  • The Laser aided diagnostic method makes it possible to diagnose plasma characteristics which have never been done by other one. The aim of this study is to measure the electron density profile of an arc plasma by Mach-Zenhder interferometer. The two laser beams (He-Ne and Argon Lasers), which are different in wavelength, pass across an arc plasma and meet a change of refractivity which makes fringe shifts. From this effects we could find densities of electron and neutral particle.

결혼생활의 질과 안정성에 관련된 이론적 모형 (Theoretical Frameworks to Predict Factors Associated With the Marital Quality and Stability)

  • This article reviewed the research on factors associated with marital quality and stability. Three major categories of factors were described, including background and context, individual traits and behaviors, and couple interactional processes. This review highlighted findings from cross-sectional and longitudinal studies of the prediction of marital quality and stability. Particular attention was given to marital instruments and procedures that had a solid empirical foundation for understanding the concepts related to measure of marital quality and stability. Also, empirically based intervention programs that had been designed to prevent marital distress and divorce were investigated to figure out the relationship between communication factors and conflict resolution styles. Finally, three theoretical frameworks were drawn from empirical literatures, marital measurment instruments, and programs for marital strength to predict factors associated with the marital quality and stability. Recommendations for future research and implications were described.

  • 인간 감성변화의 기본인 피부온도 및 피복내 온습도 측정을 위한 시스템과 감성공학적 해석을 위한 보다 정밀하고 안정성이 있는 센서의 응답성 및 회로의 선형화에 대한 연구를 수행하고, 의복내 환경평가 및 실내 온습도 측정등의 다양한 감성공학적 해석을 위한 소프트웨어의 개발이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구에는 손쉬운 온습도 변환장치와 풍부한 저장능력 등 다양한 분야에서 활용이 가능한 온습도 측정기와 이에 필요한 센서를 개발하고 측정기의 선형화특성을 평가하였다.

PE-MOCVD로 증착된 Hf(C,N) 박막의 Cu에 대한 확산 방지 특성

  • Diffusion barrier characteristics of hf(C,N) thin films for Cu metalliztion was investgated. Hf(C,N) thin films were depposited on Si(100) suvstrates by ppulsed D. C pplasma enhanced metal-organic chemical vappor depposition (ppE-MOCVD) using Tetrakis diethyl amido hafnium (Hf[NC2H5)2]4 : TDEAHf) and N2 as pprecursors. X-ray diffraction analyses sheet resistance measurment and Rutherford backscattering sppectroscoppy analyses revealed that HF(C,N) films pprevent diffusion of Cu fairly well upp to $600^{\circ}C$. At $700^{\circ}C$ however Hf(C,N) films allowed a significant diffusion of Cu into the Si substrate.

  • 텅스텐 표면의 (110)면에 흡착된 산소량을 18O(P,$\alpha$)15N 핵반응으로 직접 측정하여 미세분석 하였다. Van de Graaff 가속기로 양성자를 가속시켜 시료 표면 가까이에 있는 원 자와 충돌시켜 생성되는 $\alpha$ 입자를 측정함으로써 표면에 있는 미소량의 원소도 측정이 가능 했다. $\alpha$ 입자의 수율은 oxygen exposure에 비례하였는데 coverage ($ heta$)는 5 Langmuir에서 0.5가 되었고, 15 Langmuir에서 포화되었다.

우리나라 중년여성의 측면체형 분류 (Classification and Analysis of the Somatotype of Middle-aged Women through Side View Silhouette)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the somatotype based on the side view and to analyze the characteristics of each somatotype. The subjects were 201 middle-aged women aged from 35 to 54. Data were collected through anthropometry and photometry and analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, analysis of variance, and discriminant analysis. As the result of factor analysis for the classification of somatotypes, 6 factors which explain 80.8% of variance were extracted from 35 photometric measurement. Using factor scores cluster analysis was carried out and the subjects were classified into 4 cluster Each cluster was classified as straight type, turning over type, bending type and swayback according to its position to the relative plumb line and their side view contour. And 4 somatotypes were analyzed by theirs direct anthropometric and indirect Photometric measurment to represent physical characteristics of each group.

  • In this paper, Rayleigh wave velocity has been measured by detecting the backscattered signal generating near the Rayleigh critical angle in the elastic medium. The rotating system has been made for the measurment of Rayleigh angle. It has been shown that the measured results has been good agreement with the theoretical value. The method of non-destructive evaluation using backscattering signal has been presented and the internal of IC sample has been displayed acoustic image with good contrast.

  • This paper describes characteristics of electric field waveforms associated with multiple-lightning discharges. The electric field measurment system. consists of hemi-sphere antenna 30 cm in diameter. integrator and data acquisition device. The frequency bandwidth is from 200 Hz to 1.56 MHz, and the sensitivity is 0.96 mV/V/m. The detected electric field signal is digitized every 500 ns with the resolution of 12-bit and the length of 2 kilowords and is registered at a personal computer. Also parameters of the electric fields associated with multiple-lightning discharges are ststistically analyzed.

  • 활성슬러지법에 의한 벤젠 폐수처리실험을 통하여 활성슬러지의 벤젠처리 가능농도와 효율을 연구하였다. 내생호흡율 측정법에 의한 활성슬러지의 벤젠 최대허용농도는 1,600mg/$\ell$로 측정되었고, electrolytic BOB의 측정결과 벤젠 농도가 500mg/$\ell$에서는 미생물의 증식을 억제하였으며, 미생물의 활성에 영향을 끼치지 않는 최대허용농도 이하에서 활성슬러지의 벤젠의 처리능력은 95% 이상이었다.

  • This paper presents the transient and conventional grounding impedance behaviors of large grid grounding system associated with the injection point of impulse current The measurement methods consider two possible errors in the grounding-system impedances: (1) ground mutual resistance due to current flow through ground from the ground electrode to be measured to the current auxiliary, (2) ac mutual coupling between the current test lead and the potential test lead The test circuit was set to reduce the error factors. The transient grounding impedance depends on the rise time and injection point of impulse current It is effective that grounding conductor is connected to the center of the large grid grounding system.
