스마트폰의 보급률이 늘어남에 따라 모바일 포렌식은 현대 디지털 포렌식 수사에서 필수적인 요소다. 모바일 메신저 데이터는 사용자의 생활패턴, 심리상태 등의 정보를 획득할 수 있기 때문에 모바일 포렌식에서 매우 중요한 데이터이다. 메신저 데이터 분석을 위해서는 암호화된 메신저 데이터의 복호화 기술이 필요하며, 대부분의 메신저가 메시지 삭제 기능을 제공하므로 삭제된 메시지를 복구하는 기술이 요구된다. 전 세계 약 10억 명이 사용하고 있는 메신저인 WeChat은 IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) 정보를 이용하여 데이터를 암호화하며, 메시지 삭제 기능을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 IMEI 정보가 존재하지 않는 경우의 데이터 복호화 방안을 제시하였으며, SQLite 데이터베이스의 전문 검색기능을 위하여 생성된 FTS (Full Text Search) 데이터베이스를 사용하여 삭제된 메시지를 복구하는 방법에 대하여 제안한다.

For the success of mobile messenger emoticons, it is important to grab the attentions of users or consumers and identify the influence factors that can satisfy empathy and emotional satisfaction. In this study, first, subjective evaluation of the mobile messenger emoticons of the subjects was examined through a preliminary survey, and then Eye-tracking experiments were conducted to identify the influence factors that can attention of the subject's eyes in the emoticons. The study revealed that emoticons such as Ompangi and Onaeui yeosin highlighting their characters mainly focus on characters(face). Secondly, Gyuiyomjueui and Handprinting emoticons focused on Text. Contrary to earlier studies, such results showed that people are presumed to focus on characteristic elements such as size, form, color and location of visually exposed elements rather than primarily having a keen interest in characters.

스마트폰을 통한 사용자간 소통방법은 휴대성과 공간의 제약을 넘어선 새로운 모바일 커뮤니케이션의 패러다임을 만들고 있다. 스마트폰 모바일 인스턴트 메신저(Mobile Instant Messenger: MIM)는 기존의 데스크톱 환경에서 시작하여, 멀티미디어 콘텐츠, 텍스트, 음성 등 다양한 소통 기능을 제공하고 있다. 유치원, 어린이집에서는 학부모와 소통을 위해 홈페이지, 전화, SMS, 프린트된 유인물, 수기작성 알림장 등을 활용하고 있다. 아이즈플러스는 학부모와 교사, 원장과 사진, 동영상, 채팅 및 등/하원 관리를 포함한 스마트폰을 이용한 커뮤니케이션 활성화를 목적으로 개발되었으며 영유아교육기관 전용 모바일 메신저 초기 개발 사례라는데 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구는, 사용자 환경과 커뮤니케이션 유형분석, App의 기획과정과 스토리텔링을 활용한 인터페이스 디자인개발과 사례를 연구함으로써, 특정그룹을 대상으로 하는 모바일 메신저 개발의 접근법을 제시하였다.

In this paper, we design and implement a two-way automatic communication system using a mobile instant messenger that can provide a customized service through a real-time two-way communication using a mobile instant messaging service. Two-way automatic communication system using a mobile instant messenger can improve the quality and quantity of information in real-time update of the information through the feedback. In addition, since it is communicated by using a mobile Instant Messanger in 1:1 there is no concerns that is recognized as spam, as well as it is possible to provide customized information for each user. Two-way automatic communication system using a mobile instant messanger shows the difference of the speed according to the data input time in typing by hands in result of comparing the time to input a date and the processing speed to search a data. Therefore in category treatment, command processing and natural language processing, Category treatment way is the most excellent in aspect of data processing speed, otherwise in aspect of the total speed to combine the data input time and the processing time, the command processing way is the best method.

With the recent establishment of a ubiquitous environment and the paradigm shift to a smart society, the use of mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablet PCs, has become widespread. Thus, the trend is gradually shifting from using Web-based Instant Messenger to using Mobile-based Instant Messenger. Mobile Instant Messenger refers to a service that allows instant messaging as well as data sending and receiving between individuals with exclusive application programs(mobile Apps), which can be used in portable devices-such as smart phones-with wireless Internet access. Korea's portal sites, telecommunication companies, and even big companies have all rushed into the MIM market to join the competition. The reason so many companies are showing interest in the MIM business is because it is rising as a core platform to substitute portal sites in the mobile society, and MIM is perceived as the best means to attract and secure users. The intention to reuse or use continually was considered an important factor in maintaining a dominant position amidst such fierce competition, and consequently, most research thus far has reflected such thought. However, the frequent or long-term use of a system alone cannot indicate the definite success of the system, nor guarantee its dominant position in the market. On the contrary, MIM dependence, which goes beyond simple repetitive use and indicates a state where users actually or emotionally depend on a specific system, can better explain the user action. However, not much research has been conducted on dependence. The research results showed that lively message, concise message, message responsiveness, and social belonging significantly affected perceived usefulness. Message responsiveness, Link, and social belonging significantly affected flow. Flow significantly affected MIM dependence, and perceived usefulness did not affect MIM dependence. This study has proven that lively message, concise message, message responsiveness, Link, social belonging and perceived usefulness are important antecedents and mediating factors of MIM dependence. Moreover, this study is significant in that it explains the overall process of MIM dependence, and expands on the variety and scope of research that can be applied to MIM-related studies.

