Doctor blade를 이용한 용액형 CIGS 균일 코팅에 관한 연구 (A Study of CIGS Coated Thin-Film Layer using Doctor Blade Process)

  • Recently, printing and coating technologies application fields have been expanded to the energy field such as solar cell. One of the main reasons, why many researchers have been interested in printing technology as a manufacturing method, is the reduction of manufacturing cost. In this paper, We fabricated CIGS solar cell thin film layer by doctor blade methods using synthesis of CIS precursor nanoparticles ink on molybdenum (Mo) coated soda-lime glass substrate. Synthesis CIS precursor nanoparticles ink fabrication was mixed Cu, In, Se powder and Ethylenediamine, using microwave and centrifuging. Using multi coating process as we could easily fabrication a fine flatness CIS thin-film layer ($0.7{\sim}1.35{\mu}m$), and reduce a manufacture cost and process steps. Also if we use printing and coating method and solution process in each layer of CIGS solar cell (electrode, buffer), it is possible to fabricate all printed thin-film solar cell.

규산질미분말혼합시멘트계도포방수재료가 습윤환경하의 콘크리트의 미세조직에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Siliceous Slury Coating on Microstructure of Concrete under Damp Environment)

  • This paper deals with the effect of siliceous slurry coating on concrete microstructure under damp environment. This material is mixed inorganic powder consisted of silica, cement and fine sand and water. Water pressure was given on the coated surface of concrete. for estimation on effect of siliceous slurry coating, microstructure of coated concrete was observed through SEM, and chemical components of crystals were analyzed with X-ray diffraction and EDX. A number of needle and fibrous crystals were produced in microstructure. And based on X-ray diffraction and EDX, needle crystal mainly consist of Al, Si, and Ca, and it is concluded to be ettringite. Fibrous crystals consist of Ca and Si, and it to be calcium silicate hydrate.

바인더의 종류 및 배합비율이 잉크제트 인쇄특성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of the Type and Blending Ratio of Binders on Ink-jet Printing Properties)

  • In this paper, PVA(polyvinylalcohol), oxidized starch and SBR latex were used as binders for ink-jet printing papers, and their effects of the type and blending ratio of binders on ink-jet printing properties were compared. In case of coating color using PVA mainly used for a binder in ink-jet printing, spreading of printed letters decreased and excellent images were manifested resulting from strong hydrophilic of PVA. However, increasing solids content of coating color was somewhat limited because of the interaction of PVA and functional groups in silica as well as high molecular weight of PVA. When oxidized starch and SBR latex were mixed with PVA at desirable ratio to solve these problems, runnability in coating process was improved and good printing properties were shown. Gloss was improved when latex was used along with PVA as a binder because of the thermoplastic property of the latex. From this result, possibilities of high solids content and high gloss ink-jet printing papers were investigated.

  • Metal thin films, which are indispensable constituents of ULSI (Ultra Large Scale Integration) circuits, have been fabricated by physical or chemical methods. However, these methods have a drawback of using expensive high vacuum instruments. In this work, the fabrication of tungsten metal film by spin coating was investigated. First of all, inorganic peroxopolytungstic acid (W-IPA) powder, which is soluble in water, was prepared by dissolving metal tungsten in hydrogen peroxide and by evaporating residual solvent. Then, the solution of W-IPA was mixed with organic solvent, which was spin-coated on wafers. And then, tungsten metal films, were obtained after reduction procedure. By selecting an appropriate organic solvent and irradiating UV, the sheet resistance of the tungsten metal film could be remarkably reduced.

Enhanced Corrosion Resistance of WC-Co with an Ion Beam Mixed Silicon Carbide Coating

  • Strong adhesion of a silicon carbide (SiC) coating to a WC-Co substrate was achieved through an ion beam mixing technique and the corrosion resistance of the SiC coated WC-Co was investigated by means of a potentiodynamic electrochemical test. In a 1 M NaOH solution, the corrosion current density of SiC-coated WC-Co after heat treatment at 500$^{\circ}C$ was about 50 times lower than that for the as-received WC-Co. In addition, the corrosion resistance systematically increases with increasing the SiC coating thickness. On the other hand, for a 0.5 M H2SO4 solution, the corrosion current density for SiC-coated WC-Co was about 3 times lower than that for the as-received WC-Co. We discuss the physical reasons for the changes in the corrosion current density with the different electrolytes.

특수처리 입상비료를 이용한 포러스콘크리트의 해양식물 부착특성에 관한 연구 (Marine Plant Adhesion Properties of Porous Concrete Using Specially Treated Granular Fertilizer)

  • This study examined plant adhesion characteristics of the porous concrete that used specially treated granular fertilizer for field application, which was used for the restoration of the marine ecosystem. The results of the experiment showed that nutrient eruption amount, the destruction and dissolution ratio tended to decrease when the coating thickness was increased. The void ratio and compressive strength tended to decrease when the specially treated granular fertilizer mixing ratio was increased. According to these results, the appropriate thickness of coating for cement coated granular fertilizer was 1.0mm. The adhesion ability of marine plant to porous concrete was superior when the cement coated granular fertilizer was mixed. Therefore, the appropriate cement coated granular fertilizer mixing ratio of 20% with a coating thickness of 1.0mm is thought to be a factor when considering the strength of the porous concrete for marine ecosystem restoration and the adhesion characteristics of marine plant.

