잠수함 항해레이더 적용 가능한 수중케이블 설계 (Design of Underwater Cables Applicable to Submarine(KSS-III Batch-II) Navigation Radar)

  • Since the creation of the first submarine telegraph cable connecting England and France in 1850, today, due to the rapid development of the Internet and Communications fields, the demand for submarine communication cables has increased and continues to develop. Submarine cables are designed and manufactured to be suitable for the maritime environment, and many parts are imported from overseas, and several domestic cable manufacturers are producing them for commercial purposes. Field-proven and reliable commercial submarine communication cable technology is also being applied to the military field, and is especially actively utilized in naval surface ships and submarines. This paper is about the design of an underwater cable applicable to submarine(KSS-III Bach-II) navigation radar and also is to secure the performance of an underwater cable with bending durability in extreme marine environments, emergency diving, and repeated mast raising and lowering. Finally, we hop that the domestic development of underwater cables will help improve the performance of navigation radars for submarines.

Evaluation of RF shielding materials to improve MR image of hybrid PET/MRI

  • Hybrid PET/MRI is a useful imaging system that can improve diagnostic accuracy by providing both functional and anatomical information. However, the combination of PET and MRI can lead to mutual interference, which can degrade the performances of both imaging systems. One of the methods that is capable of preserving the performance of both modalities is to apply RF shielding to PET detectors and electronics. The purpose of this study was to propose a new RF shielding method using Au-plated conductive fabric (PCF) tape that could not only minimize RF interference and eddy current, but that could also be applied to complex PET gantry and detector module structures more easily than thin Cu foils, which have been widely used as a shielding material for hybrid PET/MRI systems. To evaluate the performance of the proposed new RF shielding method, the effects of the two RF shield materials (Cu and Au) on the B1 + field generated by the RF head coil were estimated using a computer simulation method. The effects of the Au PCF tape and Cu foil on the homogeneity and SNR of the MR image were also experimentally evaluated using a commercial 3-T MRI. The uniformity of the B1 + field map was slightly decreased by the use of Cu and Au RF shields. The deterioration in the MR image quality caused by the Au PCF tape was less than that caused by Cu foil. The simulation and experimental results indicate that Au PCF tape can serve as an alternative shielding material that reduces RF interference and eddy current for hybrid PET/MRI systems.

IC-임베디드 PCB 공정을 사용한 DVB-T/H SiP 설계 (Design of DVB-T/H SiP using IC-embedded PCB Process)

  • 본 논문에서는 유럽에서 사용되는 이동형 디지털 방송인 DVB-T/H 신호를 수신 및 신호처리 가능한 DVB-T/H SiP를 제작하였다. DVB-T/H SiP는 칩이 PCB 내부에 삽입될 수 있는 IC-임베디드 PCB 공정을 적용하여 설계되었다. DVB-T/H SiP에 삽입된 DVB-T/H IC는 신호를 수신하는 RF 칩과 어플리케이션 프로세서에서 활용할 수 있도록 수신된 신호를 변환하는 디지털 칩 2개를 원칩화한 모바일 TV용 SoC 이다. SiP 에는 DVB-T/H IC를 동작하기 위해 클럭소스로써 38.4MHz의 크리스탈을 이용하고, 전원공급을 위해 3MHz로 동작하는 DC-DC Converter와 LDO를 사용하였다. 제작된 DVB-T/H SiP는 $8mm{\times}8mm$ 의 4 Layer로 구성되었으며, IC-임베디드 PCB 기술을 사용하여 DVB-T/H IC는 2층과 3층에 배치시켰다. 시뮬레이션 결과 Ground Plane과 비아의 확보로 RF 신호선의 감도가 개선되었으며 SiP로 제작하는 경우에 Power 전달선에 존재하는 캐패시터와 인덕터의 조정이 필수적임을 확인하였다. 제작된 DVB-T/H SiP의 전력 소모는 평균 297mW이며 전력 효율은 87%로써 기존 모듈과 동등한 수준으로 구현되었고, 크기는 기존 모듈과 비교하여 70% 이상 감소하였다. 그러나 기존 모듈 대비평균 3.8dB의 수신 감도 하락이 나타났다. 이는 SiP에 존재하는 DC-DC Converter의 노이즈로 인한 2.8dB의 신호 감도 저하에 기인한 것이다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. We implemented a resistivity mage reconstruction algorithm using the finite element method and sensitivity matrix. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. The main unit includes a 12.1" TFT color LCD, a main CPU board, and peripherals such as a module controller, Ethernet LAN card, video card, rotate/push button controller, etc. The main unit can connect at maximum three module cases each of which can accommodate up to 7 parameter modules. They include the modules for electrocardiograph, respiration, invasive blood pressure, noninvasive blood pressure, temperature, and SpO2 with Plethysmograph.SpO2 with Plethysmograph.

