가정내 인성교육을 위한 부모 역할 지원 방안 탐색 (Policy Study on Parents Support for Character Education within Family)

  • This study focuses on the roles of family and parents as primary environments for character education of children and adolescents, examines surrounding micro and macro environments in a bioecological model, and explores parent support methods for restoring character education in family. For this study, we had interviews with 54 parents(44 mothers & 10 fathers). Through the interviews we found difficulties of character education in family and analyzed them in children and teenagers, parents, school, and social-cultural dimensions based on the bioecological model. On the basis of the parents' perception for these difficulties, we proposed how to support the roles of family and parents for recovering character education in family. The policy methods were propsed in family, school, and society dimensions. This study is meaningful in that it suggests evidence base for making the parent support policy.

Support Vector Regression을 이용한 소프트웨어 개발비 예측 (Estimating Software Development Cost using Support Vector Regression)

  • The purpose of this paper is to propose a new software development cost estimation method using SVR(Support Vector Regression) SVR, one of machine learning techniques, has been attracting much attention for its theoretic clearness and food performance over other machine learning techniques. This paper may be the first study in which SVR is applied to the field of software cost estimation. To derive the new method, we analyze historical cost data including both well-known overseas and domestic software projects, and define cost drivers affecting software cost. Then, the SVR model is trained using the historical data and its estimation accuracy is compared with that of the linear regression model. Experimental results show that the SVR model produces more accurate prediction than the linear regression model.

  • The purpose of this study was to propose the basic models of the housewives' educational program for the healthy families support center. For this purpose the role & function of the healthy families support center and the cases about the housewives' educational program of related institutions were analysed. Based on of this materials this study proposed 2 types of program model : 1. the balance of individual-family-society parts oriented model, and 2. the healthy families CEO oriented model. And the strategies for the more effective management of each model were suggested.

서포트벡터머신을 이용한 교육시설 초기 공사비 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on Predicting Construction Cost of Educational Building Project at early stage Using Support Vector Machine Technique)

  • The accuracy of cost estimation at an early stage in school building project is one of the critical factors for successful completion. So various of techniques are developed to predict the construction cost accurately and expeditely. Among the techniques, Support Vector Machine(SVM) has an excellent ability for generalization performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to construct the prediction model for construction cost of educational building project using support vector machine technique. And to verify the accuracy of prediction model for construction cost. The performance data used in this study are 217 school building project cost which have been completed from 2004 to 2007 in Gyeonggi-Do, Korea. The result shows that average error rate was 7.48% for SVM prediction model. So using SVM model on predicting construction cost of educational building project will be a considerably effective way at the early project stage.

의사결정지원기법을 이용한 농촌유역 통합 수질관리모형의 개발 (Development of Integrated Water Quality Management Model for Rural Basins using Decision Support System.)

  • A decision support system DSS-WQMRA (Decision Support System-Water Quality Management in Rural Area) was developed to help regional planners for the water quality management in a rural basin. The integrated model DSS-WQMRA, written in JAVA, includes four subsystems such as a GIS, a database, water quality simulation models and a decision model. In the system, the GIS deals with landuse and the location of pollutant sources. The database manages each data and supplies input data for various water quality simulation models. the water quality simulation model is composed of the GWLF( Generalized Watershed Loading Function), PCLM(Pollutant Loading Calculation Module) and the WASP5 model. The decision model based on mixed integer programming is designed to determine optimal costs and thus allow the selection of managemental practices to meet the water quality criteria. The methodology was tested with an example application in the Bokha River Basin, Kyunggi Province in Korea. It was proved that the integrated model DSS-WQMRA could be very useful for water quality management including the non-point source pollution in rural areas.

간호대학생의 사회적지지가 대학생활 적응과 학업적응에 미치는 영향 (The Relationship between Social Support, College Adjustment and Academic Adjustment among Nursing Students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze factors affecting college adjustment and academic adjustment among nursing students according to social support. Methods: This study was a descriptive survey and questionnaires were collected from 290 nursing students from 2 colleges located in J province consented to participate in the study. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheff$\grave{e}$ test, pearson correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: In the model individual characteristics accounted for 17.2% of the influence on college adjustment and 9.9% of the influence on academic adjustment. In the model II with the addition of the 4 factors; tangible support, appraisal support, belonging support, self-esteem support and individual characteristics accounted for 39.5% of the influence on college adjustment and 22.8% of the influence on academic adjustment. Appraisal support and belonging support of the social support sub-variables were statistically useful as factors influencing college adjustment and self-esteem support was statistically useful as factors influencing academic adjustment. Conclusion: Social support for nursing students has great influence on college adjustment and academic adjustment of nursing students.

