The purpose of this study is to investigate the Chinese investment environment and analyze the actual investment condition of Korean enterprises in China and examine the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in China shows satisfactory progress. China has a multiple and regional extension policy in investment. And the environment for investment changes to insufficiency of company profit, extension of service market, maintenance of legislative system, and insufficiency of preference about foreign company. There are situations of inclining to manufacturing, inclining of region, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, difficulty of financial assistance, excess of logistic cost, delay of logistic term, difficulty of settlement of legal dispute and difficulty of taking a relative information in investment of Korean enterprise in China. The results of the study indicate mostly that the investment of Korean enterprise into China needs turnover of service trade-tertiary industry, portfolio of investment territory, cooperation with Chinese enterprise through joint venture investment and a large-scale investment for extension of Chinese domestic market.

Currently, the consumer pattern is directed to small quantity and high variety these days. World market is led by technological innovations and changes rapidly. To survive in this environment, the raising of small and medium enterprises is highly desirable. In the context of nationwide restructuring, competitive medium and small industries which are in good financial status should lead the nation's economy. But general ignorance of the safety issues could lead to a miss management of this industry in this field. In this study, actual condition and improvement of safety management are as follows; We have to 1) find out the factors which endangers this industry, and set a proper guideline for safety management. 2) encourage safety management of these industries by themselves, and advertise and provide technical support for using PC and internet. 3) set a higher standard of safety issue when accrediting a prospective medium and small industry, and have a firm control of this issue once accredited. 4) supply more governmental financial aids to terms of safety issues for medium and small industries.

In this paper, we wish to develop suitable TPM Model (C-TPM) in Korea's medium and small enterprises. TPM technique was informed well and there are a lot of success instances but there was problem that is not fitness in medium and small enterprises. In this study, we propose C-TPM model in medium and small enterprises by examining TPM success example variously. This model construction constructed based on medium and small enterprises field supervision and experience, and verification of model is assignment late.

The major market of Information Systems has been large companies. But with the rapid development of light weight Information Technology, the importance of SME (Small and Medium sized Enterprise) sector has increased dramatically. Many solutions have appeared in market for SMEs. Although there are many differences in the context of IT use between large companies and SMEs, not many studies has focused on this point. This study analyzes the preference for ERP, SCM, CRM, etc. by SMEs.

In Korea, an enterprise usually operates two kinds of similar innovative activities at the same time and the same place. The activities make medium and small enterprises incur conflicts of taske and wastes of resources. The solutions for cooperation of the activities, Single PPM and 6 Sigma, are increasing the competency and efficiency of the medium and small enterprises in Korea.

Networked enterprise (NE) is an organization of independent companies that collaborate with each other temporary or permanently for accomplishing common goals. The USA and EU have been developing principal concepts, techniques, and solutions to enhance the competitiveness of traditional industries including small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs). In Korea, however, implementation as well as R&D of NE is very few, which we believe comes from lack of understanding on Its meaning and lack of effective information systems for it. This paper is to suggest an Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework or reference model of NE and an Information Technology Architecture (ITA) of NE. The EA framework will help stakeholder of NE (e,g., policy makers, members of NE, IT solution providers, and researchers) understand structural and behavioral characteristics of NE. The ITA will be used as a guideline of developing information systems for NE that is essential for spreading networked business models, The focus of this paper is not on logical-level design but on conceptual-level modeling of NE. As verification of the suggested framework and architecture is still required, so we'll apply them to various manifestations of NE, e.g., dynamic supply chain, vertical integration of extended enterprises, and P2P-style virtual enterprises.

급속한 IT의 발전으로 인해 개인정보뿐만 아니라 기업이 보유하고 있는 핵심 기술 및 정보에 대한 유출 위협이 중요한 이슈로 인식되고 있다. 기업에게 있어서 보유하고 있는 핵심 기술은 기업의 생존 및 지속적으로 경쟁 우위를 차지하기 위해 매우 중요한 부분이다. 최근 기술 침해 사례가 많이 일어나고 있는데, 기술 유출은 기업에게 있어서 주가하락 등의 막대한 재무적인 손실을 가져올 뿐만 아니라, 기업의 신뢰에 손상을 입게 되고, 기업의 발전을 지연시키게 되는 악영향을 미치게 된다. 특히, 대기업에 비해 핵심기술이 기업 내 중요한 많은 부분을 차지하는 중소기업에 있어서 기술 유출에 대한 대비는 기업의 존립에 있어서 필수적인 요소로 볼 수 있다. 이처럼 정보 보안 관리의 필요성과 중요성이 대두되면서 기업 입장에서 조기에 기술 침해 위협에 대해 확인하고 대비할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술 유출에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하는 실증 분석을 수행하고, 인공지능 알고리즘을 통해 기술유출 조기경보시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 중소기업이 보유한 기술 유출에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 확인해보고, 통계분석을 통해 검증된 요인들을 기반으로 인공지능 여러 기법들 중 하나인 Support Vector Machine을 활용하여 기술침해 가능성을 조기에 알려주는 모형을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 기술 유출 가능성에 대한 조기 경보 모형을 통해 기업 및 정부 관점에서 기술 유출을 미리 예방할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

국민경제에서 중소기업이 차지하고 있는 비중은 계속 증가하고 있는 가운데 중소기업의 경영상의 애로점으로 자금 조달의 문제가 가장 심각한 것으로 지적되고 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 경영 문제 가운데 재무구조의 실태를 파악하고 이를 대기업 또는 우리나라산업평균 재무비율과 비교함으로써 중소기업의 재무안정성 비율을 분석한 것이다. 조사 분석 결과 전체적으로 산업별 표준비율에는 그 수준이 미치지 못하고 있으나 산업평균과 비교할 때 그 수준이 양호한 것으로 조사되었으며 산업평균에 비해 안정성과 유동성이 양호한 반면 차입금 의존도가 대단히 낮은 것으로 조사되어 국가 또는 행정 자치적인 측면에서 중소기업 자금 지원 정책이 개발되어야 할 것으로 인식되었다.
