원대 질손복 중 '모자'에 관한 고찰 (A Study on Moja of Jilson in Yuan Dynasty)

  • The term Moja(毛子) is the name of Jilson(質孫), the traditional costume of Mongolian own meaning one colour. Mo generally means woolen or worsted fabric, so most scholars also regarded Moja as the same. This paper studied the kind of fabric of Moja by using the way of studying the cultural exchange between ancient Korea and China. This study showed that Moja is ramie instead of woolen or worsted fabric. It also showed that its name was born the long history of the cultural exchanging process between China and Korea. Moja was written as Musi(木絲) or Mosi(沒絲) at China in early period, and changed to Mosi(毛施) in ancient Korean. It was changed to Chinese Maozi in later period.

감투에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Gamtu)

  • Gamtu was a name recorded in Korean in respect of 'Mo(帽), Moja(帽子), Somoja(小帽子), Jeongmoja(頂帽子), Jeonmo(氈帽), Yangmomo(羊毛帽), Tangjeon(宕巾)' from the beginning to the end of Joseon dynasty which includes various shapes and uses according to wordbook. Also, Gamtu has various phonetic transcriptions, however Manchu pronunciation of 'Moja(帽子)' is indicated as 'Kamtoo' in $\ulcorner$Dongmunyuhae(同文類解)$\lrcorner$ so the origin of the word Gamtu should be discussed. Accordingly, I want to clearly define the concept of Gamtu in this research by studying the history and shape of Gamtu, and Chinese entries annotated in Korean as Gamtu. Even though we can assume that the etymology of Gamtu is Manchu language as Manchu pronunciation of 'Moja(帽子)' is indicated as 'Kamtu' in $\ulcorner$Dongmunyuhae(同文類解)$\lrcorner$, I think the Korean pronunciation of Gamtu already existed because there already was a Chinese transcription of 'Gamtu' in the Goryeosa(高麗史). So, we can conjecture that Gamtu could be originated from Yeojin language which is the same lineage of Manchu. As a conclusion, Somoja(小帽子), Jeongmoja(頂帽子), Moja(帽子), Jeonmo(氈帽), Yangmomo(羊毛帽), Tangjeon(宕巾) had a common feature that they were produced to fit head without visor, and were annotated as Gamtu per woolen cloth was used as Jeonmo(氈帽), Yangmomo(羊毛帽), and Gamtu was just a Korean transcription that includes these names.

Triton WR-1339로 유도된 고지혈증에 대한 Bacillus polyfermenticus KJS-2와 Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3의 예방효과 (The Preventive Effect of Bacillus polyfermenticus KJS-2 and Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3 on Triton WR-1339-induced Hyperlipidemia)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 Bacillus polyfermentricus KJS-2 (BP2)와 Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3 (Moja3) 및 이들 균주 복합물의 투여가 혈청 지질 수준을 조절할 수 있는지에 대한 가능성을 밝히기 위한 것이다. 고지질혈증 유발 설치류를 대상으로 균주를 2주 동안 경구 투여한 후 혈액 내 세포수준의 변화, 대사기능 평가, 혈중 지질 수준의 변화를 관찰하였다. 백혈구내 주요세포변화를 측정한 결과 균주 투여에 따른 혈중 백혈구(WBC) 수준에는 크게 영향을 미치지는 않았다. 단위 혈액 내 혈소판(PLT) 수치는 Triton WR-1339처리시 18.4% 감소하였고 약물투여그룹 및 균주 투여그룹에서 다시 정상 그룹 수준으로 회복되었다(p<0.05). Triton WR-1339로 유도된 고지혈증에 의해 적혈구의 기능적인 변화는 초래하지 않았다. 혈중 AST, ALT, BUN, Creatinine 수치는 혼합 균주투여 그룹에서 모두 회복하여 간기능, 신장기능에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 혈중 지질수준 변화는 미생물 균주 투여그룹에서 트리글리세라이드(TG)와 총콜레스테롤(TC) 혈청 수치가 감소했고, 혈청 HDL 콜레스테롤 수치는 증가했다. BP2가 생산하는 SMA의 HMG-CoA reductase 저해율은 atorvastatin에 비해 1,000배 낮은 농도에서 비슷한 활성을 보였다. 또한, 고지혈증 유발 설치류에 미생물 균주의 복합투여는 식이에 영향을 미치지 않으면서 체중증가율은 감소시켰다. 따라서 BP2와 Moja3 균주 복합투여시 혈청 지질 수치를 조절함으로써 혈액 순환을 개선시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3를 이용한 식물의 생육촉진 활성연구 (Biological Control of Plant Growth Using the Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacterium Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3)

