Mobile phones can access the wired website using mobile Full Browsing service. But the number of mobile websites is quite small compared to domestic Internet domain, and is mainly concentrated in some large businesses. The small businesses and individuals have a problem that is difficult to develop mobile Web interface, because they are lack of the technology for usability and compatibility. This paper proposes the small basic interface elements that are considered usability and based on relevant standards and can easily be applied in the industry. The proposed basic interface elements consist of 33 elements for overall behavior, navigation, contents, page definition and user input.

As the mobile internet rapidly progress and mobile terminals are activated, business entities which want to operate mobile web contents and individuals who want to use it increase. 6005plus.com as "I wish the mobile world" which is mobile UCC(User Created Contents) ponpy/invitation service web site(www.6005plus.com) was constructed. In 6005plus.com web site, which users could easily produce mobile contents and establish mobile web service servers as well, in order for mobile service users to create mobile invitation or ponpy and use it. But the service 6005plus.com advocates is that users can attach ponpy and invitations to the MMS/SMS Call back URL, which needs resolution since it has several inactivated problems. In this paper, we allow users who registered 6005plus.com can create mobile card, invitation, and personal ponpy with registration, so that apply automatic generation technique for users to experience ponpy/invitation service into MMS/SMS Call back URL which 6005plus.com advocates through registration. We also designed my page to which users can send their contents easily, conveniently and by one-stop.

In conversion of web pages for mobile devices, since existing web conversion systems eliminate unnecessary objects indiscriminately or only convert the layout of a page, the original intention of a web designer is spoiled. In spite of great advances in device technology, there still remain the problems of limited display sire and insufficient CPU power. In this paper, we propose an adaptation method that minimizes the loss of information and preserves the original intention of a web designer from the visual aspect. In image conversion, the proposed method extracts meaningful information from the background against conventional resizing methods, and performs layout-based conversion for the arrangement of image components. Experimental results show the efficiency of the method on the accuracy and the usability in comparison with existing methods.

Nowadays, people consume a lot of content such as web dramas or K-pop videos through mobile devices such as smartphones, and the market for indirect advertisements through these web dramas or K-pop videos is also increasing every year. In order to lead to the immediate purchase of indirect products in web dramas, a system that allows consumers to purchase immediately at the time the products appear in the drama is needed. In this paper, we propose a system to allow viewers to purchase products worn by celebrities immediately when viewers see and click on them. When a user clicks on a video, it recognizes the product worn by the celebrity, and displays information on the screen on the most similar product corresponding to the recognized product, allowing them to go to the seller's site where they can purchase it. In order for such a system to operate stably, a pose estimation and siamese network-based system is proposed. The proposed system will primarily be released as a streaming service in the form of an app or web page that connects the products in web dramas or other K-pop video contents screened on the mobile with e-commerce. Furthermore, in the future, the technology is expected to be used globally in various industries such as smart mobility and display kiosks.

This paper introduces Web Accessibility to web pages, which is the basic method of obtaining information in modern Internet. In recent years, there have been many cases of damage to indoor air hazardous materials, and major damage due to the lack of quick action. In this regard, the system is intended to establish for sending push messages to the user's mobile when the concentration of hazardous substances is exceeded. This system extracts data with IoT system such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi and then constructs database through MongoDB and MySQL in cloud computing system. The database is imported through the application server using NodeJS and sent to the application for visualization. Also, when receiving signals about a dangerous situation in IoT system, push message is sent using Google FCM library. Mobile application is developed using Android Web view, and page to enter Web view is developed using HTML5 (HTML, Javascript CSS). The application of this system enables real-time monitoring of indoor air-dangerous substances. In addition, real-time information on indoor/outdoor detection location and concentration can be sent to the user's mobile in case of a risk situation, which can be expected to help the user respond quickly.

Today the fastest growing communities of web users are mobile visitors who browse web page with wireless PDAs and cellular phones. However, most web pages are optimiaed exclusively for desktop clients on the broadband network and are inconvenient to users with small screen mobile devices. They display only a few lines of text and cannot run client-side programs or scripts due to lack of system resource. Even worse, their connections are usually slow to support most of the data-intensive applications. In this paper, we propose a pageslet scheme that makes it feasible to browse ordinary web pages on small screen mobile devices. It extracts broadcasting sections of user preference from broadcasting web pages and automatically reorganizes the extracted sections for convenient browsing on mobile devices.

One of the particulars to be considered for providing wireless web service with PC web page is the hardware environment between PC and mobile device. It is because time cost is required in producing mobile contents to suit environment of the connected terminal. Therefore, server side should take account of response time and disk capacity of server. Response time is delayed by content conversion and disk capacity need to store various versions about one content. This paper suggests a pre-service and post-transcoding method to provide faster response time for a mobile terminal. The pre-service is to minimize response time by placing the top priority in servicing contents saved in cache as much as possible even if the quality of contents serviced to mobile terminal may be low. After pre-service is provided, the mobile content is transcoded for the terminal later. Performance level of method proposed was compared through experiment and the result of analysis was described.

A mobile device like ceil phone is the necessity of modern people, of ich con be easily connected to a wireless internet through such a mobile device. The demand for a wireless data communication is growing rapidly. However, agencies have not yet completed standardization of a markup language. Due to the development of the Mobile Device, agencies in this field have provided different data formats with each Mobile Device Platform. Traditionally, contents is hand-tailored to suit the target device. A key problem is that the characteristics and capabilities of the mobile device are too diverse to service the most suitable mobile contents. Because of these problems, the need for a re-usable document description language increases. In this paper, we defined Template file that is common data to service mobile devices. We proposed a method that could be an effective wireless web service though design and the implementation of the Call manager & the XSL Generator. In the methodology, when requesting a wireless internet service, a mobile device finds out markup language and a hardware specification of the mobile device through the Call Manager component supports. The XSL Generator component creates the XSL file dynamically that is the most suitable to a device. Finally, contents is serviced to each device by XSLT. It can generate a wireless page more easily by reusing the existing web contents through such course. Therefore, it can save the time and expense for generating a wireless page.

Various types of digital displays from PC monitor up to smart watch have been developed in response to the dramatic technological progress of electronics. Accordingly, web content creators have the need to provide web contents respectively depending on the different display environments, which increases production time and costs. As a technique for overcoming this, the responsive web design method has been proposed, which means a web page with the size of the screen being adjusted depending on the types of display. Although the responsive web system is increasingly implemented in the region of contents search pages of domestic portals, there are still many cases that contents are implemented separately for PC and for mobile. In this paper, we investigate the responsive types of the web implementation of contents search pages of domestic portal, and propose an efficient new UI for responsive web to individual types of contents search pages which responsive design is not applied to.
