Social media is a window for everyone, individuals, communities, and companies to spread ideas and promote trends and products. With these opportunities, challenges and problems related to security, privacy and rights arose. Also, the data accumulated from social media has become a fertile source for many analytics, inference, and experimentation with new technologies in the field of data science. In this chapter, emphasis will be given to methods of trend analysis, especially ensemble learning methods. Ensemble learning methods embrace the concept of cooperation between different learning methods rather than competition between them. Therefore, in this chapter, we will discuss the most important trends in ensemble learning and their applications in analysing social media data and anticipating the most important future trends.

We would like to understand we should follow the rules of nature by having 'bupaeumyang(法於陰陽) to the "sanggocheonjinron "上古天眞論" and the healthy living shall be made based on the balance of yin and yang, and in harmony with the nature mentioned in Sagijoshindaeron "四氣調神大論" so it is considered that this is the Yangsaeng(養生) usually mentioned in Oriental medicine. Therefore, we would like to present the exercise methods according to the season and would like to propose two most basic Yangsaeng methods of the gymnastics Yangsaeng method(體操養生方法) and the massage Yangsaeng method(按摩養生方法) stimulating Musculoskeletal(筋骨格) and acupoints (血位) directly by the caregivers among the various infants exercise in order to help their physical growth and development and to promote the interaction between parents and children.

이 연구의 목적은 과학, 기술, 공학, 수학(STEM) 교육의 다양한 통합적인 노력 중에서 기술과 과학 교육 분야 전문가들이 수행한 디자인 관련 연구들을 고찰하는데 있다. 33개의 통합교육관련 논문들을 선별하여 메타연구와 질적인 내용 분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 디자인은 다양한 용어로 사용되고 있으며 다양한 접근방법을 통해 과학과 기술교육분야에 이용되고 있다. 공학적 디자인을 이용한 과학 개념의 학습은 최근 중요하게 다루어지고 있는 주제이며, 인지적, 정의적인 측면에서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 공학적 디자인은 기술교육에 있어 최근 주요 연구 방향으로 제시되고 있으며, 기술교육과 공학교육을 연결할 수 있는 방법을 제공하고 있다. 공학적 디자인을 이용한 교육방법은 학생들의 학습향상과 동기유발에 도움이 되고, 협동학습과 진로교육에 긍정적인 효과를 보여주는 것으로 나타났다. 통합교육에 관한 인식의 부족으로 공학적 디자인을 이용한 과학, 기술, 공학, 수학교육의 효과를 검증하는 연구가 부족한 실정이다.

The importance of mathematics is emerging to create new values and secure competitiveness in an intelligent information society based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This study was conducted with the aim of improving the academic performance and increasing interest of electronics majors in mathematics subjects. In order to develop learners' mathematical capabilities in major fields that utilize mathematics that electronics majors do not prefer, we have proposed a new teaching method to promote employment in mathematics-based electronics fields. In addition, to enhance learners' self-directed learning, we developed teaching methods for efficient mathematics subjects with programming languages as tools in electronics engineering and applied them to real-world teaching sites to effectively cultivate academic performance improvement of majors. Finally, we conducted a survey and statistically analyze the effectiveness of the developed teaching methods to present effective operational measures for mathematics education, an essential tool in intelligent information technology.

Present PII(Private Infrastructure Investment) in Korea has increased up to 11% compared to the year 2003 and is expected to increase in the future. In spite of its rapid increase, we don't have any definite standard or system which distinctly presents the rate of return for domestic PII yet, and practical and scientific research is not sufficient compared to its necessity and importance. Hence, in this study we suggests methods to estimate the rate of return of PII to promote SOC PII to last successfully and present the proper level of rate of return of PII which is appropriate for domestic situations through diverse analysis. Therefore, to present reasonable rate of return, we have used 5 methods: previous research analysis, case study, financial index analysis, analysis of investor's rate of return, and analysis of rate of return in a real estate market. After comparing and analyzing these methods, at the end, we have presented the appropriate level of rate of return of PII, which can be applied in the domestic market.

Public infrastructure is crucial to promote and sustain a sustainable economic growth and a health community. A large amount of capital investment is generally required in infrastructure projects that motivate the involvement of the private sector in the delivery process. Various relationship-based procurement methods have been attempted to maximize value-for-money. In this paper, the problems and challenges that relationship-based procurement methods have been facing are explored. A particular focus is placed on the challenges for the public-private partnership (PPP) model. Possible strategies for adapting the PPP models in the post-Global Financial Crisis era are proposed and discussed. In addition, the challenges facing alliancing, which is one of the other important relationship-based procurement methods, are also examined. Views on infrastructure procurement in the future were sought from industry professionals via interviews and are reported in this paper as well.

