Whether to use linear or quadratic model in the analysis of regression data is one of the important problems in classical regression model and measurement error model (MEM). In MEM, four goodness of fit test statistics are available In solving that problem. Two are from the derivation of estimators of quadratic MEM, and one is from that of the general $k^{th}$-order polynomial MEM. The fourth one is derived as a variation of goodness of fit test statistic used in linear MEM. The purpose of this paper is to find the most powerful test statistic among them through the small-scale simulation.
In this research, we study how task and KMS fit influences on KMS performance in large corporations during its practical use. Based on the task-technology fit theory and information system success model, we developed a research model by considering the characteristics of KMS for supporting tasks. We try to verify how individual traits, task traits, and KMS Units affect task-KMS fit and how task KMS fit influences on KMS performance. We surveyed 212 employees who were using KMS and working for the large-sized manufacturing firms. We analyzed the collected data from LISREL 8.54 for Windows, and found the following significant results. First user satisfaction is increased when KMS provides knowledge to help to perform task rather than KMS' functionality. Second, user satisfaction is increased when KMS is suitable for performing task Hence, we verified task-KMS fit is an antecedent of user satisfaction. Third, task-KMS fit and user satisfaction have significant impacts on KMS performance. And user satisfaction affected more heavily on KMS performance than task-KMS fit did. As a result, we realized an individual performance can be improved when task KMS fit is high and, consequently, user satisfaction is increased. Forth while the usefulness of task-KMS fit is demonstrated, causal factors such as individual traits, task traits, and KMS traits significantly affect task-KMS fit. Formalization and knowledge trait we significant in enhancing user satisfaction, but KMS self-efficacy, autonomy, md system trait are not. These results indicate that task-KMS fit variable is useful as a measure of KMS performance as well as that of user satisfaction. Based on these results, we conclude that when KMS supports task activity, performance can be significantly improved by coordinating the task with KMS.

The purpose of this study was to assess the stress-induced pattern at the supporting bone, the implant fixture, the abutment and the abutment screw according to a friction-fit joint (Astra; Model 1) or slip- fit joint (Frialit-2; Model 2) in the internal connection system under vertical and inclined loading using finite element analysis. In conclusion, in the internal connection system of the implant and the abutment connection methods, the stress-induced pattern at the supporting bone, the implant fixture, the abutment and the abutment screw according to the abutment connection form had difference among them, and the stress distribution pattern usually had a widely distributed tendency along the inner surface of the implant fixture contacting the abutment post. The magnitude of the stress distributed in the supporting bone, the implant fixture, the abutment and the abutment screw was higher in the friction-fit joint than in the slip-fit joint. But it is considered that the further study is necessary about how this difference in the magnitude of the stress have an effect on the practical clinic.
Purpose: This study was conducted to test a path model for the factors related to undergraduate nursing students' clinical practicum stress, based on Lazarus and Folkman's stress-coping model. Methods: This study utilized a path analysis design. A total of 235 undergraduate nursing students participated in this study. The variables in the hypothetical path model consisted of clinical practicum, emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, Nun-chi, and nursing professionalism. We tested the fit of the hypothetical path model using SPSS/WIN 23.0 and AMOS 22.0. Results: The final model fit demonstrated a satisfactory statistical acceptance level: goodness-of-fit-index=.98, adjusted goodness-of-fit-index=.91, comparative fit index=.98, normed fit index=.95, Tucker-Lewis index=.92, and root mean square error of approximation=.06. Self-efficacy (${\beta}=-.22$, p=.003) and Nun-chi behavior (${\beta}=-.17$, p=.024) were reported as significant factors affecting clinical practicum stress, explaining 10.2% of the variance. Nursing professionalism (${\beta}=.20$, p=.006) and self-efficacy (${\beta}=.45$, p<.001) had direct effects on emotional intelligence, explaining 45.9% of the variance. Self-efficacy had indirect effects on Nun-chi understanding (${\beta}=.20$, p<.001) and Nun-chi behavior (${\beta}=.09$, p=.005) through emotional intelligence. Nursing professionalism had indirect effects on Nun-chi understanding (${\beta}=.09$, p=.005) and Nun-chi behavior (${\beta}=.09$, p=.005) through emotional intelligence. The variables for self-efficacy and nursing professionalism explained 29.1% of the Nun-chi understanding and 18.2% of the Nun-chi behavior, respectively. Conclusion: In undergraduate nursing education, it is important to identify and manage factors that affect clinical practicum stress. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of Nun-chi, self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and nursing professionalism in the development of an educational strategy for undergraduate nursing students.

