The education system is the communication field should be based on the characteristics of communication science and the function of manpower. However, the current education system at the level of college is insufficient and irrational to meet the requirements of the telecommunication field in our country. The main reasons are as follows: 1. Misunderstanding the characteristics of communication science. 2. Indiscretion of the categories of communication manpower due to lack of coordination between academic circles and communication industrial field. Telecommunication function could be performed only by combining the engineering and the suitable operational control. The communication engineering is similar to the electronic engineering, but the former should follow the miscellaneous international protocol and the domestic regulations, being only a means for the telecommunication function. In order to improve the education system of communiation, we aim to identify the principle of communication science, orthodoxy of the education, the categories of communication industrial field and manpower. The present system has been formed on the basis of ignoring the attributes of manpower and historical background of communication science. Therefore, this paper proposes to set up new departmental organizations for educating communication manpower as the following: In addition, this paper proposes a new curriculum model of the above twodept, and we believe that it well turn out more scientific, effective and reasonable education for the communication science. 1. Modification of the present formation, designated Electronic Communication Department. 2. New formation model: A. The best future model such as establishing ad independent telecommunication college which is composed of : Dept. of Radiocommunication Dept. of Telecommunication Enginnering Dept. of Communication Industrial management Dept. of Transmission Engineering Dept. of Telecommunication Law B. An immediately practicable proposal model instead of the existin Dept.. which is composed of the first two Dept. of the above five Dept. In addition, this paper proposes a new curriculum model of the above two dept. and we believe that it will turn out the education for the communication science to be more scientific, effective and reasonable.
This study aims to verify the feasibility of design by developing pressure flow-controlled swash plate type pump with the use of SimulationX, a computer analysis program. Developing analysis model based on design drawing data has a cost-saving effect because it is possible to figure out the effectiveness of design through the work and it never falls into repeated inaccuracies in the production process. Analysis model is developed in the following order. First, the structure of each part such as valve and rotating unit which have dynamic factor is analyzed and the modeling of single component is carried out, reflecting drawing data. Second, the modeling of pump assembly is carried out with the combination of each analysis model and a work is conducted to determine whether the modeling can perform pressure flow control function according to load condition smoothly based on design intent. At the end of the modeling process, the feasibility of design is verified by showing the parts which are moving as expected mechanism.

Background: A recent study reported that mesenchymal stem cells possess potential cellular therapeutic properties for treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which is characterized by emphysema. We examined the potential therapeutic effect of Wharton's Jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells (WJMSCs), following pretreatment with pioglitazone, in lung regeneration mouse emphysema models. Methods: We used two mouse emphysema models, an elastase-induced model and a cigarette smoke-induced model. We intravenously injected WJMSCs ($1{\times}10^4/mouse$) to mice, pretreated or not, with pioglitazone for 7 days. We measured the emphysema severity by mean linear intercepts (MLI) analysis using lung histology. Results: Pioglitazone pretreated WJMSCs (pioWJMSCs) were associated with greater lung regeneration than non-augmented WJMSCs in the two mouse emphysema models. In the elastase-induced emphysema model, the MLIs were $59.02{\pm}2.42{\mu}m$ (n=6), $72.80{\pm}2.87{\mu}m$ (n=6), for pioWJMSCs injected mice, and non-augmented WJMSCs injected mice, respectively (p<0.01). Both pioWJMSCs and non-augmented WJMSCs showed regenerative effects in the cigarette smoke emphysema model (MLIs were $41.25{\pm}0.98$ [n=6] for WJMSCs and $38.97{\pm}0.61{\mu}m$ [n=6] for pioWJMSCs) compared to smoking control mice ($51.65{\pm}1.36{\mu}m$, n=6). The mean improvement of MLI appeared numerically better in pioWJMSCs than in non-augmented WJMSCs injected mice, but the difference did not reach the level of statistical significance (p=0.071). Conclusion: PioWJMSCs may produce greater lung regeneration, compared to non-augmented WJMSCs, in a mouse emphysema model.
This study aimed to identify the effect of the instruction applied with a project method for the 'Making Model by Architecture' unit in vocational High schools on the improvement of the Key competences. With this aim, the study selected as an experimental group, control group third graders in two classroom in G vocational High Schools in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do. Aiming at the selected students in the experimental group and the control group, the study conducted a pre-test of their Key competences; thus, the study confirmed that there was no statistically significant difference. Then, the study offered a class applied with a project method to the experimental group, while offering a traditional instruction to the control group. After offering the class, the study undertook a post-test, and verified the effect. In order to prove the test result, the study carried out a Hest using the SPSSWIN 12.0 statistical program, while the significance level being ${\alpha}$<.05. The conclusions obtained from this study include the following. All the six selected areas including 'problem-solving skills', 'communication skills', 'resource utilization competence', 'mathematical competence', 'interpersonal management competence' and 'self-management competence', which were supposed to be appropriate for this study among the sub-areas of Key competences, were found to show significant differences between the experimental group applied with a project method and the control group as a result of the post-test of the two groups. In summarizing the above research results, the class using a project method for the 'Making Model by Architecture' unit was discovered to be effective for improving Key competences. In particular, it may be more effective learning method for enhancing six areas greatly relevant to the project method among various sub-areas of Key competences.
