Background and objective: Recent urban agriculture meets the needs of urban residents that safety and avoids using chemical pesticides. This study was conducted to identify various factors of companion planting affecting the growth of cherry tomatoes, which will promoting urban agriculture by improving socioeconomic satisfaction with gardening activities through quality. Methods: Four types of companion plants such as marigold, zinnia, spearmint and basil, that have a companion effect with growth, sugar content, and vitamin C content. We obtained the mean and standard deviation and tested the significance at a 95% confidence level (p < .05) with Duncan's multiple range test after one way ANOVA and MANOVA. Results: Compared to monoculture of cherry tomatoes, the plant growth in the treatment plots with companion planting showed a significant increase overall(p < .05), but there wasn't interaction effect among companion plants, planting ratio and type. As for the absorption of inorganic components, the companion planting showed better absorption than monoculture of cherry tomatoes, as favorable growth, and there was an interaction effect among the individual factors. The sugar content was higher than the standard sugar content of 5.8 brix in both the treatment plots at the control, and vitamin C content was higher than the control at 26.27mg/100g in all treatment plots, but there wasn't statistically significant difference. The soil pH in the cultivation plot ranges from 5.5 to 9.0 and was weakly alkaline in all treatment plots except zinnia, showing low contents of phosphoric acid, exchageable potassium, calcium and magnesium. Conclusion: This study was conducted to analyze various factors such as the growth of cherry tomatoes, contents of inorganic components, sugar content and vitamin C content of fruits, and soil analysis according to companion plants, planting type, and planting ratio. We will study sugar content by measuring the change in growth every phase of fruits.

The purpose of this research is to seek solutions in reducing shadow effects of construction projects on neighboring areas and as its result, we have yielded methods as below to mitigate shadow effects. To eliminate shadow effects fundamentally, revising building layouts to eliminate shadow effects by obtain construction site as much as two point two times of its height. But it will cause multiple problems such as economic inefficiency due to lack of construction sites as well as small sites that are often located in zones that are mixed with highly dense commercial and residential areas along with plan more parks on northern part of the construction site. Therefore, it is recommended to proceed Environmental affect evaluation for shadow effects and gain its residents permission prior to construction or revising building layout. In the other hand, the sunlight collector, which is one of the newly developed recycled energy, has been proven to improve illumination expected to become a reliable solution when dealing with shadow issue in and around high density residential areas.
In this study, seven Trichoderma species (33 strains) were classified using secondary metabolite profile-based chemotaxonomy. Secondary metabolites were analyzed by liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS-MS) and multivariate statistical methods. T. longibrachiatum and T. virens were independently clustered based on both internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequence and secondary metabolite analyses. T. harzianum formed three subclusters in the ITS-based phylogenetic tree and two subclusters in the metabolitebased dendrogram. In contrast, T. koningii and T. atroviride strains were mixed in one cluster in the phylogenetic tree, whereas T. koningii was grouped in a different subcluster from T. atroviride and T. hamatum in the chemotaxonomic tree. Partial least-squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) was applied to determine which metabolites were responsible for the clustering patterns observed for the different Trichoderma strains. The metabolites were hetelidic acid, sorbicillinol, trichodermanone C, giocladic acid, bisorbicillinol, and three unidentified compounds in the comparison of T. virens and T. longibrachiatum; harzianic acid, demethylharzianic acid, homoharzianic acid, and three unidentified compounds in T. harzianum I and II; and koninginin B, E, and D, and six unidentified compounds in T. koningii and T. atroviride. The results of this study demonstrate that secondary metabolite profiling-based chemotaxonomy has distinct advantages relative to ITS-based classification, since it identified new Trichoderma clusters that were not found using the latter approach.
Purpose: The usability, user satisfaction, and impact of electronic nursing record (ENR) systems were investigated. Methods: This mixed-method research was performed as a time-motion (TM) study and a survey which were carried out at six hospitals between August and November 2013. The TM study involved 108 nurses from medical, surgical, and intensive care units at each hospital, plus an additional 48 nurses who served as nonparticipating observers. In the survey, 1879 volunteer nurses completed the Impact of ENR Systems Scale, the System Usability Scale, and a global satisfaction scale. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were performed. Results: The mean scores for the ENR impact, system usability, and satisfaction were 4.28 (out of 6), 58.62 (out of 100), and 74.31 (out of 100), respectively, and they differed significantly between hospitals (F=43.43, p<.001, F=53.08 and p<.001, and F=29.13 and p<.001, respectively). A workflow fragmentation assessment revealed different patterns of ENR system use among the included hospitals. Three user characteristics-educational background, practice period, and experience of using paper records-significantly affected the system usability and satisfaction scores. Conclusion: The system quality varied widely among the ENR systems. The generally low-to-moderate levels of system usability and user satisfaction suggest many opportunities for improvement.