This paper deals with shrink fit analysis of rotor by 2D cross-section, 2D axis-symmetry, and 3D FEM model. And this paper presents 2nd order approximation function of thermal expansion displacement by design variables (shape dimension, heating temperature, sleeve length, interference etc.), table of orthogonal array and RSM(response surface methodology). The possibility of the rotor with shrink fit is evaluated by thermal expansion displacement. If thermal expansion displacement is larger than interference, shrink fit enable to make the rotor. 2D axis-symmetry model and 3D model are more reasonable than 2D cross-section model, because stress and strain is different along length of shaft.
This study was designed to develop and test a structural model for maternal adaptation and family stress in families with mentally handicapped children. A hypothetical model was constructed on the basis of the family stress theory developed by McCubbin etc. The model included 6 theoretical concepts and 11 paths. For the purpose of the model testing, empirical data were collected from May to August, 1992. The subjects of the study constituted 190 mothers of children in five special schools and one private institute in Seoul and Choong Nam. An SPSS PC+ and PC-LISREL 7.13 computer programs were used for descriptive and covariance structure analysis. The results of the study were as follows. (1) The hypothetical model showed itself a good fit to the empirical data [Chi - square=18.35(df=7, P=0.005), Goodness of Fit Index=0.991, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index=0.959, Root Mean Square Residual=0.042), Non Normed Fit Index=0.90, Normed Fit Index=0.96]. (2) The results of Hypothesis testing indicated : 1) Social support(${\gamma}$$_{11}$=.238, T=2.352), Family functioning(${\gamma}$$_{12}$=.729, T=5.957) and Family life event stress(${\gamma}$$_{13}$=.125) had direct effects on situational definition. 2) Life event stress(${\gamma}$$_{23}$=.319, T=3.872) had direct effects on the effect of the handicapped child on the family. Family functioning(${\gamma}$$_{22}$=-.245) and situational definition($\beta$$_{21}$=-.335, T=3.227) had direct effects on the effect of the handicapped child on the family. 3) Situational definition($\beta$$_{31}$=-.273, T=3.493), family life event stress (${\gamma}$$_{33}$=.124, T=2.169) and the effect of the handicapped child on the family($\beta$$_{32}$=.264, T=-3.227) showed the direct effect on the maternal adaptation. The model was supported by the empirical data. Thus it was suggested that the model could be applied to family nursing care with the families with the mentally handicapped. The construction and testing of the comprehensive model seem to be the first trial in Korea.a.a.a.

From the above results, the significance of this study can be delineated as follows : The construction and testing of the comprehensive model seem to be the first trial in Korea. The model was supported by empirical dala. Thus it was suggested that model could be adequately applied to framily nusing care with the handicapped.
Background: Respirator fit testing is a method to assess if the respirator provides an adequate face seal for the worker. Methods: Workers from four Norwegian smelters were invited to participate in the study, and 701 respirator fit tests were performed on 127 workers. Fourteen respirator models were included: one FFABE1P3 and 11 FFP3 respirator models produced in one size and two silicone half masks with P3 filters available in three sizes. The workers performed a quantitative fit test according to Health and Safety Executive 282/28 with 5-6 different respirator models, and they rated the respirators based on comfort. Predictors of overall fit factors were explored. Results: The pass rate for all fit tests was 62%, 56% for women, and 63% for men. The silicone respirators had the highest percentage of passed tests (92-100%). The pass rate for the FFP3 models varied from 19-89%, whereas the FFABE1P3 respirator had a pass rate of 36%. Five workers did not pass with any respirators, and 14 passed with all the respirators tested. Only 63% passed the test with the respirator they normally used. The mean comfort score on the scale from 1 to 5 was 3.2. The respirator model was the strongest predictor of the overall fit factor. The other predictors (age, sex, and comfort score) did not improve the fit of the model. Conclusion: There were large differences in how well the different respirator models fitted the Norwegian smelter workers. The results can be useful when choosing which respirators to include in respirator fit testing programs in similar populations.
In this study, the author develops and tests a model that incorporates the mediating effects of two frontline employee psychological variables (emotional exhaustion and intrinsic motivation) based on job demand and resource model. As a form of environmental resource, person-organization fit was proposed as a leading factor of frontline employee boundary spanning behavior through emotional exhaustion and intrinsic motivation. All measures were adapted from or developed based on prior research. Data for the study were collected from a cross-sectional sample of retail bank employees in South Korea. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 frontline employees across several banks. Of these, 322 usable questionnaires were returned. To analyze the data, a structural equation model procedure using LISREL 8.5 was employed. Results show that an employee's perceived fit with his/her organization enhances intrinsic motivation and reduces emotional exhaustion. These mechanisms, in turn, increase the employee's boundary spanning behavior. These results support the notion that person-organization fit should be one of the factors affecting motivation, affect and attachment, and extends such an understanding to a purely service-based environment among customer contact employees. Results also confirms that P-O fit can be viewed as environmental resources, and the JD-R model provides a theoretical base in further studying the antecedent role of P-O fit on frontline employees's boundary spanning behavior through intrinsic motivation and emotional exhaustion. These results suggest that organizations have to do their best to manage P-O fit, be it through employee screening or training and workshops to try and align organization and employee values and objectives. If managers of organizations are positively evaluated by the employees, it will be easier for them to, give things of value to employees, such as sense of direction, values, and recognition, and receive other things in return such as esteem and responsiveness. Consequently, organizational leaders are not only able to manage employee experiences, but also their fit with the organization. Even if a manager cannot control employee P-O fit, this research suggests, that a focus on reducing emotional exhaustion rather than increasing intrinsic motivation seems optimal. This research also supports the idea that motivation has a direct association with a frontline employee's boundary spanning behavior. Even in situations where emotional exhaustion cannot be reduced, organizations may still influence frontline behaviors through motivation.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test a model for intention to discontinuation drinking high caffeinated beverages among undergraduate students. This model was based on the Ajzen's theory of planned behavior and Becker's health belief model. Methods: Participants consisted of 201 undergraduate students. Data were collected by questionnaires from March 11 to May 24, 2019. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0, AMOS 22.0 program. Results: The assessment of the model indicated an acceptable fit (normed x2=1.65, goodness-of-fit index [GFI]=.83, adjusted GFI=.79, comparative fit index [CFI]=.92, standardized root mean square residual [SRMR]=.05, Tucker-Lewis index [TLI]=.91, normed fit index [NFI]=.87, root mean square error of approximation [RMSEA]=.07). Perceived behavior control, subjective norm, the subjective attitude was found to have a significant direct effect on the intention to discontinuation of drinking a high caffeinated beverage. The variances of this model explained 45.3% of the variance in intention to discontinuation of drinking a high caffeinated beverage. Conclusion: These results suggest that a need to increase awareness of adverse effects and potential risks of high caffeinated beverage consumption in undergraduate students. Besides, the university and government should provide education and campaigns to prevent excessive high-caffeinated beverage consumption.