High Temperature Corrosion of Cr(III) Coatings in N2/0.1%H2S Gas

  • Chromium was coated on a steel substrate by the Cr(III) electroplating method, and corroded at $500-900^{\circ}C$ for 5 h in $N_2/0.1%H_2S-mixed$ gas to study the high-temperature corrosion behavior of the Cr(III) coating in the highly corrosive $H_2S-environment$. The coating consisted of (C, O)-supersaturated, nodular chromium grains with microcracks. Corrosion was dominated by oxidation owing to thermodynamic stability of oxides compared to sulfides and nitrides. Corrosion initially led to formation of the thin $Cr_2O_3$ layer, below which (S, O)-dissolved, thin, porous region developed. As corrosion progressed, a $Fe_2Cr_2O_4$ layer formed below the $Cr_2O_3$ layer. The coating displayed relatively good corrosion resistance due to formation of the $Cr_2O_3$ scale and progressive sealing of microcracks.

RE Magnetron Sputtering에 의해 제조된 HAp와 HAp-Ag복합코팅층의 미세조직 (Microstructures of HAp and HAp-Ag Composite Coating Layer Prepared by RS Magnetron Sputtering)

  • RF magnetron sputtering법에 의해 단상의 하이드록시아파타이트와 하이드록시아파타이트은 복합코팅층을 ZrO$_2$와 Si 웨이퍼 기판에 코팅하였다. 이들 코팅층들의 두께 0.7∼1.0$\mu\textrm{m}$ 범위였으며 또한 거칠기(roughness)는 3∼4nm였다. 열처리된 HAp 코팅층은 나노크기의 결정들로 구성되어 있었으며, 반면 Ag가 함유된 복합코팅층의 경우 결정질과 비결정질이 혼재되어 있었다. 열처리 전 HAp 코팅층의 Ca/P비는 1.9였고, Ag의 함량이 증가함에 따라 비는 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 Ag 함량이 증가함에 따라 HAp코팅층의 미소 경도는 감소하였다.

수분산 아크릴 폴리우레탄과 탄소나노튜브의 혼합에 의한 전도성 코팅용액 제조 (Preparation of Conductive Coating Solutions by Blending Waterborne Acrylic Polyurethane Dispersion with Carbon Nanotube)

  • Polycarbonate diol (PCD), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI)와 dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA)를 출발물질로 하여 수분산 폴리우레탄(waterborne polyurethane dispersion, WPUD)을 합성하였다. WPUD에 아크릴 단량체인 methyl methacrylate (MMA)를 첨가하여 수분산 아크릴 폴리우레탄(waterborne acrylic polyurethane dispersion, AUD)을 합성하였다. 이 AUD와 물에 분산되어 있는 multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)를 혼합하여 전도성 코팅 용액을 제조한 후 polycarbonate 시트 위에 도포하여 코팅 도막을 형성하였다. AUD 중의 MMA의 첨가량이 증가될수록 코팅 도막의 연필경도, 내마모성 및 내약품성은 향상되었으나 전기 전도도는 감소하였다. 반면에 전도성 코팅 용액 중의 MWCNT의 첨가량이 증가될수록 코팅 도막의 연필경도, 내마모성 및 내약품성은 감소되었으나 전기 전도도는 증가하였다.

알카리 금속염으로부터 대전방지용 수분산 폴리우레탄 코팅용액 제조 (Preparation of Waterborne Polyurethane Coating Solutions with Antistatic Property from Alkali Metal Salts)

  • Poly (carbonate diol)과 isophrone diisocyanate 그리고 dimethylol propionic acid로 부터 NCO/OH 몰 비를 0.8, 1.1, 1.3으로 각각 조절하여 수분산 폴리우레탄(waterborne polyurethane dispersion, PUD)을 합성하였다. 이 용액에 알카리 금속염인 $LiClO_4$, $NaClO_4$, $KClO_4$를 첨가하여 대전방지용 수분산 폴리우레탄 코팅 용액을 제조하였다. 이 과정에서 첨가되는 알카리 금속염의 첨가량과 종류가 코팅 도막의 표면저항에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 알카리 금속염의 첨가량이 증가될수록 코팅 도막의 표면저항은 감소하였다. 그러나 PUD에 같은 양의 알카리 금속염이 첨가될 경우에는 $LiClO_4$ > $NaClO_4$ > $KClO_4$의 순서로 코팅 도막의 이온 전도도가 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 PUD 내의 NCO/OH 몰 비가 증가함에 따라 코팅 도막의 표면저항이 증가하여 이온 전도도가 감소하였다.
