  • Though South Korea has world-class volume of Venture Capital Investment, as a share of GDP, early stage venture investments are still short, and investments are concentrated in high technology area and Capital area. Because of the high barriers to entry of the new IPO and M&A market, the venture capital companies undergo difficulties in profit. High-tech ventures face difficulties in raising money from outside investors due to information asymmetry between venture investors and venture companies. To resolve these problems, developed countries's government make a co-funding investment scheme with private sectors and design incentive mechanism such as receiving knowledge of the reputable investors' joint venture. Korean central and local government can benchmark those of things. For example, the expansion of the investment volume with private sector, region-specific matching fund and venture capital's exit path diversification such as M&A through the establishment of a business venture eco-system. At the same time, venture companies are to make an efforts to enhance the ability of screening for venture companies and the value for investment activities through a joint venture investments.

  • Security issues such as an illegal acquisition of personal information and identity theft happen due to using game bots in online games. Game bots collect items and money unfairly, so in-game contents are rapidly depleted, and honest users feel deprived. It causes a downturn in the game market. In this paper, we defined the growth types by analyzing the growth processes of users with actual game data. We proposed the framework that classify hard-core users and game bots in the growth patterns. We applied the framework in the actual data. As a result, we classified five growth types and detected game bots from hard-core users with 93% precision. Earlier studies show that hard-core users are also detected as a bot. We clearly separated game bots and hard-core users before full growth.

  • European Commission drafted and proposed the Common European Sales Law(CESL) to the European Parliament for the realization of a uniform set of international private law rules within the EU internal market. Since its purpose is for free international commercial activities for the sale of goods, for the supply of digital content and for related services, it was proposed to enable EU Member States to adopt or supplement as their substantive law according to their options. This study is relate to the legal bases on termination of a contract under CESL, they are composed of three parts: damages and interest, restitution and prescription. Damages and interest are divided into damages, general provisions on interest on late payments, and late payment by traders. Damages are explained by dividing into right to damages, general measure of damages, foreseeability of loss, loss attributable to creditor, reduction of loss, substitute transaction, and current price. Restitution is described by dividing into restitution on revocation, payment for monetary value, payment for use and interest on money received, compensation for expenditure and equitable modification. Prescription is explained by dividing into general provisions, periods of prescription and their commencement and extension of periods of prescription. General provisions explain right subject to prescription into a right to enforce performance of an obligation and any right ancillary to such a right. Regarding period of prescription, the short one is two years and the long one is ten years. However, in the case of a right to damages for personal injuries, period of prescription for such right is thirty years. Regarding commencement, the short one begins to run from the time when the creditor has become, or could be expected to have become, aware of the facts as a result of which the right can be exercised, while the long one begins to run from the time when the debtor has to perform. However, in the case of a right to damages, the CESL clarifies that it begins to run from the time of the act which gives rise the right.

  • Recently, the interior design of electric home appliance stores requires comprehensive image management with systemic marketing strategies and consistence in order to attract consumers to purchase products. However, the environment of domestic electric home appliance stores is complex and confused by indiscreet design factors and operation. Despite of the fact that company costs a lot of money to manage each store, consumers are not provided with selling environment with high quality. On the other hand, it is inevitable to compete with foreign specialized stores and discount malls due to opening distribution market. Besides, company has faced to attract customers with distinct strategies in order to survive in various competition system. In this sense, in store environment, there should be consistent image in interior design of the store based on management ideology of the company for the successful management of electric home appliance stores. • As $40%{\sim}60%$ of the construction project expense is used for the purchase and procurement of construction materials, construction companies are attracted by the promise of online procurement of construction materials through the B2B e-Marketplace. B2B e-Marketplace can save construction companies time and money spent through the off-line procurement. Construction B2B e-Marketplaces can energize the construction market dominated by major construction companies. It will expand the business scope of small and medium construction material suppliers and construction companies. Current B2B e-Marketplaces underperform in all industries due to low participation. Excluding some construction B2B e-Marketplaces led by major construction companies, most construction B2B e-Marketplaces show poor performance in terms of revenue and transaction. Researches are needed in the area of discovering the problems of current construction B2B e-Marketplace and identifying the factors for participating in the construction B2B e-Marketplace. • As the next generation technology, leading 4th industrial revolution has been progressed, the goods and services converged by the technology are being released in a market. The smart appliances among them attracts users' attentions as a key promising industry. Thus, this study investigates the factors that influence switching intention to smart appliances based on Push-Pull-Mooring framework. We collected 217 survey responses and formed structural equation modeling with AMOS 22.0. The results show that functional deprivation, money deprivation, alternative attractiveness had an effect on the switching intention to smart appliances. In addition, low switching cost is related to the relationship between external variables and switching intention. The results expect to provide useful information to the smart appliance-related companies.
