The review of known decisions showed that currently there are no systems and technologies for supporting the decision about the possibility of concluding the civil law agreements for medical, therapeutic and dental services. The paper models the decision-making support process on the possibility of concluding the civil law agreements for medical, therapeutic and dental services, which is the theoretical basis for the development of rules, methods and system for supporting the decision about the possibility of concluding the civil law agreements for medical, therapeutic and dental services. The paper also developed the system for supporting the decision about the possibility of concluding the civil law agreements for medical, therapeutic and dental services, which automatically and free determines the possibility or impossibility of concluding the corresponding civil law agreement for the provision of a corresponding medical service. In the case of formation of a conclusion about the possibility of concluding the agreement, further conclusion and signing of the corresponding agreement takes place. In the case of forming a conclusion about the impossibility of concluding the agreement, a request is made for finalizing the relevant agreement for the provision of the relevant medical service, indicating the reasons for the impossibility of concluding the agreement - missing essential conditions in the agreement. After finalization, the agreement can be analyzed again by the developed system for supporting the decision.

Purpose: This study was conducted to describe and analyze about the satisfaction of medical service of patients and family in an Oriental hospital. Methods: Design was the descriptive survey study. Sample was 50 patients and guardians in K Oriental hospital, and convenient sampling was used. Measure was the satisfaction tool of medical service developed by Kang(2004). Data were collected from March 2005 to July 2005, and analyzed using SPSS PC+12 program. Findings: Thirty-two(64.0%) of all subjects were female and 18(36.9%) subjects were male. Score of medical service in Oriental hospital was mean 3.70. Scores in categories of the satisfaction were ranked for medical treatment(4.12), administration service (3.58), and environment and facilities service(3.41) in order. Expectancy for quality, quality after use, general satisfaction, and sufficiency after use in Oriental hospital were 7.34, 7.56, and 7.20, and they were above the average. There were significant differences in education and "I will recommend this oriental hospital to other patients" in differences of medical service by general characteristics and characteristics related to job. Conclusions: On the findings, we suggest that the team for oriental medical service should endeavor for development of professionals and techniques in oriental medical treatment. Simultaneously, institutional administrative resources are persistently needed for supporting of oriental medical team.

As the aging of this society, instead of growing numbers old protective functions of families decreased according to increasing tendency of nuclear families, increasing rates of females' participation of economic activities. Now, the problem of supporting the old is in need of social supporting system the cope with this are based on these factors are like this: 1) It is necessarily the instruction of medical welfare service. 2) The overlapped service is avoided and the service of specialized. 3) Most of the welfare service institution is Seoul and local city hall, so it needs the institution is transferred. 4) It needs the increase the number of home helper. 5) When the service is offered, the government must considers finance, elderly health condition and preference. 6) It needs the department for the welfare service for the old who stay at home.

Objectives : This study was conducted to investigate the need of medical supporting service (MSS) as a part of community-based hospice palliative care from the view point of beneficiaries and providers. Methods : This study adopted a methodological triangulation design. A questionnaire regarding intention to use MSS was completed by 175 patients under home-based cancer patient management program. And three focus groups consisted of hospice nurses, public health physicians, and public officials were interviewed to obtain the perceived needs, obstacles, and solutions of MSS. Results : Mean age of home-based cancer patient was 70.18 year old, 48.0% of them were living alone. Only 53.7% of them were treated pain and 93.7% intend to take pain medication prescribed by public health physician. All participants of focus group interviews agreed necessity and importance of MSS. Physicians' lack of confidence and unwillingness to prescribe opioid to terminal patients was the biggest obstacle to provide MSS in the public health center. Conclusions : The necessity and demand of MSS for community-dwelling cancer patients were verified. MSS is urgent issue to meet their needs.

Due to the development of technology and medical care following the 4th industrial revolution, the medical paradigm is shifting towards patient-centered medical services. Based on the development of smart home technology, the residential environment is changing into a residential space that cares for and heals the lifestyles and the healthcare of families. As lifestyle changes, the concept of supporting smart home care based on the residential environment is making it possible to build a smart home IoT service design with enhanced accessibility and convenience for medical appointments and well-being lifestyle care. This paper is a study on user-centered health care smart home IoT service design suitable for family members based on the health care, beauty care, exercise care, and customized diet care beyond the conventional concept of health care monitoring. Based on the analysis, this paper proposes a personal care coordinate smart home service design in a human-centered wellness clinic care smart home service design environment. Human-centered wellness clinic smart home IoT service design is meaningful in presenting a vision for research on smart home service design that links hospital-linked and care-linked service industries, which should be considered from the smart home construction planning stage.

