Inernet of Things(IoT) is interaction with each other, collecting, sharing, and analysing the data. IoT has been noted in combining the fields of medical service in particular. However, the security issue is caused, while IoT is receiving attention. U-Health and medical devices, which deal mainly the personal health information, is required to a high level of privacy and security of health information. This study analyzes cases of leakage of personal medical information, security of IoT, privacy flow, and the response strategies.

This study is to prepare an evaluation standard about personal information protection and security management of a medical institution and to build up a grade standard of evaluation in PACS environment. We built up evaluation index based on 10 detailed items in four big categories (political security, technical security, data management security and physical security) by referring to ISO17799 (BS 7799), HIPPA (Health Insurance and Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) and domestic medical law. We have investigated at the thirty places where medical facility with the extracted security criteria and security evaluation index. Average score of physical security list, one of the big categories, was 18.5/20 (93%) at all medical institutions. Political security score was 18.5/30 (62%), data management security score was 12/20 (60%) and technical security score was 17.5/30 (58%). Therefore, security evaluation score was average 67 in 30 general hospitals, which was 4th level. The results showed that it is necessary to establish evaluation and management standard about personal information protection and security consciousness which are weak in PACS environment.

The Serial Securities and the Social Welfare, as the national policy aimed at securing generals' lives, are the policies or systems for the stabilization in lift; especially of law-incomers and workers, for which the povernment has to establish the Social Security System. No wonder the Social Insurance System is a part of the Social Security System and the most important. The Social Insurance System, along with Public Assistance, is underlying the Social Security System. Social Security System includes medical insurance, industrial accident Compensation insurance, national pention insurance and employment insurance. The study is on 'The Oriental Medical Insurance and the Industrial Accident Compensation in the Social Security System' . The rate of industrial accident in Korea marks the highest rank in the world. for laborer, industrial accident do not merely mean the loss of health but the question of the right to live in terms of their loss of opportunity of life. The industrial accident compensation system should be established as the es post facto remedy system to guarantee the injured worker and his/her family's life. The oriental medical insurance system which began to operate in 1987 in Korea is based on unionism and divided into 3 parts; one part for the worker, a second part for the community inhabitants, and a third part for the public service personnel and private school personnel. Today the medical problem must be the most important social assignment to be considered. The medical system of contemporary industrial society has began greatly stood out in relief as a part of social welfare not emphasized on gainings of physicians. Accordingly systematization of the oriental medical insurance was strongly Pursued and it was developed to to the extent of entire nation insurance. Though the history of it is very short, most of the people are getting benefit from the insurance system by the social security system method. This study develops the Oriental Medical Insurance, the Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance, the Pension System in relation to the industrial accident compensation of Employees, along with the ideas and principles of social insurance.

Recently, RFID technology can successfully be used to reduce medical errors. This technology can aid in the accurate matching of patients with their medications and treatments. The enthusiasm for using RFID technology in medical settings has been tempered by privacy concerns. In this paper, we propose a secure and efficient RFID authentication system to not only authenticate patients' authenticity but also protect patients' personal medical informations. The proposed system consists of RFID-based patient authentication protocol and database security protocol. As a result, since the proposed RFID authentication system provides strong security and efficiency, it can be used practically for patient authentication and personal medical information protection on the high technology medical environments such as u-Hospital and u-Healthcare.

Rapid developments of IT technology has been creating new security threats. There have been more attacks to get patients' sensitive personal information, targeting medical institutions that are relatively insufficient to prevent and defend against such attacks. Although the government has required senior general hospitals to get the ISMS certification since 2016, such a requirement has been burdensome for small and medium-sized medical institutions. Therefore, this study was designed to draw measures to identify and improve the privacy status of the medical institution by dividing it into management, physical and cyber areas for small and medium-sized medical institutions. The results of this study showed that the government should provide financial support and managerial supervision for the improvement of personal information protection of small and medium-sized medical institutions. They also suggested that the government should also provide medical security specialists, continuous medical security education, disaster planning, reduction of medical information management regulations not suitable for small and medium sized institutions.

Our society is currently exposed to environment of various information that is exchanged real time through networks. Especially regarding medical policy, the government rushes to practice remote medical treatment to improve the quality of medical services for citizens. The remote medical practice requires establishment of medical information based on big data for customized treatment regardless of where patients are. This study suggests establishment of regional medical cluster along with defense and protection cooperation models that in case service availability is harmed, and attacks occur, the attacks can be detected, and proper measures can be taken. For this, the study suggested forming networks with nationwide local government hospitals as regional virtual medical cluster bases by the same medical information system. The study also designed a mutual cooperation security model that can real time cope with IP Spoofing attack that can occur in the medical cluster and DDoS attacks accordingly, so that the limit that sole system and sole security policy have can be overcome.

We are confronted by increase in old people due to the improvement in medical science, public hygiene and socioeconimic status in 20th century. But our medical security system for old people dees not meet the need for medical service of old people. Current medical insurance system restricts term and extent in allowance although the characteristics of the disease of the aged people need medical care of Bong duration and high cost. And in the medicaid system the speciality of the aged people is not recognized and the budget of the government is scanty. In addition many old people to our country are in economic distress due to low income. But the government authority does not give sufficient consideration for eld people in law, policy and budget. To improve social security system for old people it is necessary to increase the budget for the security of old people, to enhance the traditional respect for the aged, to improve medical security system by improving the accessibility to medical service and by expanding the allowance of medical insurance, and to expand the public welfare institutions. And these are roles for all the family. the society and the nation as well as the aged people themselves.

On health information network architecture, traffic along the path of traffic and security, blocking malicious code penetration is performed. The medical information system network security infrastructure study, which was whether to be designed based on the structure and methodology is designed to develop the security features. Health informati on system's functionality and capabilities framework for infrastructure is the backbone and structure. The design fea tures a framework for the overall network structure formation of the skeleton and forms the basic structure of the security methodology. Infrastructure capabilities to build the framework and the application functionality is being implemented. Differentiated in accordance with security zones to perform security functions and security mechanisms that operate through this study is to present. u-Healthcare future advent of cloud computing and a new health information environment, the medical information on the preparation of this study is expected to be utilized for security.

In the process of remarkable progress in the medical and technical field and activating the role of technology in health care services and applications, and since the safety of medical data and its protection from security violations plays a major role in assessing the security of health facilities and the safety of medical servers Thus, it is necessary to know the cyber vulnerabilities in health information systems and other related services to prevent and address them in addition to obtaining the best solutions and practices to reach a high level of cybersecurity against attackers, especially due to the digital transformation of health care systems and the rest of the dealings. This research is about what cyberattacks are and the purpose of them, in addition to the methods of penetration. Then challenges, solutions and some of the security issues will be discussed in general, and a special highlight will be given to obtaining a safe infrastructure to enjoy safe systems in return.

Due to the development of Internet and the collection and usage of the individual information, the infringements of the personal data have been increased rapidly. Regarding the personal data protection in the medical industry, it is clearly described in 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and information Protection, etc.'. the law is ratified on the basis of the service provider, therefore, it has its own limitation to be applied to medical industry. Therefore, this paper is to set the security standard and to discuss the range of legal application and considerations on its basis for the domestic medical institution at the electronic medical record system. We exemplify specific applicable content of the electronic signature in the electronic medical record also, present a security assessment item in electronic medical system and set the criteria for the security standard in the medical industry.