  • 식물성장촉진 뿌리박테리아(PGPR)을 사용한 생물학적 조절(Biological control)은 최근 몇년 동안에 주목 받게 되었다. PGPR은 산업적으로 중요한 감자, 토마토 그리고 쌀과 같은 경제적으로 중요한 작물의 성장촉진과 관련되어있다. 음식물 쓰레기에서 발견된 Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3은 Aspergillus terreus, A. fumagatus, A. flavus and Fusarium redolense에 대해 항진균작용을 가지고 있는 균주로, 이미 여러 산업적인 측면에서 유용한 가능성이 확인된 균주이다. 본 연구에서는 Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3를 알타리무와 상추에 $0.5{\times}10^9cfu/g$, $1.0{\times}10^9cfu/g$$2.0{\times}10^9cfu/g$의 3가지 농도로 분무, 재배한 후, 잎의 수, 길이, 무게, 뿌리와 근경의 길이, 넓이 및 무게를 비교함으로써, 이들에 대한 생육촉진작용을 확인해보았다. 그 결과, 처리하지 않은 군에 비하여 Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3를 처리한 군이 더 높은 생육성장을 보였으며, $1.0{\times}10^92cfu/g$농도에서의 재배는 저농도에서의 재배보다 더 높은 생육 성장을 그리고 고농도에서의 재배와 비슷한 생육성장을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 B. mojavensis KJS-3의 생물학적 비료로서의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 또한 B. mojavensis KJS-3의 다른 작물에 대한 생육조절제의 적용도 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

  • In Koryo Dynasty, during the reign of uijong, Choe Yun-ui and others countries collected the royal orders of the Koryo kings and adopted the Tang institutions, and compiled 50 volumes of a book, called "Detailed Ceremonies of Old and New." Recording about clothing, with a special focus on dress and its ornaments of armed vassals, when they attend the king while he is conducting his business. 1) As for the headgear's were the Pokdu, Moja, Kwan, Tumo (official hat to be worn with armors) and Malye (for protection against the cold). There were II kinds of headgear's name in all. 2) As for the clothes, (1) Kongbok (formal costume) (2) Dress, there were 34 kinds of clothes name differented by (i) flowerage on clothes (ii) size of sleeves (iii) color of clothes (iv) fabrics (v) the belt used with the dress. Others were; (3) Baeja (4) Hansam, (5) Poto, and (6) Armor. 3) As for colors of clothes, there were (i) Purple, (ii) Red(Scarlet), (iii) Green, (iv) Blue, (v) Yellow, (vi) Black and (vii) White. 4) As for materials, there were (i) Kum, Ra, Sa (all kinds of silk), (ii) Iron and (iii) Leather. 5) For belts, there were (i) Sockdae, (ii) Hongjung, (iii) Kayeundae, (iv) Dongdokum-dae, (v) Jojung and (vi) Dongshimsokdae.

조선시대 외국어학습서를 중심으로 본 복식명칭 연구 (A Study on Clothing Terms in the foreign language study books of the Joseon Period)

