The objective of this study was to determine the status of current chapel courses and analyze the necessity of online chapel courses. Students' interest, failure experience, perceived problems, and advantages of current chapel courses were examined. Students' preference, intention of sincerity, and perceived effectiveness of online chapel courses were also determined. Finally, hypothesis tests for the differences of students' interest, failure experience, perceived problems and advantages of current chapel courses, preference, intention of sincerity, and perceived effectiveness of online chapel courses according to gender, school year grade, major of study, and religion were performed. Students' low interest in chapel courses was verified. Even Christian students' interest was below 3 points out of 5-point Likert scale. However, students whose religion was not Christianity felt more coercion and had less interest in chapel courses. They wanted virtualization of chapel courses more. They had more willingness to faithful participation in online chapel courses. This research suggests that virtualization of chapel courses as a solution to chapel resistance is dependent on student's characteristics such as religion, major field of study, and mindset.

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of informatization minds of college students majoring in sports on information development efforts and academic achievement. Accordingly, a survey was conducted on 200 college students majoring in physical education at D University, and 197 students were selected as the final effective samples. Data processing was conducted using SPSS 23 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results are as follows: First, recognition of the necessity of informatization education, a subfactor of the informatization mind, has a positive impact on informatino development efforts. Second, recognition of the necessity of informatization education, understanding and utilization of informatization concepts among sub-factors of informatization minds have a positive impact on the major learning achievement. Third, all the conversational factors in the informatization mind have a positive impact on study problem resolution. Fourth, information development efforts have a positive impact on the major learning achievement and the study problem resolution. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase the information mindset of college students major in sports.

This paper examines the benefits of teaching The Adventures of Wu Han of Korea in secondary education in Korea. The novel is a rare sample of twentieth-century American fiction that features a Korean protagonist. What is notable in this novel is that its major Korean characters seem to share the mindset of their American author and creator and represent the Western perspective in their discourse of Korean/Eastern idea and culture. The novel is packed with Orientalist attitudes and could be taught as a case study of Orientalism. Teachers can also use the novel to teach students the art of close reading by analyzing selected scenes from the text.

With the increased mobility within nations, relocation has become a frequent and regular occurrence in modern life. However, we know little about how residential mobility affects purchase type. How does residential mobility affect our purchase behavior? This research explores the relationship between residential mobility and preference of purchase type, with psychological processes. The study primed participants with either a high or low mobility mindset to investigate the effect of mobility on consumption style in U.S. and South Korean. The results of the study confirm that the consideration of residential mobility shifts consumers' preferences toward material goods and experiences. In addition, results also indicate that the connection between mobility and purchase type was mediated by autonomy and moderated by cultural factor. Lastly, the theoretical and practical implications are covered.

Crohn's disease (CD) is a chronic, incurable and relapsing disease involving any part of the gastrointestinal tract and exclusive enteral nutrition (EEN) is first-line therapy. Few studies have examined the patient experience of EEN. The aim of this study was to assess the child's experiences of EEN, to identify problematic themes and understand the child's mindset. Children with CD who previously completed EEN were recruited to complete a survey. All data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and reported as N (%). Forty-four children (mean age 11.3 years) consented to participate. Sixty-eight percent of children reported limited formula flavors as the most challenging aspect and 68% of children identified 'support' to be important. This study highlights the psychological impact of chronic disease and its therapies on children. Providing adequate support is essential to insure EEN is successful. Further studies are required to determine psychological support strategies for children taking EEN.

Construction accidents result from a combination of factors, including both the actions of workers and the safety conditions on site. Despite advancements in enhancing construction site safety, there remains a gap in comprehending the cognitive processes underlying workers' unsafe behavior. This paper investigates and validates a qualitative model that delves into the potential causes of workers' unsafe actions by examining their cognitive processes, employing a system dynamics approach. By analyzing the interplay of various loops within this model, it offers both short- and long-term safety strategies for managers intent on minimizing unsafe behavior among workers. Specifically, safety managers should prioritize increasing workers' awareness of hazards through education and fostering a positive safety mindset. Moreover, they should task frontline supervisors with directly addressing and rectifying instances of unsafe behavior by workers. Lastly, construction safety managers ought to formulate safety strategies that take into account the cognitive states of workers to mitigate any adverse consequences of biased safety management. The outcomes of this research contribute to our comprehension of methods to enhance hazard perception among workers, curtail unsafe actions, and ultimately reduce construction accidents from a cognitive standpoint.

