It is difficult to find web contents for visual disabilities in spite of rapid growing internet users, infrastructures and advance of computer technology. For the case of usenet newsgroup concerning disabilities, hit rate is even less than E-mail because of lack of accessibility, educational support and economical expense for internet. This paper is addressed to voice usenet newsgroup service by using telephone or web browser for visual disabilities without additional S/W support such as 775, usenet program and installation program, suggests a design method and an implementation example for it. Main features of it are easiness of man machine interface, popularity of access device such as telephone or web browser and independency of particular news server by using NNTP. This system supports general MIME format, is implemented for usenet server of Korean Social Worker's Community and will be implemented for Gomduri InfoNet BBS of Korean Society for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities.

In order to study bread properties utilizing extracts of fume, mume bread was baked, adding 0, 0.5, 1.0. 1.5 and 2.0 brix of mume extract to wheat flour. The rheological properties, dough pH, dough volume, bread volume, bread color. bread texture and sensory evaluation were tested to examine bread properties baked adding extracts of mume. The results are as follows: The maximum viscosity measured by amylograph decreased gradually with increasing fume extract concentration, while the gelatinization temperature was going up. The development time measured by farinograph increased with use of mime extract, but stability time decreased. After the first fermentation, dough volume decreased greatly under pH 4.0, and there was same tendency in loaf volume. Lightness and redness of the crumb decreased but yellowness increased. Hardness and fracturability of mume bread were lower than control. In sensory evaluation, fume bread with 0.5 brix muse extract was evaluated as the best in taste, texture, flavor and overall acceptability.

현재 PGP(Pretty Good Privacy)와 S/MIME(Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension)와 같은 여러 가지 이메일 보안 프로토콜들이 제안되어 사용되고 있으나 이들 프로토콜은 최근 중요시되고 있는 보안 요구사항인 전방향 안전성을 보장하지 못한다. 최근에 이 요구사항을 충족하는 이메일 보안 프로토콜들이 제안되었으나 현실적이지 못한 가정 하에 설계되었거나 효율성 측면에서 개선이 필요한 프로토콜들이다. 또한 일부 프로토콜들은 실제 완전한 전방향 안전성을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 이 부분을 개선하고, 완전한 전방향 안전성을 제공하는 안전한 이메일 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안되는 프로토콜은 Zheng 의 signcryption 기법을 사용하여 효율적이고 안전한 인증을 제공한다.

개인자료교환의 방법 중 가장 보편화된 것이 이메일임에도 불구하고, 기존의 웹메일이나 클라이언트 프로그램 등의 UA(UserAgent)는 운영자 임의의 고정적인 인터페이스, 서버접속에 의한 메일 데이터 조작 등으로 활용범위를 좁혀놓았다. 이메일 사용에서 한층 더 나아가 사용자가 보다 효과적으로 이메일 정보를 활용하고 재사용이 가능하도록 하는 시스템을 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 이메일정보를 SMTP/MIME표준을 XML표준형식으로 변환/저장하여 사용자가 이메일정보를 다양한 어플리케이션에서 황용하고 재 사용한 수 있도록 하였다. 최근 발전하고 있는 XML기술과 ASP기반의 웹 메일을 통하여 기존에 웹메일 사용자들에게 친숙한 인터페이스를 제공하고, 이메일을 XML로 변환하고 변환된 XML문서를 XML을 이용하여 사용자 취향에 맞게 재구성한 수 있게 하였다. DOM API를 사용하여 변환된 XML파일을 조합하고, DB가 없이 파일로 관리하여 개인사용자가 이메일정보를 소장할 수 있게 하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

웹에 기반한 메일 서비스의 급속한 성장으로 인하여 전자 메일은 인터넷을 이용하는 많은 사용자들의 주요 정보 교환수단이 되었다. 현재의 웹에 기반한 메일 시스템에서 SMTP 프로토콜을 이용하여 메일을 전송할 경우, 전송되는 메시지는 아무런 보안 조치도 취해지지 않은 상태로 전송된다. 그러므로 네트워크에 연결된 내,외부의 침입자에 의하여 정보가 도청될 경우 쉽게 정보가 해석될 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 상에서의 메일 서비스로 전자메일을 전송할 경우 데이터부분을 암호화하여 전송함으로써 외부의 침입자에 의해 전송데이터가 가로채지더라도 해독하지 못하도록 하였으며 받은 전자메일에 대하여 원래의 데이터로 복호화 할 수 있는 웹 기반 메일 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 보안기능이 강화된 MIME 인코딩 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 응용한 웹 기반 메일 서비스 및 클라이언트 어플리케이션을 구현하여 실제로 데이터 도청 시 메일 메시지가 보호될 수 있음을 보였다.

