유도전동기의 디지탈 속도 제어 (Speed control of a induction motor system using digital control method)

  • In recent years, induction motor is applied for several industrial actuatung parts instead of direct current motor because of the robust construction, nonexpensive and maintenance-free actuator etc. and having capability of speed control according to development of power electrounics and microprocessor techniques. In the paper, a microprocessor-based digital control approach for spped control of induction motor system is presented by considering a simple modelling equation as the system expression equation of induction motor and using the self tuning control and torque effdforward control method. As the model equation of the induction motor system, we use a second order differential equation which is well known in the modeling equation is induced form the control theory stand point such tath we can describe usually the motor system connected by inverter, generator and load etc. The effectiveness of the control system composed by the above mentioned design concept is illustrated by the expermental result in the presence of step reference change and generator load variation.

  • We designed a phase locked loop (PLL), which is applicable to microprocessor clock generation application. The designed PLL has a new simple phase frequency detector (PFD) which eliminate dead-zone and has a good high frequency characteristic. The lock-in range of the designed PLL is 50 MHz ~ 150 MHz at 3.3v power supply voltage. The design is carried out using a 0.6${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ triple metal CMOS process. The area of the layout is 0.35mm by 0.42mm with 359 transistors.

  • In this paper, we realized a transceiver system for short distance communication with a commercial RF module working in ISM band and a microprocessor. Also we measured system performance by transmitting baseband data in a building and then we compared the demodulated 긴ta bits with stored data bits in a PC connected with demodulator. The RF module in the experiments works oかy in the bandwidth, 424MHz - 429MHz. with FM mode. The signal level degrades as the distance between transmitter and receiver increases we measured the signal level and bit error in the building of engineering college of our university. we present the measured data with various locations in the building. and the data may be used in design short distance network in a building.

  • 본 논문에서는 저역 통과 특성을 나타내는 것으로 알려져 있는 이동 평균 여파기의 마이크로프로세서 구성에 대한 실제적이고 간단한 기법을 연구한 것이다. 설계의 편의를 위하여 이동 평균 여파기에 대한 차단 주파수의 근사식과 필터링 알고리즘도 제시하였다. 상용 마이크로프로세서 Z-80을 사용한 실험 시스템의 몇 가지 실험결과를 제시했다. 고주파 잡음이 효과적으로 제거된 것이 확인되었으며 차단 주설수의 근사식의 결과는 실측결과와 거의 일치됨이 확인되었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 디스플레이장치에 필요한 MDDI 프로토콜 패킷생성방법을 소프트웨어로 구현하는 것을 제안한다. 이 논문에서는 최소한의 하드웨어 구성을 가지며, 소프트웨어를 이용하여 MDDI 프로토콜 패킷을 생성한다. 이것의 구현을 위해 고속 마이크로프로세와 FPGA로 하드웨어를 설계하였다. 소프트웨어로 생성한 패킷은 FPGA를 통해 LVDS 신호로 변환되어 출력된다.

  • The object of this research is to develop the autobalancing system based-on microprocessor for hemodiafiltration(HDF). The results obtained from the proposed system are as follows: (1) Conventional HD system is not proper for removal medium molecular articles but HDF is proper when this autobalaning system is interfaced. (2) we can get mere exact information than conventional HD system using electronic balancemeter.

  • A digital CDI(Capacitive Discharge Ignition) system on small two stroke motorcycle engine was developed in this paper, This CDI system with microprocessor as its main part has more flexible spark timing than the conventional CDI system because of its programmable characteristics. The principle of this digital CDI system and the design methods of hardware and software were presented in this paper, Two stroke small engine was tested to investigate the performance of digital CDI system And also this system was investigated to optimize the engine performance. Also comparison between conventional CDI can provide better spark timing variation than the conventional system. The part and full load test results show that the engine power was increased about 10-20% and fuel consumption was decreased about 10-20% simultaneously. Furthermore, this digital CDI system has simple structure, low cost and very little modification are required. It is a promising technology to substitute for the widely used conventional CDI system.

  • In this paper, a scanconverter which displays the biological signals of low frequency on CRT for the purpose of easy read-out is attempted to design for using the CRTC, and it stows some good effectivenesses The results obtained in this experiment are as follows : (1) Using only one chip, CRT controller, it can display both waveforms and characters simultaneously. (2) The flexibility of CPU program can be obtained using the sub-microproce ssor function of CRTC chip. (3) The trend of digital data is possible through the graphic function (4) The vibration of displayed waveform can be prevented using the chip simplification and the trigger signal of one chip. (5) Operation with microprocessor malies the expansion and interface easy.

  • A design of digital position control system with DC Motor is presented. The digital position control system is constructed by power circuits, interface circuits and control circuits using single chip microprocessor (8096). All control functions are implemented on the 16 bit micro-processor requiring only on incremental encoder for speed and position sensing. The control schemes are used by the proportional control for some modifications and braking algorithms. This digital position system offered to the fast response, good steady-state accuracy, flexibility and reliability, Hardware, software features and experimental results of this system are described.

  • In this study, a thermal control system which applied a Peltier device for the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) machine is to be designed. Here in order for it to easily follow the characteristics of the thermal cycle existing for gene amplification of the PCR sample, a PCR control board utilizing a thermal sensor, a Peltier, and a 8 bit microprocessor is made up. Especially a fuzzy type PD control algorithm is applied periodically in time response, and control system is implemented. For that matter, the characteristic data of subject system is obtained and analysed to begin with. Based on this analysed data, the proposed control algorithm is applied and an evaluation of the performance of the whole system take place through the PC.