Considering the need for a clothing product design strategy for the sustainable growth of outdoor brands, this study analyzed an outdoor consumer survey applying selected sustainable elements, reflected the results in design planning, suggested prototypes, and presented a design strategy. The consumer survey was conducted from July 19 to July 25, 2022, and 216 respondents were used for analysis. As a result of the outdoor consumer survey analysis of selected sustainable elements, the most preferred outdoor design concept involved the keywords 'zero waste' and 'transformable design' from a sustainable economic perspective. An outer jacket design was then created focusing on these two keywords and a prototype was produced. The SCD (sustainability, consumer, designer) design strategy was presented as a strategy for sustainable growth of outdoor brands, and the key factors of this strategy are as follows: (a) application of sustainable design elements, (b) reflection of consumer opinions on sustainability, (c) designers' sustainable mindset and decisions.

The primary goal is to interpret the impact of Dorian Gray's actions and choices on personal development and growth, highlighting the importance of a specific mindset and attitude to the reader. It dissects how Wilde navigates the intricate layers of Dorian's character, exposing the ethical dilemmas and transformative moments that contribute to the profound changes within him. The examination sheds light on the depth and complexity of Dorian Gray's character, offering readers a nuanced understanding of the forces at play in his moral and psychological journey. Interpretation of Wilde's intent to impart lessons on the reader's personal growth and development through Dorian's story is undertaken. The discussion also explores the impact of Dorian's unethical attitude on contemporary readers and its influence on our daily lives and values.

본 연구의 질문은 다음과 같다. 글로벌 리더십 역량들은 무엇인가? 그리고 글로벌 리더십 역량들의 통합적 프레임은 무엇인가? 이 연구질문에 답하기 위하여 다음과 같은 구체적인 연구목표를 설정하였다. 첫째, 글로벌 리더십 역량(GLC)의 범위를 확인한다. 둘째, 연구자들의 동의를 얻을 수 있는 차원들을 추출한다. 셋째, 재구성된 글로벌 리더십 역량 모형을 제시한다. 글로벌 리더십 역량 및 글로벌 마인드에 관한 문헌연구와 내용분석을 통하여, 기존의 GLC들을 분류하기 위한 두가지 차원 -주체와 객체- 이 드러났다. 도출된 객체는 자신, 타인, 문화, 사업, 글로벌 세계이며, 글로벌 리더인 주체의 차원은 보다 구체적으로 인간활동의 앎/실행 과정과 인지적, 정서적, 행동적 측면으로 세분화되었다. 기존의 GLC는 두가치 차원에 따라 다시 틀지워지고 재정렬되었다. 그 결과, 11개의 무리로 분류된 새로운 GLC틀이 제시되었다. 앎에 관련된 GLC군으로서 개인적, 사회적, 문화적, 사업적 감각과 글로벌 마음가짐이 포함되었고, 실행에 관련된 GLC군으로서 개인적, 사회적, 문화적 사업적 탁월함과 글로벌 변화가 포함되었다. 그리고 개인의 특성은 앎과 실행 과정의 핵심에 위치하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의의와 시사점, 그리고 향후 연구에 관한 제언이 제시되었다.

최근 학계 및 정부 관계자들로부터 기업가정신에 대한 중요성이 강조되면서 기업가정신 연구 분야에서 기업가적 기민성을 기업가적 사고 방식의 핵심적인 능력으로 규명하고자 하는 연구들이 이어지고 있다. 국내 학술연구에서는 해외에서의 이러한 활발한 연구 흐름과 달리 기업가적 기민성에 관한 연구가 아직까지 본격적으로 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 한국적 환경에서 기업가적 기민성에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 규명하고자, 서울, 경기 지역의 창업, 중소기업 대표자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 기업가적 기민성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관하여 실증 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 Ardichvili의 Alertness 모형에 따라 기업가적 기민성에 미치는 독립변수로서 시장기술사전지식, 긍정적 태도, 사회적 네트워크, 월간도서건수로 선정하였고, 통제변수로서 응답자의 인구통계학적 특성인 성별, 연령, 창업경력을 선정하였다. 실증 분석 결과에 따르면, 독립변수로서 시장기술사전지식, 긍정적 태도, 월간도서건수는 기업가적 기민성에 긍정적(+)인 영향을 주는 것으로 통계적 유의성을 보였다. 다만 사회적 네트워크는 측정변수를 정량적 지표인 정기모임 건수, 비정기모임 건수, 사적 모임 건수로 다루었으나 기업가적 기민성에 통계적으로 유의적인 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 가지는 몇 가지 한계점에도 불구하고 국내 학술연구에서 그동안 다루지 않았던 기업가적 기민성 요인에 관하여 실증 연구를 통하여 기업가적 기민성에 영향을 미치는 요소들이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다는데 학문적 기여가 있다고 하겠다.
