Recently, payment method is one of the most hot issues for transaction of contents in mobile and internet markets. Many kinds of mobile contents services are rapidly growing with the combination of internet application services. Payment method algorithms are demanded for the stable transaction between producer and consumer. Security protocol algorithms are widely adapted for mobile Platform terminals. In this Paper, we described security mechanism for the current wireless internet services and compared with the performance result. There are security protocols that based on java machine platform or WAP protocols. The system is based on J2ME technology for the java mobile platform. Based on this technology, a security system is proposed for the service of mobile commerce electronic payment. The system is designed for the stability of transaction so that it enables to apply into many kinds of internet payment system.

Developers often use cross-platform frameworks to create mobile apps that can run on multiple platforms with minimal code changes. However, these frameworks may not suit all the needs of a specific app, so developers may also use native APIs to add platform-specific features. This method eventually dilutes the advantages of cross-platform development methodology that aims to reduce development costs and time, and often leads to a decision to return back to the original native mobile development methodology. In this study, we explore a different approach: combining different cross-platform tools to develop a storybook mobile app that meets various requirements. We have demonstrated that integrating two cross-platform solutions can be used reliably to develop complex mobile applications. However, we also report that this approach can introduce unforeseen issues such as sandbox redundancy, unexpected functional burdens, and redundant permission requests. Despite these challenges, we believe that combining two cross-platform solutions can be applied to a variety of functional and performance requirements, enabling the development of more sophisticated mobile applications at lower costs and with shorter development timelines than traditional mobile app development methodologies.

Mobile Internet has different platform cause interrupt activation of mobile internet because contents providers have each different development environment. To use of WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) developer by KWISF(Korea Wireless Internet Standard Forum) founded to solve this problem guarantee independence of hardware and interpretation of mobile application. In this paper, we research method to activate WIPI which is standard platform to develop applications easily and efficiently in mobile environment and we implement WIPI application to show the excellent of WIPI in mobile development environment.

Mobile internet service based on CDMA network evolution and multifunction mobile terminal is popular in Korea. Mobile internet service is classified as the information service using browser and mobile multimedia service using download platform. Killer applications based on multifunction mobile terminals have been developed for new business in mobile internet services. One of killer applications is location based seurvice (LBS) using mobile location information. In this paper, we develop mobile map browser using WIPI platform that is the main function in LBS. Mobile map browser interworking with GIS server provides the map information. The developed mobile map browser can be working on PDA and telematics terminals when WIPI is porting on these devices.

In this paper, we have designed a home network system based on WIPI. WIPI (Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) is the standard specification for the mobile platform made by the Mobile Platform Special subcommittee of the Korea Wireless Internet Standardization Forum(KWISP). The system consists of three parts - a server, client, and simulator, and all parts are developed with JAVA. People can control household appliances anytime, anywhere by using cell phones which can use the wireless Internet, so the system offers convenience to people.

As the wireless internet applications are spreading more fast and the mobile devices are being used increasingly, it has recently been activated to develop a variety of contents for mobile service. Mobile services can be enjoyable whenever and wherever on would like to. They became so universal that they might reach all the area where the wire has never approached before. This study is to suggest a mobile game system based on the technology called WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability), which can be easily available to anyone who would like to enjoy it. Game contents to use WIPI can allow the mobile carriers to provide users to download the common mobile application throughout the wireless web by sharing the internet platform. This can eventually lead to the generalization of transforming west game contents into WIPI-based. Therefore, the market of WIPI-based game contents will be expected to grow at high speed and its significance deserves to be considered for commercialization.

In the case of mobile internet service using WAP it was connected to http protocol using WAP Gateway, So users take increased cost of mobile internet service. It is the mobile platform that has held important position in wireless internet contents service using mobile phone terminal so far. There have been a variety of mobile platforms developed by several mobile service providers for their purpose and convenience. In this paper, in addition to the merits and demerits analysis and comparison between each platform, the WIPI is introduced and reviewed as a Korean standard wireless internet platform in terms of technology.
