With the release of the Bitcoin source in 2009, cryptocurrencies are continuously developing and expanding the market. Recently, new applicability is expanding centered on NFT coin and metaverse payment service. In particular, the Central Cryptocurrency Exchange actively supports relay transactions between cryptocurrencies or between traditional fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies. The cryptocurrency trading market based on such a central exchange encouraged speculative factors of cryptocurrencies, strongly arousing speculation and futility of cryptocurrencies. In addition, the central cryptocurrency exchange induces the centralization of users and virtual assets, thereby hindering the decentralization and security enhancement strategies of the block chain. Therefore, this study describes the current status and problems of centrally controlled centralized cryptocurrency exchanges in service, and presents a distributed cryptocurrency exchange modeling strategy and major issues as a decentralization model of the exchange. This research can strengthen the anonymity, decentralization, and autonomy of cryptocurrency based on blockchain.

After the declaration of the Covid-19 pandemic impacted most of the industries resulting economic fallout. Firms sought for solutions of governments regulations to prevent spread of infectious diseases. This led to demand rise of digital layer and spectrums of virtual reality. Replacing the reality in to virtual and interactions with the digital contents by augmented reality, the consequences were decrement of human-to-human contact. Concerns of Covid-19 and public interests of digital solutions has led to significant amounts of research and developments of Virtual/Augment Reality resulted to driven up new terms of extended reality. However, the uses in industries and the characteristics of the extended reality are currently not defined. In this paper the goal is to define and classify the uses and characteristics of extended reality based on previous researches suggested by research institute. By developing a new classification models of extended realities core technology, uses of industries and utility to analyze trends of extended reality. Two separate classification models of uses of industries and utility will be used as a tool by creating a linkage matrix. The x-axis is divided by utiliy classification model of extended reality. The y-axis are divided into classification model of uses in industries. This matrix will be used as a tool to present a guideline for industry-utility development where extended reality can be served as a service

Objectives: This study analyzes factors related to English communication skills in the dental health services of clinical dental hygienists who provide dental medical services to foreigners. Methods: Surveys were conducted to measure students' English communication skills. Participants comprised 195 clinical dental hygienists working at dental English study cafes or who provided dental medical services to foreigners. After analyzing the differences in English communication skills, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed on the factors related to English communication skills. Results: English communication skill of dental hygienists was 1.96 points out of 5 points. The factors related to the English communication skill of the clinical dental hygienists were foreign patient care, language training experience, overseas living experience, and certified English proficiency. The adjusted explanatory power of this model was 53.0%. Conclusions: Dental hygienists in charge of foreign patients have experience in language training and overseas residence, have a language qualification certificate, and have higher English communication skills. It is necessary to develop English language learning programs based on metaverse to develop the English communication skills of dental hygienists who provide dental health services to foreign patients and to operate a creative educational environment to increase interest in learning English.
