Recently great loss of life and property is occurring because of fire, natural disaster, earth quake, tsunami and so on. People spend 80~90% of their time indoor environment like office, supermarket, campus. Therefore Indoor navigation and guidelines system became so essential for most of all. Incase of emergency we must be careful earlier, in such a cases 5G kind of new technology may also cannot work. So immediate action and quick routing notification for guidelines and protection is the most. Considering this issue We proposed indoor evacuating guidance system based on microcontroller Wi-Fi board for Indoor APP using mobile. Focusing various kind of technology like, ok google, voice search APP we purposed node architecture based system. When we listen fire alarm while living inside the room. Then to be safe we connect with server and start Arduino UNO+IoT ESP8266 Wi-Fi shield version1-IoT module to store data in MySQL DB server. We make application to escape out from the building up-to the three exits giving information from source point to destination. Our program can send information to the users emergency location and situations. For this when the user get sound or vibration in their mobile device it indicate fire out near by. At that time we update message from Arduino to DB server for the fixed current position inside the building which give routing signal for that fire out location by changing values from 0 to 1. We have user in point 10 where user is near by. Later we detect Wi-Fi signal form Nodemcu as room of each floor and try to connect with user. Main purpose of this paper is to save life of people in short time and find out the shortest path up to nearest exits in the time of emergencies and rescue them.

The determination of the pose of the imaging camera is a fundamental problem in computer vision. In the monocular case, difficulties in determining the scene scale and the limitation to bearing-only measurements increase the difficulty in estimating camera pose accurately. Many mobile phones now contain inertial measurement devices, which may lend some aid to the task of determining camera pose. In this study, by means of simulation and real-world experimentation, we explore an approach to monocular camera localization that incorporates both observations of the environment and measurements from accelerometers and gyroscopes. The unscented Kalman filter was implemented for this task. Our main contribution is a novel approach to landmark initialization in a Kalman filter; we characterize the tolerance to noise that this approach allows.

원격교육과 e-러닝의 차세대 형태로 모바일 교육에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 이러한 모바일 교육은 스마트폰을 중심으로 전개되고 있으며 사이버 대학교뿐만 아니라 일반 오프라인 대학에서도 적극적인 움직임을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 u-캠퍼스 환경기반에서의 모바일 교육 서비스 시스템을 설계하였다. 모바일 교육 서비스 시스템은 u-캠퍼스 환경기반에서 교육 수요자들인 학생들에게 시공간의 제약 및 디바이스에 제약이 없는 학습 환경 시스템을 제공하고 모바일 캠퍼스 플랫폼 기반의 m-러닝 시스템을 설계한 것이다.

Vehicular-to-anything (V2X) technology is attractive for wireless vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs) because it allows for opportunistic choice of a vehicular protocol between vehicular-to-vehicular (V2V) and vehicular-to-infrastructure (V2I) communications. In particular, achieving seamless connectivity in a VANET with nearby network infrastructure is challenging. In this paper, we propose a density-based opportunistic broadcasting (DOB) protocol, in which opportunistic connectivity is carried out by using the nearby infrastructure and opposite vehicles for solving the problems of disconnection and long end-to-end delay times. The performance evaluation results indicate that the proposed DOB protocol outperforms the considered comparative conventional schemes, i.e., the shortest path protocol and standard mobile WiMAX, in terms of the average end-to-end delay, packet delivery ratio, handover latency, and number of lost packets.

In this paper, an optimal power and rate allocation model is mathematically formulated on the forward link of multicell CDMA mobile systems. The model maximizes total utility considering data rates and fairness among cells under delay and PRER (Post RPL Error Rate) constraints. The two-level power and rate allocation scheme is suggested to solve the proposed model. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme provides a good solution in a fast time.