본 연구의 목적은 모바일 환경에서 의사소통 동기와 피로감과 외로움 간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 선행연구에 따르면 모바일 환경에서 가장 중요한 의사소통 동기는 즐거움이다. 따라서 즐거움을 대표적 동기로 선정했다. 이를 위해 설문기법을 사용하여 모바일 메신저 사용자들로부터 실증분석에 필요한 데이터를 수집했다. 분석결과 즐거움은 외로움에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 즐거움은 피로감의 유형인 연결, 기능, 집중에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에, 즐거움은 전달과 관계 피로감에는 아무런 영향도 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 피로감 중 기능과 집중은 외로움에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 연결, 전달, 관계 피로감은 외로움에 아무런 영향도 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과 메신저 사용의 즐거움을 유발하는 기능들을 추가할 경우 모바일 메신저 사용으로 인한 기능 및 집중 피로감을 감소시킬 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 즐거움을 유발하는 기능의 추가는 모바일 메신저 사용으로 인해 유발되는 외로움도 감소시킬 수 있다. 향후 연구는 연결 및 관계 피로감을 감소시킬 수 있는 요인을 규명하는 연구도 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Mobile instant messaging (MIM) has been widely used in modern society due to its portability, speed and ease of use. In addition to simple text-based messaging, mobile instant message has now expanded to include graphics, images, and video. Many instant message service providers attempt to differentiate their service by providing an unique emoticon. Therefore, understanding the factors that affecting the continuous usage of emoticon is essential to capture users' interest. There is relatively little study on emoticon in information systems field. Hence, this study attempts to explore the continuous usage of emoticon through exploring the property of emoticon and usage motivation of emoticon. Based on the results, this study attempts to demonstrate practical implication of marketing on understanding user interest to mobile instant messenger service provider.

최근 이동사무환경에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이를 위한 '유비쿼터스 이동사무환경 시스템'의 메신저 시스템은 기존 메신저 프로토콜에서 지원하지 않았던 파일 요청, 사무환경 전송/ 요청 / 브로드캐스팅 등 이동 사무환경 메신저 시스템을 위한 여러 가지 새로운 개념들이 필요하다. 본 논문은 이러한 이동사무환경 메신저에 맞는 새로운 프로토콜을 설계하였으며, 기존의 프로토콜과의 차이점을 분석하였다. 또한 MOE-MP에 최적화된 서버를 구현하고 이에 대한 효율성 분석을 수행하였다. 새롭게 설계한 MOE-MP는 XMPP의 기본적인 프로토콜을 사용하였고, 이동사무환경에 맞도록 확장하였다.

최근 모바일 어플리케이션을 기반으로 하는 모바일 메신저 산업이 빠른 성장세에 있다. 그리고 단순히 메신저를 공유하던 형태를 넘어 개인에게 맞춤형 정보를 제공하는 다양한 형태의 서비스를 제공하게 되면서 혁신적인 변화를 일으키고 있다. 또한 메신저 보안이 개인화되고 지능화된 기능을 통해 더 다양한 모바일 어플리케이션의 보안에 대한 중요성이 증가되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 모바일 메신저 이용자들이 어플리케이션 서비스 이용요인들에 대해 파악하고 이들 요인이 모바일 보안에 대한 보안인식과 보안태도를 통해 개인정보보호행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 인과관계를 실증 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 인간의 본연적인 내재적 동기를 강조한 자기결정성(SDT: Self-Determination Theory) 이론의 주요 변수들을 적용한 연구모형을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 연구모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 모바일 메신저를 이용한 경험이 있는 일반인과 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 지각된 자율성은 보안인식과 보안의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 유능성은 보안의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 관계성은 보안인식과 보안의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 보안인식과 보안의도는 개인정보 보호행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 개인의 메신저의 보안의 중요성을 강조하고 소비자들에게 필요한 보안지침 개발을 위한 긍정적인 역할을 하는데 기여하고자 한다.

IoT industry has been highlighted in the domestic and foreign country. Since most IoT systems operate separate servers in Internet to control IoT hardwares, there exists the possibility of security problems. Also, IoT systems in markets use their own hardware controllers and devices. As a result, there are many limitations in adding new sensors or devices and using applications to access hardware controllers. To solve these problems, we have developed a novel IoT hardware control system based on a mobile messenger. For the security, we have adopted a secure mobile messenger, Telegram, which has its own security protection. Also, it can improve the easy of the usage without any installation of specific applications. For the enhancement of the system accessibility, the proposed IoT system supports various network protocols. As a result, there are many possibility to include various functions in the system. Finally, our IoT system can analyze the collected information from sensors to provide useful information to the users. Through the experiment, we show that the proposed IoT system can perform well.
