모바일 서비스는 언제, 어디서나 누구에게나 유연한 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 이러한 특징을 기반으로 기존의 유선 서비스로는 접근이 제한되는 곳까지 보편적 서비스를 제공함으로써 서비스의 확대와 함께 상호 연계성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다. 음성 통화료만으로 매출의 한계를 절감한 이동통신사들은 무선인터넷을 대안으로 보고 이를 집중 육성하였다. 특히 모바일뱅킹, 모바일 게임 등 각종 모바일 서비스를 위한 시스템을 개발하고 다양하고 차별화된 콘텐츠개발에 주력하여 무선인터넷 이용자의 확보에 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 모바일 서비스를 위한 콘텐츠제작의 한 사례로서 모바일 기반의 전자장부시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 유선 인터넷으로 금전관리를 하였을 때의 단점을 보완한 것으로서 휴대폰을 이용하여 자료를 입력하고 검색 또는 수정이 가능하도록 되어있어 공간과 시간의 제약 없이 언제 어디서나 지출과 수입이 일어난 시점에서 즉시 금전관리를 할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

This paper presents a teleoperation system that combines computer network and an autonomous mobile robot. We control remotely an autonomous mobile robot with vision over the Internet to guide it under unknown environments in the real time. The main feature of this system is that local operators need a web browser and a computer connected to the communication network and so they can command the robot in a remote location through the home page. The hardware architecture of this system consists of an autonomous mobile robot, workstation, and local computers. The software architecture of this system includes the client part for the user interface and robot control as well as the server part for communication between users and robot. The server and client systems are developed using Java language which is suitable to internet application and supports multi-platform. Furthermore. this system offers an image compression method using JPEG concept which reduces large time delay that occurs in network during image transmission.

The existing remote control system have some inherent disadvantage of direct control in the limit range. In some special cases, for example, a power apparatus, an unmanned factory, a nuclear factory, a security management system, the tele-operation is needed to control remote robot without limit space. This field is based on the Internet communication. Because the Internet is constructed all over the world. And it is possible that we control remote mobile robot in the long distance. In this paper, we developed a remote control system. This system is divided into two primary parts. These are local site and remote site. There are the moving robot and web server in the remote site and there is the robot control device in local site. The moving robot is moved by two stepper motors and the robot control device consists of SA-1100 micro controller and embedded Linux. And this controller is an embedded system. Public personal computer which is connected the Internet is used for the web server. The web server provides the mobile robot control interface program to the remote controller and captures the image for feedback information. In the whole system, a robot control device is connected with moving robot and web server through the Internet. So the operator can control the moving robot in the distance through the Internet.

This paper describes a remote monitoring and control system using mobile internet environments through TCP/IP. The server program acts as the main interface between the machine system and the internet technology. The client program is to be distributed to the remote users such as PDA who want to monitor the machine status. A server system is designed to send information of the faults and status of application system to the client part. Therefore, The client parts can take measures and control the system remotely according to the error and faults of system. We developed the client- serversystem for remote control of a green house environment.

We demonstrate a next-generation high-capacity mobile fronthaul based on radio over fiber (RoF) technology, which links between a digital unit and a radio unit supporting two frequency assignments and $2{\times}2$ multiple input, multiple output antennas. To confirm the technical feasibility of a mobile fronthaul, we experimentally investigate its down- and uplink end-to-end performances including the optical and radio frequency (RF) signal path. Frequency-dependent performance deviations, error vector magnitude variations, overall system performance variations caused by optical to electrical conversion, and intermediate frequency to RF conversions are examined. Experimental verifications on multiple LTE uplink signals are performed for the first time. We also demonstrate several commercial mobile Internet services, YouTube video streaming, and file transfers using off-the-shelf mobile devices, through a mobile fronthaul based on RoF.

무선 인터넷 기술과 모바일 컴퓨팅 기술의 발달로, M-Commerce가 PDA나 모바일 폰 등과 같은 다양한 무선 장치상에서 실현되고 있다. 현재 M-Commerce를 위한 상품 컨텐츠는 목표 무선 장치의 특징을 충족할 수 있도록 새롭게 작성되고 있다. 이것은 자원의 중복이며, 자원 관리에 엄청난 노력이 요구된다. 따라서 현재 E-Commerce를 위해서 제공되고 있는 인터넷 상품 정보를 효과적으로 이용하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 이러한 이용은 적은 메모리 용량, 작은 디스플레이 화면, 낮은 수행속도 둥의 모바일 장치의 많은 제약성으로 간단하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상품 정보를 모바일 폰에 효과적으로 제공할 수 있는 새로운 모델을 제시하고, 이를 구현하는 모바일 시스템을 제안한다. 다음에 제안된 시스템을 설계하고, 구현한 후, 그 실행 예를 보인다.

이동통신 사용자들은 PKI를 기반으로 무선 인터넷을 통한 뱅킹, 증권거래, 전자 지불 등의 다양한 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 또한 이동통신 사용자간의 데이터 통신에 대한 필요성도 점차 증가하고 있다. 무선 PKI 환경에서 사용자들은 인증서를 이용하여 사용자 인증, 키 분배, 암 복호화 등을 수행할 수 있으며 그에 따라 이동통신 사용자간의 인증서상태 검증과정도 필요하게 되었다. 이미 개발되어 상용화되어 있는 이동통신용 교환기는 음성 통화를 위주로 설계되었으므로 이를 이용하여 데이터 통신을 하기 위해서는 음성호의 호처리 절차를 이용하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 무선 PKI 환경을 이용한 이동통신 사용자간의 데이터 통신에 필요한 인증서상태 검증작업을 호처리 과정 내에서 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 모델을 PCS(Personal Communication System)를 중심으로 제안하고자 한다.

This paper presents the implementation of an efficient car tracking system based on Inverted DGPS (IDGPS) using mobile phone and internet for data communication link. The IDGPS technique, which may provide the same level of accuracy as DGPS, is subject to degradation in real time applications when transmission time delays occur in the communication links. Therefore, an effective communication system is the key element for successful application of the IDGPS. The combination of internet and mobile phones provides a high data rate, unlimited communication packet size, flexible data structure, and wide coverage without additional communication devices. An implementation of such a data link system is described. Field test results are included to evaluate the performance of the proposed system.

본 논문에서는 기존의 이동사업자가 독점한 무선인터넷 시장에서 이동사업자의 메뉴에서 정보를 획득하는 방식과 달리, 5개 이동사업자 식별에 의한 유·무선 인터넷 통합서버를 이용한 무선학사관리 시스템의 구축방법으로 학생이 자신의 휴대전화에서 학교의 URL을 직접 접속하면 합격자 조회, 수강신청조회, 성적조회, 입시관련 정보 및 공지사항 보기 등이 가능하다.

The development of mobile applications is fast in recent years. However, nearly all applications are for messaging, financial, locating services based on simple interactions with mobile users because of the limited screen size, narrow network bandwidth, and low computing power. Processing an algorithm for supporting a group decision process on mobile devices becomes impossible. In this paper, we introduce the mobile-oriented simple interactive procedure for support a group decision making process. The interactive procedure is developed for multiple objective linear programming problems to help the group select a compromising solution in the mobile Internet environment. Our procedure lessens the burden of group decision makers, which is one of necessary conditions of the mobile environment. Only the partial weak order preferences of variables and objectives from group decision makers are enough for searching the best compromising solution. The methodology is designed to avoid any assumption about the shape or existence of the decision makers's utility function. For the purpose of the experimental study of the procedure, we developed a group decision support system in the mobile Internet environment, MOBIGSS　and applied to an allocation problem of investor assets.
