중학교 가정과 수업 방법의 개성을 위한 탐구훈련수업의 학습효과 - 식생활 단원을 중심으로- (A Study on the Learning Effects of the Inquiry Training Model for the Home Economics of the Middle School - Focusing of the Unit of Food and Nutrition)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare of learning effects between the inquiry training model and traditional lecture method in the unit of food and nutrition of home economics in the middle school and propose a teaching-learning method of home economics in the middle school.For this study I sampled one hundred students both male and female who were in the first grade students of middle school in Ansan city.The students were divided into two groups each of which was composed of one male class and one female class. One was called the inquiry training model group, which was taught by the inquiry training model, the other the traditional lecture method group, which was taught by traditional lecture method .They learned about food and nutrition unit during the same time. To evaluate the effectiveness of learning, learning achievement degree, instruction interest degree, and the powers of exploration process, a creativity lest by using a Questionnaire was gIven.The resuits of this study are as follows: 1. In the traditional lecture method group between the inquiry training model one, the difference of learning achievement degree was not significant. The score of learning achieve ment degree in the inquiry training group, the female class got higher scores than .the maleone, but the difference was not significant. 2. In the test of instruction interest degree, the traditional lecture method group got higher scores than the inquiry training model one. (p<.001.). In the inquiry training group the male class got higher scores than the f ema Ie one. (p < .001 ) 3. In the test of powers of exploration process, the traditional lecture method group got higher scores than the inquiry training model one.( p< .00 1). In the inquiry training group, the male class got higher scores than the female one, but the difference was not significant. 4. In the test of creativity, the traditional lecture method group got higher scores than the inquiry training one. (p < .00 1). In the inquiry training group, the female class got higher scores than the male one, but the difference was not significant Therefore, the inquiry training model is the more effective instruction model for both male and female students, rather than the traditional lecture method for instruction interest de¬gree, powers of exploration process, creativity and extends instruction interest degree for the male studentsale students.

  • Model parameters in HMM based speech recognition systems are normally estimated using Maximum Likelihood Estimation(MLE). The MLE method is based mainly on the principle of statistical data fitting in terms of increasing the HMM likelihood. The optimality of this training criterion is conditioned on the availability of infinite amount of training data and the correct choice of model. However, in practice, neither of these conditions is satisfied. In this paper, we propose a training algorithm, MCE(Minimum Classification Error), to improve the performance of a speech recognizer detecting mispronunciation of a foreign language. During the conventional MLE(Maximum Likelihood Estimation) training, the model parameters are adjusted to increase the likelihood of the word strings corresponding to the training utterances without taking account of the probability of other possible word strings. In contrast to MLE, the MCE training scheme takes account of possible competing word hypotheses and tries to reduce the probability of incorrect hypotheses. The discriminant training method using MCE shows better recognition results than the MLE method does.

  • 최근, 지속적인 지식, 정보의 증가로 교사들의 연수의 필요성이 요구되고 있으나 현재 실시되고 있는 연수는 몇몇 문제점들을 내포하고 있다 이들 문제점들을 줄이기 위해 원격교사연수가 실시되고 있으나 시공간 극복 등의 장점에도 불구하고 상호작용, 평가, 강사, 연수 매체 등의 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 현재 제시되고 있는 원격교사 연수의 개선방안과 여러 학자들이 주장하고 있는 원격교사연수 모형 및 교수-학습 방법 등을 조사하고, 각 모형에서 제시되고 있는 요소와 원칙들을 종합하여 차후 개발될 원격교사연수모형에서 고려되어야 할 요소들을 제시하였다. 이 요소들의 제시로 인하여 원격교사연수모형을 개발하는데 있어 좋은 기준이 될 수 있다.

Subword Neural Language Generation with Unlikelihood Training

  • A Language model with neural networks commonly trained with likelihood loss. Such that the model can learn the sequence of human text. State-of-the-art results achieved in various language generation tasks, e.g., text summarization, dialogue response generation, and text generation, by utilizing the language model's next token output probabilities. Monotonous and boring outputs are a well-known problem of this model, yet only a few solutions proposed to address this problem. Several decoding techniques proposed to suppress repetitive tokens. Unlikelihood training approached this problem by penalizing candidate tokens probabilities if the tokens already seen in previous steps. While the method successfully showed a less repetitive generated token, the method has a large memory consumption because of the training need a big vocabulary size. We effectively reduced memory footprint by encoding words as sequences of subword units. Finally, we report competitive results with token level unlikelihood training in several automatic evaluations compared to the previous work.

