마이크로 로봇 교육을 통한 초등학교 창의성 계발에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Creativity in Elementary School Through Micro-Robot Education)

  • 현재의 첨단 산업에서는 단순한 공작 활동에서 벗어나 창의적으로 생각하고 조작할 수 있는 공학적인 마인드를 갖는 인재를 필요로 하고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 따라 초등학교 단계에서의 마이크로 로봇제작 교육은 아동들의 창의성을 계발할 수 있는 적절한 대안이 될 것이다. 이러한 필요성에 따라, 본 연구에서는 창의성 계발을 위한 효과적인 마이크로 로봇 교육 프로그램을 고안하고 이를 현장에 적용하여 실제 구현하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 마이크로 로봇 제작을 위한 초등학교용 교수 학습 자료를 제시하였다 둘째, 초등학생에게 맞는 학습 프로그램을 7단계로 나누어 고안하였다. 마지막으로 구안한 학습 프로그램을 현장에 적용, 분석한 결과 학습자의 창의성 향상이 있었다.

전자빔 용접장치를 이용한 미세접합 (Micro joining using electron beam welding system)

  • In this study EB(Electron Beam) welder was modified to apply Ef welder to micro-joining for soldering and micro-brazing. The power and beam current of EB welder is 6kW, 100mA(60kV) and the minimum current was 1mA. The minimum current of EB welder was modified to decrease the amount of beam current to 0.0lmA and the monitoring system to observe materials was made up. The system is developed including teaching function for generating patterns. The control system and CAD/CAM software for EB direct writing was developed and the deflection beam was controlled without moving workpieces. the possibility of applying EB welder to micro-joining for soldering and brazing was studied through this experiments.

Robot Ergonomic에 의한 로보트의 동작제어 개선에 관한 연구 (A study on an improvement of the robot motion control by the robot ergonomics)

  • This study, as a part of integrated human-robot ergonomics, improves the robot motion control on the robot task in the TOES/WCS whose purpose is improving the teaching task constructed in the previous study. First, the updated combined fuzzy process using a new membership function with Weber's law is constructed for the purpose of coordinate reading of the end points in the macro motion control. Second, an algorithm using the geometric analysis is desinged in order to calculate position values and posture values of the robot joints. Third, the MGSLM method is designed to remove unnecessary the robot motion control caused by the GSLM method in the micro motion control. Consequently, proposed methods in this study lessen burdcn of a human of an improvement of the robot motion control and reduce the teaching time of a human operator and inaccuracy of the teaching task, which contribute to the integrated human-robot ergonomics.

혁신 중학교 과학 수업 사례를 통해 본 구조가 학생과 교사의 행위성에 미치는 영향: 정책과 실천에 대한 시사점 (Examining How Structures Shape Teacher and Student Agency in Science Classrooms in an Innovative Middle School: Implications for Policy and Practice)

  • Conducted as an ethnographic examination of science teaching and learning in an Innovative Middle School in Korea, this study employs sociocultural theory to examine how structures afford and limit student participation in an innovative school designed to promote student-centered learning. Data includes teacher and student interviews, student responses to a questionnaire, classroom observations, and analysis of video recordings of ten lessons in two in two 8th grade science classes. Using structure|agency dialectic theory, we identify and describe some structures that afford and limit teacher and student agency at the micro (science classrooms), meso (school), and macro (Korean society) levels to raise some questions about current reform measures, such as innovation schools, that seek to position classroom teachers as agents for change in science education reform in Korea. Findings suggest that while teachers and school administrators play an essential role in structuring learning opportunities at the meso and micro levels, they have limited agency to address structural constraints originating at the macro-level, which can negatively impact teaching and learning in the science classroom. We offer implications for policy and practice and argue the need for more qualitative research, informed by sociocultural theory, to inform science education reform efforts in Korea.

한국다학제간 캡스톤디자인에 마이크로콘트롤러 보드의 적용 (The Application of Micro Controller Board to Engineering Education for Multidisciplinary Capstone Design)

  • 본 논문은 공주대학교 공과대학 학생들에게 다학제간 캡스톤 디자인을 운영하기 위한 모델을 제시한다. 여름방학 계절학기 기간 중에 공주대학교 공과대학에서 다학제간 캡스톤 디자인을 운영하였다. 다학제간 캡스톤 디자인에 참여한 학생들은 이전에 캡스톤 디자인 교과목을 수강하지 않은 서로 연관이 없는 5개 전공 학생들이다. 다양한 전공의 학생들에게 캡스톤 디자인작품을 완성하기 위해 센서 및 액츄에이터 등을 이용하는 아두이노 우노 마이크로 컨트롤러 제어보드를 사용하는 캡스톤 디자인 모델을 도입하였다. 만족도 평가를 통해 더 창의적이면서 현장감 있는 의미 있는 교육이 진행되었음을 알게 되었다. 이를 통해 다학제간 캡스톤 디자인 부분에서 앞으로의 가능성 있는 방향을 제시하였다.

