상황버섯분말을 첨가한 다식의 품질 특성에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of Dasik Prepared with Added Sangwang Mushroom Powder)

  • The objective of this study was to evaluate the quality characteristics of Sangwang Mushroom powder at different levels (0 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 %). roximate moisture composition of the powder was 9.22 %. As powder level increased, the moisture content of the Dasik increased the L, a, and b values of the Dasik significantly increased. According to the mechanical evaluation results, hardness and gumminess decreased as the level of Sangwang ushroom powder increased while springness, cohesiveness and chewiness were not significantly different among the groups. In the sensory evaluations, the 10 % Sangwang Mushroom Dasik prepared with 90 g of heat flour, 10 g of Sangwang ushroom powder, and 80 g of honey showed the highest preference scores and was therefore chosen as the optimal product.

청양고추 착즙액을 첨가한 천일염의 품질특성에 관한 연구 (Quality Characteristics of Sun-dried Salt and added with Cheongyang Hot Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) Juice)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the quality characteristics of sun-dried salt prepared with added Cheongyang hot pepper juice(CPJ). The moisture, crude protein, crude lipid, and crude ash contents of the CPJ were 84.36%, 2.27%, 1.41%, and 0.67% respectively. The moisture content, yellowness, capsaicin, and dihydrocapsaicin of sun-dried salt increased according to the level of added CPJ, whereas the NaCl, pH, lightness, and redness value increased. The sensory evaluation results showed that preferences for the sun-dried salt increased as CPJ, approached their optimum value and decreased as they exceeded optimum levels. Consequently, the proposed optimum level in the ingredient formulation for manufacture of the standard sun-dried salt was 30% CPJ, as based on analyses. Ultimately, this study was expected to contribute to the commercialization of sun-dried salt of high quality.

  • The 84m discharge line of moisture separator reheater(MSR) in Kori-2 had been suffered by excessive vibration from the beginning of power generation. In 1993, a complementary measure was taken to reduce the vibration level by adding several supports in the MSR pipeline. However, the piping vibration was beyond the allowable limit and an appropriate countermeasure was required to prevent the fatigue failure of the pipeline from the abnormal vibration. In this study, the vibrational characteristics of MSR pipeline and the countermeasure for abnormal vibration was investigated. Among the several vibration reduction methods, piping layout change by smoothing the pipeline was applied to the MSR pipeline in Kori-2. Applying the countermeasure, the vibration level was found to dramatically reduce from 17cm/sec to l.0cm/sec at the full-power operation condition.

라텍스 개질 콘크리트의 부착강도 특성 (Bond Strength Properties of Latex Modified Concrete)

  • 신.구 콘크리트 부착계면의 부착강도는 신 콘크리트에 라텍스를 이용하여 개선할 수 있다. 그러나, 현재까지 신.구 콘크리트 사이의 부착강도를 측정하기 위해 표준으로 채택되어진 실험은 아직 없다. 일축인장시험에서, 신.구 콘크리트 계면의 부착강도는 시험체의 파단 시 인장에 의해 실제적으로 구해진다. 본 연구에서 새로이 제시한 직접인장 부착강도 실험으로 라텍스 개질 콘크리트의 부착특성을 평가하고자 하였다. 새로이 제시되는 직접인발 부착강도 실험을 위하여 현장과 같은 조건의 슬래브를 제작하여 pull-out 실험을 실시하였으며, 기존의 시편을 이용한 직접인장 실험 시편을 제작하여 본 연구에서 사용하였다. 실험결과는 다음과 같다: 라텍스 혼입율 증가에 따라 부착강도는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 라텍스에 의한 부착력증진을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 기존 콘크리트의 표면처리에 따른 라텍스 개질 콘크리트의 부착특성을 평가한 결과, 표면처리에 따라 라텍스 개질 콘크리트의 부착강도가 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 기존 콘크리트의 표면함수상태에 따른 라텍스 개질 콘크리트의 부착특성을 평가하기 위해서 다양한 표면함수상태에서 부착강도를 평가한 결과, 표면건조포화상태가 가장 이상적인 조건임을 알 수 있었다.

  • 콩품종 타치나가하(Tachinagaha)를 공시하여 토양수분조건에 따른 식물체내의 수분상태 즉 잎의 수분 potential, 광합성 및 생육에 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 실험을 수행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 광량자밀도가 1,000$\mu$mol m$^{-2}$ s$^{-1}$ 이하로 낮아질 때 광합성 속도는 점차 저하하였고, 토양수분 조건에 따른 광합성 속도는 건조구와 과습구는 적습구보다 떨어졌다. 2. 생육시기에 관계없이 광합성 속도와 기공 conductance와는 정의 상관 관계가 인정되었다. 3. 광합성 속도와 기공 conductance는 토양수분 부족에 매우 민감하게 반응하였다. 4. 잎의 수분 potential은 적습구가 과습구 또는 건조구보다 높았으며, 광합성 속도와도 밀접한 관련이 있었다. 5. 잎의 신장은 토양수분에 민감한 반응을 보여 건조구에서 엽면적이 가장 낮았으나 엽록소 함량은 높았다. 6.식물체의 총 건물중은 적습구 > 과습구 > 건조구 순이었으나 건물중에 대한 뿌리의 비율은 건조구에서 높게 나타났다

