We revisit the impact of oil shocks on the Korean economy and examine how this impact varies depending on a business cycle. First, we estimate the probability of a recession through a logistic probability distribution, and correct the probability to match business cycles announced by the Korea National Statistical Office. We set up a STVAR model to analyze the response of macroeconomic variables to oil shocks according to business cycles. We find that oil shocks during the recession have a negative effect on GDP in the mid- and long-term, but during the expansion, GDP does not show a statistically significant response to oil shocks. We presume that this finding is associated with the factors of both the increase in demand for consumption and the increase in current account during the economic boom. Also, we find that the impact of oil shocks on the price level was also observed differently in terms of the persistence of inflation by business cycle. These results highlight the importance of an application of a regime switching model, which has been widely used in energy economics in recent years.
An advanced model for the linear flutter analysis is introduced in this paper. Higher-order beam structural models are developed by using the Carrera Unified Formulation, which allows for the straightforward implementation of arbitrarily rich displacement fields without the need of a-priori kinematic assumptions. The strong form of the principle of virtual displacements is used to obtain the equations of motion and the natural boundary conditions for beams in free vibration. An exact dynamic stiffness matrix is then developed by relating the amplitudes of harmonically varying loads to those of the responses. The resulting dynamic stiffness matrix is used with particular reference to the Wittrick-Williams algorithm to carry out free vibration analyses. According to the doublet lattice method, the natural mode shapes are subsequently used as generalized motions for the generation of the unsteady aerodynamic generalized forces. Finally, the g-method is used to conduct flutter analyses of both isotropic and laminated composite lifting surfaces. The obtained results perfectly match those from 1D and 2D finite elements and those from experimental analyses. It can be stated that refined beam models are compulsory to deal with the flutter analysis of wing models whereas classical and lower-order models (up to the second-order) are not able to detect those flutter conditions that are characterized by bending-torsion couplings.

We look at the rocket life stages of NaverZ's metaverse platform scaling and investigate the ignition and scale-up stage of its metaverse platform brand, Zepeto based on the Rocket Model (RM). The results are derived as follows: Firstly, NaverZ shows the event strategy by collaborating with K-pops, the piggybacking strategy by utilizing other SNSs, and the VIP strategy by investing in game and entertainment content genres in the 'attract' function. In the second 'match' function, based on the matching rule of Zepeto, the users can generate their own characters and "World" with Zepeto Studio. However, for strengthening the matching quality, NaverZ is investing in the artificial intelligence (AI) based companies consistently. In the 'connect' function, NaverZ's maximization of the positive interaction is possible by inducing feed activities in Zepeto & other SNSs and by uploading attractive content for viral effects in the ignition. For facilitating this, NaverZ expands the scale to other continents like Southeast Asia and Middle East with the localization strategy inclusive investment. Lastly, in the 'transact' function, based on three monetization experiments like Coin & ZEM, user generated content (UGC) fee, and advertising revenue in the ignition, NaverZ starts to invest in NFT platforms and abroad blockchain companies.

Purpose: The study analyzes the impact of attitudes toward food influencers on consumer purchase intention. It also aims to identify factors affecting consumers' attitudes toward food influencers. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the responses collected from 500 randomly selected consumers, the study analyzes the relationship based on the factors of influencer marketing. The authors test the conceptual model using multivariate linear regression analysis after validating the internal consistency of the data using Cronbach's Alpha reliability test and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Results: The study finds that purchase intention is positively correlated and significantly impacted by the attitude towards influencer. The study further finds that attitude towards influencer is positively correlated and significantly impacted by source attractiveness, product match up, and source familiarity. However, source credibility is found to be an insignificant construct impacting attitude towards influencer. Conclusions: The study gives a guided solution to marketers and brand practitioners about the importance of influencer marketing in the food industry and its effectiveness in generating purchase intention. The present paper bridges a gap pertaining to antecedents and factors that impact attitudes toward food influencers and consumer purchase intention. To the authors' knowledge, this study is the first of its kind to investigate the impact of attitudes toward influencers on purchase intention in the food industry.

A three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction is an important research area in computer vision. The ability to detect and match features across multiple views of a scene is a critical initial step. The tracking matrix W obtained from a 3D reconstruction can be applied to structure from motion (SFM) algorithms for 3D modeling. We often fail to generate an acceptable number of features when processing face or medical images because such images typically contain large homogeneous regions with minimal variation in intensity. In this study, we seek to locate sufficient matching points not only in general images but also in face and medical images, where it is difficult to determine the feature points. The algorithm is implemented on an adaptive threshold value, a scale invariant feature transform (SIFT), affine SIFT, speeded up robust features (SURF), and affine SURF. By applying the algorithm to face and general images and studying the geometric errors, we can achieve quasi-dense matching points that satisfy well-functioning geometric constraints. We also demonstrate a 3D reconstruction with a respectable performance by applying a column space fitting algorithm, which is an SFM algorithm.
This study is about what process and methodology could make UI designer be able to achieve the interface which considers user's mental model through implementing corporate line-up model, when people design an interface between product of multi-function printer and user. The most important concern of UI designers who are dealing with an interface between product and user is how they can make product system image match user's mental model so that users can utilize products without any confusion and discomfort. If concept model which designers bring up and mental model which users expect and recognize could be of one accord, then users can feel ease of use toward products. The understanding and observation for user behavior and use pattern is prerequisite to develop user-centered interface between product and user. However, UI designers do design interface from their own perspective and assumption in many business areas, and users do not react as designers assumed and intended in many cases or examples. This study is to find inappropriate system images against users' mental model on basic function of multi-function printer, and the relationship of system image and user's mental model is diagramed to build up a hypothesis. The hypothesis from this study is validated through evaluation of domestic and international users. In addition, two suggestions to improve usability problems revealed from user test are proposed. The optimal solution is designed based on the result of user evaluation and consideration of many user environments, and then it is implemented to line-up product. In conclusion, this study considers how UI designers can create system image which is close to user's mental model.

