Increasing of number of people who suffered from long term chronic diseases which required frequent daily health monitoring and body check up in conjunction with the trendy uses of mobile phones and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) in various ubiquitous computing had make portable healthcare system a well known application today. A mobile phone based portable healthcare monitoring system with multiple vital signals monitoring ability at real time in WSN and CDMA network is developed. This system carries out real time monitoring and local data analysis process in the mobile phone. Any detection of abnormal health condition and diagnosis at earlier stage will reduce the risk of patient's life. As an extension to the existing model, a pre-diagnosis management system (PDMS) is designed to minimize the time consuming in pre-diagnosis process in the hospital or healthcare center. An alert is sent to the web server at the healthcare center when the patient detects his health is at critical state where the immediate diagnosis is needed. Preparation of diagnosis equipments and arrangement of doctor and nurses at the hospital side can be done earlier before the arrival of patient at the hospital with the help of PDMS. An efficient pre-diagnosis management increases the chances of diseases recovery rate as well.

이동통신 단말기의 지능이 높아짐에 따라, 통신망과 연동되는 휴대폰을 결재수단으로 사용하는 m-commerce와 같은 다양한 부가서비스가 가능하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 단말기의 고기능화에 따른 응용부가서비스의 하나로, 휴대폰을 통해 통제되는 Security System을 제안하고 시스템의 구현 방법에 대해서 기술한다.

Objectives: To introduce a protocol of Mobi-kids study which was aimed to examine an association between radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure by mobile phone use and brain tumor risk in children and adolescents. Methods: The Mobi-kids study was a multinational matched case control study using a standardized protocol with the number of subjects targeted about 1,000 cases and 2,000 controls aged 10 to 24. In Mobi-Kids Korea, the source population was restricted to Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do province. Eligible cases of primary brain tumor (glioma, meningioma, and others) were diagnosed from January 2012 to June 2015. Eligible controls were appendicitis patients operated during the study period. Two controls were matched on age, gender, and study region for 1 case. Information about pattern and history of mobile phone use and other covariates were obtained by face to face interview by trained interviewer. The Mobi-kids study has been involved in Mobi-expo as a validation study about mobile phone use, XGridmaster to localize tumor in the brain for RF energy calculation, and histological review for validation of diagnosis. Results: The Mobi-kids was the first and largest study in children and adolescents to estimate risk of brain tumor in association with the RF energy absorption in the brain estimated by mobile phone use. Forty-six-cases and 54 controls were collected as of September 2014 in Korea. Conclusions: The meaningful results of the study were expected because of the largest sample size, high validity of EMF exposure assessment as well as the susceptible study populationof children and adolescents.

정보통신 기술의 급속한 성장 및 발전에 따라 유비쿼터스 네트워크 컴퓨팅 및 이용자 맞춤 서비스에 대한 관심이 증폭되고 있다. 또한 최근 스마트폰(Smartphone)을 매개체로 모바일 관련 기술들이 급속도로 발전하며 큰 각광을 받고 있다. 이러한 환경 및 인프라의 발전에 따라 최근 모바일에서 각 종 정보 및 서비스를 제공하는 다양한 응용소프트웨어들이 출시되고 있는 추세이나 그 대부분이 공급자 위주의 정보시스템으로 단순히 다량의 정보들을 불특정 다수의 이용자들에게 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있으며 이용자 개개인에 대한 맞춤화 혹은 개인화된 정보 및 서비스의 제공은 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 모바일환경에서 개인화 및 맞춤화를 위한 추천시스템을 설계 및 구현 한다. 각 종 정보필터링 기법의 장점만을 결합한 하이브리드 필터링(Hybrid Filtering)을 이용하여 추천 시스템을 구성하며 추천의 질을 향상시키기 위해 정보 필터링 단계에 앞서 사용자의 목적행위, 위치의 상황정보(Context-information)를 이용하여 추천대상 아이템의 범위를 결정함으로써 이용자 상황에 따른 효과적인 정보의 추천을 가능하도록 한다.

Recently, as wired and wireless communication services have rapidly developed and multimodal mobile devices which have various characteristics have widely spread, the need for new convergence services increases. The growing population of VoIP technologies and the high communication expense yield that the market of IP based telephony such as WiFi phone and IP phone is substituted for one of the conventional PSTN telephony. With the help of this trend, the wireline network operators desire to find a market in mobile networks. Therefore, they focus on Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) service as one of the key factors to accomplish this goal. FMC services are able to provide the mobility of voice services between circuit switched and packet switched networks. IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) based Voice Call Continuity (VCC) is one of the schemes to embody FMC services. As Application Server (AS) which has this VCC function provides seamless handover of services between heterogeneous networks, FMC subscribers can communicate seamlessly with others m WiFi domain and COMA domain using WiFi-COMA dual phone. Most of enterprises have already introduced IP network infrastructure and IP-PBX (Private Branch eXchange) for telephony. However, the problems of high communication cost and work inefficiency due to frequent outside jobs or business trips have remained. In order to solve these problems, demands for enterprise FMC services increase. In this paper, we introduce a new IP-PBX based VCC model that can provide seamless handover of voice services between WiFi and COMA networks for enterprise users and we investigate some interworking and security issues between Soft Switch (SSW) and IMS, or between IMSs. In addition, we introduce a new service that can provide the continuity of voice sessions as well as video sessions using Multimedia Session Continuity (MMSC) technology which has evolved from VCC. This service is expected to be one of the next-generation personalized services based on user's context.

