  • Purpose - The objectives of this study are as follows. First, it aims to suggest an analysis model that has integrated the relationship between the two factors and export performance and conduct an empirical analysis of the factors. Second, the study seeks to analyze the mediating effect by setting direct channel governance as a specific activity to connect market orientation, a cultural asset, to export performance. Third, through these analyses, the study intends to apply the relationship between market orientation and direct channel governance that the existing studies have failed to observe comprehensively on SMEs in Korea. Based on these analyses, the study expects to expand the discussion of previous researches by analyzing the mediating effect of direct channel governance. Research design, data, and methodology - This study developed a model that has integrated market orientation, direct channel governance, and export performance. It established 7 hypotheses including the mediating effect of direct channel governance. Market orientation was consisted of customer orientation and competitor orientation, and 4 latent variables were measured by 18 questions. LISREL, an analysis tool of structural equation model, was used for hypothesis test and there were 183 sample for analysis. Results - The analysis results showed that customer orientation has a positive influence on direct channel governance, but competitor orientation did not have a statistically significant effect. On the contrary, export performance showed an opposite result. That is, customer orientation did not have any influence but competitor orientation had a significant influence on export performance. It was also confirmed that there was a significant influence in the relationship between channel governance and export performance. According to the analysis of mediating effect, direct channel governance had a full mediating effect between customer orientation and export performance. Conclusions - The study results demonstrated that it is important to build a direct channel governance on the export SMEs in Korea, especially since the direct channel governance complements the influence of customer orientation that does not directly influence export performance among market orientation activities. This implies that Korean export SMEs must strive to build an effective direct channel governance.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze mediating effect of resilience and daily spiritual experiences in the relationship of stress situations and subjective well-being of Christian college students. The subjects of this study were 157 Christian college students in a certain University which is located in Seoul, and mediating effect were analyzed through structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, first, there was a significant negative correlation between perceived stress and subject well-being. Second, resilience and spiritual experience had a full mediating effect on the relationship of perceived stress and subjective well-being. Third, in the relationship of perceived stress and subjective well-being, indirect effect through resilience has a greater mediating effect than spiritual daily experience. Implications of these results were concluded that spiritual daily experience of Christian college students is a significant variable in terms of stress and happiness. Apart from spiritual experience, however, resilience also could be a very important variable that mediates stress and happiness for Christian college students. In addition, suggestions for future research were discussed.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of job-seeking stress between parent attachment and internet addiction. A total of 202 college students participated in this study. The mediating effect was analyzed through SPSS Macro and bootstrapping analysis. As a result of analysis, first, parent attachment had a significant negative effect on the job-seeking stress and internet addiction. Second, job-seeking stress had significant mediating effect within the relationship of parent attachment and internet addiction. Third, job-seeking anxiety had significant mediating effect within the relationship of parent attachment and internet addiction. Therefore, if students perceive a sense of attachment from parents, decrease the chances of internet addiction. When college students job-seeking stress occurs, and if they don't feel attachment from their parents suggests that the higher the chances of internet addiction. In addition, this implication and suggestions for future research are provided.

For this research, this study used the 4th-year data from the Korean Child and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS)' 4th grader in elementary school and analyzed 2,092 1st grade of middle school students. Data was analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, Pearson coefficient correlation and hierarchical analysis. To examine the mediating effect, the study used sobel test. The findings ]were as follows. First, parental neglect and abuse negatively effected adolescents' school life adjustment. Second, adolescents' ego resilience has a partial mediating effect on the relation between parental neglect and adolescents' school life adjustment. Third, adolescents' ego resilience has a partial mediating effect on the relation between parental abuse and adolescents' school life adjustment. • Objective: The purpose is to verify that whether there are significant correlation between parent-teacher cooperation, quality of home environment, and mathematical interaction of parents and cognitive development of 3-year-olds, and the quality of home environment and mathematical interaction mediate the relationship between the parent-teacher cooperation and the cognitive development. Methods: A test was performed on 110 3-year-olds enrolledin a daycare center located in city S, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on their parents. We analyzed our data using SPSS WIN 21.0 and pearson's correlation, tested the mediating effect using regression, and used the Sobel test to check significance of the mediating effect. Results: Cognitive development of 3-year-olds was correlated with the parent- teacher cooperation, the quality of home environment, and mathematical interaction of parents. The quality of home environment showed complete mediating effect on the relationship between the parent-teacher cooperation and the cognitive development, and the mathematical interaction showed complete mediating effect on the relationship between the parent-teacher cooperation and the cognitive development. Conclusion/Implications: The parent-teacher cooperation indirectly predicts the cognitive development through the quality of home environment and the mathematical interaction. This research can contribute to the development of the family- institution connection program to facilitate the parent-teacher cooperation.

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the causal relationship between positive emotions, positive psychological capital, and organizational identification, and to examine the double mediating effect. In this study, 369 social workers in 10 social welfare facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were sampled. The results of this study show that compassion experienced by the social workers has a positive effect on positive emotion and organizational identification, and positive psychological capital has a significant effect on the organization identification. In addition, double mediating effect of positive emotion and positive psychological capital were also shown to be significant in the relationship between compassion and organizational identification. Therefore, this study has the theoretical implication that double mediating effect of positive emotion and positive psychological capital are demonstrated in the relationship between compassion and organization identification. In future research, sample collection should be done for the generalization of the sample, and the mediating effect of positive organizational identity should also be performed.

Three hundred adults(146 males, 154 females) were administered perceived stress scale, maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy scale, negative affect scale, and smartphone addiction scale. The main results are summarized as follows: First, perceived stress had positive influence on smartphone addiction. Second, negative affect showed mediating effect on the relationship between perceived stress and smartphone addiction. Third, maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies did not show mediating effect on the relationship between perceived stress and smartphone addiction. Forth, maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and negative affect showed double mediating effect on the relationship between perceived stress and smartphone addiction. Based on the above results, it was suggested to include stress management and relief of negative affect through modification of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies in the treatment program for adults at high risk of smartphone addiction.
