전라남도 농촌한옥의 규모특성에 관한 연구 -평면 형태에 따른 실별 면적을 중심으로- (A Research on features of rural Hanok in Jeollanam-do by housing scale -Centered around area of the room depending on shape of the plan-)

  • The recently built rural Hanoks have shown changes in appearances regarding its shape, space and size in the traditional floor plan. This is probably the transformation process to suit the needs of modern residence as new spaces and other factors are considered these days. The purpose of the research is to provide basic data for the innovation and construction of future Hankoks by analyzing the size features of the Hanoks in the rural areas of Jeeollanam-do and changing trends. They were divided into 5 types depending on the shape and the spacing of the living room and kitchen. Then size features per each type were analyzed. From this, it was revealed that there needs to be reasonable development of types in the standard design of Hanok because the size of the rooms is actually bigger than the standard design of Hanok in Jeollanam-do. The composition of the utility rooms should be classified as either domestic space or agricultural workspace considering that this area is rural but there are not enough storage spaces for agricultural machines and materials in most houses as they did not install external storage spaces. Therefore, it was analyzed that the size varies with the changes in the composition of space because of Hankok's similarities in the area of the rooms with typical apartments.

전주한옥마을 주거건축 평면의 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Housing Floor Plan in Jeonju Hanok Village)

  • This study aims to classify and find the characteristics of the housing floor plan by their spatial organization, the condition of use, the process of changes in Jeonju Hanok Village. To carry out this study, first the 534 in 779 housings in this village are investigated, and finally 55 of them are investigated and analyzed. They are surveyed and investigated from November in 2008 to January in 2010. The followings are as conclusions; The prototype of housing floor plan in this village is consisted of the main room in the middle part with the toimaru (wooden veranda), kitchen and meoribang (the room that is located back or the side of the main room) and kennen-bang (the room that is located the side of main room) in it's house. They are generated and changed on the basis of this type. The floor plans of the housings in Jeonju Hanok Villages are classified and characterized as the type of original floor plan house (original type), that of semi foreign house with the Korean style by the Japanese style or modern style, that of the house for rent a room or two rooms or one family, that of the house which mixed with commercial function and that of etc. They are generated by the social and economic condition of that period. And they will be studied with the life style of residents.

실증구축을 통한 신한옥의 신공법 및 공사비 변화 요인 도출 (Variations of Building Methods and Costs of Modernized Hanok Test-bed Projects)

  • 한국 고유의 목조건축형태인 한옥을 현대 공법 및 재료 등의 기술의 적용을 통해 품질과 시공성을 향상시키고, 다양한 규모와 시설을 포괄한 신한옥의 형태로 보급 확산하려는 노력이 계속되어 왔다. 본 연구는 신한옥 표준분류체계(Hanclass) 적용을 통해 구축된, 일곱 개의 실증구축사업 사업비 정보를 분석하여 신한옥 공법변화의 추세와 함께 이에 따른 공사비 변화를 고찰하였다. 우선, 일곱 개 실증구축사례의 공법 특징을 분석하고, 이를 공종분류, 재료분류, 공법분류, 부위분류를 분석의 기준으로 설정하여 공사비에 끼치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 사례 프로젝트들에서의 공법 변화 주요 영향요인들을 항목화하고 연계된 비용변화를 정량화함으로써 향후 지속적인 공법과 비용간의 관계를 관찰하기 위한 기본 구조를 작성하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지속적으로 개발되고 있는 신한옥의 신공법의 추세를 체계적으로 파악하고 또한 발전방향의 가이드를 할 것으로 기대한다.