Though many genetic and epigenetic alterations have been identified in hamster oral carcinogenesis model, there is no information about the possible role of transforming growth factor related with oral cancer. The purpose of this paper was to find the expression patterns of transforming growth factor alpha and beta during the stages of complete oral carcinogenesis model in hamster. 0.5% 9, 10-dimethyl-1, 2-benzanthracene(DMBA) in mineral oil was topically applied to the buccal pouch of 75 hamster three times a week during the experimental periods. The experimental animals were subdivided into two groups of control and experiment. Only the mineral oil was applied to the control group. 0.5% DMBA in mineral oil was applied to the experimental groups of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 weeks. The expression of the $TGF-{\alpha}$ and $TGF-{\beta}$ protein were evaluated by the distribution and intensity of positive cells during the carcinogenesis using the immunohistochemical study. The following results were obtained ; 1. The buccal pouch epithelium of hamster was histologically changed to the dysplasia at 6, 8, 10 weeks, carcinoma in situ at 12 weeks, and squamous cell carcinoma at 14 weeks. 2. The expression of the $TGF-{\alpha}$ was restricted to the parabasal and basal layers of the normal and dysplastic mucosa, but those positive cells were extended to the spinous layers of the epithelium in the carcinoma. 3. The degree of $TGF-{\alpha}$ expression was markedly decreased in the carcinoma at 16, 18, 20. The strong positive staining in the center of cancer islands and weak positive staining in periphery of tumor were seen at the stage of squamous cell carcinoma. 4. The positive index of the $TGF-{\alpha}$ had a tendency to increase with DMBA- applied time. There was a statistically significant difference between 12, 18, 20 experimental group and control group (p<0.05). 5. The expression of the $TGF-{\beta}$ was shown at the cytoplasm of all control and experimental groups, and the parabasal and basal layers of the normal and dyslastic mucosa, but it was shown at the basal layers of the epithelium in the carcinoma. 6. $TGF-{\beta}$ was expressed diffusely at 16, 18, 20 experimental group. The strong positive staining in the center of cancer islands and positive staining in periphery of tumor were seen at the stage of squamous cell carcinoma. From the above findings, the expression of $TGF-{\alpha}$ and ${\beta}$ in oral carcinogenesis model seems to have two formal stages, the first being an overexpression step as reaction to uncontrolled growth and the second being one in which external protein accumulate in the surrounding stroma and intracytoplasm. Overexpression of $TGF-{\alpha}$ and ${\beta}$ may have important cooperative roles for the promotion of cancer and factor of prognosis.
These days, the environment of hospital marketing is changing rapidly. The level of expectation and demand of patients have become greater and more diversified, and patients have more alternatives in selecting hospitals. The standard of hospital selection and the type of using hospital have been changed, and competition among hospitals has been accelerated due to the opening of the medical market through globalization. Accordingly, differentiation strategies are critical in hospital marketing. The quality of medical service oriented toward patient satisfaction becomes a strong strategic weapon to secure a hospital's competitive advantage. Therefore, marketing and communication strategies should be focused on patient-oriented, rather than hospital-oriented. Considering the changes in the hospital environment and the increase in the patients' expectation level, this study categorizes doctors' communication styles into four different ones: trust-type, professional-type, cooperation-type, and control-type. The effects of these communication styles on patient satisfaction were empirically examined. The moderating roles of the patient's characteristics and clinical characteristics between the doctors' communication styles and patient satisfaction were also investigated to find out managerial implications for hospital management. To achieve such goals, data were collected from patients of 12 general hospitals in Busan. The data were analyzed to test research hypotheses that examine 1) the relationships between doctors' communication styles and patient satisfaction, 2) the moderating roles of the patient characteristics and clinical characteristics in the research model, and 3) the impact of patient satisfaction on positive word-of-mouth and repurchase. The following summarizes the major results of this research. First, the data showed that patient satisfaction varied across doctors' communication styles. Trust-type style had the strongest impact on patient satisfaction while control-type style had the weakest influence on patient satisfaction. Professional-type style and cooperation-type style also had positive effects on patient satisfaction but the impact of the two are not statistically different. Second, significant differences in terms of patient satisfaction were found depending upon demographic variables such as gender, marital status, age, occupation, and education. Patient satisfaction, however, was consistent across varying income groups. Third, patients' medical insurance types were also related to patient satisfaction. It implies that a doctor may need to use different communication styles depending on a patient's medical insurance type. Fourth, out-patient and in-patient showed a different level of satisfaction with varying communication styles. Fifth, highly professional knowledge and strong control can influence patient satisfaction depending on the characteristics of the patient treatment field. Sixth, patient satisfaction were proved to have significantly positive effects on word-of-mouth and repurchase. The implications drawn from this study must be tempered by its limitations. First of all, the subjects used in this study were patients in Busan and small- and medium-size hospitals were excluded from the research. Therefore, future research should examine the research model by using a variety of hospitals and clinics throughout Korea. Another research agenda has to do with finding more determinant and moderating variables which will increase an explanatory power of the model. In short, this study may be the first empirical research that investigates the effects of doctors' communication styles on patient satisfaction. Interestingly enough, the results showed that each communication style had a unique impact on patient satisfaction. The findings from this research can be very useful in developing hospital marketing strategies.