Recently, medical expenses are increasing because of the accelerated aging phenomenon, thus study for the medical service of high quality and reduction of medical expenses should be continued as yet. Especially, U-health is performed by intelligent medical service which is derived by smart devices, wireless network, sensing technology and it could be more extensible in the medical fields as time goes on. On this study, we analyze message transmission structure of HL7 standard and will suggest improved processing methodology of HL7 message.

Considering the characteristics of the Korean family which maintain a close connection with their patients from the moment of their falling sick to hospitalization to discharge, the family is the most important environmental factor of the social supporting system, and is the important object of the client as well as activity system. The medical social work intends to meet the practical needs of aged chronic patients, providing them and their family with a professional human service. The end of this study is to find out the hardships of both the aged chronic patients and their family as well as their needs for the social welfare service, and to search out the way of comprehensive social work service. The summary of the analysis of the survey is as follows: 1. The needs of aged chronic patients are divided into those of the solution of the problems of falling ill, social welfare program and discharge. Those needs arc affected by the various factors of the types of hospitals, the patients' age, the kinds of insurance, and the supporting systems, etc. Accordingly, the assessment of the needs of the patients are asked to be done comprehensively in accordance with the kinds of diseases and social environments. 2. The importance of the family to the aged chronic patients is evident. The family plays a decisive role in the patients' hospitalization and discharge, the family being an important supporting system and making it necessary to take an approach to client system. The family has difficulty in getting connection of community resources, in adapting to social life after the patient's discharge, and in paying the treatment. The family suffers the secondary hardships more than the burden of the treatment expenses. 3. For this reason various interventions are needed to reduce the stress caused by supporting and nursing patients. Thus the social welfare service for the aged chronic patients and their family needs the following prepositions: 1. It is the characteristics of the aged chronic patients that they need continuous care and that the strengths of the patients and their family cannot be too much emphasized, and that comprehensive assessment based on the connection 'with the community and the mutual interchange 'with the environment, is much emphasized. 2. The family of the aged chronic patient is a resources system as well as a client one. 3. Another characteristic of the aged chronic patients is that with the resources connection in mind, it needs an active intervention of social workers in the community. With these prepositions considered, the development of practical social work service for the aged chronic patients is thought urgently needed.

In the medical field, augmented reality is being used for surgical and medical education. However, augmented reality technology is not applied to emergency patients. In this paper, we propose a medical service support model that can support rapid medical service to emergency patients through an augmented reality - based IT device. The proposed model has the function of collecting the information necessary for the first aid simply through the IT equipment based on the reality of reality, and also receiving the first aid method appropriate for the emergency situation to the medical staff and supporting the service. In addition, the proposed model hierarchically collects information related to emergency patient information inquiry, emergency patient status and emergency treatment based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The collected information uses a pair of comparison matrices to compensate for the ambiguity between the information. In particular, the collected information is stored in the server of the medical staff, and in addition to the unique information of the collected information, the collected information can be reflected in the medical service of the medical staff.

The purpose of this study was to survey the intervention model, intervention settings, intervention time, factors influencing selection of intervention model, relationship between intervention model and areas which supporting center for special education based occupational therapist was using. Study data were provided by 46 therapy supporting service professionals through e-mail and analyzed. The findings indicated that first, the therapy supporting service professionals often employed a direct therapy(individual) focusing on performance component of child. Second, they believed that direct therapy is most effective in improving children's performance and raising awareness of the importance of occupational therapy. Third, when choose intervention model, they took into consideration the child's performance components deficits and mind of team chief. Fourth, no correlation between the application time and the perception of effectiveness of intervention model. Also didn't find correlation between applying time of intervention model and intervention area. When putting the various research result together, the model school-based occupational therapists using was similar to medical model. Therefore it is need a study to develop effective intervention model and apply it in school environment.
