The data generated by the BSN sensor attached to the human body is mostly mobile. Accordingly, in a mobile cloud environment that processes BSN data, the service should not be fixed in a specific area but be able to support it according to the move. The mobile device must be able to process, filter and transmit the collected BSN data. The cloud server must be able to collect the data processed by the mobile device and provide it as a service. And the transfer of data requires standardized transfer between each device. In this paper, we propose a data delivery method through standard schema when mobile device processes data and provides service in cloud system and a data processing method according to the movement of the mobile device.

In recent years, one of the main trends of GIS is to construct and provide realistic and human-perceptible information of spatial object using video data. The rapid progress of wireless mobile technology makes the multimedia source using video data possible on mobile environment. Instead of traditional map-based service, video-based location services, that provide video data as location context, would be of interest in connection with various mobile applications requiring location service, such as telematics, LBS, etc. In this paper, we present the location service system using geo-referenced video on wireless mobile environment.

In mobile communication, mobile services [MSs] (e.g., phone calls, short/multimedia messages, and Internet data) incur a cost to both mobile users (MUs) and mobile service providers (MSPs). The proposed model MobPrice consists of dynamic data pricing schemes for mobile communication in order to achieve optimal usage of MSs at minimal prices. MobPrice inspires MUs to subscribe MSs with flexibility of data sharing and intra-peer exchanges, thereby reducing overall cost. The main contributions of MobPrice are three-fold. First, it proposes a novel k-level data-pricing (kDP) scheme for MSs. Second, it extends the kDP scheme with the notion of service-sharing-based pricing schemes to a collaborative peer-to-peer data-pricing (pDP) scheme and a cluster-based data-pricing (cDP) scheme to incorporate the notion of 'cluster' (made up of two or more MUs) in mobile communication. Third, our performance study shows that the proposed schemes are indeed effective in maximizing MS subscriptions and minimizing MS's price/user.

스마트폰과 LTE 서비스가 국내 이동통신시장의 주류적 단말과 서비스로 자리 잡으면서, 데이터 서비스의 가치와 중요도는 더욱 높아지고 있다. 이미 이동통신 사업자들은 데이터 서비스를 시장의 핵심 니즈로 인식하고, 전송속도, 데이터 제공량, 무제한 요금 등 다양한 데이터 서비스 품질요소로 소비자에게 소구하고 있다. 따라서 성숙기에 진입한 스마트폰 시장에서 과연 소비자가 어떠한 기준으로 데이터 서비스를 선택 하는가?는 매우 중요한 문제로 인식된다. 이러한 배경에서, 본 연구는 이동통신 이용자의 데이터 서비스 선택 결정요인과 세분화된 이용집단내에서의 서비스선택 속성의 상대적 중요도에 대해 다루고 있다. 본 연구는 데이터서비스 중심 시대의 다양화된 이용자특성의 이해를 확장하며, 관련 통신정책 및 사업전략의 방향 설정에 시사점을 제공한다.

In the recent a mobile internet makes a change in internet business. The mobile internet service is resulting in M-commerce. Even if M-commerce provides only information service, there will be much possibilities to make applications in various areas such as, delivery service, trading service, banking service etc. in the near future. Delivery service requires many steps in processing, originally. This study is designed to implement a mobile system which makes short in delivery process. It includes that a delivery man receives a signature on a paper and input data at the delivered place by using PDA at hand. The mobile system will be contributed to shorten delivery speed. It is proposed to implement the mobile office system for improving service efficiency in the business of delivery service. 증가하는 모바일 데이터트래픽을 수익으로 연결시키기 위해서는 지금까지의 공급자 중심의 연구가 아닌 현재의 요금수준에 대한 소비자의 만족도를 포함한 소비자의 지불의사에 대한 연구 등 수요자 입장에서의 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이중양분선택형질문법(DBDC)에 의한 조건부 가치측정법(CVM)을 이용하여 모바일 데이터서비스에 대한 지불의사금액을 추정하고 지속가능한 모바일 데이터서비스 제공을 위한 바람직한 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과 모바일 데이터서비스 지불의사금액에 영향을 미치는 요인은 모바일 데이터서비스의 인지수준 및 효용도로 나타났으며, 소비자들의 지불의사금액은 현재의 모바일 데이터서비스 요금수준보다 상당히 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이동통신사업자들의 수익성을 제고할 수 있는 전략은 모바일 데이터서비스에 대한 적극적인 홍보와 함께 이용자들이 필요로 하는 콘텐츠의 강화를 통해 이용자가 느끼는 모바일 데이터서비스의 효용수준을 높임으로써 소비자들의 지불의사금액을 최대화하는 것이다. 이러한 분석결과는 이동통신사업자의 이동통신 사용요금을 증가시키기 위한 전략방안 마련에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 정부의 통신정책 방향에 대한 시사점을 제시하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 이동통신서비스 환경에서 서비스 사용자가 인지한 품질과 서비스 사용을 통한 만족 등의 요소가 사업자와의 상호 작용을 통해 획득한 정보 공유태도, 정보공유의도에 미치는 영향을 설명하는데 있다. 이는 현재 정부의 통신서비스 품질 정책 수립을 위해 베타터스터 및 측정 장비를 활용하여 측정하고 그 결과를 분석하는 방식에서, 국민이 품질측정시스템에 직접 접속하여 측정한 품질측정 정보에 대한 만족, 정보 공유의사확인을 통해 어떤 소비자가 공유의사가 높은지, 통계적 타당성 확보를 통한 정책적 아이디어를 제공하고자 하였다. 이동통신서비스 이용자를 대상으로 실증분석결과, 이동통신서비스의 데이터 품질은 음성품질보다 만족에 큰 영향을 끼쳤으며, 품질요소와 만족, 정보공유태도와 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼침을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 실증적 연구결과를 바탕으로 국민의 품질측정데이터 공유의도 확인을 통해 크라우드 소싱을 활용한 정책사례로 추진 가능한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Recently, as mobile paradigms such as telematics or LBS (Location Based Service) have been being more diverse and mobile devices such as PDA (Personal Digital Assistance) or several telematics terminals have been being used more widely, mobile services, for example, mobile geographic information service have been being put more importance by people. In this paper, we propose to adopt S/W and data streaming mechanism as a method to improve performance of mobile geographic information service which is a representative of mobile services based on client-server architecture. The show the effectiveness of proposed methods, we design and implement S/W streaming prototype system and sample mobile geographic information service to be executed on the S/W streaming system.

With the result of the analysis, we present the promising contents as follows: video conference service, financial service, stock trading service, traffic information service, location map service, emergency rescue service, and so on.

As the wireless mobile telecommunication system has been developed with astonishment, its offering service has also widely been expanded including various data service. Currently, the wireless mobile telecommunication network presents voice service that covers for the most part of the whole service areas. For this reason, the availability of the switching capacity in the mobile switching center(MSC) is manipulated by the required volume of voice service. However, considering the increase of data service, it is desirable for the current switching method to be modified for more efficiency. In this Paper, we analyze the data traffic caused by providing data service in the wireless mobile telecommunication network. For this, we are firstly going to review the result of the analysis in the feature of the data traffic. Secondly, based on the review, we are also going to perform analyzing the other feature of the data traffic normally generated in the wireless mobile telecommunication network. We expect that this paper would be utilized as an elementary source for the feature of the SMS data .traffic and it will be an honour for ourselves to work on it.