The primary purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of the users' satisfaction and commitment in personal media. For these purposes, we developed a research model based on the literature reviews of personal media, perceived risk and interactivity, satisfaction, and commitment. This study has identified four dimensions in the concept of perceived risk, such as privacy risk, social risk, time loss risk, and economic risk, and three dimensions in the concept of perceived interactivity, such as active control, two-way communication, and responsiveness. In survey, data were collected from 428 male and female who have an experience in personal media. Data was analyzed factor analysis, reliability analysis, measurement model analysis, and structural model analysis by utilizing SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. Analysis results of research model indicate the following. Firstly, privacy risk, active control, two-way communication, and responsiveness are significantly related satisfaction. Secondly, privacy risk, time loss risk, economic risk, active control, and two-way communication are significantly related commitment. Thirdly, users' satisfaction has positive relationship with commitment in personal media. Based on these results, theoretical implications for relevant researchers and managerial implications for personal media vitalization and marketing strategy are discussed. Finally, limitations for this study and further research issues are suggested.

The purpose of this study is to reduce the anxiety factors of fires by following evacuation tips in case of fire in an apartment household. This study analyzed the moderating effects of the control offices' competence in control on safety awareness and fire response. The study results were as follows. First, the residents and control staff's safety awareness had a positive effect on the fire response performance. This indicates that the higher the residents and control staff's safety awareness level, the higher the fire responsive performance. Second, the higher the control offices' control competence level, the better the apartment residents and control staff's safety awareness had a positive effect on the fire response performance. These results indicate that the higher the control office heads' leadership, the higher the apartment residents' housing satisfaction and that the more communicative the control office heads' attitude toward the residents, the better their attitude had a positive effect on the fire response performance. Lastly, the control offices' control competence was analyzed to have a moderating effects on the effect of the apartment residents and control staff's safety awareness level on the fire response performance. These results showed that the change in the model's R2 value showed an increasing trend in stages as the value increased more in the stage 2 than the stage 1 and even more in the stage 3 with the interaction terms of the moderating variables added. For this reason, the control offices' control competence which was a moderating variable was analyzed to have a moderating effect on the effect of residents and control staff's safety awareness level on the fire response performance.
This study analyzed convergent factors related to self-leadership of female freshmen in health majors studying TOEIC. The survey was conducted from April 29, 2019 to May 10, 2019 using unregistered self-administered questionnaire for 201 female freshmen in health majors and they were randomly selected from TOEIC class in college located in J city. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis show the following. The self-leadership of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which self-competence is higher, a group in which subdivision task self-efficacy and coping self-efficacy is higher, and a group in which subdivision chance of locus control from locus of control is lower. Their explanatory power was 49.7%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts to manage self-competence, self-efficacy, and locus of control are required to improve the self-leadership of female freshmen in health majors studying TOEIC. These results can be used for academic counseling guidance to enhance self-leadership of female freshmen in health majors studying TOEIC. In the future research, it is necessary to establish and analyze a structural equation model that affects self-leadership of male and female college students in health majors studying TOEIC.

Following the proliferation of three-dimensional video contents and displays, many terrestrial broadcasting companies prepare for starting stereoscopic 3DTV service. In terrestrial stereoscopic broadcast, it is a difficult task to code and transmit two video sequences while sustaining as high quality as 2DTV broadcast attains due to the limited bandwidth defined by the existing digital TV standards such as ATSC. Thus, a terrestrial 3DTV broadcasting system with heterogeneous video coding systems is considered for terrestrial 3DTV broadcast where the left image and right images are based on MPEG-2 and H.264/AVC, respectively, in order to achieve both high quality broadcasting service and compatibility for the existing 2DTV viewers. Without significant change in the current terrestrial broadcasting systems, we propose a joint rate control scheme for stereoscopic 3DTV service. The proposed joint rate control scheme applies to the MPEG-2 encoder a quadratic rate-quantization model which is adopted in the H.264/AVC. Then the controller is designed for the sum of two bit streams to meet the bandwidth requirement of broadcasting standards while the sum of image distortions is minimized by adjusting quantization parameter computed from the proposed optimization scheme. Besides, we also consider a condition on quality difference between the left and right images in the optimization. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed bit rate control scheme outperforms the rate control method where each video coding standard uses its own bit rate control algorithm in terms of minimizing the mean image distortion as well as the mean value and the variation of absolute image quality differences.
