무인기용 착륙장치 측력 모델링 및 지상활주 제어기 설계 (Side Force Modeling of Landing Gear and Ground Directional Controller Design for UAV)

  • 무인항공기의 자동이착륙을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 자동 지상활주 제어는 반드시 설계되어야 하는 중요한 부분이다. 이러한 지상활주 제어기를 설계하기 위해서는 정확하고 신뢰도 높은 착륙장치 모델은 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 착륙장치 모델링을 완성하기 위해서 특별히 착륙장치 측력 모델링을 수행하였다. 조향각 명령을 포함한 Cornering Angle을 계산하여 측력을 모델링하였다. 그리고 모델링된 착륙장치 모델을 포함한 비선형 6자유도 시뮬레이션 환경을 이용하여, 항공기의 바람벡터 방향인 Course Angle 오차를 해소하기 위한 전륜 조향(Nose Wheel Steering)과 러더 조향(Rudder Steering)을 동시에 이용하는 자동 지상활주 제어기를 설계하였다. 설계된 지상활주 제어기를 동일하게 적용하여, 착륙장치 모델을 포함한 시뮬레이션 결과와 실제 무인기를 이용한 자동 지상활주 시험 결과를 비교하였고, 이로써 착륙장치 측력 모델링과 지상활주 제어기의 정확성을 입증하였다.

  • This paper presents a wafer motion modeling of the transfer unit and the control unit in the clean tube system, which was developed as a means for transferring the air-floated wafers inside the closed tube filled with the super clean airs. The motion in the transfer unit is modeled as a mass-spring-damper system where the recovering force by air jets issued from the perforated plate is modeled as a linear spring. The motion in the control unit is also modeled as another mass-spring-damper system, but in two dimensional systems. Experiments with a clean tube system built for 12-inch wafers show the validity of the presented force and motion models.

  • This paper is concerned with the dynamic modeling for the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of lateral vibrations of a railway vehicle. The resulting dynamic model is a nine degree-of-freedom model which can describe the lateral, roll and yaw motions of the car body and two bogies. It is assumed that the external disturbances come from wheel motions. In order to test the efficacy of the model, the linear quadratic regulator and the sky-hook control algorithm were designed and applied to the model. The simulation results show that both control algorithms are effective in suppressing the vibrations of railway vehicles.

3D Modeling and Balancing Control of Two-link Underactuated Robots using Matlab/Simulink

  • A pendubot is a representative example of an underactuated system that has fewer actuators than the degree of freedom of the system. In this study, the characteristics of the pendubot are first reviewed; each part is then designed using Solidworks by dividing the pendubot into three parts: the base frame, first link frame, and second link frame. These three parts are then imported into the Simulink environment via a STEP file format, which is the standard protocol used in data exchange between CAD applications. A 3D model of the pendubot is then constructed using Simscape, and the usefulness of the 3D model is validated by a comparison with a dynamic equation derived using the Lagrangian formulation. A linearized model around an upright equilibrium position is finally obtained, and a sliding mode controller is designed based on the linear quadratic regulator. Simulation results showed that the designed controller effectively maintained upright balance of the pendubot in the presence of disturbance.

Modeling and Regulator Design for Three-Input Power Systems with Decoupling Control

  • In hybrid renewable power systems, the use of a multiple-input dc/dc converter (MIC) leads to simpler circuit and lower cost, when compared to the conventional use of several single-input converters. This paper proposed a novel three-input buck/boost/buck-boost converter, which can be used in applications with various values of input voltage. The energy sources in this converter can deliver power to the load either simultaneously or individually in one switching period. The steady relationship, the power management strategy and the small-signal circuit model of this converter have been derived. With decoupling technology, modeling and regulator design can be obtained under multi-loop control modes. Finally, three generating methods of a multiple-input buck/boost/buck-boost converter is given, and this method can be extended to the other multiple-input dc/dc converters.

  • This paper presents a circuit analysis and cotnrol example of favored configuration 6/4 SRM. SRM modeling and analysis are necessary for experiment. Thus this paper proposes a SRM modeling with PI controller (of driving converter) input voltage chopping and inductance profile when rotor position transformed. Through this simulation the designer can predict operating states of systems over a broad range of operating conditions.

  • This paper is concerned with the dynamic modeling of a rectangular plate with piezoelectric actuators and sensors. The experimental frequency response plots can be used to verify the theoretical modeling. The active vibration control was achived by using positive position feedback controller.   • A dynamic modeling and analysis for the Stewart platform type of parallel robot is addressed. The dynamic modeling is performed based on the method of Kinematic Influence Coefficients(KIC) and transfering of the generalized coordinates. The optimum geometric configurations of the system that minimize the actuating forces at the linear actuator are found for several trajectories by using the optimization technique.

  • This paper presents modeling and analysis of a PWM buck AC-AC converter The converter is modelled by using DQ transformation whereby both the static and dynamic characteristics are analyzed completely. The feedforward-feedback control technique is also proposed to obtain instantaneous duty level change whereby very fast dynamic response is achieved. The simulation results show the validity of the modeling and analysis.