건조바나나 제조를 위한 삼투건조공정의 최적화 (Optimization of Osmotic Dehydration for the Manufacturing of Dried Banana)

  • A three variables by three level factorial design and response surface methodology were used to determine optimum conditions for osmotic dehydration of banana. The moisture loss, solid gain, weight loss and reduction of moisture content after osmotic dehydration were increased as temperature, sugar concentration and immersion time increased. The effect of concentration was more significant than those of temperature and time on mass transfer. Color difference and titratable acidity were decreased by higher concentration. Sweetness was increased by increasing sugar concentration, temperature, immersion time during osmotic dehydration. The regression models showed a significant lack of fit (p>0.5) and were highly significant with satisfying values of R2. To optimize osmotic dehydration, based on surface response and contour plots, superimposing the individual contour plots for the response variables. the optimum conditions for this process wire 26$^{\circ}C$, 44 $^{\circ}$brix and 2 hrs for moisture content, sweetness and color difference are less than 72%, 24 obrix and 10 degree.

Effect of Controlled Hydration on Germination of Tobacco Seeds

  • Controlled hydration treatment of tobacco seeds enhanced seed performance greatly without additional materials associated with conventional osmotic or solid matrix priming technique. The seeds were hydrated by adding water to a level from 10 to 60% by 5% increments and incubated for 8 days at $25^{\circ}C$. After the treatment, the seeds were dried to the original seed moisture content under $20^{\circ}C$ for 72 hours. The moisture content of tobacco seeds equivalent to 35% by the hydration treatment gave the greatest improvement in germination rate and speed compared to untreated or polyethylene glycol (PEG) primed seeds, especially at low temperature of $15^{\circ}C$.

도시림의 계절별 토양환경이 곰솔의 생육에 미치는 영향 (Soil Environment's Impact on the Growth of Pinus thunbergii by Season in Urban Forests)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify correlations between soil environments and the growth of trees in forests and thereon analyze effects of seasonal changes in such environments on such growth. To determine seasonal factors of soil affecting the Tree Vitality of Pinus thunbergii, first of all, the study designated the Tree Vitality as a dependent variable and soil hardness, moisture, pH, K, Na, Mg and Ca as independent variables. Then the study performed Pearson's coefficient analysis. To clarify what soil factors influence the seasonal growth of Pinus thunbergii multiple regression analysis is carried out, and findings are as follow; the growth of Pinus thunbergii was basically influenced by pH, followed by soil hardness in spring, K, followed by moisture in summer, and by soil hardness in winter. However, no soil factors affected the vitality at the significance level of 5% for t.

Analysis of Extruded Pectin Extraction from Apple Pomace by Response Surface Methodology

  • To extract apple pectins, apple pomace (AP) was extruded under 14 different conditions of screw speed (250-350 rpm), feed rate of 30-40 kg/hr, and 20-30% moisture content using twin-screw extrusion. Response surface methodology (RSM), based on three variables by three-level factorial design, was employed to investigate effects of screw speed, feed rate, and moisture on dependent variables of extrudates, soluble dietary fiber (SDF), yield of anhydrogalacturonic acid ($Y_{AGA}$) representing pectin, and intrinsic viscosity ([${\eta}$]). Second order models were used to generate three-dimensional response surface for dependent variables, and their coefficients of determination ($R^2$) ranged from 0.96 to 0.99. Moisture content showed highest effect on solubilization of AP.

유중 건조법에 의한 고수분 저품위탄 건조 실험 (An Experimental Study on the Fry Drying of Low-rank Coal with a High Moisture Content)

  • 수분의 함량이 높은 저품위탄을 건조시키기 위하여 유중 건조 방법에 대해 조사하였다. 최적의 건조 조건을 선정하기 위하여 최종온도, 석탄과 등유의 혼합비율, 석탄 또는 등유의 양, 혼합물의총량, 교반방법에 따른 석탄의 건조 특성을 관찰하였다. 최종온도가 $120^{\circ}C$ 이하일 때는 완전한 증발이 이루어지지 않았으며, $130^{\circ}C$ 이상인 경우에는 수분의 증발량에 큰 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 석탄과 등유의 혼합비율에서 석탄의 양이 증가 할수록 수분의 증발이 잘 이루어짐에 따라, 열에너지의 전달이 수분의 증발에 미치는 영향보다 증발한 수분이 등유 속에서 배출되기 위하여 필요한 에너지가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 혼합물의 총량이 많은 경우에는 건조후의 수분 함량이 더 낮아지지만 많은 시간이 소모되는 반면, 적은 경우에는 수분 함량을 일정한 수준 이하로 낮추기 어려운 반면에 짧은 시간에 일정한 함량까지 수분을 증발시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 등유와 석탄 혼합물의 유동성이 확보되는 한도 내에서 등유의 양을 가능한 줄이는 것이 석탄의 건조에 유리한 것으로 판단되었다. 한편, 질소를 이용한 교반과 진공을 개별적으로 적용한 경우에는 증발량이 향상되었다.
