When DRM systems are built on a specific computing platform and a coding algorithm, the interoperability among them will be improbable. For enhanced compatibility, MOSES has been developed such that it has a structure that can be decomposed into independent modules for interoperability with other DRM systems with IPMP functionality. In MOSES, security in contents transaction is provided by JPWallet which controls licenses with key management. In this paper, we present the structure of JPWallet and how the keys are handled between contents servers and contents-consuming clients. The PDA-based codes from the prototype MOSES system have been ported into PC-based codes and tested for compatibility. Analysis of JPWallet, which is the core of MOSES, will contribute to the standardization of domestic IPMP systems compatible with global standards.

The study of Freud's Moses and the background of the establishment of monotheism has become a subject of attention in the new atmosphere of the spreading of political theology and the recent rediscovery of Egyptology. This paper examines the publishing background and intentions of Freud's last book, Moses and Monotheism. And it will emphasize the fact that the Moses-Egyptian theory and his criticism of monotheism hid political theological intentions to prevent the spread of anti-Semitism in Nazi Germany. According to the Egyptologist Jan Assmann, there is a difference in that Moses' Judaism is monotheism, but Akhenaten's Aton-religion is a cosmotheism, and while Freud emphasizes Moses the 'historical figure' of that name, Assmann refers to Moses as a 'mnemohistorical figure.' Just as Freud said that the source of Jewish hatred is in Moses himself who established monotheism, Assmann argues also, monotheism is based on the so-called "Mosaic distinction" that distinguishes between true religion and false religion, thus it is possible to dismantle oppression and violence through the abolition of the Mosaic distinction. Assmann estimates that Freud had a clear stance to stop the spread of anti-Semitism as "the most explicit opponent of the Mosaic distinction." While anti-Semitic hatred spread to Christians in the Nazi era, Freud regards the real founder of Christianity, a jew Paul, as both a "Judaism destroyer" and a "successor to Judaism." At this point, Taubes began to see Paul's theology from a political theological point of view, and Assmann succeeded it. The "historical Moses" described by Freud are not "Prophet Moses" but "Moses as lawmaker and political reformer", and Jewish hatred has arisen in his distinction. Thus, Freud's monotheistic criticism as "disintegration by historical reduction"(Nietzsche) has political theological power. Just as Taubes interpreted Paul as a political theologian, Assmann found political theological elements in Freud's criticism of monotheism.

Recently, statistical machine translation (SMT) has received many attention with ease of its implementation and maintenance. The goal of our works is to build bidirectional Korean-Japanese SMT system by using MOSES [1] system. We use Korean-Japanese bilingual corpus which is aligned per sentence to train the translation model and use a large raw corpus in each language to train each language model. The proposed system shows results comparable to those of a rule-based machine translation system. Most of errors are caused by noises occurred in each processing stage.

In Faulkner's many works, most Mulattoes are represented as tragic characters who feel confused with their racial identity and are sacrificed by the Southern racism in the end. However, in Go Down, Moses Lucas Beauchamp is an exceptional mulatto in that he survives the Southern racism and achieves some dignity as a human. It is because he maintains the relationship with his family and environment as a skilled farmer. Although Southerners idealized their lives in plantations as nature-friendly and ecological way of life, plantation owners had little direct relationship with land as plantations were cultivated by black slaves' labor. Therefore, white landowners had little knowledge about cultivation and ecological awareness. Although Lucas Beauchamp is criticized as he has the strong will to power and patriarchal attitude, it is partly caused from endeavor to overcome the suppression as a black male whose masculinity is denied in the Southern society. In spite of his limitation, he shows the possibility to escape from the curse prevailing in the South, which abuses land and other races through the relationship with others and land. He has positive aspects in that he has genuine relationship with land and others and takes his responsibility for others, searching the most suitable way to survive as a black.

Patient satisfaction with the Emergency Department(ED) in a hospital is related to the length of stay, and especially to the amount of waiting time for medical treatments. ED overcrowding decreases quality and efficiency, therefore affecting hospitals' profitability. This paper presents a forecasting and simulation model for resource management of the ED at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. A linear regression forecasting model is proposed to predict the number of ED patient arrivals, and then a simulation model is provided to estimate the length of stay of ED patients, system throughput, and the utilization of resources such as triage nurses, patient beds, registered nurses, and medical doctors. The near future load level of each resource is presented using the proposed models.

Arbitration agreement is an agreement by the parties to submit to arbitration all or certain dispute which have arisen or which may arise between them. Arbitration agreement is an important factor to judge the existence of the mutual arbitration agreement and it should be the object of examination before anything else to judge the existence of the mutual arbitration agreement. Recently the Supreme Court seemed to make negative position about validity of selective arbitration agreement. However theoretically and scientifically selective arbitration agreement is a valid arbitration agreement. Examine selective arbitration agreement throughly according to the autonomy of the parties rules, wide jurisdiction rules of interpretation, principle of kompetenz-kompetenz, and moses cone presumption rule of interpretation, selective arbitration agreement is a valid arbitration agreement. Also analyze precedents in accordance with validity of selective from all angles which are voluntary agreement of the parties, agreement in writing, principle of private autonomy, comparative study of domestic and foreign precedents and mutual relation of arbitration and trial, selective arbitration agreement based on principle of private by the parties is considered a valid arbitration agreement. Courts should actively accept selective arbitration agreement as a valid arbitration agreement to make foreign companies prefer arbitration in Korea and in oder for arbitration to be widely used in disputes.

This study was conducted to research the differences in food ingredients in the ancient Israelite period in the books of Moses, including the books of Geneses through Deuteronomy, in the Old Testament written during B.C $1446{\sim}1406$. The books introduced various foods in daily life, such as seven kinds of fruits and nuts, thirteen kinds of vegetables and grains, twelve kinds of meats, six kinds of breads and cookies, five kinds of drinks, thirteen kinds of spices, and five kinds of processed foods like butter and oil. The foods were sharply distinguished between the clean (able to eat) and the unclean (unable to eat) in the aspect of food culture. For example, foods with blood were not allowed to be eaten. At that time, bread was a staple food in Israel. There were already standard recipes for baking cookies, and appliances such as frying pans and ovens to bake bread were available. Most of the recipes in the books were the same as modern recipes, especially for wine, grape juice and raisins. Also it seems there were various spices already in use at that time, as well as processed foods made from milk.

A principle for the determination of reel stagger, based on reel kinematics and crop stem deflection , is proposed. Equation derived theoretically and information obtained empirically are combined to obtain an algorithm for the determination of reel stagger. The algorithm has yet to be evaluated on actual combine harvesters in the harvesting mode.

본 논문에서는 FPSO 측면에 나란히 연결된 작업선에 대한 계류계 해석이 수행되었다. FPSO 측면에 연결된 작업선의 횡동요에 의한 충돌 가능성, 작업선의 연결선 및 펜더의 파손 가능성 등에 대한 검토가 이루어졌다. 다물체 계류계 해석을 위하여 MOSES 프로그램을 사용하였고, FPSO와 작업선과의 유체역학적 상호작용은 무시하였다.