  • Microsurgery is a precise surgical skill that requires an extensive training period and the supervision of expert instructors. The classical training schemes in microsurgery have started with multiday experimental courses on the rat model. These courses have offered a low threat supervised high fidelity laboratory setting in which students can steadily and rapidly progress. This simulated environment allows students to make and recognise mistakes in microsurgery techniques and thus shifts any related risks of the early training period from the operating room to the lab. To achieve a high level of skill acquisition before beginning clinical practice, students are trained on a comprehensive set of exercises the rat model can uniquely provide, with progressive complexity as competency improves. This paper presents the utility of the classical rat model in three of the earliest microsurgery training centres and the new prospects that this versatile and expansive training model offers.

산업체 현장실습 운영 현황 분석을 통한 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the improvement through the present state analysis of the industry field training)

  • This paper examines the industry field training education model, analyze the operational status proposed improvement measures. Data were analyzed using a field training participating students participating industry last three years. On the other hand analysis field training participating students increased, industry participation has decreased. And most of the students took part in the seasonal short-term job training. In addition, it was difficult to analyze the employment status field training operations follow-up member. In this paper, a field training operations support system management models and practical training courses organized field trips how to improve. Field training operations support will be strengthened through the work associated with the company expanding participation model introduced and is expected to increase in the long-term practical training, students participate in field training system improvement. Run the job training Improvement in future research presented in this paper attempts to analyze the students' employment status and results of operations involved.

역량모델에 기초한 직업훈련기관장의 훈련요구분석 (Training Needs Assessment Based on the CEO Competency Model of Vocational Training Institutes)

  • 본 연구는 직업능력개발 분야의 중추적인 역할을 수행하는 직훈기관의 최고관리자 교육프로그램을 개발하기 위해서 교육요구분석 차원에서 직훈기관장의 역량을 추출하여 역량모델을 개발할 목적으로 수행되었다. 조사대상은 전국의 공공직훈기관, 민간직훈기관, 학원 및 기타 평생교육기관의 최고관리자로서, 주요조사 내용은 교육요구조사와 역량모델에 관한 이론적 고찰, 직훈기관장의 직무분석, 잠정적으로 정리한 역량에 대한 설문문항에 대한 중요도, 숙달수준, 학습 희망도를 통해 역량의 우선순위의 파악과 이에 기초한 교육요구의 우선순위를 산정하였다. 연구방법은 설문조사, FGI, 현장조사 등의 연구방법이 적용되었다. 교육역량모델에 기반한 교육훈련요구 분석결과 그 우선순위가 높은 역량은 '인재확보능력', '시장변화 및 교육생의 요구파악', '문제해결능력', '리더십 스킬', '창의적 사고', '조직역량분석 및 진단', '정보수집 분석능력' 등이다.

