The purpose of this paper is to investigate the diffusion process of mobile internet use in Korea and to explore the determinants driving MIU. A survey was conducted to collect data to empirically assess the research model. In total, 543 usable responses were collected using a questionnaire derived from previous research. Both the structural equation model and partial least squares were used to study the model concerning different user groups. Findings, The results indicate that there are significant differences in the users' perceptions of mobile internet usage during its different innovation diffusion stages. Of the determinants, perceived enjoyment is the most important predictor of mobile internet use. In addition to motivating users by making services more enjoyable, the findings suggest that practitioners should take the differences of adopter groups into account. Making the mobile internet easy to use and compatible with users' lifestyles would promote the use of technology as well.

Since the world entered the age called "Smart Revolution", there has also been a lot of changes in the field of education. In educational environment, there is a growing interest in smart learning based on mobile contents, with the development of Smart Devices and ubiquitous technology. This paper is about a research on what effects smart learning has on leaner side when learners make active use of mobile contents in this age of Smart Revolution. First, we embodied teaching plans for some practical classes in forms of mobile contents using M-bizmaker. After the learning process based on the embodied contents for students, we analyzed the survey results on 4 sections-their use of apps, screen composition, technical support, interactions. We also studied the results of a questionnaire on 4 sections-contents, information offering, feedback systems, learner assessment-to evaluate their satisfaction. The research suggests that learner satisfaction can be improved with smart learning based on mobile contents embodied for leaners.

첨단 정보통신 기술이 발전과 더불어 관광객이 이용하는 모바일서비스 패턴은 매우 다양하게 변화되고 있으며, 향후 그 패턴이 모바일시장에서의 변화를 예측 가능하게 한다. 제주 지역은 연간 500만명이 방문하는 국내 최대의 관광지이다. 본 연구에서는 제주 최대의 산업인 관광산업과 연계한 모바일 서비스 시장에 대한 현장 분석을 통하여 위치기반과 연계한 다양한 모바일 융합기술이 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다.

As digital convergence and mobile services evolve, personalization becomes one of the most important factors attracting customers. Personalization means functions offering individually customized services with relevant contents using information on individual preferences. This sort of personalized services has attracted great attention of a large part of online firms. One of representative services of such personalized services is a mobile widget service. In this study, we identified seven antecedents affecting the quality of personalized mobile widget services and empirically investigated which antecedent has a significant effect of the quality of personalized mobile widget services. In addition we carried out empirical investigation into the effect of the quality of personalized mobile widget service on user satisfaction and trust. As a result of this research, we revealed that seven variables including information services affected components of personalized services, and usefulness and perceived benefit as components of personalized services affected user trust and satisfaction for personalized services.

Cars have become a necessity in modern life. It is widely used to transport people or products to a destination conveniently. However, the addition of a navigation service that provides route information and more makes driving more convenient and safer. Recent developments in the mobile app ecosystem encourages people to adopt not only an installation-type car navigation, but also a mobile app navigation, supporting connected car concepts. It should be noted that mobile apps with mobile Internet can be a significant linkage between information acquired online and offline business. This study demonstrates the impact of the app use experience for a driver in the context of applying artificial intelligence service. As a result, the introduction of artificial intelligence services has a statistically significant moderating effect on the use of mobile navigation apps. This seminal research is valuable as it evaluates the role of artificial intelligence applied to mobile navigation apps.

With the proliferation of smart devices, mobile banking has become increasingly important. Customers can manage their banking needs without desktop computers or a face-to-face meeting with bank tellers. However, contrary to expectation of wide-spread use of mobile banking, several factors restrict its adoption. The purpose of this study is to explore what factors affect positively or negatively the adoption of mobile banking from economic (operational competence, convenience, mental accounting), psychological (hope, self-efficacy, optimism, resiliency) and social perspectives (normative social pressure, embarrassment avoidance). This paper suggests that three enablers would consequently affect a customer's perceived utilitarian and hedonic value in mobile banking, followed by trust and intention to use. In testing the hypothesized research model, survey and analysis of a structural equation model using Amos are conducted. The findings emphasize that banks need to focus on perceived utilitarian and hedonic values when considering economic, psychological and social enablers most salient to customers in order to promote greater adoption of mobile banking services.