  • The study aimed to materialize the meaning of the names through analyzing names that have synonyms and ambiguous words. The subjects of the study are seven foreign language study books such as $\ll$譯語類解 Yeokeoyuhae $\gg$ $\ll$譯語類解補編 Yeokeoyuhae - supplementary book$\gg$, $\ll$同文類解 Dongmunyuhae$\ggl$, $\ll$象語類解 Mongeoyuhae$\gg$, $\ll$象語類解補編 Mongeoyuhae- supplementary book$\gg$, $\ll$俊語類解 Oaeeoyuhae$\gg$ and $\ll$方름類釋 Bangeonyuseok$\gg$. The study selected vocabularies related with headgear, socks, clothing from those vocabulary books. The results are as follows: 1. The result focusing on the same Chinese terms in multiple forms has shown that '帽子(Moja), 斗逢(Dubong), 頭面(Dumyen), 襪(Mal), 木?(Mokgeuk),  據子(Nanmalja), 樓子(Oja), 小樓子(Sooja), 養衣(Saui), 團領(Danlyeng), 掛子(Goija), 齊肩掛(Jegyengae), 彩兒(Sama), 單補(Dango)' have differences in Korean annotations, and it has been found that these differences are spelt as synonyms in general. 2. The result focusing on the same Korean terms in multiple forms has shown that Gamto, Gat, Satgat, Bolkki, Gatmo, Neoneol, Gatdongot, Ddambatgijeoksam, Nuyeok, Tyeollik, Goui, Baji, Gatdongot, Hatot, Dongdoljji, Yusam, Chima and ete. have 2 or more Chinese spellings. Among these, Neoneol, Ddambatgijeoksam, Nuyeok, Tyeollik, and etc. seem to have used similar Chinese spellings, and Gat, Dongdoljji, and etc. seem to have used Chinese spellings according to the multiple forms in each country. 3. There have also been records of terms seldom used at present such as Dalogi, Neoneol, and etc., and it has been found that Mahulae, Doljji, Dunja, and etc. are the terms have been geographically influenced by the northern race as they have been left as a dialect in North Korea currently. 4. Mahulae, Kulimae, Neolku, and etc. may be inferred as they have originated from Manchu language through pronunciation of each country spelt in translated books.

檀君系 敎團 儀禮服飾에 關한 硏究 (A Study on the Ritual Dress used by the Religious Groups of Dankun Followers)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the ritual dress used by the 12 religious bodies of Dankun followers to help understand the teachings of these currently operating religious groups in Korea. The findings from the survey and related literatures are used to analyze the characteristics of these ritual dresses in terms of their items, construction, form, and color. The results of the study are as follows: first, most of the religious groups of Dankun followers have established the code for ritual dresses and they are named as 'chaebok'(제복, sacrificial robes), 'yebok'(예복, ceremonial dress), 'chungbok'(정복, formal attire), 'pubbok'(법복, Buddhist formal dress), or 'tobok'(도복, Taoist garments). The official headgear is usually named as 'chaemo'(제모), 'soogun'(수건), 'moja'(모자), or 'yoogun'(유건, 儒巾). Though, there are some groups which do not use any specific names for headgear. Second, the ritual dresses of most groups are composed of the 'hanbok'(한복,韓服) or usual Western-style dress, a traditional outer wear, 'po'(포,袍), and a headgear, as a basic attire. Third, the traditional 'hanbok' is worn as a base garment and an outer wear is worn above. The different types of outer wear are used: mostly 'chaksu jueui jikyoun po'(착수주의직령포, 窄袖周衣直領袍) for men and 'kwangsu jikyoung po'(광수직령포, 廣袖直領袍) and other various styles for women. The headgear from the ancient times are worn by both men and women. Fourth, the most frequently-used color for ritual dress is white for both men and women's dress. The colors from the Yin and Yang ideology are also used in the ritual dresses. Finally, the kinds of materials are not considered as an important element for the ritual dresses.

  • 1. 우측(右側) 수지(手指) 3-4지에 $2.0{\times}2.0cm$의 수포와 $6.0{\times}4.0cm$의 발적(發赤)이 형성된 2도 화상의 환자를 5회의 환부자침(患部刺鍼)만으로(총 11일) 흉터 없이 완치되는 효과를 얻었다. 2. 피부 손상의 경우, 환부주위(患部周圍)에 자침(刺鍼)하여 십이피부(十二皮膚)의 기혈(氣血)소통을 원활히 해주면 우수한 치료효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 욕창(褥瘡)이나 창상(創傷)등에서도 훌륭한 치료 효과가 기대된다. 2. 화상의 정도가 심한 경우는 사순청양음(四順淸凉飮) 같은 청열해독작용(淸熱解毒作用)과 통리대소편(通利大小便)하는 처방을 사용 하여 내외동치(內外同治)하면 효과가 극대화되리라고 사료된다.
