Extruder is divided to greatly three part at extrusion process. First, by hopper(Hopper) second, barrel(Barrel) with Screw that is point of extruder and third that is raw material supply wealth extrusion into dies(DIES) Part that decide shape of do product greatly divide. Hopper is role that distribute in raw material supply wealth (Feeding zone) of Screw preserving raw material in state of high quality how at extrusion process, and make distributed raw material as Screw in barrel rotates and 3 stage and inflicting heat and pressure raw material melting(Melting) state. And raw material of melting state Screw's measuring stoker(Metering zone) whereabouts anaphora do and product is completed through pipe channel of dies. Dies that is the most important as Screw in extrusion is part that is last part of melting state process of raw material and causes huge effect in quality of product. If more than design of dies happens, manufacture itself of dies is hard, but there are a lot of amount of losses accordingly. In this research, make pipe channel that raw material of melting state flows in dies can present dies basic design method through flow analysis of ideal pipe channel using CFdesign.

This paper introduces the partial melting process for solder application and characterization of its possibility using off-eutectic Pb-Sn alloy. In order to show that the liquid phase in the semi-liquid state maintains the wettability as the single-phase liquid, the wetting balance test are conducted with varying temperatures and compositions. The results are then compared with the surface tension of liquid, both measured and calculated, to examine the correlation. The results from this investigation indicate that the partial melting can yield satisfactory solder joints as long as the liquid phase acquires sufficient chemical activity. At a condition where the partial melting is effective, a direct correlation between the wettability and the surface tension is found to exist. All alloys are found to show a reasonable wettability in semi-liquid state.
In the late in-vessel phase of a nuclear reactor severe accident, the internal heat transfer and crust evolution during the debris bed melting process have important effects on the thermal load distribution along the vessel wall, and further affect the reactor pressure vessel (RPV) failure mode and the state of melt during leakage. This study coupled the phase change model and large eddy simulation to investigate the variations of the temperature, melt liquid fraction, crust and heat flux distributions during the debris bed melting process in the hypothetical severe accident of HPR1000. The results indicated that the heat flow towards the vessel wall and upper surface were similar at the beginning stage of debris melting, but the upward heat flow increased significantly as the development of the molten pool. The maximum heat flux towards the vessel wall reached 0.4 MW/m2. The thickness of lower crust decreased as the debris melting. It was much thicker at the bottom region with the azimuthal angle below 20° and decreased rapidly at the azimuthal angle around 20-50°. The maximum and minimum thicknesses were 2 and 90 mm, respectively. By contrast, the distribution of upper crust was uniform and reached stable state much earlier than the lower crust, with the thickness of about 10 mm. Moreover, the sensitivity analysis of initial condition indicated that as the decrease of time interval from reactor scram to debris bed dried-out, the maximum debris temperature and melt fraction became larger, the lower crust thickness became thinner, but the upper crust had no significant change. The sensitivity analysis of in-vessel retention (IVR) strategies indicated that the passive and active external reactor vessel cooling (ERVC) had little effect on the internal heat transfer and crust evolution. In the case not considering the internal reactor vessel cooling (IRVC), the upper crust was not obvious.

Our experimental research focuses on manipulating pinning deflects to alter the phase diagram of vortex matter, creating new vortex phases. Vortex matter offers a unique opportunity for creating and studying these novel phase transitions through precise control of thermal, pinning and elastic energies. The vortex melting transition in untwinned YB $a_2$C $u_3$$O_{7-}$$\delta$/ crystals is investigated in the presence of disorder induced by particle irradiation. We focus on the low disorder regime, where a glassy state and a lattice state can be realized in the same phase diagram. We follow the evolution of the first order vortex melting transition line into a continuous transition line as disorder is increased by irradiation. The transformation is marked by an upward shift in the lower critical point on the melting line. With columnar deflects induced by heavy ion irradiation, we find a second order Bose glass transition line separating the vortex liquid from a Bose glass below the lower critical point. Furthermore, we find an upper threshold of columnar defect concentration beyond which the lower critical point and the first order melting line disappear together. With point deflect clusters induced by proton irradiation, we find evidence for a continuous thermodynamic transition below the lower critical point..