모바일 기상 정보 서비스에서 동네 수준 이상의 정밀한 정보를 제공하기 위해서는 기존의 센서를 확장하여야 한다. 기존 센서를 추가 설치하는 것은 큰 비용문제 때문에 받아들일 수 없기 때문이다. 이 논문은 모바일 기상 정보 서비스 환경을 구축할 수 있는 시스템 구조를 제시하고 확장 가능한 센서로서 휴대폰, 센서 네트워크, 그리고 대중 교통차량을 제안한다. 제안한 확장 센서들을 비교 분석하여 각각의 장단점을 평가해 보인다. 그리고 이 시스템에서 서버에 수집되는 센싱 데이터의 특성을 고려하여 효율적인 질의 지원을 위한 데이터 처리 기법을 소개한다. 제안하는 데이터 처리 기법은 수많은 센서들로부터 수집된 정보들을 논리적 단위로 압축하여 데이터 용량을 줄이면서도 서비스 품질을 유지할 수 있는 장점을 지닌다.

This study aims to assess the mobile information technology as an alternative means for managing information of irrigation facilities. Traditional irrigation facility management which is operated manually has faced to critical limitations, such as delayed and loss in data handling and facilities misidentification. Real time download, collection, and update the information about the irrigation structure conditions in terms of operation and maintenance can provide a better support of the management efforts. Thus this study suggested mobile information technology using RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) and QR (Quick Response) code for real time information management of irrigation facilities. This paper describes the applications and implementation results of real-time mobile technology for the field information communication of the irrigation facilities. The system was tested in I-dong irrigation districts in Gyounggi-province, Korea and the assessment of operability demonstrated beneficial usability for inspection of agricultural irrigation facilities in the irrigation district. The tests showed that RFID was preferred method expected to improve operability although these had some limitation. The mobile technologies are expected to increase efficiency and effectiveness of irrigation facilities management.

This study is a proposal of quality scale and measurement for the Mobile Hospital Information System Usability used to the Chungnam National University Hospital in Daejeon Korea. This study is to provide decision- making guideline for hospital managers and to provide feedback for the users' information needs in Mobile Hospital Information System. The target people of the study were medical doctors in Chungnam National University Hospital. The service contexts of usability were request of medical Care, Vital sign check of Patient, Care Agreement of Patient, Blood management, Check of care state, Sign of choice doctors, Query of doctor order and patient measurement result. The Usability factors were the efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction of quality model ISO9241-11. This study shows that the Mobile HIS is used for the communication and education between doctor and patients. Especially, The Care Agreement of Patient is a part of the most utilized in the Mobile HIS.

본 논문은 BYOD(Bring Your Own Device)를 포함한 모바일 웹 환경을 위한 웹 세션 관리 시스템에 대해서 기술한다. 이 시스템은 보안이 강화된 세션 토큰으로 운영되며, 고유 식별자, time stamp, 암호 알고리즘으로 구성된다. 시스템에서 고유 식발자는 BYOD를 포함한 모바일 환경에서 보안을 위하여 각 단말기를 구분한다. 시스템에서 time stamp는 BYOD를 포함한 모바일 환경에서 보안을 위하여 세션 유효성을 판단한다. 시스템에서 암호 알고리즘은 세션 토큰의 내부 정보를 보호한다. 본 논문은 시뮬레이션 기법을 사용해서 모바일 웹 상에서 세션 관리 시스템의 보안성을 분석한다. 제시된 방법은 기존 방법에 비하여 BYOD 환경의 모바일 웹 보안에 있어서 더 적합하다.
