  • Recently, the Korean Pharmaceutical Association has a public service advertisements for medicinal misusing prevention and environment protection by medicinal substances. And the cost and procedure complexity was increased by specialization of dispensary and medical practice. To overcome this situation, we have use for medicine information system. Ubiquitous and convergence technology have become trends in the IT field. In this paper, we designed prototype of medicine information system and drug image searching based on mobile for management and prevention of medicinal misusing using IT technologies.

  • This paper develops a control approach to generic formation tasks of multiple mobile robots with inaccurate sensor information. Inaccurate sensor information means that all the robots have only local sensors which cannot accurately measure absolute distances and directions of objects. The control logic is developed considering generic situations in order to adapt to increasing number of robots which participate in the formation. Petri nets are used for modeling and design of the control logic, which can visualize the control models and make it easy to check the states of each robot. Physically homogenous mobile robots are designed and built to evaluate the developed logic. Each robot is equipped with eighteen infrared sensors and a UHF transceiver module. • Recently healthcare industry such as pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare service technology is growing significantly. Mobile healthcare has attracted big attention due to IT convergence technology. Paradigm of healthcare has been changed from the 1st generation(communicable disease prevention) and the 2nd generation(treatment of disease due to extended life expectancy) to the 3rd generation(extended life expectancy due to prevention and control). In our study, we suggest the 3rd generation mobile healthcare system using Bluetooth based wearable ECG monitoring system and smart phone technology. The mobile healthcare system consists of wearable shirts with Bluetooth communication module, ECG sensor, battery, and mobile phone. The ECG data is obtained by a miniaturized sensor and the data is transferred to a mobile phone using Bluetooth communication. Then, user can monitor his/her own ECG signal on an application using Android in mobile phone. The Bluetooth communication device is used due to highly reliable data transmission property and the Bluetooth chip is embedded in every mobile phone. The wearable shirts with chest belt of Bluetooth ECG module is designed with a focus on convenience in the daily life of a wearer. The ECG signal evaluation software in Android based mobile phone is developed for the health check and the ECG signal variation is tested according to the activities of the wearer such as walking, climbing stairs, stand up and sit down, and so on.

  • The number and size of resource constituting the web page has been increasing steadily, and this circumstance leads to rapidly falling quality of web service in mobile network that offer relatively higher delay. Moreover, Improving the quality of a web services protocol is difficult to provide network function because the current network architecture has closed structure. In this paper, we suggest schemes to enhance web performance in mobile network, which are Check Coded DOM scheme and Functional JavaScript Transmission scheme, and then try to seek idea which can be provided suggested schemes as a network function using NFV(Network Function Virtualization). For the performance evaluation and analysis about the suggested schemes, we perform network simulation using SMPL library. We confirm that suggested schemes offer better performance in term of page loading time, the number of message and the amount of traffic in the network than HTTP Protocol.

  • In mobile computing research area, it is highly desirable to understand the characteristics of user movement so that the user friendly location aware services could be rendered effectively. Location based social networks (LBSNs) have flourished recently and are of great potential for movement behavior exploration and datadriven application design. While there have been some efforts on user check-in movement behavior in LBSNs, they lack comprehensive analysis of social influence on them. To this end, the social-spatial influence and social-temporal influence are analyzed synthetically in this paper based on the related information exposed in LBSNs. The check-in movement behaviors of users are found to be affected by their social friendships both from spatial and temporal dimensions. Furthermore, a probabilistic model of user mobile behavior is proposed, incorporating the comprehensive social influence model with extent personal preference model. The experimental results validate that our proposed model can improve prediction accuracy compared to the state-of-the-art social historical model considering temporal information (SHM+T), which mainly studies the temporal cyclic patterns and uses them to model user mobility, while being with affordable complexity.

  • This paper develops a control method for some generic formation tasks of multiple mobile robots with inaccurate sensor information. Inaccurate sensor information means that all the robots have only local sensors that cannot accurately measure absolute distances and directions of objects. That is, all the sensors have limitation on the range, and uncertainty in the values. Therefore, more robust and reliable control logic is proposed and implemented. The logic is developed considering generic situations and increasing the number of robots participating in the formation. Petri nets are used for modeling and design of the control logic, which can visualize the control models and make it easy to check the states of each robot. Physically homogeneous mobile robots are designed and built to evaluate the developed logic. Each robot is equipped with eighteen infrared sensors and a UHF transceiver module. The experiment results are analyzed quantitatively by using the data of the relative distances and angles between the robots. And the trajectories of the robots during the formation are also evaluated. The developed control approach is demonstrated with experiments to be successful and efficient for the formation of autonomous mobile robots.

  • The objective of this study is to satisfy requirements for a variety of terminals to play wired web page contents in ubiquitous environment constantly connected to network. In other words, this study intended to automatically transcode wired web page into mobile web page in order to receive service by using mobile base to carry contents in Internet web page. To achieve this objective, we suggest the method that is to directly enter URL of web page in mobile device and to check contents of the current web page. For this, web page is converted into an image and configured into a mobile web page suitable for personal terminals. Users can obtain the effect of having web services provided by using computer with interfaces to expand, reduce and move the web page as desired. This is a caret unit play method, with which contents of web page are transcoded and played to suit each user According to the method proposed in this study, contents of wired web page can be played by using a mobile device. This study confirms that a single content can be serviced to suit users of various terminals. Through this, it will be able to reuse numerous wired web contents as mobile web contents.

  • Due to rapid advance of wireless communication technology, demand on data services in mobile environment is gradually increasing. Caching at a mobile client could reduce bandwidth consumption and query response time, and yet a mobile client must maintain cache consistency. It could be efficient for the server to broadcast a periodic cache invalidation report for cache consistency in a cell. In case that long period of disconnection prevents a mobile client from checking validity of its cache based solely on the invalidation report received, the mobile client could request the server to check cache validity. In doing so, some schemes may be more efficient than others depending on the number of available channels and the mobile clients involved. In this paper, we propose new cache consistency schemes, effects, efficient especially (1) when channel capacity is enough to deal with the mobile clients involved or (2) when that is not the case, and evaluate their performance.

  • Recently, mobile-type analysis system when emergency patient can check his blood condition in the transportation or vessel has being required. Under the present system, it takes lots off-time to know the blood analysis result of patient, so, it may lead to a dangerous situation. But, in this study, analysis time makes to fall down to $1{\sim}min$. to emergency treatment patient more quickly, and you can check the information by wireless PC through Bluetooth base. It is able to measure in about 7minutes from 25minutes of warming-up time in existing facilities by testing temperature peculiarity curve, to operate system without error even minute temperature change by adoption DUAL heating. And Bluetooth base was adopted to reduce power consumption and be able to hospital networking by keeping and sending analyzed data when it needs.

  • In this paper, aim to suggest the medical information wireless transmission system to provide the mobility of medical service by means of wireless area network which makes it possible, home or at a long range, to check and oversee the state of patients, and to can out a simulation. The proposed method converts medical information to digital data in an emergency and sends them to mobile terminals such as PDAs to make possible swift first aid. The simulation took advantage of the OFDM transmission method based on IEEE 802.1la in order to send reliable medical information in mobile wireless channel environment, and analyzed the system performance by applying convolution encoding to transmit reliable information in AWGN and 3-ray mobile multipath fading channel environment.