데이터 세트별 Post-Training을 통한 언어 모델 최적화 연구: 금융 감성 분석을 중심으로 (Optimizing Language Models through Dataset-Specific Post-Training: A Focus on Financial Sentiment Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 금융 분야에서 중요한 증감 정보를 효과적으로 이해하고 감성을 정확하게 분류하기 위한 언어 모델의 학습 방법론을 탐구한다. 연구의 핵심 목표는 언어 모델이 금융과 관련된 증감 표현을 잘 이해할 수 있게 하기 위한 적절한 데이터 세트를 찾는 것이다. 이를 위해, Wall Street Journal에서 수집한 금융 뉴스 문장 중 증감 관련 단어를 포함하는 문장을 선별했고, 이와 함께 적절한 프롬프트를 사용해 GPT-3.5-turbo-1106으로 생성한 문장을 각각 post-training에 사용했다. Post-training에 사용한 데이터 세트가 언어 모델의 학습에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 금융 감성 분석 벤치마크 데이터 세트인 Financial PhraseBank를 통해 성능을 비교하며 분석했으며, 그 결과 금융 분야에 특화된 언어 모델인 FinBERT를 추가 학습한 결과가 일반적인 도메인에서 사전 학습된 모델인 BERT를 추가 학습한 것보다 더 높은 성능을 보였다. 또 금융 뉴스로 post-training을 진행한 것이 생성한 문장을 post-training을 진행한 것에 비해 전반적으로 성능이 높음을 보였으나, 일반화가 더욱 요구되는 환경에서는 생성된 문장으로 추가 학습한 모델이 더 높은 성능을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 개선하고자 하는 부분의 도메인이 사용하고자 하는 언어 모델과의 도메인과 일치해야 한다는 것과 적절한 데이터 세트의 선택이 언어 모델의 이해도 및 예측 성능 향상에 중요함을 시사한다. 연구 결과는 특히 금융 분야에서 감성 분석과 관련된 과제를 수행할 때 언어 모델의 성능을 최적화하기 위한 방법론을 제시하며, 향후 금융 분야에서의 더욱 정교한 언어 이해 및 감성분석을 위한 연구 방향을 제시한다. 이러한 연구는 금융 분야 뿐만 아니라 다른 도메인에서의 언어 모델 학습에도 의미 있는 통찰을 제공할 수 있다.

  • The revision of SOLAS, Chapter V, which entered into force on 1 July 2002, has firmly established the electronic navigational chart as part of the international maritime safety system. Its possible recognition as a paper chart equivalent confirms the considerable safety benefits provided by the official Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS). Elaborated by the Author IAMU Model Course on operational use of ECDIS aims to provide answers to some of the most commonly asked questions regarding various types of electronic charts (ENC, RNC, DNC) and electronic chart systems (ECDIS, RCDS, ECS). Following the earlier adoption of the International Convention STCW 78/95 and IMO model training courses, e.g. IMO Model Course on ECDIS [2], to assist in the implementation of the Convention and the associated IMO Assembly resolutions, a number of IAMU Member Universities had suggested that IAMU should develop model training courses on higher academic level to assist in achieving a more rapid transfer of information and skills regarding new developments in marine technology. The provision of model courses could help instructors improve the quality of their existing courses and enhance their effectiveness in meeting the requirements of the IAMU. In this paper the Author presents the results of two IAMU research projects sponsored by Nippon Foundation, titled 'IAMU Model Course on Training in Operational Use of ECDIS' and 'IAMU Handbook on ECDIS'.

‘내경일지선(內徑一指禪)’ 기공수련이 대학생의 운동부하 스트레스 후의 심폐기능 및 Catecholamine 변화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Qigong training on the cardiopulmonary functions and catecholamine levels after physical traning stress in untrained college students)

  • This study was performed to investigate the effects of Qigong training after physical training stress in untrained college students For this study, 6 voluntary subjects(male 4, female 2) were chosen in untrained students of K University. they were trained by teachers during 6 weeks and tested just before Qingong training and after 6 weeks. Each subject was performed a treadmill exercise(model Q65, Quinton Co, U.S.A.) to the all-out state. During exercise stress test, electrocardiogram, heart rate were checked by stress test monitor(model Q4500, Quinton Co, U.S.A) and also oxygen uptake, maximal oxygen uptake analyzed continuously by automatic gas analysis(model QMC, Quinton Co, U.S.A). During physical training the serum were collected 3 times, pre-experimental rest time, and serum catecholamine were measured by HPLC.T-test of statistical analysis system was used in every experiment for statistical assessment. The results of T-test on these data were summarized as follow:1.Heart rate change during exercise stress test after Qigong training was shown more decreasing tendency than before training. Especially, heart rate change after Qigong training during resting periods was decreased significantly than before training.2. Oxygen uptake change during exercise stress test after Qigong training was shown more increasing tendency than before training, And also maximal oxygen uptake after Qigong training was shown more increasing tendency than before 6 weeks.3. Epinephrine level of after Qigong training was more decreased significantly than before training in all-out state. And norepinephrine level of after Qigong training was shown more decreasing tendency than before training in all-out state and after 30 minutes rest time. Above results indicate that Qigong training for 6 weeks could be effective to elevate the cardiopulmonary functions and diminish the stress responses of the physical stress.
