제습기산업의 유통경로별 서비스품질이 고객만족 및 고객충성에 미치는 상호관계에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Interrelationship among Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty by Distribution Channel, in the Dehumidifier Goods Industry)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test and verify on the interrelationship among Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in the Humidifier Goods industry. Especially, we study on the relative importance of each CS variables by distribution channel. Nowadays, most of manufacturing companies are proceeding the product servitization, which is combined service contents with product characteristics in the field of manufacturing industries. Methods: We surveyed humidifier purchaser about the some of CS variables and analyzed it using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 as a statistical analysis tool. We use the frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, multi-regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis for our empirical study. Results: As the result of study, we find that Service Quality(SQ) influence Customer Satisfaction(CS) and CS influence Customer Loyalty(CL). Also, we verify that CS works mediate interaction on the effects between SQ and CL. And there are the significant relative effect of SQ to Customer Satisfaction in some of distribution channel. Conclusion: Finally, we make certain that the market size of the Humidifier goods industry will be increased rapidly. And the distribution channe l is more important to medium and small-sized enterprise. So, we have to pay attention to the study on the distribution channel of the Humidifier goods industry. And then, we expect more researches and studies on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction in the field of manufacturing industries.

Man-Machine Interface Device for Dismantling Factory

  • In dismantling factories for recycling, it is important to input actual working data to a personal computer (PC) in order to monitor the work results and related recycling rate of the inputs. This should be performed with a keyboard, a mouse, or other devices. But when a worker is working in the factory, it could be bothersome or time consuming to go to the PC. Especially, workers who works at dismantling factories have a generally low education level are scared to use a PC, which could be used as a pretext for not using the PC. In some cases, data input is performed by a worker after the day's job. In this case, it could take additional time, the worker can make more mistakes, and the data could be unreliable. In this study, we developed a man-machine interface (MMI) device using a safety helmet. A joystick-like device, pushbuttons, and a radio frequency (RF) device for wireless communication is equipped in a safety helmet. This MMI device has functions similar to a PC mouse, and it has a long communication distance. RF is used because it consumes less battery power than Bluetooth. With this MMI device, workers need not go to a PC to input data or to control the PC, and they can control the PC from a long distance. The efficiency of PCs in a factory could be increased by using the developed MMI system, and workers at the dismantling factories could have less reluctance in using the PC.

  • 우리나라는 수출이 국가 경제 발전에 가장 중요한 역할을 해왔다. 수출을 장려하기 위한 정책은 앞으로도 지속될 것이며 더욱 강조될 것으로 보인다. 각 기업마다 수출에 기여하는 정도가 다르고 경로가 모두 다르기 때문에 이를 파악하는 일이 우선되어야 한다. 이를 통해 수출지원 방안을 수립하고 현실적인 정책을 마련할 수 있을 것이다. 중소기업의 수출 경로나 기여도를 정확하게 파악하지는 못하겠지만 가능한 중소기업이 수출에 미치는 기여도나 경로를 파악하여 수출 장려 정책을 실행했으면 하는 바람이다. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 중소기업이 수출에 기여하는 정도를 산출하고 중소기업의 수출 경로를 파악하여 향후 개선 방안을 찾는데 있다. 또한 중소기업의 수출을 활성화하기 위해 적절한 정책방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 수출은 국가 경제 성장에 빠질 수 없는 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나로 자리하고 있어 앞으로 수출을 장려하기 위한 정책의 중요성은 더욱 강조될 것으로 보인다. 기업들이 수출에 어느 정도 기여하고 있으며 어느 경로를 통해 이루어지고 있는지를 파악하는 일은 매우 중요하다. 이를 통해 수출장려 정책을 수립하고 실증적인 근거를 마련할 수 있다. 중소기업이 수출에 미치는 기여도나 경로를 정확하게 파악을 해야 중소기업을 대상으로 수출 장려 정책을 전개할 수 있지만 그렇지 못하면 한계에 부딪칠 수밖에 없을 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 중소기업이 수출에 기여하는 정도를 측정하고 중소기업의 수출 경로를 파악하여 향후 개선 방안을 찾는데 있다. 또한 중소기업의 수출을 활성화하기 위해 적절한 정책방안을 제시하고자 한다.

중소기업의 TQM활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of TQM Activities cn the Business Performance of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 중소기업에 있어서 전사적 품질경영(TQM: Total Quality Management)활동이 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 규명하는 것이다. 그 결과 TQM 활동을 통하여 재무성과, 품질성과, 고객만족성과, 그리고 조직수용성과 등 4가지 관점의 경영성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과 TQM을 도입한 기업이 전사적 차원에서 체계적인 품질경영활동을 수행함으로써 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으므로 우리나라 기업들이 TQM을 도입 수행하여 지속적으로 활용해야 할 당위성과 필요성을 제시해 준 연구라고 할 수 있다. 또한 4가지 관점에서의 성과측정을 통해 TQM 수행 기업에서의 성과측정지표 선정시 수행목적에 따라 어느 관점에서 중점적으로 성과목표를 설정하여야 할 것인가에 대한 가이드라인 역할뿐만 아니라 향후 TQM 성과 관련 후속연구의 기본방향을 제시해준 연구라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 본 연구의 실증분석에서 도출된 TQM 활동요인과 성과측정 지표의 체계적인 관리를 통해 TQM 활동을 보다 효과적으로 수행함으로써 중소기업의 경영성과 및 기업경쟁력을 높이는데 기여할 수 있다고 본다.