동 식물성잔재물의 재활용을 활성화하기 위해서는 동 폐기물에 대한 배출원, 배출량과 처리방법 등에 대한 통계가 세부적으로 작성되어 이를 재활용하려고 하는 폐기물재활용업자가 이에 대한 정보를 쉽게 얻을 수 있어야 하고, 법규에서 재활용을 허용하는 방법이 적정하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 우리나라의 동 식물성잔재물의 세부 분류와 법규에서 허용하는 재활용 가능 유형의 적정성을 검토하였다. 또한, 세부 분류의 개선방안을 마련하기 위해 유럽과 일본의 동 폐기물에 대한 세부 분류를 문헌을 통해 조사하였고, 국내의 동 폐기물의 재활용 현황을 파악하기 위해 동 식물성유 제조업과 전분 및 당류 제조업체와 이들 업종에서 발생하는 동식물성잔재물을 재활용하는 업체에 대한 현장방문 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 폐기물관리법 시행규칙의 세부분류와 재활용 가능 유형의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Purpose: Regulatory T cells (Tregs), expressing CD4 and CD25 as well as Foxp3, are known to play a pivotal role in immunoregulatory function in autoimmune diseases, cancers, and graft rejection. Dendritic cells (DCs) are considered the major antigen-presenting cells (APCs) for initiating these T-cell immune responses, of which $CD103^+$ DCs are derived from precursor human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The aim of the present study was to evaluate the capacity of these PBMC-derived $CD103^+$ DCs to promote the differentiation of antigen-specific Tregs. Methods: Monocyte-derived DCs were induced from $CD14^+$ monocytes from the PBMCs of 10 healthy subjects. Once the $CD103^+$ DCs were purified, the cell population was enriched by adding retinoic acid (RA). Peptide numbers 14 and 19 of Porphyromonas gingivalis heat shock protein 60 (HSP60) were synthesized to pulse $CD103^+$ DCs as a tool for presenting the peptide antigens to stimulate $CD3^+$ T cells that were isolated from human PBMC. Exogenous interleukin 2 was added as a coculture supplement. The antigen-specific T-cell lines established were phenotypically identified for their expression of CD4, CD25, or Foxp3. Results: When PBMCs were used as APCs, they demonstrated only a marginal capacity to stimulate peptide-specific Tregs, whereas $CD103^+$ DCs showed a potent antigen presenting capability to promote the peptide-specific Tregs, especially for peptide 14. RA enhanced the conversion of $CD103^+$ DCs, which paralleled the antigen-specific Treg-stimulating effect, though the differences failed to reach statistical significance. Conclusions: We demonstrated that $CD103^+$ DCs can promote antigen-specific Tregs from naive T cells, when used as APCs for an epitope peptide from P. gingivalis HSP60. RA was an effective reagent that induces mature DCs with the typical phenotypic expression of CD103 that demonstrated the functional capability to promote antigen-specific Tregs.

Korean society recently realized the needs for a system that may effectively prevent and/or resolve different family problems caused by the rapidly changing modem society. In order to carry out this objectives. The Healthy Family Act has been legislated and is to be enforced from the 1st of January, 2005. Legislating the law is a means to establish an administrative and institutional structure that may bring in the total welfare system centered around family, so as to promote healthy families in our society. This is also a land marking event that has shifted the paradigm from the welfare system focusing on individual protection to the total welfare system based upon family units. Hence, this study is to examine the specific concepts of 'healthy family,' which is the goal of The Healthy Family Act, and thus to propose the objectives of the law by analysing the institutional system of it. The Healthy Family Act, which consists of major 37 items of 5 chapters with supplementary provisions, aims at the five ideals as follows. The first is to promote the healthy family which is the basis of individual welfare and well-to-do society. The second is to emphasize the importance of family and to provide total service system for family unit. The third is to establish the family value which supports gender-equality and democracy. The fourth is to reinforce the governmental support for independence and cooperation of family. And the fifth is to promote the in-advance and precautionary support for family problems. The law also includes administrative methods for Strong Families Center, different projects and programs for promoting healthy families, roles of Healthy Family Specialist and means to cultivating them, and the policies to specifically carry out the ideas of the law. It is now important to recognize that the development of nation is based on the healthy families and to put much effort in carrying out the ideas and goals of The Healthy Family Act.