중등 수학 예비 교사들의 다양한 교수.학습 방법에 대한 성향 (Mathematics Preservice Teachers' Disposition about Methods of Instruction Which Is Based on Shulman's Pedagogical Reasoning)

  • 본 연구는 다양한 교수 학습 방법에 대한 예비 교사들의 성향을 알아봄으로써 그러한 성향을 교사 교육 프로그램에 충분히 활용하여 예비 교사들의 적극적인 참여와 사고를 확장시켜, 반성적 사고에 적합한 실천적 지식을 형성 시키는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 다양한 자료를 수집하였으며, 예비교사들은 조사발표, 수학의 실용느낌과 생각을 표현하고 반성하는 기회를 많이 갖게 되었으며 실제와 가장 가까운 모의 수업을 가장 선호했다. 조사발표에 대해서는 고쳐야 할 부분이 있다는 의견을 드러내었다. 이로 볼 때 예비교사 교육 프로그램은 이론과 실제를 봉합하는 프로그램을 통해 수학 교수 학습 과정과 관련된 수학 교수학적 내용 지식에 대한 예비 교사들의 관심과 민감성을 높여 줌으로써 더 깊이 있는 지식을 습득하는 기반이 되도록 해야 할 것이다.

Designing a Micro-Learning-Based Learning Environment and Its Impact on Website Designing Skills and Achievement Motivation Among Secondary School Students

  • The study aimed to elucidate how to design a learning environment on the premise of micro-learning (ML) and investigate its impact on website designing skills and achievement motivation among secondary school students. Adopting the experimental approach, data were collected through an achievement test, a product evaluation form, and a test to gauge motivation for achievement. The sample was divided into two experimental groups. Results revealed statistically significant differences at 0.05≥α between the mean scores of the two groups that experienced ML, irrespective of the two modes of presenting the video in the pre-test and post-test, as for the test of websites design skills, product evaluation form, and achievement motivation test. Besides, there have been statistically significant differences at 0.05≥α between the mean scores of the first experimental group that had exposure to ML using the split-video presentation style and the scores of the second experimental group that underwent ML using continuous video presentation style in the post cognitive test of website design and management skills in favor of the group that had segmented-video-presentation ML. Another salient finding is the nonexistence of significant differences at 0.05≥α between the mean scores of the first experimental group that underwent segmented-video-presentation ML and the grades of the second experimental group that received ML with continuous video presentation style in the post-application of the product scorecard of websites designing skills and the motivation test. In light of these salient findings, the study recommended using ML in teaching computer courses at different educational stages in Saudi Arabia, training computer and information technology teachers to harness ML in their teaching and using ML in designing courses at all levels of education.

Integrated Human and Rob-ot Ergonomics의 측면에서 로보트의 동작제어 개선에 관한 연구 (A study on the improvement of the robot motion control as a part of the integrated human and robot ergonomics)

  • Teaching Expert System/World Coordinate System(TES/WDS) was proposed to improve robot motion control. First, precise coordinate reading for getting the inherent data about position and posture of task objects was performed throgh the integrated image and fuzzy processing. Second, singularity and parameter limitation problems in getting the motion data about position and posture of robot in macro motion were solved by proposed geometric algorithm. Third, the unnecessary robot motion was also removed by the Robot Time and Motion (RTM) method and the Multi-Geometric Straight-Line Motion (MGSLM) method in micro motion. This results demonstrated reduction of the average teaching task time according to task order.

  • In this study, an innovative computer support has been suggested to improve differential perception of the students. Research has been conducted on a calculus class which has 35 students. A semi-structured interview has been reported in the study. By this interview, it was tried to make differential concept more understandable by using Micro Soft Excel component of the well-known MS Office software. By this aim, students have been asked to integrate a simple function by using MS Excel. At the end of the study, it was observed that differential concept made more sense in students' minds than previous.

중학 수학의 연계적인 교수 학습 방법에 관한 연구 - 함수 영역을 중심으로 (Teaching-Learning Methods articulated with mathematics in middle school)

  • 본 논문은 학교수학의 연계성에 대하여 체계적으로 비교하고 분석하였다. 또한 수학적 의미에 바탕을 둔 수평적 및 수직적 연계성을 분류하고 검토함으로써 학교수학에 관한 이론적 기반을 조성하고자 하였다. 지금까지 학교수학은 일반적으로 수직적 연계성에 중심을 두어 거시적인 차원에서 수학을 바라보았으나 본 논문은 수평적 연계성을 살펴봄으로써 미시적인 측면과 거시적인 측면을 함께 살펴보았다. 또한 인터넷을 활용함으로써 다양한 활동을 제공하고 특히 함수에 관한 교육과정의 변화를 모색한다. 그리하여 우리는 함수의 지도를 원활하게 할 수 있는 활동과 모델을 제시한다.