사회적 지원기능이 브랜드 개설 SNS 페이지 소비자 수용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Social Supports on Intention to Use of Brands' SNS Page)

  • Many companies are now trying to utilize SNS (social network service) by building it as marketing communication platform that delivers marketing messages and builds customer relationship. This study investigates the factors affecting consumers' intention to use of brand's SNS identity page (e.g., fan page in Facebook). It specifically focuses on four social support functions -self-esteem, informational, emotional and social networking support-in virtual space. Research model attempts to explore the impact of social supports on brands' SNS identity page adoption with modified technology acceptance model which includes perceived usefulness, ease of use and enjoyment. Empirical study adopts SEM (structural equation modelling) to test research model. The result indicates that perceived ease of use is influenced by informational support, and perceived usefulness is influenced by informational, emotional, and self-esteem support. And perceived enjoyment is influenced by emotional support. In addition, it reveals that there were no significant effects of social networking support on both perceived usefulness and enjoyment. These findings provide managerial implications for attracting potential and actual customers to brand's SNS identity page. And it also suggests the importance of managing sociability in brand's SNS identity page to make it as marketing communication platform.

감정노동을 수행하는 임상간호사의 개인적 안녕에 대한 경로모형 (Psychosocial Well-Being of Clinical Nurses Performing Emotional Labor: A Path Analytic Model Approach)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the influence of emotional expressivity, emotional intelligence, affectivity, job autonomy, social support, and emotional labor on clinical nurses' individual well-being and to provide guidelines for interventions and strategies for its improvement. Methods: The sample consisted of 207 nurses recruited from a general hospital in Korea. The participants completed a structured self-report questionnaire comprising measures of emotional expressivity, emotional intelligence, positive affectivity, negative affectivity, job autonomy, supervisor support, coworker support, deep acting, surface acting, emotional exhaustion, and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistics 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Results: The final model was a good fit for the data based on the model fit indices. In the path analysis, surface acting, negative affectivity, supervisor support, and coworker support had statistically significant effects on emotional exhaustion, explaining 29.0% of the variance. Deep acting, emotional exhaustion, positive affectivity, and emotional intelligence had statistically significant effects on job satisfaction, explaining 43.0% of the variance. Conclusion: Effective strategies to improve clinical nurses' individual well-being should focus on surface acting, deep acting, affectivity, social support, and emotional intelligence. The results of this study can be utilized as base data to manage emotional labor and improve clinical nurses' individual well-being.

청소년의 가족관련 스트레스와 사회적지지가 대처방식에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Family Related Stress and Social Support on the Ways of Coping of Adolescents)

  • This purposes of study are to examine the effect of family related stress and social support on the ways of coping of adolescents and provide a ground necessary to improve it. A survey was conducted on 756 adolescents who were living in Naju. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. This study utilized two different models, direct effect model and buffering effect of social support in order to examine the effects of social support on the ways of coping of adolescents. Research findings suggest that the level of coping appeared to be low in general among adolescents. The finding of direct effect model of social support was that mother's support, father's support, sibling's support, lather's grade, mother's grade, and economic level effected the ways of coping of adolescents. But it was not empirically supported that the social support buffered the family related stress on the ways of coping. In other words, the effects of family related stress factor didn't decrease with the increase in the level of social support, however the level of coping increased at a mercy of the age and economic level. Finally, this paper attempted to provide some alternatives to effectively improve the ways of coping among adolescents based on empirical findings.

  • The aim of this study is to develop construction safety and health management cost prediction model using support vector machine (SVM). To this end, theoretical concept of SVM is investigated to formulate the cost prediction model. Input and output variables have been selected by analyzing the balancing accounts for the completed construction project. In order to train and validate the proposed prediction model, 150 data sets have been gathered from field. Effects of SVM parameters on prediction accuracy are analyzed and from which the optimal parameter values have been determined. The prediction performance tests are conducted to confirm the applicability of the proposed model. Based on the results, it is concluded that the proposed SVM model can effectively be used to predict the construction safety and health management cost.
