현대사회에서 외모는 타인과 경쟁 시 우위를 점하는 중요한 수단이기 때문에 사회생활에서 간과할 수 없는 요인으로 작용한다. 정보과학기술의 비약적인 발전으로 인해 현대사회는 당당하고 독립적인 인생 설계를 위한 진취적 자조론(自助論)과 새로운 패러다임의 역량을 겸비한 여성성을 요구하고 있기 때문에 1920, 30년대 봉건적 사회 분위기 속에서도 독립적이며 자주성을 표출한 모던걸이 구사하던 헤어스타일의 앞머리 커트, 아웃라인 표출, 층 단차, 질감 변화 등 구성요소들과 사회적 여성성(女性性)과의 상관성을 미용학 전공 여대생들 관점에서 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 현대 여성의 자립과 사회적 역할을 견고히 확립할 수 있는 참신하고 혁신적인 헤어 트렌드의 제시가 가능해진다. 또한 현대사회 여성리더의 사고(事故)와 심리에 대한 표준화를 도출하며, 창조적인 미(美)의 발현을 통해 개인 역량을 최대한 발휘하는 사회 주체로서 자주적 여성성의 정립을 위한 초석(礎石)을 다질 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 골감소증 노인 여성들을 대상으로 모던댄스 적용에 따른 골대사 지표 및 아디포사이토카인의 변화를 분석하여 골다공증 예방을 위한 효과적인 운동 방법을 제안하는데 있다. 연구의 대상자는 T-score -1.0 ~ -2.5사이 여성노인을 선정하였고, 모던댄스 그룹(n=10), 컨트롤 그룹(n=10)으로 무선 배정했다. 모던댄스는 주3회, 60분씩 12주간 실시하였고 자료 분석은 SPSS를 이용해 이원반복분산분석(two-way repeated measures ANOVA)으로 분석했다. 본 연구 결과 모던댄스 그룹에서 osteocalcin(p<.01), T-score(p<.05)가 유의하게 증가했다. Adiponectin(p<.05)은 모던댄스 그룹에서 유의하게 증가했고, TNF-α(p<.05), IL-6(p<.05)는 모두 모던댄스 그룹에서 유의하게 감소하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 모던댄스는 골감소증 노인여성의 골다공증 예방을 위해 효과적인 전략이 될 것으로 사료되며 더불어 신진대사 및 기능 향상에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각된다.

The article discusses the use of modern technologies in the learning process. It has been determined that the modern period of the development of society is characterized by a strong influence of computer technologies on it, a new education system is being formed, focused on entering the world information and educational space. This process is accompanied by significant changes in the pedagogical theory and practice of the educational process associated with making adjustments to the content of learning technologies, which should be adequate to modern technical capabilities, and contribute to the harmonious entry of a teenager into the information society. Computer technologies are designed to become not an additional "makeweight" in training, but an integral part of a holistic educational process, significantly increasing its effectiveness

The main purpose of the article is to study the key aspects of the use of modern technologies to ensure economic security in the context of achieving high efficiency of public administration.The economic security of the country is a multi-level system, the structure of which is determined by the peculiarities of the structure and key development priorities both in the regional aspect and nationally. The fundamental role of economic security is realized through a set of goals and objectives that are achieved in the process of ensuring it, among the main ones is the effective, dynamic and progressive development of the economy, which is impossible without the development of innovations. The essence of ensuring economic security from the standpoint of innovative development lies in the development of innovations that can increase the level of competitiveness of the state-level economic system, which necessitated an analysis of the conditions and dynamics of innovation development. As a result of the study, the basic aspects of the implementation of modern technologies were analyzed in the context of achieving high efficiency in public administration.

In the context of globalization of information processes, the prevalence of information wars and terrorism, there are new threats to national interests in the information sphere, which actualizes providing the information sovereignty of modern states. Therefore, the purpose of the article is an in-depth analysis of the features and content of information sovereignty as a component of state sovereignty, its relationship with freedom of information and information security, as well as a characterization of the bases and directions of providing information sovereignty. The information sovereignty of the modern state includes its activities to determine national interests in the information sphere, the formation and implementation of information policy, providing information security, regulation and control of information processes. The realization of information sovereignty should be based on real freedom of information, information privacy and the state obligation to provide them. Ensuring information sovereignty also requires solving the problems of formation of modern information legislation, which would comprehensively establish the bases and directions of providing information sovereignty, exceptional cases of restriction of freedom of information.

The main purpose of the study is to identify the key aspects of modern innovative research in the field of education. In the modern informatized world, education is becoming a decisive factor in social development and an important component in the development of the human personality, increasing respect for human rights and freedoms. Today it is quite obvious that without the necessary education a person will not be able to provide himself with proper living conditions and realize himself as a person. The high level of education of the population is an important factor that positively influences the creation of favorable conditions for the full realization of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Today, active and interactive teaching methods are widely used. The use of interactive teaching methods ensures complete immersion of students in the learning process and is the main source of learning. The radical difference between traditional and interactive learning is that the student not only replenishes and strengthens his knowledge, but also complements and constructs new ones. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites of modern innovative research in the field of education were investigated.

[Sinpyon-jejong-kyojang-chonglok] is a bibliography and subject catalog, called [Sokjangkyoung-catalog], which was introduced in Coryo dynasty. It was developed by [Degakguksa Yuichun] in 11th century(1090) and holds an important feature in Korean cataloging history as well as in the world cataloging history as the first [Sokjangkyoung-catalog]. This study investigates the entry description of [Kyojang-chonglok] and analyzes it in the contemporary perspective of Cataloging Rules. The study has found that the [Kyojang-chonglok] Follows the 'title main entry method'. Since the modern a n.0, pproach a n.0, pplies direct method which utilizes title, rather than indirect method which utilizes author name, we could safely assume that [Kyojang-chonglok] follows the modern principles such as standardization of cataloging and unification of bibliographical description. We could also extend our findings to conclude that [Sinpyon-jejong-kyojang-chonglok] created a foundation for modern 'title main entry system' such as ISBD and KCR3. Also, the bibliographical description of [Kyojang-chonglok] meets the conditions of B. S. Wyner, shown in the below. 1) logicality 2) flexibility 3) quickness 4) compactness 5) economic

The recent notion of Network Centric Warfare (NCW) emphasizes the ability to distribute the right information at the right time to maximize the combat effectiveness. Accordingly, in the modern combat system, the importance of non-physical elements, such as a communication system, is increasing. However, an NCW-support communication network system is expensive. Therefore, it is essential to develop a proper combat system evaluation method to establish an efficient NCW-support combat system. Traditionally, combat system effectiveness is measured in terms of physical elements such as men and fire power, Obviously, such method is hardly applicable to a modern combat system. To overcome this difficulty, we propose an evaluation model based on CA (Cellular Automata) simulation. A set of preliminary combat simulations show that CA simulation may be promising in evaluating non-physical element of a modern combat system.

The main objective of this study is to analyze characteristics on the somatotype of modern adult women In order to standardize of products. The sample for this work chosen from data which were collected and measured by Size Korea during two years($2003{\sim}2004$). In order to analyze feature of the somatotype of modern adult women, analysis was peformed in 1,371 subjects(645 twenties women, 725 thirties women) about 21 body parts such as height(4 parts), width(3 parts), thickness(3 parts), circumference(7 parts), length(3 parts) and body weight. According to the result of analysis, it was found that the twenties group was near in slender somatotype, whereas the thirties group was near in fat somatotype compared to standard somatotype.