As a starting point of investigating what molecular dynamic simulations can reveal about the nature of atomic level of heating and cooling process, argon described by the LJ potential is considered. Stepwise heating and cooling of constant rates are simulated in the NPT (constant number, pressure and temperature) ensemble. Hysteresis is found due to the superheating and supercooling. Drastic change of volume and energy is involved with phase change, but the melting point can not be obtained by simply observing the changes of these quantities. Since liquid and solid phases can co-exist at the same temperature, Gibbs free energy should be calculated to find the temperature where the Gibbs free energy of liquid is equal to that of the solid since the equilibrium state is the state of minimum Gibbs free energy. The obtained melting temperature, $T^*=0.685$, is close to that of the experiment with only 2% error.

The new enhanced method of temperature control need not any reference temperature, the system itself can find the melting temperature of gallium as a reference point by dithering input heat flux. If gallium is in melting state, the latent heat of fusion works, so gallium temperature does not change on dithering input heat flux. Also, the control method can determine the state of gallium; solid, liquid, or melting state by investigating the temperature in gallium. We apply this new temperature stabilization method to stabilize a Fabry-Perot cavity, which serves as a ultimate length measurement technique. We achieved 1 mK-temperature stability and 1.5426 nm/ 95 mm-length stability over 10 hours.

Natural convection heat transfer from a horizontal ice cylinder immersed in quiescent cold pure water was studied experimentally. The experiment was conducted for the ambient water temperatures ranging from $2.0^{\cric}C$ to $10.0^{\circ}C$. The flow fields around an ice cylinder and its melting shapes were visualized and local Nusselt numbers obtained. Especially, its attention was focused on the density maximum effects and stagnation point Nusselt number. From the visualized photographs of flow fields, three distinct flow patterns were observed with the ambient water temperature variation. The melting shapes of ice cylinder are various in shape with flow patterns. Steady state upflow was occured at the range of $2.0^{\circ}C \leq T_{\infty} \leq 4.6^{\circ}C$ and steady state downflow was occured at $T_{\infty} \geq 6.0^{\circ}C$. In the range of $4.7^{\circ}C < T_{\infty} < 6.0^{\circ}C$, three-dimensional unsteady state flow was observed. Especially, the melting shapes of ice cylinder have formed the several spiral flutes for the temperatures ranging from $5.5^{\circ}C$ to $5.8^{\circ}C$. For upflow regime, the maximum stagnation point Nusselt number exists at $T_{\infty} = 2.5^{\circ}C$ and as the ambient water temperature increases the Nusselt number decreases. At ambient water temperature of about $5.7^{\circ}C$, Nusselt number shows its minimum value.
In this study, the redox state of iron in sodium silicate glasses was varied by changing the melting conditions, such as the melting temperature and particle size of iron oxide. The oxidation states of the iron ion were determined by wet chemical analysis and UV-Vis spectroscopy methods. Iron commonly exists as an equilibrium mixture of ferrous ions, $Fe^{2+}$, and ferric ions $Fe^{3+}$. In this study, sodium silicate glasses containing nanoparticles of iron oxide (0.5% mol) were prepared at various temperatures. Increase of temperature led to the transformation of ferric ions to ferrous ions, and the intensity of the ferrous peak in 1050 nm increased. Nanoparticle iron oxide caused fewer ferrous ions to be formed and the $\frac{Fe^{2+}}{Fe^{3+}}$ equilibrium ratio compared to that with micro-oxide iron powder was lower.
This paper introduces the partial melting process for solder application and characterization of its feasibility using Sn-Ag, and Sn-Cu solder alloys. ill order to show that the liquid phase in the semi-liquid state maintains the similar wettability as single-phase liquid, the wetting balance tests are conducted with varying temperatures and compositions. Also, as a new soldering technology, the microstructural and mechanical test were investigated. The results from this research indicate that the partial melting can yield satisfactory sider joints as long as the liquid phase acquires sufficient chemical activity. At a condition where the partial melting is effective, a direct correlation between the wettability and the surface tension is found to exist.

To evaluate the possibility of the partial melting soldering. wettability of partial melted solders was measured using wetting balance. Off eutectic Sn-Pb allows are wettable in their partial melting zone. Especially, Pb rich alloys showed excellent wettability while wettability of Sn rich alloys were adequate or poor. It is found that wettability increases over $200^{\circ}C$ regardless of composition liquid fraction and phases of the original alloy Sn-7Ag alloy showed good wettability in their partial melting zone, while Sn-65Bi alloy was non-wettable under their melting points.
