Public Key Broadcast Encryption (PKBE) allows a sender to distribute a message to a changing set of users over an insecure channel. PKBE schemes should be able to dynamically exclude (i.e., revoke) a certain subset of users from decrypting a ciphertext, so that only remaining users can decrypt the ciphertext. Another important requirement is for the scheme to be forward-secrecy. A forward-secure PKBE (fs-PKBE) enables each user to update his private key periodically. This updated private key prevents an adversary from obtain the private key for certain past period, which property is particularly needed for pay-TV systems. In this paper, we present a fs-PKBE scheme where both ciphertexts and private keys are of $O(\sqrt{n})$ size. Our PKBE construction is based on Boneh-Boyen-Goh's hierarchical identity-based encryption scheme. To provide the forward-secrecy with our PKBE scheme, we again use the delegation mechanism for lower level identities, introduced in the BBG scheme. We prove chosen ciphertext security of the proposed scheme under the Bilinear Diffie-Hellman Exponent assumption without random oracles.
In this paper, we proposed the qualify metric based on SVC and the subjective quality. The proposed quality metric is for a general purpose. It means we can use it for any video sequences regardless of its temporal and spatial characteristics. The Quality of Service(QoS) is one of the important issues in heterogeneous environment which has diverse restrictions such as limited network bandwidth and limited display resolution. Scalable Video Coding(SVC) is the efficient video coding skill in heterogeneous environment. Because SVC can be adapted to various quality bitstreams using three scalabilities(spatial, temporal, and SNR) from one bitstream which has full scalability. To maximize the QoS in this environment, we should consider the subjective quality which is the viewer response. And also we should consider temporal and spatial characteristics of video sequence because the subjective quality is affected by temporal and spatial characteristics of video sequence. To verify the efficiency of the proposed method, we perform subjective assessments. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high correlation with subjective quality. The proposed method can be a decision tool of SVC birstream extraction.

In this paper, we perform a subjective quality assessment on low-resolution surveillance videos, which are encoded with a very low target bit-rate to use in an ultra-low band transmission system and investigate the encoding effects on the perceived video quality. The test videos are collected based on their spatial and temporal characteristics which affect the perceived quality. H.265/HEVC encoder is used to prepare the impaired sequences for three target bit-rates 20, 45, and 65 kbps and subjective quality assessment is conducted to evaluate the quality from a viewing distance of 3H. The experimental results show that the quality of encoded videos, even at target bit-rate of 45 kbps can satisfy the users. Also we compare objective image/video quality assessment methods on the proposed dataset to measure their correlation with subjective scores. The experimental results show that the existing methods poorly performed, that indicates the need for a better quality assessment method.

It should be given the opportunity to acquire information about the health of infants for a new type of way of life with the passage of time, of which the internet is a lot of people are required to use the media in the modern world. So, we want to find out the status of kindergarten teachers' internet utilizing and how to utilize the internet health information on field. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of improvement. We produce this research based on a precedent study about perception and actual condition of health information utilizing. The objects of this study are 180 kindergarten teachers working in Dae-jeon and most of them have experience of searching health information through internet. The collected data calculated frequency and percentage with SPSS 18.0 program. As a result, first, kindergarten teachers think the information of infants' health is relatively important, still they obtain it from the Internet. But they feel a difficulty in finding the proper information because it takes so much time. Second, they utilize the Internet whenever necessary to find health information and they could find it. However, health information obtained from the Internet, have not been unexpectedly useful. Therefore, training about the content of infant's health and utilizing method of internet health information is needed.

Recent advancements in camera communication (CamCom) technology using visible light exploited to use display as an luminance source to modulate the data for visible light data communication. The existing display-CamCom techniques uses the selected region of interest based camera capturing approach to detect and decode the 2D color coded data on display screen. This is not effective way to do communicate when the user on mobility. This paper propose the automatic display detection using Lambertian color segmentation combined with canny edge detection algorithms for CamCom in order to avoid manual region of interest selection to establish communication link between display and camera. The automatic display detection methods fails using conventional edge detection algorithms when content changes dynamically in displays. In order to solve this problem lambertian color segmentation combined with canny edge detection algorithms are proposed to detect display automatically. This research analysed different algorithms on display edge recognition and measured the performance on rendering dynamically changing content with color code on display. The display detection rate is achieved around 96% using this proposed solutions.

