과와 비교하였다. 연소시험결과 추진제의 평균특성속도는 약 1518m/s 이었다. 내탄도 해석시 사용된 추진제의 특성속도는 1516m/s였고, 노즐에서의 손실은 5.9%로 가정하였다. 내탄도 해석값은 실제 시험결과와 약 3% 미만의 오차를 가지고 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 발전기, 스위치보드, VFD, 추진전동기 등으로 구성된 전기추전선박의 전력 네트워크를 모델링하고, 전력조류해석과 단락전류해석을 통하여 계절별 선박 운용에 따른 전력시스템 특성 해석 및 단락사고 발생 시차단기의 용량을 선정한다. 이와 더불어 3.7MW급 유도전동기 및 영구자석형 동기전동기의 정성적, 정량적 비교 해석을 통해 전기선박 추진전동기로 적합성에 대해 추가 고찰한다.

  • In this paper, the fault diagnosis for a gearbox of BLDC motor. The stator of BLDC motor consists of coil winding so it is easy to cool down and it also has a high reliability. In addition, it doesn't have a brush so it is less trouble and good in maintenance. Coupling with the motor which is the power sources, the gear has a high power transfer efficiency and various rotation speed. The gear gets a high driving force through deceleration. Thus it has been widely used. The gearbox fault detection area has not attracted much attention from electrical engineering community. A few papers describe gearbox fault based on vibration. Gearbox fault is diagnosed through FFT analysis of current and voltage. Fault characteristic frequency side band detected by calculating fault frequency. A threshold value is suggested by comparing normal peak value with fault peak value using detected fault characteristic frequency side band. Experimental results demonstrate that motor current and voltage signal analysis are viable tools in detecting these gear faults. Lower side band(LSB) is bigger than upper side band(USB) in current FFT. LSB and USB are similar in voltage FFT. Finally, fault diagnosis system that can easily detect flaws is developted for gearbox of BLDC motor.

  • Nowadays, application fields using piezoelectric ceramics are various. On this paper, Characteristics of thin-type ultrasonic motor generating elliptical displacements has been analyzed by FEM, and then the motor was fabricated. Structure of the motor consists of sixteen ceramic pieces attached elastic body upper and bottom. Principle of the motor is to apply alternative voltages which have 90 phase difference to attached ceramics, and then elliptical displacements is generated at four edges of clastic body. And then rotor is rotated by the elliptical displacements. In case of ceramic thickness 1.5[mm], characteristic of the highest speed was found at 79[kHz]. In case of ceramic thickness 2[mm], Characteristic of the highest speed was observed at 77.5 [kHz]. Consequently, speed and torque of USM were increased linearly with increasing in applied voltage.

  • A linear ultrasonic motor was designed by a combination of the longitudinal and bending mode. Linear ultrasonic motors are based on an elliptical motion on the surface of elastic body, such as bar or plates. The corresponding eigen-mode of one resonance frequency can be excited twice at the same time with a phase shift of 90 degrees in space and time. That is excite symmetric and anti-symmetric modes. Then it determines the thrust and speed of the motor. Linear ultrasonic motors are investigated experimentally in according to be fabricated a general classification to motor structure and material characteristic. There was the first to simulate as use of finite element analysis ANSYS 9.0. The AL-T2W8-ARM14-LEG18-ANGLE80 motor has a maxim efficiency 17 [%] under the speed 0.14 [m/s], thrust 345 [gf] and preload 280 [gf], operating frequency is 57.6 [kHz].

  • This paper described a robust control of an induction motor using a disturbance cancellation observer of a feedforward control. The speed response of conventional PI controller characteristic is affected by variations of load torque disturbance. In the proposed system. the speed control characteristic using a feedforward control isn't affected by a load torque disturbance.

  • This paper is about improving characteristic of plant by using micro-step driver method in 5 phase step motor for satisfying the condition of low oscillation and high accuracy in soldering machine. We choose open loop control method for minimizing hardware system and use one chip microprocessor, power MOSFET nd some device to realize accurate micro-step driver system.

  • This paper presents dynamic characteristic of Permanment Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM). In order to analyze dynamic characteristics, simulink of Matlab is used. The measuring system of dynamic characteristics is manufactured and experiment results are compared with simulation results.

  • This paper deals with the dynamic characteristic analysis on Linear Induction Motor(LIM) considering load conditions. The analysis on the electromagnetic characteristics is processed to derive circuit parameters, and dynamic modeling for the analysis is performed considering load conditions for speed and thrust dynamic characteristics.
