  • 본 논문은 benchmark program의 명령어 mix들과 이 명령어 mix들의 분포와 빈도돌을 parameter로 해서 컴퓨터 성능평가를 행할 수 있는 확률적 모델을 제시한다. 이 모델을 Intel 8086/8083마이크로 프로세서의 성능 평가에 적용시켜 봄으로써, 현존하는 컴퓨터시스템뿐만 아니라 미개발 시스템을 위한 성능 평가 모델로도 가능하다는 것을 보였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the perceived facial attractiveness and appropriateness of clothing on the evaluation of task performance of target person mediated by subjects'likability toward and trait evaluation of the target person. The facial attractiveness of the female university students were used as index of physical attractiveness in this study. Three levels of facial attractiveness was manipulated based on the judgements by 30 female university students. Four types of clothes were selected perceived appropriate for two assumed situations by female university students. Three female faces having high. medium, and low attractiveness were simulated with the same body dressed four types of clothing respectively using CAD system, and a total of 12 stimulus persons were created. The design for the experiment was a $3\tiems4\times2$ randomaized factorial. with three levels of facial attractiveness(high, medium, low), and four types attire(formal-masculine, formal-feminine, casual-masculine, casual-feminine), two kinds of context (job interview, dating) in which perceptions were occurred. The subjects of this study was 524 male and female(262 of male, 262 of female) university students from 3 universities in Kwangju, Korea. The data were analysed using factor analysis. descriptive statistics, regression, path analysis. The results were as follows : 1. In bogus job interview. the direct effect of perceived facial attractiveness on task performance evaluation was .175 and the indirect effect mediated by likability and trait evaluation was .285 in path analysis model. The direct effect of perceived appropriateness of clothing on task performance evaluation was .111 and the indirect effect mediated by likability only was .0564 in pass analysis model. 2. In dating situation, the direct effect of perceived facial attractiveness on task performance evaluation was .355, the indirect effect mediated by likability and trait evaluation was .188 in path analysis model. The direct effect of perceived appropriateness of clothing on task performance evaluation was .108, the indirect effect mediated by likability and trait evaluation was .060 in Pass analysis.

  • 국내 공공시설물의 유지관리체계는 시설물의 안전을 유지하기 위한 진단 및 보수 개념에서 시설물의 성능을 평가하여 유지관리하는 성능평가 방법으로 전환되고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 시설물의 유지관리를 위한 성능평가 방법이 정립되지 않아 성능평가가 적절하게 이루어지고 있지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 시설물의 안전관리 위주로 한 단순 유지관리전략을 보완하기 위해 성능평가 개념을 도입한 자산관리 모델을 제안한다. 본 모델은 시설물의 유지관리 정보를 수집하는 방법으로 WBS를 활용하는 방법을 제안하여 기존 모델과의 차별화를 이루었다. 또한, 본 모델에는 시설물의 성능평가에서 가장 중요한 서비스 수준 평가방법과 성능척도 요소를 제안하였으며, 사례분석을 하여 본 모델의 적절성을 평가하였다.

An ANP-Based Performance Model for ERP System's Implementation

  • This paper addresses a performance evaluation model for ERP system's implementation using Analytic Network Process (ANP) technique. In this study, the performance variables are identified as the perspectives of cost, business process, systems operation, and change management, respectively. The empirical study also investigated factors that affect the performance variables to find out the causal relationship between them using the ANP approach. The data for the empirical analysis were collected from manufacturing companies that have implemented ERP systems. The research findings indicate the proposed model is powerful in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and managerial effectiveness, mediated by employee satisfaction, is an important one.

사이버보안 전문인력 획득을 위한 사이버보안 훈련생에 특화된 훈련성과 측정 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Model of Training Performance Measurement Specialized to Cyber Security Trainee for Cyber Security Professionals Acquisition)

  • We proposed a specialized model of performance measurement to measure the training performance of the trainees in cyber practical training. Cyber security professionals are cultivating their expertise, skills, and competencies through cyber practical training in specialized education and training institutions. The our proposed process of trainee evaluation is consisted of an evaluation component discovery, evaluation item selection, evaluation index catalog, ratings and criteria decision, and calculation formula. The trainee evaluation is consisted of a formative evaluation during the training and an overall evaluation after finished training. Formative evaluation includes progress evaluation and participation evaluation, and overall evaluation includes practice evaluation and learning evaluation. The evaluation is weighted according to the importance of evaluation type. Because it is evaluated actual skills and abilities, competencies are assigned a high weight, while knowledge and attitudes are assigned a low weight. If cyber security trainees are evaluated by the proposed evaluation model, cyber security professionals can be cultivated by each skill and knowledge level and can be deployed by importance of security task.