Upon the basis at the end of March 2005, we have the 38.91 million cellular phone subscribers over the country and the total diffusion rate of the cellular phone is reached up to 76.1%. At this moment, it can be said the most people use it since the demand is still going on. Turning to the operation company, this is serviced by the SK Telecom, LG Telecom, and KTF, and there are at least 7 manufactures producing it including Samsung, LG, KTF ever, Motorola, SKY, Pantac and Curitel, Most users periodically change the service vendor to the others for buying new model or changing the service vendor. It is understood the customer's action occurred by the differences of the brand cognition. In this study, along with some parameters including the difference of the vendor's brand cognition, difference of satisfaction (mobile telecommunication, product), and the possibility to buy the product again, I am going to find out the relationship between the satisfaction of the provider's service

본 논문에서는 고품질 모바일 VoIP 음성통신에 대한 객관적인 QoS를 제공하는 대화음질 측정시스템을 구현하였다. 대화음질 측정을 위해서 VoIP로 연결된 두 대의 스마트폰에 에코 및 잡음 제거, 음성 인코딩 및 디코딩, RTP (Real-TimeProtocol)을 적용한 패킷 생성, 지터버퍼 콘트롤, LC (Loss Concealment)를 포함한 POS (Play-out Schedule)로 구성된 VoIP음성 통화시스템을 구현하였다. 대화음질 측정 시스템은 VoIP로 연결된 두 스마트폰의 마이크, 그리고 스피커와 연결되어 각 화자별로 음성신호를 녹음한 후에, 녹음된 음성신호를 이용하여 CE (Conversational Efficiency), CS (Conversational Symmetry) 및 PESQ (Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality)를 측정하고, CE-CS-PESQ에 대한 상관관계를 측정한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 SNR, IP 네트워크망 변동에 따른 지연, 손실 변화에 따른 CE, CS, PESQ를 측정하여 대화음질 측정시스템을 검증하였다.

스마트폰 보급이 확대됨에 따라 지갑형 스마트폰 케이스에 신용 카드를 삽입하여 사용하는 사용자들이 늘고 있다. 본 논문은 스마트폰의 NFC(Near Field Communication) 기술을 이용하여 지갑형 스마트폰 케이스에서 신용 카드 분실 방지를 위한 안드로이드 앱을 개발하였다. 개발된 안드로이드 앱은 스마트폰의 NFC 읽기와 쓰기 기능을 이용한다. 지갑형 스마트폰 케이스에 신용 카드를 삽입하면 안드로이드 앱은 신용 카드의 NFC 태그를 감지하고 신용 카드 정보를 등록한다. 스마트폰 케이스에서 신용 카드가 이탈되면 안드로이드 앱은 자동으로 이를 감지하고 사용자에게 알린다. 사용자는 안드로이드 앱의 지도에서 분실된 신용 카드의 위치 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 안드로이드 프로그래밍에서 NFC 자동 이탈 기능이 추가되면 더욱 편리하게 기능을 구현할 수 있다.

UMTS는 이동 전화 망 구축을 위해 전 세계적으로 가장 많이 사용되는 규격이며 자동 로밍 기능도 제공한다. 사용자들은 해외에서 이동 전화를 바꿀 필요 없이 자신이 쓰던 번호 그대로 사용할 수 있다. 그러나 일부 사용자들은 자신의 원래 쓰던 번호 외에 타국의 번호도 자신의 이동전화에서 어느 국가에서나 사용하기를 원한다. 이러한 사용자들의 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 그동안 다양한 방법들이 제안되었으나 도입 비용이 너무 많거나 사용자가 이용하기 어려운 문제점들이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 소프트웨어 프레임워크를 제안하여 하나의 IMSI를 사용하면서 여러 MSISDN을 제공할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서는 Roaming SCP를 도입하여 이동 전화의 위치 등록 절차와 음성 착신 절차를 개선하였다. 성능 평가에서는 제안된 방법과 관련 연구에서 제안된 단말 기반의 방법과 이동 전화망 기반의 방법을 비교하여 베어러 전송 비용을 평가하였다. 그 결과 제안된 방법이 베어러 전송 비용 측면에서 단말 기반의 방법보다 7.6%, 이동 전화망 기반의 방법보다 9.7% 우수하였다.