As one of the most promising propulsive systems in the future, the dual-mode scramjet engine has drawn the attention of many researches. Detailed flow features concerned with the isolator play an important role in the dual-mode scramjet system. The 2D numerical method has been used for the dual-mode scramjet with wind tunnel. To validate the ability of the numerical model, numerical results have been compared with the experimental results. Overall pressure distributions show quite good match with the experimental results. Back pressure has been studied for maximum pressure rising. According to the results, pressure distribution of supersonic inlet section is not influenced by back pressure. The shock train is pushed towards upstream as the back pressure increases. The maximum value of back pressure without inlet unstart goes up rapidly and then keeps constant when the isolator length increases. The optimal length of isolator section ($L/H_{th}$) is 8.7 in this model.

The land use changes from non-urban areas to urban areas lead to the increased impervious areas, consequently increased direct runoff and higher peak runoff. Urban areas have also been recognized as significant sources of Nonpoint Source (NPS) pollution, while agricultural activities have been known as the primary sources of NPS pollution. Many features of the L-THIA/NPS GIS, L-THIA/NPS WWW system have been enhanced to provide easy-to-use system. The L-THIA model was applied to the Little Eagle Creek (LEC) watershed in Indiana to evaluate the accuracy of the model. The L-THIA/NPS GIS estimated yearly direct runoff values match the direct runoff separated from U.S. Geological Survey stream flow data reasonably. The $R^2$ and Nash-Sutcliffe values are 0.67 and 0.60, respectively. The L-THIA estimated runoff volume and total nitrogen loading for each land use classification in the LEC watershed were computed. The estimated runoff volume and total nitrogen loading in the LEC watershed increased by 180% and 270% for the 20 years. Urbanized areas -"Commercial", "High Density Residential", and "Low Density Residential"- of the LEC watershed made up around 68% of the 1991 total land areas, however contributed more than 92% of average annual runoff and 86% of total nitrogen loading. Therefore, it is essential to consider the impacts of land use change on hydrology and water quality in land use planning of urbanizing watershed.nning of urbanizing watershed.
Labeled graphs are used to represent entities, their relationships, and their structures in real data such as knowledge graphs and protein interactions. With the rapid development of IT and the explosive increase in data, there has been a need for a subgraph matching technology to provide information that the user is interested in. In this paper, we propose an approximate Top-k labeled subgraph matching scheme that considers the semantic similarity of labels and the difference in graph structure. The proposed scheme utilizes a learning model using FastText in order to consider the semantic similarity of a label. In addition, the label similarity graph(LSG) is used for approximate subgraph matching by calculating similarity values between labels in advance. Through the LSG, we can resolve the limitations of the existing schemes that subgraph expansion is possible only if the labels match exactly. It supports structural similarity for a query graph by performing searches up to 2-hop. Based on the similarity value, we provide k subgraph matching results. We conduct various performance evaluations in order to show the superiority of the proposed scheme.

A hybrid system of soil-nailing and compression anchor is proposed in this paper; the system is composed of an anchor bar (installed at the tip) with two PC strands and a steel bar. After drilling a hole, installing proposed hybrid systems, and filling the hole with grouting material, prestress is applied to the anchor bar to restrict the deformation at the head and/or to prevent shallow slope failures. However, since the elongation rate of PC strand is much larger than that of steel bar, yield at the steel bar will occur much earlier than the PC strand. It means that the yield load of the hybrid system will be overestimated if we simply add yield loads of the two - anchor bar and PC strands. It might be needed to try to match the yielding time of the two materials by applying the prestress to the anchor bar. It means that the main purpose of applying prestress to the anchor bar should be two-fold: to restrict the deformation at the nail head; and more importantly, to maximize the design load of the hybrid system by utilizing load transfer mechanism that transfers the prestress applied at the tip to the head through anchor bar. In order to study the load transfer mechanism in a systematic way, in-situ pullout tests were performed with the following conditions: soil-nailing only; hybrid system with the variation of prestress stresses from 0kN to 196kN. It was found that the prestress applied to the anchor system will induce the compressive stress to the steel bar; it will result in decrease in the slope of load-displacement curve of the steel bar. Then, the elongation at which the steel bar will reach yield stress might become similar to that of PC strands. By taking advantage of prestress to match elongations at yield, the pullout design load of the hybrid system can be increased up to twice that of the soil-nailing system.
