Along with the development of the fourth industry, the public sector has increasingly paid more attention to search using drones and real-time monitoring, for various goals. The drones are used and researched to complete a variety of searching and monitoring missions, including search for missing persons, security, coastal patrol and monitoring, speed enforcement, highway and urban traffic monitoring, fire and wildfire monitoring, monitoring of illegal fishing in reservoirs and protest rally monitoring. Police stations, fire departments and military authorities, however, concentrate on the hardware part, so there are little research on efficient communication systems for the real-time monitoring of data collected from high-performance resolution and infrared thermal imagining cameras, and analysis programs suitable for special missions. In order to increase the efficiency of drones with the searching mission, this paper, therefore, attempts to propose an image analysis technique to increase the precision of search by producing image data suitable for searching missions, based on images obtained from drones and provide the foundation for improving relevant policies and establishing proper platforms, based on actual field cases and experiments.

The Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite-2 (KOMPSAT-2) was launched in July 2006 and The main mission of the KOMPSAT-2 is a high resolution imaging for the cartography of Korea peninsula by utilizing Multi Spectral Camera (MSC) images. The camera resolutions are 1 m in panchromatic scene and 4 m in multi-spectral imaging. KOMPSAT-2 measure the position, velocity and attitude data of satellite using by star sensor, gyro sensor, and GPS sensor. This paper provides an initial geometric accuracy assessment of the KOMPSAT-2 high resolution image, both geometric Cal/Val overview.

Since the obstacles and mines are of the risk factors for operating ships and submarines, the active sonar system is inevitably used to avoid the hazards in ocean environment. In this paper, modeling and simulation algorithm is used for active sonar systemto quantify the measure of mission achievability, which is known as Measure of Effectiveness(MOE), specifically for detection in this study. MOE for detection is directly formulated as a Cumulative Detection Probability(CDP) calculated from Probability of Detection(PD) in range and azimuth. The detection probability is calculated from Transmission Loss(TL) and the sonar parameters such asDirectivity Index (DI) calculated from the shape of transmitted and received array, steered beam patterns, and Reverberation Level (RL). The developed code is applied to demonstrating its applicability.

In this paper, through the example of international lunar exploration mission the equipment was to investigate, and the amount of data transferred per day were identified. Data storage and the data transfer rate (8.4Mbps less) for the satisfaction of the value within the range of available S and X bands was confirmed by using the communication link budget. The result is to define the range of the sensor information can be obtained, as well as from the values of the parameters calculated for the transmission communication systems will be able to define the specifications.

Shelter system is applying to weapon systems as usage of performing specific mission with arranging several electronic equipments and operators. Recently the electronic equipments is changing from development products to COTS(commecial off-the-shelf) for demonstrating high performance at low cost. As internal operators of shelter system conduct several missions for specific or long time in this present situation, one of the most important element considering the best combat power is internal noise level. Therefore, I desire to analyze the features and foresee multiple noise level with test for conforming whether requirements of design is met or not in this research paper.

Most of social service agencies experiences the lack of funds. This situation is casued mainly from the lack of donor development techniques. Therefore, the social service agencies need to develope marketing strategies to develop donors. The study was begun with the idea that a business philosophy will not conflict with professionalism, and the two can be entirely compatible, and synergistic as well. Some of the main principles of marketing can be used to construct a model that will help the social service agency devise the appropriate plan for developing donors. The social service agency's marketing plan should begin with a statement of its mission and goals and the product suggested by each goal. Social marketing process to develop voluntary contributions include marketing environment analysis, market research, selecting marketing goals and objectives, market segmentation, marketing program development, and marketing action. These techniques can be used with some modifications at each social service agency.

M&S (Modeling & Simulation) based design is widely accepted for the development of the future weapon system with better performance in a cheaper and faster way. Integrated simulation environment (ISE) is needed for the M&S based design. On the ISE, system engineers can not only verify design options but also validate system requirements. In this paper, we propose architectural models of the integrated simulation environment (ISE) which incorporates mission effectiveness M&S (Modeling & Simulation), system performance M&S, the optimization model of integrated performances, digital mockup and virtual prototype. The ISE architectural models may be used to implement the ISE for the development of the future unmanned ground combat vehicle.

Purpose: In this study factors affecting quality of life in mothers who have children with precocious puberty were identified. Methods: The participants were 102 mothers of children with precocious puberty. From September 12 to September 30, 2016, data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: Regression analysis showed that the model's explanatory power was 45%(F=28.71, p<.001). Role stress (t=-4.83, p<.001), objective burden (t=-2.71, p<.001), and average monthly income (t=4.12, p<.001) were factors affecting quality of life among these mothers. The most influential factor was role stress (${\beta}=-.41$), which showed a negative correlation. Conclusion: Role stress and objective burden were major factors that decreased the quality of life in these. The findings indicate that effective strategy programs for reducing role stress and objective burden are necessary to improve the quality of life in mothers of children with precocious puberty.

Social media such as Twitter and Facebook have become popular. In the age of social media, many people have become more active online. For example, about half of all global active Internet users are on Facebook (Perry 2012). Personal branding is a very important strategy to build on an individual's strengths, and this kind of branding is expected to contribute to self-actualization. Therefore, the presence of mentors who advise users to discover their own strong points for self-actualization is necessary. In this paper, we propose a personal branding support service, Mentors, which connects mentors and mentees. The core concept is: "Everyone has the face of both a mentor and mentee." The key function is sharing stages of self-analysis in human life design: Determining value, creating a mission, and forming a strategy. From this function, a good match between a mentor and mentee can be found. The program aims to improve human life by understanding the client's strengths and using social media effectively. Future work includes launching Mentors and evaluating its service.

Technical approach on the modeling, simulation and experimentation methods, which are applied for developing a constructive simulation and engagement experimentation software for supporting light weight torpedo operational tactics study, is introduced. Conceptual modeling for the weapon engagement and simulation entities, mathematical models for the simulation elements, approach for the design of experimentations are described, and screen shots of the software are also presented as some example results of experimentation and analysis. It is found that the simulation and experimentation results are useful to support and fulfill the mission needs and requests. As a consequence, the technical approach is rated to be appropriate to accomplish the dedicated purpose of the simulation and experiments.