Smart phone zombie or Smombie means pedestrians who walk without attention to their surroundings because they are focused upon their smart phone. Because the traffic accidents and injuries caused by Smombie have been increased rapidly in recent years, the social attention and policies are needed to prevent it. This study was conducted to analyze Smombie's current status and some solutions used before and to propose new improved method through the latest ICT trend. In this study, we did the field survey to check Smombies at several places in Seoul through people counting, and found that a lot of pedestrians still use the smart phone while walking. And we analyzed many case studies about some solutions to prevent Smombies previously. The case studies include legal regulations, government policies, smart phone app services and facilities that are used before. We studied them through internet searches and reference studies and we also checked the current operating situation as visiting several places that the solutions actually has been operated. Therefore, we found there are some limitations in previous solutions in terms of effectiveness and management. To consider new solution that can be expected to overcome the limitations, we analyzed the latest ICT trends focused on features to utilize the Smombie prevention, especially video recognition and digital signage. In these days, video recognition has been developed rapidly with assistance of AI technology and it can recognize the specific pedestrian's characteristics such as holding smart phone as well as hair style, clothes, backpack and etc. On the other hands, the digital signage is the convergence device that includes big display, network connection and various IoT sensors. It can be used as public media in many places for public services as well as advertising. Through these analysis results, we show the requirements and the user scenario for the improved method to prevent Smombie. Finally, we propose to develop R&D technology to recognize Smombie exactly as pedestrian attributes and to spread creative contents to increase pedestrian's interest and engagement for Smombie prevention through digital signage.
H.323 proposes to use Mobile IP and H.323 ad hoc conference signaling to provide Handoff function to a mobile terminal. But H.323 ad hoc conference signaling has a drawback. It requires an H.323 endpoint to do a complex conference signaling which makes inter-operability between H.323 endpoints difficult and takes the longer signaling time. In this paper, we propose an Handoff signaling using H.323 rerouting(Third party initiated Pause and Rerouting). H.323 rerouting signaling only requires an H.323 endpoint to do H.323 basic signaling in reestablishing media channel, and makes inter-operability more easier and provides the faster Handoff. To do this, our H.323 GK has derived H.245 control channel using tunneling for all H.323 calls including the fast connect calls which enable endpoints communicate each other if they don\`t have H.245 control channel. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed signaling, we have conducted an experiment that compares a call transfer signaling using H.323 rerouting with ad hoc conference signaling in inter-operability and signaling delay. The results of our experiment shows that the call transfer signaling can inter-operate with four H.323 endpoints among five H.323 endpoints of other vendors and reduces the signaling delay average 1.4 sec.
A soil enrichment LYF-1 culture from a contaminated site, which could reductively dechlorinate 900 $\mu$M (ca. 150 mg/L) of tetrachloroethylene (PCE) stoichimetrically into cis-1,2-dichloroethylene (cis-DCE), was established and characterized. The enrichment culture can use yeast extract, peptone, formate, acetate, lactate, pyruvate, citrate, succinate, glucose, sucrose, and ethanol as electron donors for dechlorination of PCE. Addition of NO$_2$$^{[-10]}$ and NO$_3$$^{[-10]}$ as alternative electron acceptors showed complete inhibition of PCE dechlorination, but S$_2$O$_3$$^{-2}$ , SO$_3$$^{-2}$ and SO$_4$$^{-2}$ had no significant effect on PCE dechlorination. The enrichment culture was attached to ceramic media in an anaerobic fixed-bed reactor. The fixed-bed reactor showed more than 99% of PCE degradation in the range of PCE loading rate of 0.13-0.78 $\mu$moles/L/hr. The major end product of PCE dechlorination was cis-DCE.