시스템 다이내믹스 기반 한옥건축의 BIM 접목 활성화 방안 연구 (A System Dynamic for Investigating to Use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for Hanok Construction)

  • 한옥 시공은 사회적 관심과 수요가 증가하고 있으나, 현장 시공 비율이 높고 시공 시 필요한 정보가 부족하다는 한계를 가지고 있다. 이에 따른 해결책으로, BIM을 한옥 시공에 접목하였을 때 부재 단위의 모델링, 유형화와 표준화, 조립 방식에 대한 정보 관리가 가능해진다. 하지만, 여전히 BIM의 한옥건축 접목을 위한 요인에 관한 분석에 관한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 한옥건축에서의 BIM의 활성화를 시뮬레이션으로 모델링하여 그 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 한옥건축 BIM 활성화 요인을 도출하고 각 인자 간 상관관계 분석을 통하여 causal loop diagram (CLD)을 작성하고 각 요인을 Parameter, Dynamic variable, Stock, Flow로 정리해 최종 모델링을 완성하였다. 주요 인자의 변화에 따른 시나리오 분석 결과, 현 지원제도 및 활성화 요인을 유지하였을 때(시나리오 1) 장기적인 관점에서 긍정적인 결과가 나왔다. 한옥의 건축지원금이 증가하였을 경우(시나리오 2), 장기적으로 약 23~24% 상승한 것으로 확인되었다. BIM의 교육비가 감소하여 전문 인력이 증가한 경우(시나리오 3)는 BIM 활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있으나 시나리오 2에 비해 미미한 변화 값이 도출되었다. 도출된 각 요인 중 한옥 건축지원금이 가장 영향력 있는 변수로 판단된다. 추후 구체적인 변수를 적용하고 다른 관점에서 활성화 분석 연구를 진행하면 한옥과 BIM의 적용 활성화에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

1920년대 근대적 디벨로퍼의 등장과 그 배경 (The Advent of Korean Developers during the 1920s)

  • 일제하 경성부의 근대식 한옥 개발은 조선인 디벨로퍼의 주도로 1920년대에 본격화되었다. 이들이 등장한 배경은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일본인의 이주와 조선인의 이농으로 인구가 급증했다. 특히 일본인의 근거지가 청계천 이북으로 확장되면서, 지가가 상승하고 기존 필지를 분할하는 압축적인 개발이 나타났다. 둘째, 식민지 당국의 주거대책 부재로, 조선인의 주택난이 극심하였다. 셋째, 조선인 건설업자들은 토목공사 입찰에서 배제되어 조선인 대상 주택을 주로 건설하였다. 정세권 선생의 건양사와 같은 근대적 디벨로퍼들은 토지 매입, 분필, 주택 설계와 개발, 분양 등 근대적 부동산 개발 방식을 통해 조선인에게 근대식 한옥을 공급했다. 이들의 활동으로 1920~30년대 경성부에 10~40평형대의 근대식 한옥 단지가 형성되었다.

돈암지구 가구(街區)의 형성과 도시한옥의 적응 (Formation of Don-am district and Adaptation of Hanok Area in Seoul)

  • The Don-am district is a residential area that was supplied in 1936 as a land readjustment project(Tojiguhoekjeongri). The Don-am district was newly supplied with residential areas and urban hanoks were built in large numbers. The Don-am district was influenced by urban planning and legislation at that time. These affected in the layout and plan of urban hanok. Residential block in the Don-am district were developed sequentially from the late 1930s to the 1960s. Residential block were divided by modern construction company and sold by individual lots. The blocks supplied to the Don-am district made uniformly the corner out-off(Ga gak) for creating a vehicle-centered road. So urban hanoks located in the corner plot was transformed in response to the road. Residential blocks in Don-am district was divided into three to four rows. Therefore, alleys were created inside the block. Newly made alleys consist of a privately owned road(Sa-do), a public road(Gong-Do), and open space in the site. And the alleys were used as an entry space for sharing with neighboring. Urban hanoks of Don-am district have had changed and adapted to the formation of these alleys.

