B-평면 조준법을 이용한 화성 탐사선의 궤적 보정을 위한 최적의 기동 설계 (OPTIMAL TRAJECTORY CORRECTION MANEUVER DESIGN USING THE B-PLANE TARGETING METHOD FOR FUTURE KOREAN MARS MISSIONS)

  • 향후 우리나라의 화성 탐사선 개발을 대비하여 B-평면 조준법(B-plane targeting method)을 이용한 최적 궤적 보정 기동(Optimal Trajectory Correction Maneuver, TCM)의 설계에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 궤적 보정 기동을 설계하기 위하여 요구되는 화성 탐사 임무의 각 단계별 비행 궤적 및 궤도 정보 역시 이 연구를 통해 개발된 알고리즘을 이용하여 산출 할 수 있으며, 관련 정보는 임무 설계시 필요로 하는 최소의 섭동력들을 고려한 상황에서 산출되었다. 항행 단계에서의 탐사선은 다양한 섭동력에 의한 영향 또는 순간 기동의 오차로 기인된 비행 궤적의 오차로 인하여 목표한 위치에 도달하지 못할 수 있다. 따라서 탐사선의 적절한 비행 궤적을 유지하고 목표하고자 한 지점에 정확하게 도달시키기 위하여 도착 행성의 위치에 대하여 설정된 B-평면 좌표계를 이용하여 탐사선의 방향을 조준하여 줄 필요가 있다. NPSOL 소프트웨어를 사용하여 관련 최적해를 도출하였으며 임무동안 수행되는 기동의 총 크기를 최소화 시키도록 목적함수를 설정하였다. 수행되는 기동의 횟수는 설계자가 임의로 설정($1\~5$회)할 수 있도록 하였으며 그 시기 역시 조정 변수로 설정 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 화성 도착시 설정된 B-평면 좌표의 위치가 최종 구속조건으로 적용되어 최적화 문제를 완성하게 된다. 이 연구를 통하여 지구 출발에서부터 화성 도착, 그리고 임무 수행을 위한 포획궤도에 이르기까지 전반적인 임무 설계 및 해석이 가능하게 되었으며, 항행 단계에서 이루어지는 궤적 보정 기동의 최적 시기 및 크기 또한 분석이 가능하게 되었다. 이 연구를 통하여 개발된 알고리즘을 이용하여 향후 우리나라의 화성 탐사 임무의 설계, 분석이 가능하다.

  • The KOMPSAT system incorporates multiple missions designed to provide various applications in the field of Korean peninsula observation covering land, sea and coastal zones. The missions are Korea cartography (1:25,000 scale maps of the Korean peninsula), biological oceanography and science instrument accommodation. The operational availability of KOMPSAT TTC system should be predicted more accurately because its failure has a significant influence on satellite command and tracking and on satellite data collection. In this paper, system availability structure of KOMPSAT TTC system are made and availability of KOMPSAT TTC system is analyzed aspect to the system operation in accordance with logistic condition.

  • The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries embarked on Oct. 8, 1996, incorporating most of the previously fragmented maritime administrations into one single organization But the maritime administrative functions related to safely and security missions have not yet been merged into a synergetic whole, with versatile multi-functional systems working so effectively that better services to the public might be expected. Enhancing administrative capabilities requires that these missions be integrated into one institution and an enterprising management system be adopted to overcome bureaupathologies, such as complacency and inertness of administration.

Successful use of Gasserian ganglion block for maxillo-mandibular fixation in a patient with severe pulmonary dysfunction-a case report

  • Various anesthetic techniques have been utilized for maxillo-mandibular fixation. We report the case of a patient with bilateral condylar and zygomatic arch fractures who had severe pulmonary dysfunction. The patient was administered bilateral image-guided Gasserian ganglion block through the foramen ovale to achieve surgical anesthesia. The technical details, advantages, and disadvantages of this rather unusual technique are discussed. The procedure could be a feasible technique when performed meticulously in cases where other approaches are deemed difficult.