Korea has been recently reducing the quality of life as well as rising medical cost because of the increase of chronic diseases. But we can prevent those chronic diseases through the improvement of environment or life style. We evaluated the educational effectiveness of chronic diseases(hypertention, diabetes, cancer, stroke and other chronic diseases) designed to increase the knowledge, attitude and practice of chronic diseases among university students. Between August 1994 and November 1994, we implemented chronic diseases prevention instruction in intervention students; unmatched control students were selected in same university. We conducted pre- and post-intervention surveys both intervention and control students with self-reported questionnaires(50 items). We assigned score(0-4 points) to items and conducted a analysis of covariance(ANCOVA) with sex, grade and economic status as the covariate, using the SAS PC computer statistical package. And we culculated odds ratio with safety scores between intervention and control students. The results of this study were followed. 1. In demographic characteristics of subjects both pre- and post intervention, we found no significant differences in intervention and control students at religion, father's education, mother's education, mother's occupation and type of residence(p>0.05), but we found significant differences at sex(p<0.001), grade(p<0.001) and economic status(p<0.05). 2. The sex, grade and economic status-adjusted mean prevention knowledge scores for diabetes and stroke increased from the pre- to post-survey in the intervention students(p<0.001), but control students did not increased(p>0.05). As odds ratios in knowledge were below 1, the knowledge of intervention students were higher than control students. 3. The attitudes for general adult health increased from the pre- to post-survey in the intervention students(p<0.05), but control students did not increased(p>0.05). As odds ratios in attitudes were approximately 1, we can not say effectiveness in intervention students 4. The pratices for cancer and stroke increased from the pre- to post-survey in both the intervention and control students(p<0.001). Also odds ratio of hypertention was 0.91, and that of stroke was 1.14. 5. Health related behaviors did not increased from the pre- to post- survey in both the intervention and control students(p>0.05). But odds ratio of drinking was 0.76 and that of body weight was 1.21. 6. Health status did not increased from the pre- to post- survey in both the intervention and control students(p>0.05). As odds ratio of health status was 1.09, prevention education was not effect in intervention students We would like to recommend as follows; 1. University students must learn about prevention of chronic diseases. Because the knowledge of invetervention students was higher than that of control students. 2. The prevention education of chronic diseases should be taught from primary school. 3. Adult health education for university students must be practiced continuously. Education period(l5 weeks) in this study was not complete. 4. The evaluation of chronic diseases was conducted real measurement(such as BP check) as well as self reported-survey. 5. Educational materials(video tape, pamphlet) related the prevention of chronic diseases should be developed at national level. And we must easely use those materials. 6. The prevention education of chronic diseases should be made through mass media as well as school education.
Methods of bedsoil analysis were difficult to be applied universally because use and material of bedsoil are diverse from country to country. Korean Standard Methods for Bedsoil Analysis was developed to measure the water content, water retention, and saturated hydraulic conductivity. Fifty-three samples for horticultural bedsoil and nine samples for paddy rice bedsoil in the current market were collected. Water content of bedsoil was determined using gravimetric method through $105^{\circ}C$ oven-dry for 16 hours, but different calculations between horticultural and paddy rice bedsoils were chosen according to different predominant component, plant residue or mineral. Water content percentage of horticultural bedsoil was calculated as [(weight of sample before oven-dry - weight of sample after oven-dry)/(weight of sample before oven-dry)]${\times}100$, while that of paddy rice bedsoil as [(weight of sample before oven-dry - weight of sample after oven-dry)/(weight of sample after oven-dry)]${\times}100$. Water retention was measured at water potential -0.5, -1, -3, -5, -7, -10 kPa by Sandbox method and saturated hydraulic conductivity was measured by constant head method using acryl cylinder (${\Phi}5cm{\times}L\;20cm$). By new 'Korean Standard Methods of Bedsoil Analysis', the average water content of horticultural bedsoil was obtained 46.34%(w/w) and that of paddy rice bedsoil 16.89%. For horticultural bedsoil, easily available water(EAW), water buffering capacity(WBC), and optimal matric potential(OMP) was estimated at 28.4%, 7.01%, and -5.60 kPa, respectively. Optimal moisture content was 44.41% and average saturated hydraulic conductivity for bedsoils was estimated at $28.4cm\;min^{-1}$.