As the inventory costs of repairable items in military logistics continue to increase, many studies for optimal inventory level of these items are being carried out in advanced countries, including the US, to reduce these costs. Research on inventory level optimization for repairable items aimed to achieve the availability goal of a system with a MIME(Multi Indenture Multi Echelon) repair policy structure first began with Sherbrooke's METRIC and developed into various types. This research is to analyze and compare recent V-METRIC related studies to search for another variation in this field. This paper mainly looks at how to determine optimum inventory level for each repairable item to achieve a specific availability target within a limited budget, and also how to minimize inventory cost while achieving its availability target by determining optimal inventory level of each repairable item.

과학기술의 발전에도 불구하고, 장애인들이 정보통신 서비스를 이용하기는 힘들다. 특히 이러한 장애인을 대상으로 구현된 시스템은 미미한 실정하며, 그 혜택을 누리기 힘든 실정으로 이러한 문제들이 사회적인 문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시각장애인을 대상으로 한 전자메일 음성 서비스와 설계 및 구현하여 보았다. 구현된 이 시스템은 안내음성에 다라 사용자의 선택에 의하여 수신된 메일정보를 들을수 있고 POP3를 사용하여 특정서버에 관계없이 메일을 확인할 수 있으며, 대중화 통신매체인 전화를 사용하여 외부에서도 그 내용을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 시스템은, 사용자가 특별한 소프트웨어의 구입이나 설치가 필요 없는 장점이 있다. 이 시스템은 7bit, 8bit, base64, QP 등의 MIME 디코딩 방법을 지원하며, 구현된 시스템은 청주대학교 POP3 메일서버를 사용하여 성공적으로 테스트가 되었다. 이러한 시스템 개발은 복지시설 차원이나 시각장애인들의 정보통신 서비스를 사용한다는 측면에서도 중요한 의의를 갖는다고 본다.

For the success of a festival, effective volunteer management is axiomatic. Given the dramatically increased size and quality of festivals and events in Korea over the past fifteen years, the importance of effective volunteer management has been overlooked among festival organizations in comparison to similar festivals in western countries. This paper provides a description and an assessment of the Hi Seoul Festival 2009 volunteer program based on an seven-step ideal process of an effective festival volunteer program with suggestions for the program development by reviewing organizational documents, and an interview with a staff member of the Hi Seoul Festival organization, and a survey pertinent to festival volunteers' motivation. This study shows college students are more interested in volunteering at festivals in Korea with the primary motivation of developing relationships and gaining work experience. It also suggests that the Hi Seoul Festival organization should fully appreciate the importance of an effective volunteer program and the position and work of a volunteer coordinator.

다수에 의한 다수에 대한 P2P 전자경매 시스템에 대한 모델과 Java 의 Jini 기술을 기반으로 하는 구축방안에 대하여 기술한다. Jini Service 형태로 네트웍에 공개되는 모든 전자경매 진행관련 정보에 대한 검색과 입찰 처리과정을 자동화 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 네트웍 문제 발생에 대한 자동복원, 참가 이후 신규 공개되는 정보에 대한 비동기 자동 확인, 그리고 ACID 개념을 보장하는 트랜잭션 관리 등이 가능하다. 다양한 MIME 타입을 지원하는 컨텐츠와 EJB 를 활용할 경우 유선 및 무선 정보화장치를 통하여 모델에 참여할 수 있으며, 수동 접속된 특정 서버의 제공 정보 및 절차에 제한 받지 않는다.

전자 메일(e-mail)은 현대인의 삶에서 매우 보편적으로 사용되고 있으며, 또한 비즈니스 측면에서도 필수적인 통신도구가 되고 있다. 현대 사회의 인프라가 온라인 환경으로 이동함에 따라서 전통적인 면대면(face-to-face)방식에서 예기치 못한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 하지만, 인터넷은 전자적 정보에 대한 안전하고, 공정한 교환(fair-exchange)과 같은 비즈니스 통신 모델에서 요구되는 서비스를 제공하지 못한다 본 논문에서는 기존의 보안 메일 기술인 S/MIME, PGP와는 차별화된 기술로서, 전달 메시지의 암호화는 물론 송·수신자 사이의 공정한 교환을 보장하는 Certified E-mail 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방안은 셀룰러 폰이나 PDA 사용자 단말기의 공개키 암호 알고리즘 연산에 따른 오버헤드를 최소화하도록 설계되었다.