  • 신생 기업은 선진국과 개발도상국에서 동시에 놀라운 속도로 확장하고 있다. 조직 및 인적 자원 관리 측면에서 청년 창업가들이 겪는 어려움이 많다. 결과적으로 과학계에서 거의 주목을 받지 못한 신생 기업을 조사하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 개발도상국(파키스탄)의 중소기업(SME) 수준에서 운영되는 신생 기업만을 고려했다. 정보는 대도시 라호르에 위치한 10개 업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집했다. 연구변수 간의 가설관계가 사실인지 여부를 확인하기 위해 상관분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 제안된 모든 가설 사이에 긍정적이고 통계적으로 유의한 연관성을 발견했다. 본 연구의 결과는 산업계, 학계 및 정책 입안자에게 중요한 의미를 갖는다.

현장 활용성과 효과 제고를 위한 물질안전보건자료 제도개선 방안 (Improvement of Material Safety Data Sheet Regulation for Enhancing the Effectiveness and Efficiency in the Field)

  • Objective: The Korean Industrial Hygiene Association(KIHA) held a forum on "Improvement of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) regulations for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency in the field" at its 2018 Winter Conference(February 2, 2018). This article summarized the major consensus opinions developed at the forum. Methods: Since the initial implementation of the MSDS system, the contents of the system have changed and related studies have been reviewed. Before the forum, online questionnaires were developed and opinions on the effectiveness of MSDS program were collected from various strata of the occupational health field. We also summarized the key opinions of companies, trade unions, experts, and government officials as discussed at the forums. Results: A total of 265 opinions were gathered through online questionnaire surveys from safety and health managers, trade unions, government officials, and health professionals. The results of online surveys and discussions showed some differences of opinion, but it was a common perception that the current MSDS system is not working effectively in the workplace. It was considered necessary to strengthen MSDS education and to make it easier for workers to understand and deliver the necessary information. In addition, it was confirmed that the supply of and education on MSDS to small- and medium-sized enterprise workers is not being well executed. In particular, MSDS training for subcontract workers should be carried out under the responsibility of the contracting employer. Conclusions: In order for the MSDS system to serve more effectively in the field in the future, it needs to be improved in terms of the effective education and training considering the type of industry and employment.

Analysis of Impact on ERP Customization Module Using CSR Data

  • The enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is a standardized and advanced business process that many companies are implementing now-a-days through customization. However, it affects the efficiency of operations as these customizations are based on uniqueness. In this study, we analyzed the impact of customized modules and processing time on customer service request (CSR), by utilizing the stacked CSR data during the construction and operation of ERP, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As a result, a positive correlation was found between unit companies and the length of ERP implementation; ERP modules and the length of ERP implementation; ERP modules and unit companies; and the type of ERP implementation and ERP module. In terms of CSR, a comparison of CSR processing time of CBO (customized business object) module and STD (standard) module revealed that while the five modules did not display statistically significant differences, one module demonstrated a statistically very significant difference. In sum, the analysis indicates that the CBO-type CSR and its processing cost are higher than those of STD-type CSR. These results indicate that companies planning to implement an ERP system should consider the ERP module and their customization ratio and level. It not only gives the theoretical validity that should be considered as an indicator for decision making when ERP is constructed, but also its implications on the impact of processing time suggesting that the maintenance costs and project scheduling of ERP software must also be considered. This study is the first to present the degree of impact on the operation and maintenance of customized modules based on actual data and can provide a theoretical basis for applying SW change ratio in the cost estimation of ERP system maintenance.

중소기업의 신규상장과 정보비대칭 (IPO of SMEs and Information Asymmetry)

  • Purpose - This study examines the determinants of offer price and short-term and long-term performance of small and medium-sized enterprise(SME) IPO stocks listed on the KOSDAQ during the period from July 2007 to December 2016. Design/methodology/approach - The SME IPO samples are classified into three categories of regular listing, technology-based special listing, and listing by merger with special purpose acquisition company(SPAC), whose results are compared each other and compared to the result for the KOSDAQ listing of large firms. Findings - From the point of SME management which attempts to list its company on the KOSDAQ, the listing by merger with SPAC is the most unfavorable, and the underpricing phenomenon of the technology-based special listing is severe in the second place. By contrast, IPO stock investors can earn the largest abnormal return by purchasing the SPAC which succeeds the merger with unlisted firm, and the next abnormal returns are obtained in the order of the IPO stocks of technology-based special listing, regular listing of SMEs, and regular listing of large firms. However, it is interesting to observe that the net buying ratio of individual investors is relatively large for the IPO stocks of regular listing of SMEs and large firms, which exhibit the long-term under-performance. Research implications or Originality - This result implies that the exceptional listing system such as the technology-based special listing or the listing by merger with SPAC cost the SMEs which bypass the complicated procedure of the regular listing.

소형조선소 맞춤형 생산공정 계획관리 시스템 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development and Application of a Small Shipyard Customized Production Process Planning and Management System)

  • In general, since the types and types of ships, so complex and various variables are included to measure the amount of construction work. In addition, it is mot easy to predict the schedule or the number of working hours before ship construction, and it is also mostly inaccurate. As a result, the master plan is manually drawn up by the expert's experience, but there are limitations due to various factors. Medium and large shipyards are operating APS(Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system that reflects industrial characteristics to improve productivity in the planning stage, and utilize information from systems such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system and MES (Manufacturing Execution System). On the other hand, small shipyards rely mostly on manual work such as Excel work based on the experience of the workers. Therefore, this study intends to develop a master plan management system that can efficiently manage the production process from the business planning stage in consideration of the characteristics of small shipyards.