The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. They include the modules for electrocardiograph, respiration, invasive blood pressure, noninvasive blood pressure, temperature, and SpO2 with Plethysmograph.

  • This article reviews the papers published in the Korean Journal of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering during 2013. It is intended to understand the status of current research in the areas of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation, and indoor environments of buildings and plant facilities. Conclusions are as follows. (1) The research works on the thermal and fluid engineering have been reviewed as groups of fluid machinery, pipes and relative parts including orifices, dampers and ducts, fuel cells and power plants, cooling and air-conditioning, heat and mass transfer, two phase flow, and the flow around buildings and structures. Research issues dealing with home appliances, flows around buildings, nuclear power plant, and manufacturing processes are newly added in thermal and fluid engineering research area. (2) Research works on heat transfer area have been reviewed in the categories of heat transfer characteristics, pool boiling and condensing heat transfer and industrial heat exchangers. Researches on heat transfer characteristics included the results for general analytical model for desiccant wheels, the effects of water absorption on the thermal conductivity of insulation materials, thermal properties of Octadecane/xGnP shape-stabilized phase change materials and $CO_2$ and $CO_2$-Hydrate mixture, effect of ground source heat pump system, the heat flux meter location for the performance test of a refrigerator vacuum insulation panel, a parallel flow evaporator for a heat pump dryer, the condensation risk assessment of vacuum multi-layer glass and triple glass, optimization of a forced convection type PCM refrigeration module, surface temperature sensor using fluorescent nanoporous thin film. In the area of pool boiling and condensing heat transfer, researches on ammonia inside horizontal smooth small tube, R1234yf on various enhanced surfaces, HFC32/HFC152a on a plain surface, spray cooling up to critical heat flux on a low-fin enhanced surface were actively carried out. In the area of industrial heat exchangers, researches on a fin tube type adsorber, the mass-transfer kinetics of a fin-tube-type adsorption bed, fin-and-tube heat exchangers having sine wave fins and oval tubes, louvered fin heat exchanger were performed. (3) In the field of refrigeration, studies are categorized into three groups namely refrigeration cycle, refrigerant and modeling and control. In the category of refrigeration cycle, studies were focused on the enhancement or optimization of experimental or commercial systems including a R410a VRF(Various Refrigerant Flow) heat pump, a R134a 2-stage screw heat pump and a R134a double-heat source automotive air-conditioner system. In the category of refrigerant, studies were carried out for the application of alternative refrigerants or refrigeration technologies including $CO_2$ water heaters, a R1234yf automotive air-conditioner, a R436b water cooler and a thermoelectric refrigerator. In the category of modeling and control, theoretical and experimental studies were carried out to predict the performance of various thermal and control systems including the long-term energy analysis of a geo-thermal heat pump system coupled to cast-in-place energy piles, the dynamic simulation of a water heater-coupled hybrid heat pump and the numerical simulation of an integral optimum regulating controller for a system heat pump. (4) In building mechanical system research fields, twenty one studies were conducted to achieve effective design of the mechanical systems, and also to maximize the energy efficiency of buildings. The topics of the studies included heating and cooling, HVAC system, ventilation, and renewable energies in the buildings. Proposed designs, performance tests using numerical methods and experiments provide useful information and key data which can improve the energy efficiency of the buildings. (5) The field of architectural environment is mostly focused on indoor environment and building energy. The main researches of indoor environment are related to infiltration, ventilation, leak flow and airtightness performance in residential building. The subjects of building energy are worked on energy saving, operation method and optimum operation of building energy systems. The remained studies are related to the special facility such as cleanroom, internet data center and biosafety laboratory. water supply and drain system, defining standard input variables of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for facility management system, estimating capability and providing operation guidelines of subway station as shelter for refuge and evaluation of pollutant emissions from furniture-like products.