Persistent idiopathic facial pain treated with botulinum toxin and pulsed radiofrequency of infraorbital nerve - a case report

  • Persistent idiopathic facial pain is a rare and difficult condition to treat. Several pharmacological, nonpharmacological, and invasive treatment options have been used, with varying results. We report the case of a patient with intractable persistent idiopathic facial pain who responded favorably to a combination of botulinum toxin injections and pulsed radiofrequency treatment of the infraorbital nerve.

Dolichoectasia of vertebrobasilar artery presenting as facial pain: a case report

  • Dolichoectasia of the intracranial arteries is a rare condition characterized by elongated and tortuous arteries due to progressive destruction of the vessel walls. Although most patients present with cerebrovascular accidents, our patient presented with intractable facial pain along the distribution of the trigeminal nerve. Clinical examination revealed involvement of the 5th, 7th, and 8th cranial nerves, and subsequent MRI showed dolichoectasia of the left basilar artery. The patient experienced symptomatic relief after a trial of carbamazepine along with botulinum toxin injections.

  • 최근 무인 항공기(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, UAV)는 다양한 임무수행이 가능한 무인 시스템이라는 점에서 크게 주목받고 있다. 특히 정찰, 추적 등의 임무는 영상을 이용하여 임무 수행이 이루어진다. 소형 무인 항공기의 경우 중량과 비용을 고려하여 단안 영상을 이용하는 임무 수행 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 실제 지표면과 목표물이 고도 차이를 가지고 있어, 영상의 상대깊이를 고려하지 않은 3차원 거리는 임무 수행 시 오차 요인으로 작용 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 상대 깊이 추정을 위한 평균이동 알고리즘, 광류, 부분 공간법에 관하여 차례로 제시한다. 평균이동 알고리즘은 영상 내 목표물 추적과 관심영역을 결정하며 광류는 영상의 자기를 이용한 영상 이동 정보를 포함한다. 마지막으로 부분 공간법은 영상안의 움직임을 추정하며 각 영역의 상대깊이를 결정한다.

  • The Safe Operating Envelope (SOE) combined with Short-Take-Off and Vertical Landing (STOVL) performance is an essential consideration of a light aircraft carrier for design of hull shape with excellent seakeeping performance in terms of naval air operations as well as traditional naval ship missions such as Transit and Patrol (TAP), and Replenishment at Sea (RAS) and so on. A variety of procedures are systematically combined to determine SOE considering rather complicated missions associated with operation of aircraft onboard. The evaluation of take-off and landing safety missions onboard should consider wind effect on deck and severer seakeeping indices and standards compared with conventional naval ships. In order to support take-off and landing missions, various support activities of the crews are required. So, additional evaluation is needed for indicators such as MSI(Motion sickness Index) and MII(Motion Induced Interruptions), which are quantitative indicators of work ability that appear as a result of motion response. In this study, a standard procedure is developed including the seaworthiness performance indicators, standards, and evaluation procedures that should be considered during design of STOVL aircraft carrier. Analysis results are discussed in terns of air-wake on deck as well as seakeeping indices associated with design parameter changes in view of conceptual design of a light aircraft carrier.

병원간호사의 심리적 주인의식 영향요인 (A Study on Major Factors of Psychological Ownership in a General Hospital)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to understand organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and psychological ownerships, and to confirm whether education on the mission and vision of an organization encourages medical professionals to have an awareness of their organization. Methods : The survey was done with two groups of nurses : one group had education about the missions and visions of the hospital, and the other group had no education about their organization. This study was done at K University Hospital which is located in Busan, Korea. Results : Education about the missions and visions of a medical institution effectively enhances organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and psychological ownerships. Conclusions : If education about the missions and visions of an organization is actively done, the members of that organization will have an increased level of awareness about their organization as well as improved organizational capability.