Objectives: In order to assess clinical behavior, response to treatment, and factors influencing prognosis of Korean patients with osteosarcoma of the jaws (OSJ). Materials and Methods: A retrospective study of clinical, and pathological records of 26 patients with OSJ treated at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Yonsei University Dental Hospital from 1990 to March 2017. Results: Of 26 patients, there were 9 men (34.6%) and 17 women (65.4%). Twenty-one of 26 patients had osteosarcoma of the mandible, and 5 of 26 patients had osteosarcoma of the maxilla. The histopathology of OSJ is highly variable, ranging from chondroblastic type (6 out of 26), osteoblastic type (10 out of 26), fibroblastic type (2 out of 26), to the rare variants like mixed type, small cell osteosarcoma types and more. All patients underwent gross total excision and only a few patients underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Postoperative chemotherapy was given to most of the patients as adjuvant treatment or in combination with radiotherapy. The overall survival rate was 73.1% with an overall 2-year survival rate of 83.3%. The overall 5-,10-,15-year survival rates in this study were 73.5%, 73.5%, 49%, respectively. Using Kaplan-Meier analysis with log rank tests, the size of tumor (T-stage), and resection margins were found to affect the survival rate significantly. The chemotherapy was not significantly associated with improved survival rate. Conclusion: Surgical resection with a clear margin is the most important factor in disease survival. The role of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in OSJ remains controversial, and deserves further studies.
Purpose: This study examined the effects of peer assisted learning (PAL) using video recordings in standardized patients (SP) simulation. Methods: A mixed-method approach was adopted, in which quantitative data were supplemented with qualitative data. Research participants consisted of 49 nursing students, 24 of whom were assigned to the experimental group, and 25 to the control group. The 12 item instrument was used to measure perioperative care knowledge, while performance confidence was assessed with the 10 item questionnaire, and clinical critical thinking skills with the Clinical Critical Thinking Skill Test (CCTS). Qualitative data were collected using a reflective journaling and in-depth interviews. Results: Participants in the experimental group exhibited significantly higher levels of knowledge than those in the control group (t=5.43, p<.001), and were significantly more confident in their performances (F=52.33, p<.001). However, no significant differences were found between the experimental and the control groups with regard to CCTS (t=0.72, p=.477). A qualitative content analysis was conducted using the interview and reflective journaling data, in which six major themes were elicited from three codes. Conclusion: PAL employing video recordings is expected to be utilized as a teaching and learning strategy in simulation-based nursing practicum with greater frequency and longer period, given the positive effects observed in this study.
Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigated that effect of Bupleuri Radix Herbal-acupuncture solution (BRHS) on the celluar immune response in mice with adjuvant induced arthritis, performed several experimental items : those are paw edema, IL-1b, IL-6, IL-8, PNF-a and $PGE_2$. Methods : All the male Sprague Daeley mice used in this study were bred and maintained in our pathogen-free mouse colony and were 8 weeks of age at the start of the experiment. The experimental model of arthritis was induced by injection of $50{\mu}g/{\mu}{\ell}$ adjuvant(mineral oil mixed Mycobacterium butyricum). Bupleuri Radix Herbal-acupuncture solution (BRHS) was injected into $ST_{36}$(足三理) of mice daily for 21 days. Immunohistological analysis was carried out to assess paw edema, IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6, IL-8, PNF-${\alpha}$ and $PGE_2$expression in synovial membrance and sera Bupleuri Radix Herbal-acupuncture solution(BRHS) injected. Results : At day 21 post arthritis onset, immunohistological studies using monoclonal antibodies showed that Bupleuri Radix Herbal-acupuncture solution (BRHS) group had decreased expression of IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6, IL-8, PNF-${\alpha}$ and $PGE_2$ at inflamatory cytokines production and edema compared with control group. Conclusion : Bupleuri Radix Herbal-acupuncture solution (BRHS) inhibited infammatory cytokines production and edema in adjuvant induced arthritic mice. Thus, Herbal-acupuncture solution may have prevention.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the shear bond strength for non-precious alloy castings without beryllium, which has been used repeatedly for economical reason. Methods: The Schmitz-Schulmeyer test method was used to evaluate the shear bond strength between the non-beryllium Ni-Cr alloy Vera Bond 2V(AlbaDent, Inc. USA) and the Ceramco 3(Dentstply, York, PA, USA) porcelain powder. The maximum loading and shear bond strength were measured. The average shear strength(MPa) was analyzed with the one-way ANOVA and the Tukey's test( =.05). The fracture specimens were examined using Microscope to determine the failure pattern. Results: The mean shear bond strengths(SD) in MPa were group A(100% new metal) control 28.72(3.31); group B(50% new + 50% reused) 27.28(1.13); group C(all reused) 26.61(5.47). Microscope examination showed that group A and B specimens presented mixed failure, and group C specimens showed adhesive failure. Conclusion: In conclusion, forward this non-precious alloy dose not contain beryllium for how should use a more systematic study and for future advanced research is performed giving effect to be considered desirable.
High strength steels have been continually being developed to improve in fuel economy in automotive and ensure safety of passengers. New bonding and welding methods have been required for improving weldability on high strength steels. In this study, resistance spot welding and Weld-bond with nugget diameters of 4.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm and 7.0mm were produced and tested, respectively. In order to confirm the effect of nugget diameters on tensile shear characteristic of the Weld-bond, tensile shear characteristics of Weld-bond were compared with those of resistance spot welding and adhesive bonding. Peak load of Weld-bond were increased as the nugget diameter increases. After appearing maximum peak load continuous fracture followed with second peak owing to load being carried by resistance spot weldment. Fracture modes of the adhesive layer in Weld-bond fractures were represented by mixed fracture mode, which are cohesive failure on adhesive part and button failure at resistance spot welds. The results showed that the tensile shear properties can be improved by applying Weld-bond on TRIP steel, and more apparent with nugget diameter higher than 5${\surd}$t.