  • 본 논문에서는 복합 미생물 배양기의 제어시스템을 제안하였다. 제안하는 제어시스템은 복합 미생물 배양기의 제어부, 통신부, 전원부, 제어시스템 등으로 구성된다. 복합 미생물 배양기의 제어부는 아날로그 신호와 디지털 신호의 변환, LCD 패널을 이용한 디스플레이, 수위센서, 온도센서, pH 농도센서 등과 같은 센서들의 신호 제어를 하도록 설계 및 제작한다. 사용하는 수위센서는 기존 수위센서가 거품과 같은 이물질 등으로 인해 측정이 어려운 문제점을 해결하고자 직진성이 우수한 IR 레이저 방식을 사용하여 정확한 수위 측정이 가능하도록 설계 및 제작한다. 온도센서는 열 저항 원리를 사용하여 측정함으로써, 높은 정확도와 누적 저항 오차가 없도록 설계하여 사용한다. 통신부는 2개의 LAN 포트와 1개의 RS-232 포트로 구성하여 복합 미생물 배양기에서 사용되는 LCD 패널, PCT 패널, 로드셀 컨트롤러 등의 신호를 제어부에 전달할 수 있도록 설계 및 제작한다. 전원부는 제어부와 통신부가 원활하게 동작할 수 있도록 24V, 12V 5V 등 3개의 전압 공급 단자로 구성하여 전원을 공급하도록 설계 및 제작한다. 복합 미생물 배양기의 제어시스템은 PLC를 사용하여 pH 농도센서, 온도센서, 수위센서 등의 센서값과 배양에 사용되는 써큘레이션 펌프, 써큘레이션 밸브, 로터리 펌프와 인버터 로드셀 등의 동작을 제어한다. 제안된 복합 미생물 배양기의 제어시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 공인인증기관에서 실험한 결과는 수위 측정감도의 범위가 -0.41mm~1.59mm로, 물 온도의 변화 폭이 ±0.41℃로 현재 상용으로 판매되는 제품들 성능보다 우수한 성능으로 동작됨이 확인되었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서 제안한 복합 미생물 배양기의 제어시스템의 효용성이 입증되었다.

멀티모드 멀티태스크 임베디드 어플리케이션을 위한 HW/SW 분할 기법 (HW/SW Partitioning Techniques for Multi-Mode Multi-Task Embedded Applications)