도시건축자산의 유형분류에 대한 연구 -대구시 서성로의 근대건축물을 중심으로- (A Study on the Type classification of Urban Architectural Assets - Focused on the Modern Architecture in Daegu Seosungro -)

  • This study is about the Type classification of architectural assets in Seosungro (one of the 4 Roads of Rampart in Junggu, Daegu), the main stronghold of Urban Regeneration projects according to the recent Urban Regeneration law. The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data about Operation management method of Original Downtown modern buildings and valuable hanok, and Conservational Regeneration of Architectural property of Urban Environmental Improvement and Architectural assets. By researching, analysing the feature and classifying the type of the buildings in Seosungro, The type classified Conservation plan can be suggested. The Types of the Architectural assets will be the basic data of the application plan of modern buildings which is for the urban regeneration, and this can predict the quantity and the demand of the building for effective urban regeneration, and also can be an effective Urban regeneration policy data.

배흘림을 활용한 조명.수납가구 디자인 개발 (Development of Illuminated Storage Furniture Using Baeheulrim)

  • Space given at home, furniture is an important condition to determine its size. As a method for satisfying outer and functional human needs, ever changing, shaped form has also been developed. Modern people tend to decorate the beautiful living space to the needs of the beauty and space of living. In order to satisfy these requirements, the development of furniture to suit the taste of modern people is required. In this study, we add together the design and contemporary design of traditional Korean and use of raw wood can feel the natural and applied to furniture retro design. It is possible to have a motif characteristic of Hanok traditional to suggest a design where you can feel the sensitivity with retro in the direction of the current design change is large and diverse, and in harmony with the living space of modern it is an object that you study the production lighting and storage furniture with the complexity of the traditional and modern.

서울 북촌(北村)의 역사경관보전정책 변천에 따른 건축물 변화 (A study on the change of the Building appearances according to the change of conservation policies and urban fabric in Bukchon of Seoul, since 1980's)

  • We have focused on the building appearance according to the change of conservation policy and urban fabric in Bukchon, Seoul. The Urban Hanok, urban traditional housing type, had been evolved in modern contort from 1920's to 1960's, that is to say, many buildings(Urban Hanok) in Bukchon area has built up with a lot and road at the same time. But the change of conservation policy has an effect on the urban fabric and building(wooden structure, RC and brick building). Thus many types of building in Bukchon has undergone a various change. The purpose of this paper is to define a change factor of Bukchon buildings. Thus we need to pay attention to policy and urban fabric. We reached the result as follows. First, the change of architecture regulations according to the several policies(an aesthetic area, an altitude area for sky line restriction and so on) brought into building deformation and eventually the historic scenery of Bukchon has been spoiled. Second, the change of policy had an effect on the change of roads and lots. Buildings on a widen road and a united lot was built newly. But new buildings built up with a concrete or brick structure was not in harmony with the historic scenery of Bukchon area. Third, a development method of a large lot with lack prudence(disregarded a scale and size of lot) did damage to Urban hanok and urban fabric. With the understanding on the relationship of buildings, a urban fabric and a policy in Bukchon, we can define the identity and correspond with the urgent request for a the conservation of historic urban scenery In addition we can suggest the policy and the design guidelines for the reservation and rehabilitation for Bukchon, Seoul.

도심지 근대건축의 보존과 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Preservation and Reuse of Modern Architecture in the City)

  • This study investigated modern architectures adjacent to the road, which can be easily destroyed by economic logic. The purpose of this paper is to find the method to preserve and reuse as townscape. The research methods were used the literature survey and field research of modern architecture in Seoul, and compared with the current status. The result are as followings. Firstly, In order to preserve many architectural cultural properties, the policy related to cultural property should be improved. And, awareness of the individual about cultural property should be changed. Secondly, it has been analyzed that modern architecture can be divided into 3 types in the reuse, which is 'Succession Type', 'Change Type', and 'Extinction Type'. Most of the cases has been used for specific use. Therefore, we should be consider the method of the reuse which can accommodate the various contemporary use. Thirdly, the preservation of the appearance and facade, which is the optimal way to preserve at least the historicity of the city, would be suitable for the preservation of modern architecture adjacent to the road. Lastly, it has been analyzed that the cases can be divided into 2 types in the form of appearance, which is 'Modern Type' and 'Hanok Type'. And, common and individual design guidelines have made.