AHP를 이용한 철도종사자의 안전업무 수행도 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Evaluation about Safety Work of Railway Employees using AHP)

  • It is known that human factors account for 80 percent of all railway accidents. To reduce human errors must be the most efficient shortcut to railway safety. For public transportation employees like railway, the more delicate safety management should be executed in individual level. However, there are rarely efforts to improve safety performance of workers who are the subject operating the railway system. This paper develops a hierarchy model to evaluate the human safety performance in railway industry. To evaluate the model, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology is adopted. The hierarchy model is composed of four levels which are objective, two criteria, specific factors of criteria, and rating scales. In addition, since employees for evaluation are over 10, the pairwise comparisons for rating scales are carried out by the absolute measurement. We explore the applicability of AHP to the performance evaluation of railway safety workers by an example and also investigate the changes of alternatives that are railway employees according to the changes of human characteristic which is one of criteria.

  • Demand of good seakeeping perfomace is increasing for sea going vessels such as cruisers, naval ships and container ships. Especillay roll motion is one of major concerns in evaluation of seakeeping performance due to its large resonace motion. Since large roll resonance motion is mainly arised from inherent small damping. use of additional mechnism to provide roll damping can significantly reduce roll motion. In this paper, a reliable performace evaluation method of fin stabilizer, which is very useful for stabilizing roll motion of mid and high speed vessls, is described. Model test and time domain simulation methods are adopted for performance evaluation in which real operating situation of fin stabilizer can be exactly modelled. Model test and simulation results show good correlations between model test and simulation results.

  • 정보기술의 중요성에도 불구하고 정보화 성과 관리 연구와 성과 관리 방법은 매우 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 협업과 공정상의 복잡도가 높은 조선해양산업의 특성을 반영한 전사적 정보화 성과 평가 및 관리 모형인 SSU-ITPM 모형을 제시하였다. 본 모형은 정보화 기획 및 사업관리, 정보화 현업 활용 평가, 정보화 활용 품질 평가, 정보화 사용자 만족도 평가, 정보화 효과 달성 평가로 구성하였다. 또한 D사 적용 사례를 통해 해당 모형의 실무적 활용 타당성을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 조선해양 분야와 같은 ETO 플랜트 기반 기업의 정보화 성과관리에 실무적 참조 모형을 제공할 것으로 사료된다.

전력산업 R&D 프로젝트의 효율성 및 효과성 평가 (Evaluation of R&D Projects in Electric Power Industry with Efficiency and Effectiveness)

  • Based on the characteristics of 'Korean electric power industry R&D programs', this study proposes a new performance evaluation framework where electric power industry related R&D projects are scrutinized. The abovementioned R&D programs have their own goals and especially they emphasize the effectiveness as well as the efficiency of each subordinate R&D project. Hence, in this framework, a performance evaluation procedure is established and then a mathematical model is developed according to the procedure. The model calculates performance evaluation indices for a set of R&D projects integrating the effectiveness with the efficiency of each R&D project. In a case study with an empirical dataset, statistical significance is tested on the integrated performance evaluation indices of R&D projects regarding organizational types and program categories considered.

구조물의 회복탄력성 기반 성능평가법에 대한 고찰 및 적용 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Resilience-Based Performance Evaluation Method of Structures and Their Application Plan)

  • The resilience performance evaluation method of a structure can evaluate the ability to recover after an earthquake disaster, and this study deals with the consideration and introduction of the resilience performance evaluation method. The resilience evaluation method can be expressed as a quantified number by constructing a loss estimation model and a recovery evaluation model. The recovery evaluation model should consider downtime in addition to the repair time, and the loss estimation model should consider not only direct loss to structures and non-structures, but also indirect loss due to functional loss of the building. In addition, to build a loss estimation model, the structure should be simplified to perform an efficient analysis. Therefore, in this study, the equivalent terminal induction system proposed cantilever-type and rahmen-type SDOF, and it is evaluated somewhat conservatively compared to the example structure, and it is judged that there is a need to improve the hysteresis characteristics by applying the stiffness reduction factor of the SDOF model.