  • 시스템의 기능을 바꾸어 가면서 여러 개의 어플리케이션을 작동시키는 임베디드 시스템을 멀티모드(multi-mode) 임베디드 시스템이라 부른다. 더 나아가서 하나의 모드가 여러 개의 태스크로 구성된 임베디드 시스템을 멀티모드 멀티태스크(multi-task) 임베디드 시스템이라 부른다. 본 논문에서는 시간제한 조건을 가지고 있는 멀티모드 멀티태스크 임베디드 어플리케이션을 대상으로 하는 HW/SW 분할 방법에 대한 연구이다. 시간제한 조건을 만족하는 스케줄과 함께 태스크의 기능모듈(functional module)을 동작시킬 효율적인 처리 자원(processing resource)을 할당/매핑하여 시스템의 비용(가격)을 최대한 낮추는 것이 목적이다. 이 문제를 잘 풀기 위해 중요한 것은 모듈사이의 병렬성을 최대한 이용하여 실행시키는 것이다. 그러나 이전의 HW/SW 분할 방법은 모듈의 병렬 실행 가능성을 최대한 이용하지 않았는데, 병렬성 이용을 위한 탐색 계산이 복잡할 뿐 아니라 스케줄 가능성(schedulability) 검사를 단순하게 하려고 하였기 때문이다. 기존 방법의 한계를 극복하기 위해서 우리는 다음의 세 개의 세부문제를 동시에 고려하는 HW/SW 분할 기법을 제안한다: (1) 처리 자원의 할당 (2) 태스크 모듈에 대한 처리 자원 매핑 (3) 모듈실행 스케줄의 결정. 특별히 모듈의 병렬 실행과 실행 가능성을 간결하게 측정하는데 바탕을 둔 단순모드(single-mode) 멀티태스크 어플리케이션에 대한 반복 개선 방식을 갖는 분할 기법을 만들었다. 다시 이 기법을 확장하여 멀티모드 멀티태스크 어플리케이션의 분할 기법을 만들었다. 실제 사용되는 어플리케이션을 대상으로 한 실험에서 제안된 우리의 기법이 기존의 방법에 비해서 단순모드와 멀티모드 멀티태스크 어플리케이션에 대해서 각각 17.0%와 19.0%의 가격을 낮추는 것이 확인되었다.기존의 단량체인 Bis-GMA의 대체재로 고려될 수 있다. 혈중 cholestrol의 증가는 비만, 동맥경화, 고혈압 등의 심혈관 질환과 당뇨병 지방 대사 장해 등을 일으킨다. 함량의 경우 정상군에 비해 대조군은 1.74배 증가하였다. 그에 비해 RCM 투여군의 경우 대조군에 비해 57.4%의 예방효과를 측정할 수 있었다. HDL-콜레스테롤은 항 동맥경화의 지표로서 콜레스테롤을 말초혈관에서 간으로 수송하여 동맥경화를 진행시키지 않는 방향으로 콜레스테롤을 운반하여 지질대사 장해에 대한 방어 작용을 지니고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 정상군에 비해 대조군은 2.62배 감소하였다. 그에 비해 RCM 투여군은 대조군보다 81.6% 증대되는 효과를 볼 수 있었다. 과산화 지질 (Malondialdehyde)의 경우 지질조직의 손상정도를 나타내는 중요한 효소로 인정되고 있으며, 조직의 손상, 발암, 염증, 성인병 및 노화 등과 같은 여러 가지 유해 작용을 일으킨다. 정상군에 비해 대조군은 1.74배 수치가 증가되었으며, RCM투여군의 대조군과 비교 시 57.4% 감소되는 효과를 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구는 LPS로부터 유도된 산화적 스트레스에 대한 복분자의 선투여 후 예방효과를 알아보았다. 생약재의 일종인 복분자의 경우 LPS로 유도된 산화적 스트레스 억제 및 지질대사로부터의 개선 효과가 있는 것으로 판단되며 지질과산화에 대해서 강한 억제 활성을 나타내는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 복분자는 생활 습관병의 예방과 개선에 유효한 것으로 사료되었으며, 지질대사와 과산화지표의 검증을 통해 기능성 식품소재로 활용될 수 있음을 보여주었다.로서 역시 CTV 치료계획에서 적게 조사되었다(p=0.005). 기존의 ICRU 치료계획은 잔류종양의 크기가 작은 경우 불필요하게 정상조직에 많은 선량이 투여되기 때문에 CT를 이용한 CTV 치료계획을 적용하여 정상조직에 대한 피폭을