Recently, universities have difficulties in operating the normal curriculum because fresher's basic academic ability is declined. It causes campus misfits so managing students become a rising issue. The education system that focuses only on college entrance exam is one of the reasons why this phenomenon occurred. So, several tries are enacted at university to improve this problem. One of the solutions is enforcing the activity with self-directed Learning Community students to know learning level themselves and execute systematic studying habit is essential for improving this problem. This activity can help students understanding and having interest in class and be motivated to study. But it had burdened tutors with submitting activity report in written form. In this paper, we suggest the Mobile Based Activity Report Submission System which can be the solution of the problem that the Self-directed Learning Community System has. This system reduces the emotional burden to write the reports and manages them efficiently.

오늘날 대학환경은 과거에 비해 급변해 가고 있다. 특히, 대학경영의 어려움을 극복하기 위해서 대학경쟁력 강화 방안과 대학 이미지 제고와 같은 중장기 발전계획을 수립하고 있다. 특히, 학생 및 대학에서는 취업률 목표에 사활을 걸고 이는 실정이다. 기존의 취업안내 및 공지하던 형태에서 학생에게 맞는 맞춤형 취업 서비스 모델이 요구되는 실정이다. 이에 많은 대학에서는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 (u-Campus) 구축을 통해 대외적인 대학이미지 제고와 학생에게 보다 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 구축되고 있는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스의 서비스 환경은 학생들을 위한 효율적인 서비스가 제공되지 못하고 있으며 신기술의 도입이나 연구개발을 통한 기술적 성격이 짙은 형태로 구축되고 있는 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스를 구성하는 가장 중요한 요소인 모바일을 이용한 학생 중심의 맞춤형 취업 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 제시한 모델을 기반으로 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스의 여러 서비스 등에서도 활용할 수 있다.

Globalization has integrated the world through interaction among countries and people with the help of information and telecommunication technology (ICT). The rapid mode of globalization has put a new life in ICT and economic sector. The key focus of this study is to examine the nexus among the globalization, ICT and economic growth. This study uses autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL), vector error correction model (VECM) and econometric method spanning from 1990 to 2015. The empirical result highlights that the globalization stimulates economic growth of a country. In addition, both the internet penetration and the mobile phone usage contribute to the economic growth. Lastly, this article contributes important policy lessons on strengthening the economy by utilizing ICT with the rapid globalization.

기존의 지도 또는 길 찾기 기능을 사용 할 때 방향 정보를 직관적으로 제시해주는 네비게이션 구현을 목표로, 사용 지역을 캠퍼스 내로 국한시켜 증강현실을 이용한 네비게이션을 구현하였다. 본 애플리케이션 개발에는 Mapbox maps API, ARCore, Unity 3D Engine, Android studio를 사용하였다. 사용지역을 확대시켜 Mobile device 뿐만 아니라 자동차 앞 유리 디스플레이에 접목하여 보다 다양한 서비스 제공을 기대할 수 있다.

본 연구는 WCDMA로 대표되는 제 3세대 이동통신서비스의 수용의향과 관련된 동기를 파악함으로써 테크놀로지 수용과 관련된 메커니즘을 이해하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편의성이 수용의향을 설명하는 이론중의 하나인 정보기술수용모형을 적용하여 살펴보았다. 나아가 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편의성 두 가지 요인의 선행 변수로 내재적 동기를 상정하였으며, 이것이 다시 수용의향에 이르는 통합된 정보기술수용모형을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 서울 및 대도시 거주 만 13세 이상 49세 이하 현 이동통신 서비스를 가입, 이용하고 있는 사람들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 모바일 서비스 수용과 관련된 제반 변수들의 영향 관계 및 모형의 설명력을 검증하기 위해 구조방정식을 통해 연구결과를 도출하였다. 그 결과 WCDMA 서비스에 대한 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편의성은 수용의향에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 지각된 유용성은 지각된 편의성의 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 내재적 동기는 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편의성에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 연구결과에서 보여지듯 정보기술수용모형의 타당성을 다시 한번 확인할 수 있었으며 테크놀로지 이용에 있어 내재적동기에 의한 이용의 중요성을 시사해준다고 할 수 있다.
