The warming up of the recent competition in the smart phone industry followed by rapid increase of open platforms and app stores have led the mobile terminals to adopt the general purpose operating system. The mobile device utilizing this OS is vulnerable to mobile malignant code which is highly transferable. As a result, the scale of mobile attack and harm increase. However, compared to the malicious code and virus which keep increasing, the elements for security to prevent are insufficient. Therefore, this paper describe about the Context Aware Service that eliminates the potentially risky elements on the smart phone service, which could threaten the usability of the service including invasion of personal information. The proposed system prevents from disclosure of personal information by giving the procedure of information, and realizes the service that is able to change the sequence of identifying the users' information to prepare for emergency.

vCard that is the electronic business card automates the exchange of personal information typically found on a traditional business card. vCard information contains not only simple text, but also graphics and multimedia data like pictures, company logos, Web addresses, and so on. This paper describes the design and implementation of Web-based vCard agent system for exchanging vCard, an electronic business card and searching another user's vCard in mobile phone environment. In today's business environment, such as that this information is typically exchanged on business cards. Our web agent system in this paper connect web server which provide vCard service and search, edit vCard information displayed by web browser of mobile phone and exchange vCard with another user through internet. Considering characteristics of wireless devices that have limited storage space, It also saves constructed XML documents that include user's informations in a web server and solves the security problem by exchanging not personal data or XML but encrypted directory name where XML document exits as exchanging vcard.

Recently, governmental authority and local government are looking for a method of utilizing location information of smart phone for urgent rescue in fire and kidnap situation. Under this background, in this study, a method of rapidly collecting, constructing location determination based Wi-Fi AP data utilizing location information of smart phone and mobile mapping system was suggested in order to construct precise positioning information that could be utilized under urgent situation. By performing compensation work for GPS/INS/DMI through collected outcome, position of collected vehicle was acquired. In addition, source data integrating Wi-Fi information and collected position by coupling based on Wi-Fi AP collector and GPS time was constructed and Wi-Fi radiomap was constructed by removing Wi-Fi signal noise that reduces precise position performance. As a result of performing location determination performance assess ment by selecting 10 test positions by each local government, result value of 25.46cm for total local government average and 27.76m for SD could be obtained. It is considered that this result could be utilized as a technology of being able to supplement or substituting GPS location determination technology that is impossible in plocation determination of mobile communication company's base station (200m~2km) and indoor being used at present.

The UMTS is the most widely used specifications to deploy a mobile system and it supports an automatic roaming function. Users in the UMTS can use their phone numbers even in foreign countries without having to change their mobile phones. Also some users want to use other phone numbers which are allocated in foreign countries. To meet such requirements, many methods have been proposed. However, those require much cost to adopt or are not easy to use. In this paper, we propose a software framework that provides multiple MSISDNs with a single IMSI. The roaming SCP is adopted to modify the procedure of the location update and the mobile-terminated call. In the performance evaluation, we compared the proposed scheme with the standard scheme and the schemes in the related works. The results showed that the proposed scheme has 7.6% lower signaling cost than the mobile-station-based scheme and 9.7% lower cost than the telecommunication-network-based scheme.

The volume of electronic banking service via smart phone is expected to increase dramatically under smart convergence environment. Under such circumstances, the effort to establish the mobile electronic banking culture which took a major step forward from the conventional electronic commerce method is essential. It is necessary to standardize the mobile payment infrastructure in order to resolve the initiative conflicts between financial institutions and newly launched non-financial institutions. Furthermore, a domestic and international strategy is required as the number of NFC technology based smart phone transaction business is increased. As various types of business enter the electronic commerce field, efforts to resolve the dissatisfaction of the customers are critical. Additionally, security is one of the significant issue due to the conversation process to open-type operating system. This study surveyed and analyzed the current domestic and foreign status, the problems in Korea, and suggested an effective counterplan and policy, which could be helpful in governments' preparation for electronic commerce policy.

To improve and optimize user interfaces of the system, the accurate understanding of users' behavior is an essential prerequisite. Direct questions depend on user' s ambiguous memory and usability tests depend on the researchers' intention instead of users'. Furthermore, they do not provide with natural context of use. In this paper we described the work which examined users' behavior through log analysis in their own environment. 50 users were recruited by consumer segmentation and they were downloaded logging-software in their mobile phone. After two weeks, logged data were gathered and analyzed. The complementary methods such as a user diary and an interview were conducted. The result of the analysis showed the frequency of menu and key access, used time, data storage and several usage patterns. Also, it was found that users could be segmented into new groups by their usage patterns. The improvement of the mobile phone user interface was proposed based on the result of this study.

In this paper, we proceeded a study about the mobile software applications using smartphone technology. Firstly, we proposed a communication which a position data transmission technique using LED flashlight with built-in smartphone and we develop the application to perform a remote controller for beam-forming communication based on visible light associated with the position of Smartphone user. OOK modulation was applied for transmitting location data via LED backlight flash of smartphone and PD is used for detecting receiving light. In case of remote controller application which was controlled by WiFi IP-networking and it controls LED direction for beam-forming communication. These suggestion can be a good example for ubiquitous position recognition system using smart phone and software.

The increasing number of mobile phone users has caused the increasing number of mobile internet subscribers since the 2000s. However, there are little studies on commercial transactions through mobile internet by contraries of abundant studies on the traditional offline and online commerce. This paper aims to find out some factors affecting customer satisfaction in the mobile commerce. For this purpose, influential factors were drawn out by comparing mobile commerce with e-commerce and a more systematic framework was developed. 6 factors were proposed such as mobile internet experience, perceived content Quality, perceived ease of use, perceived price level, perceived system Quality and perceived security level. Initially, they have effects on the customer satisfaction, and then, they have relationships with customer complaint and customer loyalty. In this paper, a Questionnaire survey was conducted. And a general structural equation model was applied to empirically test the proposed research model which is based on the relationships among the 6 factors and customer satisfaction, customer complaint and customer loyalty. This study will be useful to firms providing services of mobile commerce, because it can find out some influential and significant factors of the mobile commerce.

Since the supply of smart phones, a change in mobile environment brought a turning point called a mobile generation. Smart mobile office is a combined form of smart phones' new mobile environment and its social media. A construction of mobile office environment using smart phones brought revitalization of the smart phone market. CRM construction also became new requirements for a customer management. However, based on the current information system audit standard, check fields or check lists are insufficient to apply to audit for CRM construction in a smart mobile office environment. Therefore, this paper proposes a model for auditing CRM system construction in smart mobile office environment. It proposes audit domain and check lists of CRM construction. It also verified whether the proposed model is suitable or not by doing a survey if deduced audit domain and check lists correspond with the purpose of the CRM construction audit during smart mobile office environment. As the result, this study appear to have more than average satisfaction the suitability results were.

In this paper, we find out about the effort and status of GwangJu metropolitan city to reinvigorate traditional market. And we propose the micro payment model based on Android NFC and tokenization technique to support the small trader's micro payment in aspect of information technology more than the physical infrastructure and environmental improvement projects to reinvigorate the traditional market. The micropayment model supports facilities of payment using smart phone based on NFC, and the encryption and tokenization support the indirection authentication and privacy of users.