NaI(Tl) 섬광결정과 위치민감형 광전자증배관을 이용한 소형 감마카메라의 신호 특성 고찰 (Investigation of the Signal Characteristics of a Small Gamma Camera System Using NaI(Tl)-Position Sensitive Photomultiplier Tube)

  • 목적: 이 논문에서는 본 연구진이 개발한 소형 감마카메라 시스템에서 사용한 NaI(Tl)섬광결정-위치민감형 광전자증배관 검출기와 각 전자회로에서의 입 출력 신호특성을 조사하고, 시스템 개발을 위해 각 전자회로에서 결정한 변수들에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 크기가 $60{\times}60{\times}6mm^3$인 NaI(Tl) 섬광결정을 위치민감형 광전자증배관에 접합하고, 저항 회로와 전치증폭기, 여러 가지 전자회로, 아날로그-디지털 변환기 그리고 개인용 컴퓨터를 이용하여 소형 감마카메라 시스템을 개발하였다. 섬광결정에서 검출된 신호들을 위치민감형 광전자증배관을 통하여 증폭한 후, 전하분할방법으로 34개의 교차된 양극채널 신호를 4개($X^+,\;X^-,\;Y^+,\;Y^-$) 위치신호로 출력시켰다. 출력된 신호를 전치증폭기와 층폭기를 사용하여 증폭 정형하였으며, 핵기기 모듈(nuclear instrument modules, NIMs)을 이용하여 위치신호와 트리거 신호를 처리하였고, 각 단계에서 신호특성을 분석 고찰하였다. 이 신호들을 아날로그-디지털 변환기와 앵거로직을 사용하여 처리한 후, 일반 개인용 컴퓨터에서 그래픽 프로그램을 이용하여 감마카메라 영상을 구현하였다. 결과: 연구에서 분석 고찰한 신호특성을 그림을 통하여 나타내었으며, 이러한 신호처리를 이용하여 개발한 감마카메라는 약 $8{\times}10^3$ counts/sec/${\mu}Ci$의 계수율을 보였다. 140 keV에 대하여 18% FWHM의 에너지 분해능과 X, Y 방향으로 각각 2.2, 2.3 mm FWHM의 내인성 위치 분해능을 나타내었다. 또한 평행구멍형 조준기를 장착한 상태에서 유방모형에 위치한 $2{\sim}7mm$ 직경의 방사능 분포를 정확하게 영상화할 수 있었다. 결론: 이 연구에서 개발한 소형 감마카메라 시스템을 구성하고 있는 각 전자회로에서 결정한 매개변수와 신호특성 고찰결과를 나타내었다. 이 신호처리 시스템 분석을 통하여 감마선 검출을 이용한 영상표현 기술을 확보할 수 있었으며, 소형 감마카메라 개발을 위한 간단한 신호처리 방법을 고안하여 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 Ballard사의 1.2[kW]급 연료전지와 연료전지의 저전압($28{\sim}43[VDC]$)을 승압(380([VDC])시키기 위한 풀-브리지 직류-직류 컨버터, 그리고 승압된 직류 링크전압을 교류 전압(220[VAC]), 60[Hz]으로 변환하기 위한 단상 풀-브리지 인버터로 구성된 연료전지 발전용 전력변환시스템 중 풀-브리지 고주파 절연형 영전압 영전류 스위칭 위상 천이 펄스폭 변조 직류-직류 컨버터를 제안하였다. 제안한 풀-브리지 고주파 절연형 영전압 영전류 스위칭 위상 천이 펄스폭 변조 직류-직류는 프리휠링 다이오드를 포함한 탭부 인덕터 필터를 이용하여 순환 전류를 저감시켰으며, 스위치 및 변압기의 턴-온, 턴-오프시에 오버슈트 전압이나 과도현상이 발생하지 않는다. 그리고 넓은 출력 전압 조정에도 효율을 $93{\sim}97[%]$정도 얻을 수 있으며, 출력 부하전류의 변화에 대해 거의 일정한 출력 전압 특성을 가졌다.
